Pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Asset (ROA) Terhadap Earning Per Share (EPS) Pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2019-2023
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh dari variable Debt to Equity Ratio (ROA) dan Return on Asset (DER) terhadap Earning Per Share (EPS) secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder, berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan di sektor makanan dan minuman untuk periode 2019–2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regensi berganda, pengujian hipotesisi Uji-t, Uji-F dan Uji Koefisien Determainasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) secara parsial debt to equity ratio terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap earning per share, hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai debt to equity ratio ditunjukan dngan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.001 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji t) secara parsial return on asset terbukti tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap earning per share, hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.0430 lebih besar dari 0.05. Dan berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji F) secara simultan Debt to equity ratio dan Return On Asset terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning per share, hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai probabilitas F hitung sebesar 0.002 lebih kecil dari 0.05

The entire spectrum of the nation's colors is a media target that is carefully considered. News programs or political information are presented to audiences of all ages, including the youth. The fact is that news programs and political information also target the youth as an undeniable market. Furthermore, the youth serve as educators for their children. A competent successor generation is needed in various fields, and this also requires the role of parents, especially the youth.
The issue of the ability to use media is also one of the crucial aspects in the media literacy education process. To ensure this, it is not enough to only disseminate information but also to actively and continuously ensure the implementation of media literacy education to enhance the activities of citizens, both individually and collectively. Analisis Penerapan Keamanan pada Perangkat Pembaca KTP Elektronik
Penerapan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (KTP-el) telah diterapkan di Indonesia mulai Tahun 2009 sampai saat ini. KTP-el selain sebagai identitas individu, diharapkan juga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai otentikasi dalam penerapan pelayanan publik. Pemanfaatan KTP-el untuk pelayanan publik dapat dilakukan melalui penggunaan Perangkat Pembaca KTP-el. Secara teknis, Spesifikasi dari Perangkat Pembaca KTP-el telah dituangkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 34 Tahun 2014. Dimana, dalam peraturan tersebut salah satunya tersirat bahwa perangkat Pembaca KTP Elektronik harus memenuhi standar keamanan yaitu tamper resistance dan keamanan lojik. Namun, konsep standar keamanan tersebut belum dijelaskan secara detil. Untuk itu, pada makalah ini dijelaskan konsep teknis yang harus dipenuhi dalam penerapan keamanan melalui fitur tamper resistance dan keamanan lojik. Fitur tamper resistant bertujuan untuk melindungi Pembaca KTP-el dari proses pengrusakan yang disengaja yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan yang tidak semestinya atau tidak sesuai dengan penggunaan normal. Sedangkan, Keamanan lojik dilakukan untuk pembatasan penggunaan perangkat pembaca KTP-el serta dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan-penyimpangan pada fungsi pembacaan KTP-el
Penerapan Framework COBIT 2019 untuk Perancangan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi SMK XYZ di Kota Serang
Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) berperan penting dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan vokasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Namun, masih banyak SMK yang menghadapi permasalahan tata kelola TI, seperti penggunaan sistem manual dan ketiadaan tim TI khusus, yang berdampak pada efisiensi operasional, keamanan data, dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI di SMK XYZ Kota Serang serta menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan berbasis framework COBIT 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Design Factors dan penilaian capability level COBIT 2019 pada proses APO12 (Managed Risk), APO13 (Managed Security), dan DSS05 (Managed Security Services). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga proses tersebut berada pada capability Level 0 (Incomplete Process), yang menandakan bahwa aktivitas pengelolaan risiko TI, keamanan informasi, dan layanan keamanan TI telah dilakukan namun masih bersifat informal dan belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Penerapan COBIT 2019 terbukti efektif dalam mengidentifikasi kelemahan tata kelola TI. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi berupa pembentukan tim TI dasar, penyusunan kebijakan tata kelola TI, serta implementasi sistem absensi digital sederhana untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan layanan pendidikan
The Effects of Gender Diversity, Age Diversity, and Organizational Structure on Sustainability Performance
This study examines the effect of board gender diversity, board age diversity, and organizational structure on corporate sustainability performance in Indonesia. Although companies included in the ESG Leaders Index are expected to demonstrate superior sustainability practices, empirical evidence reveals significant variation in ESG scores, indicating that membership in the index does not automatically guarantee consistent sustainability performance. This study adopts a quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data from 74 companies listed in the ESG Leaders Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2023 period. Multiple linear regression analysis is employed to test the proposed hypotheses, with sustainability performance measured using ESG scores provided by Refinitiv. The results show that board gender diversity and board age diversity do not have a significant effect on sustainability performance, indicating that demographic diversity alone is insufficient to influence ESG outcomes without the support of effective governance mechanisms. In contrast, organizational structure is found to have a positive and significant impact on sustainability performance. This study underscores the important role of organizational structure in strengthening ESG performance within the context of emerging economies and provides practical implications for firms and regulators. From a practical perspective, firms and regulators should prioritize strengthening governance structures rather than relying solely on symbolic board diversity. Future research is encouraged to incorporate broader diversity attributes and longer observation periods to enhance generalizability
Sintesis Biodiesel Menggunakan Katalis Heterogen CaO Batu Kapur dengan Support Fly Ash Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Teraktivasi Termal
This study aims to produce biodiesel from Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Oil (RBDPO) using a heterogeneous catalyst based on calcium oxide (CaO) derived from limestone andmodified with palm oil mill fly ash (FA) as a catalyst support. The limestone feedstock was first activated to obtain the CaO catalyst. Subsequently, the FA material was activated through calcination at 500°C. The CaO-FA catalyst was synthesized using the wet impregnation method and then calcined at 600°C. This catalyst was applied in the transesterification of RBDPO with methanol at various molar ratios. The study investigated the effect of different CaO-FA catalyst compositions (1:1, 2:1, and 3:1), and methanol:RBDPO molar ratios (8:1, 10:1, and 12:1) on biodiesel yield. The results demonstrated that both the CaO-FA catalyst ratios and the methanol:RBDPO molar ratios significantly influenced the biodiesel yield and the resulting Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) composition. Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis revealed that the 3:1 CaO-FA composition with an 8:1 methanol:RBDPO molar ratio produced biodiesel with the highest methyl palmitate (C17H34O2) content of 88.99%, which meets the characteristics of high-quality biodiesel. These findings provide valuable insights into the development of CaO-FA-based heterogeneous catalysts for cost-effective and environmentally friendly biodiesel production, in line with government initiatives to promote renewable energy utilization
Talent Management and Knowledge Management Effects on Employee Performance: The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction: (A Study on Employees of Yayasan Bina Tani Sejahtera)
This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between talent management, knowledge management, and employee performance. Effective human resource management is considered essential in ensuring the alignment between employee competencies and job placement in order to enhance performance. This study adopts a quantitative approach involving 65 employees of the Bina Tani Sejahtera Foundation distributed nationally, using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that talent management and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. These findings confirm that job satisfaction serves as a significant partial mediator, underscoring the importance of job satisfaction in strengthening the effectiveness of organizational talent and knowledge management practices. Theoretically, this study contributes to the human resource management literature by enriching the understanding of job satisfaction as a mediating mechanism. Practically, the findings provide implications for the management of the Bina Tani Sejahtera Foundation to reinforce talent management and knowledge management practices as sustainable strategies for enhancing employee satisfaction and performance
The Influence of Product Quality, Promotion, and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction Through Purchasing Decisions at Zam-Zam Stalls in Jakarta City
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion, and brand image on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions at zam-zam stalls. The development of the creative industry and event organizers has encouraged many restaurants now not only designed for dining comfort, but also carry the concept of attractive themes and decorations that make it an option for various events. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents and using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with version 4.1.1.4 The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Promotion has no significant effect on purchasing decisions but has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality and promotion have no direct influence on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. And brand image has a significant indirect effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The findings of this study indicate that brand image is a factor that has an influence on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions at zam-zam stalls
Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Perilaku Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PT Singa Abadi Sukses
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh citra perusahaan, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan perilaku pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan PT Singa Abadi Sukses. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik probability sampling terhadap 250 responden dari 667 pelanggan (rumus Slovin, α=5%). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan semua instrumen valid dan reliabel (Cronbach's Alpha >0,70). Hasil uji t menunjukkan citra perusahaan (t=1,971; p=0,048), kualitas pelayanan (t=2,533; p=0,012), kepuasan pelanggan (t=3,749; p=0,000), dan perilaku pelanggan (t=2,440; p=0,015) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Uji F menunjukkan keempat variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan (F=32,058; p=0,000) dengan kontribusi 33,3% (Adjusted R²=0,333). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan citra perusahaan, optimalisasi kualitas pelayanan, dan pengelolaan kepuasan pelanggan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas dalam industri remitansi yang kompetitif
Pengaruh Produk dan Lokasi Bank Perekonomian Rakyat terhadap Keputusan Nasabah dengan Kepuasan sebagai Variabel Intervening
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Produk Bank dan Lokasi Bank terhadap variabel Keputusan Nasabah baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui variabel Kepuasan Nasabah sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank Perekonomian Rakyat, baik nasabah tabungan, nasabah deposito dan nasabah kredit. Data dianalisis menggunakan, analisis glejser, dan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Produk Bank berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, Lokasi Bank tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, Produk Bank berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah, Lokasi Bank berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah, Kepuasan Nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah dalam memilih Bank
