The Role Of Artificial Intelligence - Ai In Tokopedia's Digital Marketing System Towards 2030
No full text. The development of digital technology towards 2030 positions Artificial Intelligence as a core element in building a more effective, measurable, and adaptive digital marketing system. Although various studies have discussed the application of AI in e-commerce, comprehensive studies focusing on the integration of AI in Tokopedia's digital marketing system as Indonesia's largest platform remain limited, thereby creating a research gap in the context of data-based marketing strategies. This research aims to deeply analyze the role of AI in strengthening Tokopedia's digital marketing system, identify implementation forms that deliver significant impact, and examine the strategic challenges faced towards 2030. The research method employs a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach based on scientific publications, industry reports, and relevant supporting data. The results indicate that AI makes a substantial contribution to enhancing content personalization, consumer segmentation accuracy, customer behavior prediction, and marketing campaign optimization through machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automated advertising. AI technology also bolsters transaction security via fraud detection and improves marketing process efficiency by reducing customer acquisition costs. This integration fosters the development of a more responsive, secure, and sustainable AI-driven digital commerce ecosystem for Tokopedia. Nevertheless, several key challenges persist, including data quality and integrity, privacy and regulatory issues, digital human resource readiness, and substantial technology investment requirements. This research offers academic contributions in the form of a conceptual framework that can serve as a foundation for subsequent empirical studies, as well as a reference for developing AI-based digital marketing strategies on Indonesian e-commerce platforms. Opportunities And Challenges of Digital Supply Chains in the Agriculture Industry

This research analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the digitalization of Indonesia's agricultural supply chain system, focusing on the role of key technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and blockchain. Indonesia's agricultural sector, which is strategic for food security, is still hampered by traditional supply chain practices characterized by limited access to information, low distribution efficiency, and lack of transparency. Various literature studies underscore the potential of digital technologies, including the concepts of smart farming and precision agriculture, in improving production accuracy, reducing operational costs, and strengthening farmers' competitiveness. Specifically, blockchain offers solutions to improve product traceability and build consumer trust. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of national and international journals published between 2021 and 2025. The analysis is carried out by identifying the opportunities, challenges, and strategic implications of digitalization. The results of the study found that the key opportunities of digitalization include improving production efficiency, logistics optimization, AI-based demand prediction, and transaction transparency. However, digitalization also faces major challenges such as limited digital infrastructure, low technological literacy among farmers, high initial investment costs, and data security and standardization issues. The results of the study emphasized that the digitalization of the supply chain has significant potential to strengthen food security and improve the welfare of farmers. The successful implementation of digitalization is highly dependent on regulatory support, digital capacity building of agricultural actors, and cross-stakeholder collaboration to create an inclusive and sustainable digital agriculture ecosystem.Keywords: Digital Supply Chain, Agriculture, Opportunities, Challenges, Digital Transformatio

No full textThe development of digital technology has driven major transformations in various sectors of life, from the economy and education to government. Digital technology infrastructure serves as the primary foundation for supporting connectivity, data processing, and digital services. This study aims to examine the concept, key components, and challenges and opportunities for developing digital technology infrastructure in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature review from various current sources, including journals, government reports, and industry publications. The study results indicate that although Indonesia's digital infrastructure development has experienced significant progress, gaps remain between urban and rural areas, as well as the need to improve cybersecurity and human resource competencies.Keywords: Digital infrastructure, digital transformation, information technology, connectivity, technology policy
Technical Analysis Using Moving Average and Stochastic Oscillator Indicators to Determine Buy and Sell Signals of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk (BRIS) in the 2022 Period
No full textThis study aims to analyze the stock price movements and determine the total capital gain and loss of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS). The research employs a descriptive quanlitative method with time-series data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with monthly data. The technical analysis applies the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) and Stochastic Oscillator (SO) indicators through the TradingView platform to identify buy and sell signals. The results show that during 2022, the MACD indicator generated seven buy signals and seven sell signals, while the Stochastic Oscillator produced six buy signals and six sell signals. Using the MACD indicator, a capital gain of 106% and no loss were recorded, while the Stochastic Oscillator yielded a capital gain of 98% with no loss. These findings indicate that both indicators can effectively assist investors in identifying profitable trading opportunities in BRIS stocks. The Prospects of Central Pertamina Hospital MIS-AI Based in Indonesia 2030 Onwards
No full textThe development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and Hospital Management Information Systems (HMI) offers significant opportunities to revolutionize healthcare services in Indonesia. This paper aims to explore the prospects for implementing AI-based MIS in Indonesian hospitals post-2030, using a qualitative approach through literature studies, semi-structured interviews, and trend analysis. The results show that although most major hospitals worldwide have begun to adopt digital systems, the use of AI is still limited and faces challenges such as infrastructure, limited human resources, and the absence of specific regulations governing AI in the healthcare sector. However, with the support of national policies, collaboration between stakeholders, and investment in technology and education, the transformation towards an intelligent and integrated MIS-AI system has the potential to be realized starting in 2030. The investigation also included interviews with specialist doctors, Ministry of Health officials, hospital IT experts, Health Tech CEOs, and academics and researchers. This paper recommends the need for a national roadmap and strengthening of national infrastructure, human resources, and the hospital digital ecosystem to welcome the era of smart hospitals in Indonesia. The results of the investigation concluded that the Type A Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP) is capable of meeting the challenge of becoming an AI- and SIM- based hospital by 2030.Keyword: Hospital, Management Information System, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Indonesia 2030
The Significant Effects On Customer Loyalty In E-Commerce Platforms with Customer Satisfaction as An Intervening Variable at PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis
No full textThis study examines the influence of business model innovation, consumer trust, and service quality on customer loyalty in digital payment ecosystems, with customer satisfaction functioning as an intervening variable. The rapid development of digital technology and the expansion of Indonesia’s cashless economy have intensified competition among electronic payment platforms, requiring companies such as PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis to continuously innovate while maintaining high levels of trust and service quality. A literature survey was conducted using 20 national and international journal articles published between 2020 and 2025, selected based on relevance to the key variables and methodological rigor. The analysis reveals that digital-driven business model innovation enhances value creation and strengthens customer engagement, while consumer trust—rooted in system security, privacy, and service reliability—plays a critical role in shaping satisfaction and loyalty. Service quality, particularly in terms of responsiveness, accuracy, and ease of use, is shown to significantly improve customer satisfaction, which subsequently mediates loyalty outcomes. The results underscore that customer loyalty cannot be achieved through a single organizational effort; rather, it emerges from the integrated impact of innovation, trust, service quality, and satisfaction. The study concludes that PT Artajasa should prioritize customer-centric innovation, strengthen security infrastructure, and deliver consistent service excellence to sustain loyalty in an increasingly competitive digital payment landscape.Keywords: Business Model Innovation, Consumer Trust, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Tersedianya sumber daya manusia unggul sendiri merupakan faktor penting terciptanya lapangan kerja yang dapat membantu terwujudnya pembangunan nasional sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia. Terpenuhinya jaminan mendapatkan pekerjaan dapat dicapai dengan penyediaan pelatihan kerja bagi tenaga kerja maupun calon tenaga kerja.
Pelatihan kerja berdasarkan Undang-Undang No.13 tahun 2003 junto Undang-Undang No.11 tahun 2010 junto Undang-Undang nomer 6 tahun 2023 tentang Ketenagakerjaan adalah keseluruhan kegiatan untuk memberi, memperoleh, meningkatkan, serta mengembangkan kompetensi kerja, produktivitas, disiplin, sikap, dan etos kerja pada tingkat keterampilan dan keahlian tertentu sesuai dengan jenjang dan kualifikasi jabatan atau pekerjaan. Umumnya, pelatihan kerja atau training dalam sebuah perusahaan selalu berhubungan erat dengan hasil kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Dengan melakukan training para karyawan dapat memiliki pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan keterampilan sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan. Perusahaan selalu membutuhkan tenaga-tenaga yang berkompeten di bidangnya untuk meningkatkan profit dan perkembangan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan dan pembinaan karyawan menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Penerapan Literasi Digital dalam Mendukung Transformasi Pembelajaran di Era Digital
No full textPengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan literasi digital dalam mendukung transformasi pembelajaran di era digital, khususnya di SMKN 1 Kragilan. Literasi digital tidak hanya dipahami sebagai kemampuan menggunakan perangkat teknologi, tetapi juga mencakup keterampilan mengakses, memahami, mengevaluasi, dan memanfaatkan informasi digital secara kritis, etis, dan bertanggung jawab. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi yang dipadukan dengan observasi lapangan dan forum diskusi kelompok (FGD) dengan melibatkan 50 peserta yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan literasi digital memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Peserta mengalami peningkatan pada aspek kemampuan mengakses informasi digital dan penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran, meskipun aspek keamanan digital dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap konten digital masih memerlukan penguatan. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif dalam FGD, peserta mampu mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan literasi digital yang relevan dengan kebutuhan sekolah. Pencegahan Stunting Berbasis Ekosistem Cerdas Menuju 2045
No full textStunting masih menjadi salah satu tantangan utama pembangunan manusia di Indonesia. Berdasarkan Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2023, prevalensi stunting nasional mencapai 21,5%, dengan kesenjangan signifikan antarwilayah. Meskipun berbagai intervensi telah dilakukan melalui Stranas Stunting dan program nasional lainnya, penurunan kasus belum merata akibat lemahnya integrasi data, terbatasnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia, serta minimnya kolaborasi lintas sektor. Menyikapi hal tersebut, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengusulkan konsep Pencegahan Stunting Berbasis Ekosistem Cerdas (PSBEC) sebagai inovasi sistemik yang menggabungkan teknologi digital, kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan pendekatan kolaboratif multisektor menuju visi Generasi Emas 2045. Konsep ini dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan data lintas sektor meliputi kesehatan, sosial, pendidikan, dan pangan melalui Smart Stunting Integrated Dashboard (SSID) yang berfungsi sebagai pusat analisis dan pemantauan risiko stunting secara real-time. Metode kegiatan yang diusulkan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan sosialisasi kepada tenaga kesehatan, kader posyandu, serta masyarakat dalam penggunaan sistem digital berbasis data dan literasi gizi. Melalui penerapan ekosistem ini di tingkat desa, diharapkan terbentuk Forum Ekosistem Cerdas Desa (FECD) yang memperkuat koordinasi lokal. Target luaran meliputi pengembangan prototipe SSID, peningkatan kapasitas kader melalui Smart Nutrition Academy, serta penurunan prevalensi stunting di daerah percontohan sebesar 20% dalam tiga tahun. Dengan demikian, PSBEC menjadi strategi transformasional dalam mewujudkan sistem kesehatan adaptif, partisipatif, dan berbasis bukti menuju Indonesia Emas 2045

No full textPenguatan kelembagaan desa merupakan fondasi penting dalam mewujudkan tatakelola pemerintahan desa yang transparan, akuntabel, dan partisipatif. Kegiatanpengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitasaparatur Desa Jagabaya, Kecamatan Warunggunung, Kabupaten Lebak, dalampengelolaan keuangan desa yang sesuai dengan regulasi perundang-undangan,seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Permendagri Nomor20 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa, serta Peraturan MenteriKeuangan terkait Dana Desa. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi meliputiminimnya pemahaman aparatur mengenai perencanaan anggaran, pencatatankeuangan, penyusunan laporan, serta pelaksanaan mekanisme pengawasaninternal. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan metode pelatihan, pendampinganteknis, serta simulasi penyusunan dokumen keuangan desa, kegiatan inimemberikan ruang belajar yang aplikatif bagi aparatur desa. Hasil pengabdianmenunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman aparatur terhadap sikluspengelolaan keuangan desa, mulai dari perencanaan melalui penyusunan RKPDesdan APBDes, pelaksanaan kegiatan, penatausahaan menggunakan format baku,hingga penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban yang sesuai standar. Selain itu,kegiatan ini memperkuat koordinasi antara pemerintah desa, BPD, danmasyarakat dalam melakukan monitoring terhadap penggunaan anggaran desa.Penguatan kelembagaan juga terlihat dari meningkatnya komitmen aparatur untukmenerapkan prinsip transparansi melalui publikasi APBDes dan laporan realisasianggaran. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan tatakelola pemerintahan desa yang lebih profesional, akuntabel, dan responsifterhadap kebutuhan masyarakat, sehingga mendukung terwujudnya pembangunandesa yang berkelanjutan di Desa Jagabaya
