Konsep Maqasid Syariah menurut Muhammad Thahir Ibnu 'Asyur
Teori Maqasid Syari’ah dalam wacana hukum Islam dan ushul fiqh memiliki sejarah yang sangat berliku-liku. Di setiap fase sejarah teori ini memiliki ciri dan watak yang berbeda-beda ditangan para penggagasnya masing-masing. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa teori maqasid syari’ah ini mengalami semacam evolusi dan selalu berkembang menurut semangat zaman dan kebutuhan sosial yang melingkupinya. Saat ini, era globalisasi yang berbasis pada Negara global (global governance) dan Negara bangsa telah lahir tantangan-tantangan dan masalah yang sangat kompleks. Karenanya dibutuhkan rekonstruksi dan kontekstualisasi terhadap maqasid syari’ah agar dapat menjawab tantangan ruang dan waktu. Muhammad Thahir Ibnu ‘Asyur menawarkan pendekatan baru dalam mempelajari maqasid syari’ah sebagai ilmu independen dalam menetapkan hukum yang disesuaikan dengan konteks kekinian dan modern. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library research) melalui kajian pustaka yang mendalam. Dari hasil penelitian, dalam penetapan pokok-pokok maqasid syariah, Ibnu ‘Asyur dalam kreasi inovatifnya membagi menjadi tiga kategori, yaitu legalitas hukum Maqasid dan urgensi penerapannya dalam merumuskan hukum, maqasid ‘ammah, dan maqasid khassah. Selain itu konsep maqasid syari’ah yang digagas oleh Ibnu ‘Asyur memiliki relevansi dalam aktualisasi fiqih, sehingga konsep ini relevan dalam menyelesaikan masalah kekinian
MEMBANGUN APLIKASI E-VOTING ONLINE OSIS BERBASIS ANDROID DI SMKN 4 SAMARINDA
Abstrak
Dalam dunia pendidikan, teknologi berperan sangat penting untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar dan kegiatan yang ada di sekolah, namun belum semua proses kegiatan terakomodir oleh perkembangan teknologi. Proses pemilihan pada SMKN 4 Samarinda sistem yang dilakukan semuanya masih konvensional, semua proses dilakukan secara manual dan hal ini dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi voting / Elektronic Voting (E-Voting) dianggap lebih efektif dan lebih efisien karena semua prosesnya secara terkomputerisasi memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna untuk memilih calon, mempermudah dalam proses perhitungan suara dan hasil pemilihan bisa langsung diketahui secara cepat dan akurat. Pembuatan dan perancangan aplikasi voting pemilihan pada SMKN 4 Samarinda berbasis android dibangun menggunakan metode pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan Waterfall. Data yang akan dikelola dalam sistem tersebut adalah data admin, data pemilih atau siswa, data kandidat dengan proses pendaftaran dan proses pemilihan. Output dari perancangan aplikasi ini adalah laporan data suara pemilihan. Aplikasi voting di SMKN 4 Samarinda ini diharapkan mempermudah dalam proses pemilihan, dan memberikan hasil voting yang akurat, cepat dan terpercaya serta bisa mengurangi angka siswa yang tidak memilih dan tidak akan menggangu proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract
In the world of education, technology plays a very important role in supporting the teaching and learning process and activities in schools, but not all process activities have been accommodated by technological developments. The selection process at SMKN 4 Samarinda is still conventional, all processes are done manually and this is deemed less effective and efficient. The voting / Electronic Voting (E-Voting) application is considered more effective and more efficient because all the computerized processes make it easy for users to choose candidates, simplify the vote counting process and the election results can be known quickly and accurately. The creation and design of an android-based election election application at SMKN 4 Samarinda which was built using the Waterfall application development method. The data that will be managed in the system are admin data, voter or student data, candidate data with the registration process and election process. The output of the design of this application is a report on election vote data. The voting application at SMKN 4 Samarinda is expected to facilitate the election process, and provide accurate, fast and reliable voting results and can reduce the number of students who do not vote and will not interfere with the teaching and learning process.

Professional Madrasah Teachers in Teaching: The Influence of Gender and the Length of Certification of Madrasah Teachers
Developing professional madrasah teachers are increasingly popular in the teaching classrooms. But regarding developing professional madrasah teacher accuracy in teaching, mixed results are reported without clear reasons for this. This article addresses the impact of gender and length of certification on developing professional madrasah teacher accuracy in teaching classrooms. To develop the accuracy of the developing professional madrasah teacher, madrasah teacher length of certification and gender are used as a reference. A research project, which deals with the developing professional teacher in madrasah teachers using questionnaires, was carried out in two types of Madrasah Aliyah (public and private madrasah) at seventy-five madrasahs. Data from 325 madrasah teachers were collected and involved in this research. This analysis is differentiated based on the level, gender, and level of the length of certification of madrasah teachers in the developing professional teacher competencies being assessed. The results show that the accuracy of the developing professional teacher is low and is related to the gender of the madrasah teacher, that men perceive themselves to be higher in the developing professional teacher than women, and that even length of certification analysis with developing professional competence and implementation in the classroom. Madrasah teacher length certification more than 10 years are higher than teachers who certified between 5-10 years and more accurate than teachers who certified less than 5 years with the ability to developing professional madrasah teacher that is low. It is necessary to examine the reasons behind this difference and to look for steps to improve the accuracy of the developing professional madrasah teacher
Examining Teaching Materials in Higher Education Against Religious Intolerance and Pluralism in the Global Era: Islamic Perspective
This study aims to investigate the role of the study of teaching materials in universities on religious intolerance and pluralism. The study also explores the Islamic perspective on these two dimensions. The location of the research was carried out at the IAIN Parepare of South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The source of research data is secondary data obtained from document review of teaching materials in the Aqidah Akhlak (moral theology) course as well as literature relevant to the research topic. The literature study research methodology guided by content analysis focuses on three topics, namely teaching materials, religious intolerance, and pluralism in the view of Islam. The study revealed two findings. First, the results of a study of the components or the appropriateness of the contents of the items of teaching materials in accordance with the values of tolerance as contained in Pancasila and Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Thus, these teaching materials contribute to preventing religious intolerance and provide a new perspective on pluralism. Second, in the view of Islam, it is known that religious intolerance can be avoided by tasamuh, namely by instilling a commendable moral attitude. While pluralism there are two opposing schools between those who accept and reject. In the Qur'an, there is an explanation of pluralism as a necessity, human diversity in togetherness. The conclusion is that the study of teaching materials contributes to supporting tasamuh behavior and avoiding negative views about pluralism. Pluralism is not recommended, namely religious pluralism which is feared to have a negative impact on aqidah. With the study of teaching materials, negative possibilities can be minimized as long as they are in accordance with practice. Because after all, the values of pluralism are also able to foster mutual respect and appreciation between fellow human beings so that they can support the development of student morality. The expected implication is that universities must supervise and provide input on teaching materials that have the potential for the concepts of tolerance and pluralism. The government needs to support the socialization of the true importance of tolerance and pluralism in the campus environment
Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Eksternal dan Internal Terhadap Tingkat Permintaan Sukuk Ritel SR008
Sukuk Retail SR008 was issued in 2016 as one of instrument to finance government deficit in spending . Sukuk Retail SR008 reported to have the largest number of investors and total issuance in the history of retail sukuk in Indonesia. This study investigates the effect of internal and external variables on the trading volume of retail sukuk SR008 in the short and long term. Using a montly data from June 2016 to February 2019 and use the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), the independent variables used in this study are, retail sukuk SR008 price and yield, ORI013 retail bond price, mudhorabah profit sharing for one month, and GDP level. The results show that price sukuk retail SR008, yield sukuk retail SR008 and PDB have a positive and significant effect on the trading volume of retail sukuk SR008 in the longrun however variable share rate of mudhorabah one-month and price bond retail ORI013 have negative effect . In the short run, all independent variables have no significant effect on the retail sukuk SR008 trading volume
KONSEP FANA' MENURUT ABU ‘ABDULLAH AL-ANṢĀRĪ AL-HARAWI
Artikel ini berupaya menjelaskan konsep fanā’ dalam pandangan Abu `Abdullah al-Ansari al-Harawi, seorang tokoh sufi bermadzhab Hanbali dari Herat. Beliau adalah seorang ulama yang sangat keras menentang bid‘ah, namun beliau juga dikenal sebagai seorang sufi yang taat dan terkenal kebijaksanaannya. Pada awal kemunculannya, bahkan sampai saat ini, konsep fanā’ dinilai sebagai ajaran yang menyesatkan yang membuat seorang muslim bisa meninggalkan Syari‘at dengan dalih pencapaian fanā’. Untuk itu, peneliti mencoba menganalisis konsep fanā’ melalui kajian literatur tasawuf, kitab Manāzil al-Sāirīn karya al-Harawi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik yang akan digunakan untuk menguraikan teori dan konsep, serta mengujinya dengan data yang telah dikumpulkan oleh peneliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan merujuk kepada berbagai literatur tokoh tasawuf yang membahas tentang fanā’ untuk dapat mengambil kesimpulan. Kajian ini mendapati bahwa konsep fanā’ dalam pandangan al-Harawi lebih dapat diterima dan relevan untuk dijadikan pedoman pada saat ini. Dalam hal ini, al-Harawi telah meletakkan dasar-dasar ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis fana’ dalam tradisi intelektual dan spirituali Islam. Usaha yang telah dirintis ini dapat memudahkan generasi berikutnya dalam memahami dan menjalani tahapan spritual untuk mencapai fana’ serta berdampak positif pada peningkatan dan penguatan keimanan dan keyakinan terhadap Syariat Ilahi
Peran Kyai dalam Meningkatkan kecerdasan Spirittual Remaja Generasi Z di Pesantren Anwarul Huda
Kecerdasan spiritual merupakan kecerdasan yang mendorong seseorang dalam mengenal siapa dirinya dan hakikat hidup sehingga dapat menjalani kehidupan dengan penuh kebermaknaan. Kecerdasan ini sangat penting untuk dikembangkan terutama bagi remaja pada generasi Z dalam mengembangkan identitas dirinya. Kegagalan remaja generasi Z dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya tersebut, dapat berpengaruh negatif bagi mereka terlebih di era digital pada saat ini. Pendidikan agama di pesantren merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kecerdasan spiritual remaja generasi Z, peran kyai dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja generasi Z, dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja generasi Z di Pesantren Anwarul Huda. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu kyai, santri remaja usia 13-15 tahun dan orang tua santri. Adapun teknik analisis datanya yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan verification/ penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa peran kyai dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja adalah sebagai individu terbaik bagi institusinya, pemimpin informal dan teladan bagi komunitasnya. Adapun kecerdasan spiritual santri remaja di Pesantren Anwarul Huda terbilang cukup baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari aspek spiritual keagamaan, sosial keagamaan, dan etika keagamaan. Dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja tentunya terdapat faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat, baik faktor internal seperti kesadaran santri terhadap kecerdasan spiritual maupun faktor eksternal yang meliputi lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan pergaulan
Model of Developing Oral Skills for Non-Arabic Learners at the University Level
Most of the Arabic language teaching institutions face difficulties in getting students to speak Arabic with them. However, there is an institution that is classified as successful in teaching speaking skills to its students. This study aims to describe the strategies used by the Ar-Rayah College of Languages (STIBA) in Sukabumi in teaching spoken Arabic to students and their impact on the development of speaking skills. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The results of this study indicate that there is a set of strategies that contribute to the achievement of the Arabic language learning process at STIBA Ar-Rayah, including the appropriate Arabic language teaching curriculum, student placement in dormitories, long study time, adequate extra activities, giving additional lessons for the less fortunate, and the existence of native speaking lecturers. The strategy used has an impact on the development of students' speaking skills, where they can speak Arabic fluently in about 6 months, students use Arabic fluently every day, and the Arabic language used is Standard Arabic. The conclusion of this study is that the success of learning Arabic for non-Arabic speakers is supported by the existence of an appropriate strategy in addition to the success in functioning other learning elements
Examining the Need for Social Approval as a Predictor of Attitudes Towards the Teaching Profession
The aim of the study is to reveal the effect of the need for social approval on the prediction of attitudes towards the teaching profession, which has an important role in teachers’ behaviors in educational settings. In this way, the effect and importance of the need for social approval such as sensitivity to the judgments of others, social retreat, and making a positive impression on others were examined. The research model was carried out according to relational scanning patterns from quantitative research methods. The population of the study has consisted of university students studying at the Faculty of Education in a university located in the Southeastern Anatolia Region, and the sample has consisted of 478 pre-service teachers. The sample of the study was determined according to the non-selective sampling method. The data in the study were obtained by “Attitude scale towards the teaching profession” and “Social approval needs scale”. Independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Moments Correlation, and linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. As a result of the research, it was determined that the attitudes of pre-service teachers towards the teaching profession were “high” and social approval needs were “moderate”. In the study, it was determined that the variables of the teachers’ sensitivity to the judgments of others, social retreat, and leaving a positive impression on others had a significant relationship with the attitude of the pre-service teachers towards the teaching profession. These variables explain 10% of the total variance in pre-service teachers’ attitudes towards the teaching profession. It has been determined that the variables of sensitivity to the judgments of others and leaving a positive impression on others are significant predictors of attitudes towards the teaching profession, while the social retreat variable does not predict significantly
