Analisis Penilaian Stakeholders Terhadap Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) Mahasiswa Program Studi (Prodi) Manajemen Pendidikan Islam
Get PDFThe research goal is to find out how the stakeholders evaluation toward the implementation of the PKL (Field Work Practice) of MPI students of STAIN Samarinda. The research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data sources are stakeholders evaluation that consist of headmaster, chief of Administration (TU) and tutor. Data is obtained by document and interview. The data collection technique that is used is analysis model of Miles & Huberman that is done by four activities, namely: data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, and summary drawing or verification. The research result shows that the stakeholders evaluation towards the PKL implementation of MPI students of STAIN Samarinda includes three evaluation aspects, namely evaluation in education and teaching aspect, school administration aspect, also public service aspect. Stakeholders evaluation towards thePKL of MPI students of STAIN Samarinda for the aspects of education and teaching also school administration are dominant with a good qualification, means that has mastered or there is a suitability between planning with teaching and administrating implementation. While the public service can be concluded that the implementation of MPI students PKL of STAIN Samarinda is dominant to get the stakeholders evaluation with an excellent qualification, means that in the social relation of society and the communication is already excellent with the school people
Standarisasi Dan Tipologi Pondok Pesantren Di Kota Samarinda
Get PDFThis study belongs to qualitative study focusing on the standardization and typology of boarding schools. The technique of collecting the data used interview, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative covering data display, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The research finding shows that boarding schools that meet implementation standard are Sabilal-Rasyad, Nabil Husin, al-Husna, Syaichona Cholil, Al-Istiqomah, Al-Rahmah, Asa’diyah, and al-Mujahidin. Meanwhile, the boarding schools that have not met yet the implementation standard are Al-Muna, Najwatul Ula, Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Al-Ittihad, and As-Suniyah. The category of type A covers the boarding schools of Nurul Iman, Al-Aziziyah, and Ar-Rahmah. The category of type B includes the boarding schools of Sabilal Rasyad, Darul Ihsan, MIC Technology, Syaikhona Cholil, Asa’diyah, Ihya’ Ulumuddin, and An-Nur. There is no boarding school in the city of Samarinda that includes in the category of type C. This research implies that the boarding schools that have not met the implementation standard should intensify the management

The research respondents are Vice Chairmanof Student University Affairs,Chairman of Tarbiyah Department, and English Department coordinator. Then the data collection is analyzed by using analysis of SWOT. The research summary is: The steps that is taken by English Department in implementing the working program such as: socializing the vision, mission, and strategy of English Department through brochure and leaflet distribution, optimalizing the cooperation with stakeholder such as school and region government through the programs of Tarbiyah Department, building an intensive communication with the leadership party to back up the working program, maximizing the calculation every year that oriented on the increase of study of program quality from the managerial aspect or the human resource.
