    Pengaruh Nilai Tukar Rupiah Dan Bi 7 Days Repo Rate Terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (Periode 2016-2019)

    This study has the background that the capital market has an important role in the economy of a country because the capital market performs two functions, namely as a means for business funding or as a means for companies to obtain funds from the investor community. Second, the two capital markets become a means for people to invest in financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds and so on. Thus the community can place funds in accordance with the profit and risk characteristics of each instrument.there are several macroeconomic and monetary factors that can affect stock movements such as the rupiah exchange rate and BI 7 days repo rate.  This study aims to determine the effect of the Rupiah and BI 7 Days Repo Rate on the Indonesian sharia stock indekx in the (2016-2019 Period) partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The object of this research is a statistical report on Indonesian Islamic stock indexes operating in Indonesia and registered in sharia capital market statistics issued by the Financial Services Authority and obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia (BI). The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that partially the rupiah exchange rate has a significant positive effect on the Indonesian Islamic stock index and the BI 7 days repo rate has a significant negative effect on the Indonesian Islamic stock index. While simultaneously the rupiah exchange rate variable and the BI 7 days repo rate have a significant positive effect on the Indonesian sharia stock index

    Pemberian vaksin telah dilakukan diberbagai daerah salah satunya adalah kota Tulungagung. 8 puskesmas kota Tulungagung sedang memberikan vaksin kepada masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Pertanggal 6 juni 2021 puskesmas sembung dan lainnya mengalami ledakan minat masyarakat untuk meminta vaksin. Lebih dari jatah yang diberikan pemerintah membuat sebagian masyarakat harus kembali pulang dan menunggu di hari berikutnya. Sedangkan awal pemberian vaksin tidak semua masyarakat bersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya apa saja yang dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan (dinas kesehatan dan puskesmas) dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan (semangat vaksin) masyarakat.     Latar belakang penelitian ini bahwa perkembangan kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini perlu digali dan dikembangkan karna mengembangkan kecerdasan kinestetik secara tidak langsung juga mengembangkan kecerdasan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat perkembangan kinestetik    anak usia dini pada Tk. Aba 7 Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif, siswa yang diamati berjumlah 13 anak, 3 perempuan dan 3 laki-laki, metode yang digunakan adalah metode Outdoor tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Dalam bermain Outdoor anak-anak terlihat senang sekali dan merasa, anak yang tadinya pemalu sudah terlihat keberanian, anak yang penakut sudah terlihat  mandiri, bermain bagi anak adalah sesuatu yang menyenangkan karna itu saat bermain sangat terlihat perkembanganya bagi anak baik itu perkembangan kinestetik, agama dan moral, kognitif, bahasa, social emosional maupun seninya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan kecerdasan kinestetik melalui kegiatan  Autdoor, sangat membantu anak dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan kinestetiknya, hal ini dapat dilihat dari bertambah baiknya  kelenturan gerak, kecepatan gerak, keseimbangan gerak. Selain dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan kinesteti atau fisik motorik anak, Autdoor juga dapat menstimulasi aspek perkembangan lainnya seperti Amor, social emosional, bahasa, kognitif dan seni

    Pengaruh Film Serial Nussa Dan Rarra Terhadap Akhlak Peserta Didik Di Mi Negeri 1 Samarinda

    Tayangan film animasi Youtube Nussa dan Rarra mengandung edukasi islami yang layak untuk ditonton anak-anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh film serial Nussa dan Rarra terhadap akhlak peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Samarinda. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif survei. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV, V, VI, yang berjumlah 112 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, uji t, koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian pengaruh film serial Nussa dan Rarra terhadap akhlak peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Samarinda menunjukkan hasil analisis data penelitian korelasi sebesar 0,827. Adapun tabel interpretasi nilai r menunjukkan angka tersebut berada pada skala antara 0,70 - 0,90 yang berarti korelasi antara film serial Nussa dan Rarra terhadap akhlak peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Samarinda tergolong kuat (tinggi). Adapun uji T dengan t-hitung sebesar 10,49377. Jika di bandingkan dengan t-tabel maka thitung  10,49377 > dari ttabel 1.67528 sehingga variabel film serial Nussa dan Rarra berpengaruh terhadap variabel akhlak peserta didik. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi di dapatkan nilai sebesar 68,35 %, sedangkan 31,65 % dipengaruhi oleh diluar variabel seperti lingkungan sekolah maupun lingkungan keluarga. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti dapat mengetahui bahwa ada pengaruh dalam menonton film serial Nussa dan Rarra terhadap akhlak peserta didik dan dapat mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh film serial Nussa dan Rarra terhadap akhlak peserta didik

    Teaching Strategy of Intensive English Course at Language Center of IAIN Samarinda

    In the learning process, a teacher must have a strategy in any subject including English lesson. Why the lecturer must have strategy in teaching, because strategy can support the learning process and achieve the learning goals. The strategy used by lecturer in teaching English will make the students more enjoy of the learning process because in the class the students have different abilities in understanding English lesson. The aim of this research is to analyzed lecturer’s strategies in teaching English at class of Intensive English Course of Language Center IAIN Samarinda 2019/2020. The researcher used qualitative research design. The subject of this research was one English lecturer of English Course at Language Center IAIN Samarinda. The data were gotten from interview. Then the data would be analyzed by reduction, display and conclusion. The result of this research showed that the lecturer’s strategies in teaching English as follows: (1) The lecturer prepared the Lesson Plan (RPS) before teaching English. Lesson Plan has an important role to improving the quality of education. (2) In giving materials the lecturer was not only use text book but also used article and internet. (3) The methods used by teacher in teaching English were Grammar Translation Method. (4) The media used by lecturer in teaching English were Visual. (5) In classroom the lecturer build the good interaction with the students and helped the students who have difficult in the lesson. (6) The lecturer used oral and written test and also his own assessment to student every two weeks. (7) The lecturers gave reinforcement to the students in the last of lesson by giving motivation to always improve study in English and ask the students that still not understand about the lesson to consult with the lecturer and asked the students to review again the material that has been learned at home

    Kecemasan Berbicara di depan khalayak tentu bukan merupakan suatu fenomena yang asing lagi, yang mana kita ketahui bahwasanya kecemasan tersebut pun merupakan salah satu kecemasan terbesar yang dialami setiap individu. Disamping itu, juga memberikan pengaruh yang negatif dalam segala aspek kehidupan individu, Diantaranya ialah faset akedemis. Hal tersebut juga berdampak pada ketidakpercayaan diri mahasiswa, banyak yang menganggap bahwa apa yang dibicarakan tidak akan didengar, takut akan ada yang mengejek, dan bahkan merasa bahwa mereka tidak cukup baik dalam berbicara di depan khalayak. Dalam Artikel ini, penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian studi Kasus. Adapun orientasi dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mencari tahu faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi kecemasan berbicara di depan khalayak serta dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan diri, khususnya mahasiswa. Subyek yang diambil dalam Penelitian ini ialah Mahasiswa/I IAIN Samarinda, Program Studi Pendidikan Islam.     Rapid development in the area of information and communication technology has attracted most organization to move into the digital world. In the world of education, not only contemporary schools but also Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) have also begun to migrate to the digital realm. One of the aspects of Islamic boarding schools that has begun to penetrate the online world is the process of preaching. In the past, Islamic boarding schools was only known as institutions to study classical books and religious laws internally, but nowadays many Islamic boarding schools have started to develop media to expand the reach of their da'wah, one of which is the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School with its Youtube channel called AlamienTV. This study aims to find out how Al-Amien Prenduan uses AlamienTV as an online-based da'wah tool. Using a qualitative approach with framing analysis, this article finds that AlamienTV is a place for Al-Amien Prenduan to preach about religion, education, and culture.     Pesantren as the Three Centers of Education Perspective of Ki Hadjar Dewantara

    The pros and cons of the full-day school system in Indonesia have occurred for a long time. However, the pesantren (boarding school), which uses more than a full day school system, is in fact more and more attractive to parents because it can educate their children more thoroughly. It turns out that the Ki Hadjar Dewantara (KHD) education concept also states that the boarding school system is the best for national education. With content analysis, KHD's documents are analyzed in this literature study, especially regarding the concept of education in the boarding school system. KHD tries to protect the nation's assets, namely children, through preserving their own cultural traditions and teaching values that are in accordance with the life of the nation and state through the three centers or three education centers, namely family, school, and community. To realize the success of the three centers of education in one place, KHD gave the idea that the boarding school system is the most ideal to be implemented for the character, intellectual and social manners.

    Challenges of Managerial Functions Emerging within IGRA Professional Organizations in East Kalimantan

    The function of Ikatan Guru Raudhatul Athfal, or what so-called by IGRA is ideally as a forum for professional development of educators and educational members of Early Childhood Education or ECE institutions. This research is aimed to figure out challenges faced by IGRA in East Kalimantan in relation to principles of organizational management i.e, planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, or what so-called by POAC. In-dept interview was done to the head and members of IGRA in East Kalimantan in four different cities i.e, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Tenggarong, and Berau. Findings of this research indicate that principles of organizational management have not effectively been employed due to very crucial challenges, including leadership, organizational funding, IGRA members competency, government support, and some other critical barriers that trigger insufficient management implementation of IGRA in East Kalimantan. Research implications and suggestions are discussed further in this research.

    Abstract  Innovation in the Islamic education system in the midst of the speed of change in the digital era as a necessity, adequate learning tools in the form of materials, tools and methods are indispensable in improving the quality of Islamic education. The purpose of this research is to describe views about the nature of materials, tools, and learning methods in the Islamic education system in the digital era. The type of research is literature with data analysis techniques of descriptive type with data collection from the google schoolar application. The results of the study illustrate that most researchers have a view of the nature of materials, tools and methods as a mechanism to achieve quality educational goals, which are supported through the integration of the values ​​of the Qur'an and hadith and the use of information technology in them.   Keywords: Materials, Tools, Methods, Digital Era  Abstrak : Inovasi dalam sistem pendidikan Islam di tengah kecepatan perubahan di era digital sebagai sebuah keniscayaan, perangkat pembelajaran yang memadai dalam bentuk materi, alat dan metode sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan pandangan tentang hakikat materi, alat, dan metode pembelajaran dalam sistem pendidikan Islam di era digital. Penelitian berjenis kepustakaan dengan teknik analisis data berjenis dekriptif analisis dengan pengumpulan data dari aplikasi google schoolar. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa sebagian besar peneliti memiliki pandangan tentang hakikat materi, alat dan metode sebagai mekanisme untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang berkualitas, yang didukung melalui pengintegrasian nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dan hadits dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di dalamnya.  Kata kunci: Bahan, Alat, Metode, Era digita
