    Perkembangan media sosial yang pesat menuntut siswa memiliki kecakapan literasi digital agar mampu menggunakan media digital secara bijak, kritis, dan bertanggung jawab. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa kelas XII SMK Asysyafiiyah melalui edukasi literasi digital bertema Bijak Bermedia Sosial. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Edukasi dilakukan melalui pemaparan materi dan diskusi interaktif. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 10 pernyataan berbasis skala skor 1–4, yang merepresentasikan lima aspek kecakapan digital, yaitu cerdas, aman, kreatif, adaptif, dan produktif. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dengan beberapa aspek yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Sementara itu, hasil post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor pada hampir seluruh indikator, yang mengindikasikan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap penggunaan media sosial secara bijak. Dengan demikian, kegiatan edukasi literasi digital ini dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan kecakapan digital siswa dan berpotensi untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di lingkungan pendidikan

    This Community Service (PkM) activity is motivated by the challenges faced by Vocational High School (SMK) students in dealing with the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the creative sector. The main problems identified at SMK PKP 1 JIS are competency silos between departments (DKV, RPL, and TKJ) and low efficiency in the creative pre-production phase. The aim of this activity is to increase students' Creative Digital Literacy (LDK) through an animation production workflow integrated with AI technology. The method used is Project-Based Learning (PBL) through workshops on using ChatGPT for script ideation and the Animaker platform for visual production and Text-to-Speech features. The results of the activity show a significant increase in content production efficiency and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The conclusion of this program is that the appropriate use of AI can equip students to become critical, ethical, and competitive technology users in the digital industry.     Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kompetensi digital siswa SMAN 11 Tangerang Selatan melalui pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI). Optimalisasi ini krusial untuk mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang mampu beradaptasi dan bersaing di dunia kerja yang semakin terdigitalisasi di era Society 5.0. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini bersifat holistik, menggabungkan Pembelajaran Teoretis mengenai jenis-jenis AI, aplikasinya di industri, serta etika penggunaan AI, Praktikum Langsung dengan berbagai tools AI dan Project-Based Learning yang memungkinkan siswa menerapkan teknologi AI untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan nyata. Materi yang disampaikan juga mencakup pengembangan kemampuan analisis data dan tren AI terkini. Luaran yang diharapkan adalah terciptanya lulusan SMAN 11 Tangerang Selatan yang memiliki kompetensi digital unggul, siap bersaing, dan mampu mengoptimalkan AI untuk peningkatan produktivitas dan inovasi kerja. Selain itu, program ini berpotensi menghasilkan berbagai inovasi siswa berbasis AI yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi startup atau dipublikasikan. Optimalisasi kompetensi digital melalui AI ini merupakan langkah strategis yang memberikan dampak positif berkelanjutan, tidak hanya bagi siswa SMAN 11 Tangerang Selatan, tetapi juga bagi industri dan masyarakat luas melalui penyediaan tenaga kerja yang berkualitas dan inovatif

    Health and Beauty Retail Marketing Management Strategy: Guardian Case Study

    This study aims to comprehensively analyze and describe the Retail Marketing Management Strategy implemented by Guardian in facing the fierce competition in the Indonesian health and beauty industry, especially amidst digital disruption. Using a qualitative approach with a Case Study method, this study focuses on an in-depth analysis of three key aspects. The results show that Guardian's strategy is based on adaptive management of the Marketing Mix (4P), seen from the expansion of exclusive and local products supported by an aggressive promotional price strategy. In addition, Guardian strives to maintain differentiation by optimizing Customer Experience ( CX ) in physical stores through an attractive store atmosphere and quality staff consultation, which cannot be offered by e-commerce platforms . A crucial point of Guardian's strategy is Omnichannel integration, where physical and digital channels (apps, e-commerce ) are synergized through services such as Click and Collect to provide a seamless and consistent shopping experience. Overall, the study concludes that Guardian's competitive advantage lies in their ability to balance the strengths of physical stores (CX) with digital capabilities (Omnichannel) as a strategic response to the dynamics of the modern retail market.Keywords: Retail Marketing Strategy, Health and Beauty, Guardian, Customer Experience , Omnichanne

    Sustainable Financial Management in Small Businesses: A Systematic Review of the Literature on Financing, Capital, and Success Factors from 2021 to 2025

    The management of capital and financing for small businesses plays a very important role in designing financial strategies that support business sustainability in the long term. This research aims to explore the factors that influence financial management in small businesses, using a systematic literature review approach. In this research, various recent studies published between 2021 and 2025 were analyzed to uncover key elements in capital and financing management that contribute to the sustainable growth of small businesses. The review results indicate that efficient capital management, appropriate access to various funding sources, and the ability to adopt innovative and adaptive financial strategies are the main factors that mutually support and are crucial in maintaining the continuity and growth of small businesses. Furthermore, this research also identified a gap in the existing literature, which provides a significant opportunity for further research to explore the challenges and obstacles faced by small business actors in managing their finances. These findings underscore the importance of well-planned and data-based financial management to help small businesses face future challenges and design more effective and sustainable financial strategies.     The Influence of Human Resource Management through Ethical Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Ethical Culture on Corporate Social Responsibility at PT Hack Claro Indonesia

    This study aims to analyze the influence of ethical leadership, organizational commitment, and ethical culture on corporate social responsibility (CSR) through human resource management (HRM) at PT Hack Claro Indonesia, a company operating in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. The research is motivated by the growing need to integrate ethical values into HRM practices to promote business sustainability and social responsibility, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia. Using a quantitative explanatory research design, data were collected from 150 permanent employees through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that ethical leadership, organizational commitment, and ethical culture have positive and significant effects on HRM, while HRM itself significantly enhances CSR performance. Furthermore, HRM mediates the relationship between organizational ethics and CSR, demonstrating that ethical HR practices serve as a strategic bridge linking internal moral values to external social responsibility. These findings contribute to the development of the Integrative CSR–HRM Framework by empirically validating HRM’s mediating role. Practically, the study highlights that implementing ethical and sustainable HRM practices can strengthen CSR initiatives, improve organizational integrity, and support long-term corporate sustainability in the F&B sector.Keywords: Ethical Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Ethical Culture, Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, PLS-SE

    Digital transformation in the Industry 4.0 era has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adopt technology, including non-cash payment systems such as QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). SMEs play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, significantly contributing to the GDP and labor absorption, making the utilization of technology a strategic necessity to remain competitive. Various studies indicate that digitalization can enhance operational efficiency, expand market access, and strengthen business resilience, although obstacles such as low digital literacy and limited internet infrastructure still exist. This research aims to analyze the implementation of QRIS in SMEs within the Setiabudi Sub-district, identify the constraints encountered, and assess the benefits obtained for optimizing business processes. The study employs a phenomenological approach, involving ten SME actors who have used QRIS for a minimum of six months. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The research findings show that QRIS significantly impacts the acceleration of transactions, improves the accuracy of financial record-keeping, and enhances customer satisfaction. Furthermore, QRIS helps expand the market due to consumers' high preference for digital payments. However, several constraints, such as network disruptions, limited understanding of digital features, and concerns related to transaction security, remain major obstacles. Overall, the study concludes that QRIS is an essential instrument in supporting the digital transformation of SMEs. Optimizing its implementation requires increasing digital literacy, improving internet infrastructure, and providing continuous assistance from the government and service providers.Keywords: SMEs, QRIS, digital payment, transaction efficiency, digital transformation

    The development of digital technology has driven significant transformation across various sectors, including the economy, education, and government. Digital technology infrastructure serves as a major foundation enabling broad connectivity, efficient data processing, and increasingly diverse digital services. This article examines the basic concepts, key components, as well as challenges and opportunities in developing digital technology infrastructure in Indonesia. The research approach used is a literature review of recent sources, including scientific journals, government reports, and industry publications. The findings indicate that although Indonesia has made notable progress in building its digital infrastructure, challenges such as access disparities between urban and rural areas, weak cybersecurity, and the need to improve human resource competencies remain key obstacles.     A Literature Review Of Information Security Threats To Web-Based Information Systems Of MSMES In South Tangerang

    This research provides an extensive review of literature regarding information security risks faced by web-based information systems in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) located in South Tangerang. With the rapid increase in digital use, MSMEs are becoming more dependent on online platforms for their activities, yet they frequently lack sufficient cybersecurity measures, which makes them particularly susceptible to hacking attempts. The review consolidates insights from recent academic papers, technical documents, and key information security texts to pinpoint the major types of threats, such as vulnerabilities in web applications, malware and ransomware incidents, and breaches involving credentials. This examination underscores that limited financial resources, a lack of employee training, and inadequate organizational controls heighten the risks faced by MSMEs. Additionally, the research looks into the specific environment of South Tangerang, where swift digital economic development is met with differing levels of cybersecurity preparedness among MSMEs. The results enhance theoretical frameworks by merging technical, human, and organizational aspects related to the cybersecurity issues of MSMEs. On a practical level, the research suggests strategies for reducing risks that focus on improving fundamental security measures, boosting digital knowledge, and encouraging cooperative assistance from both governmental and technology sectors. Future research suggestions include conducting empirical studies and comparative analyses across different areas.     Artikel ini membahas program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan memperkokoh nilai-nilai Pancasila di kalangan pelajar Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Al Amanah di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila, serta mendorong implementasi praktis nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai sumber hukum dan jiwa bangsa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Strategi pendekatan dilakukan melalui Focus Group Discussion dan bimbingan langsung kepada guru dan siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian mencakup pengantar, pemahaman mendalam, workshop interaktif, studi kasus, simulasi, dan menyusun rekomendasi bersama. Sebagai langkah-langkah tindak lanjut termasuk pembentukan kelompok monitor, integrasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan Pancasila dalam kurikulum, pengembangan program lanjutan, kolaborasi dengan orang tua, organisasi intra sekolah, pramuka, keterlibatan guru dan staf sekolah, serta kegiatan keagamaan dilakukan evaluasi secara berkala. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat  diharapkan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam perilaku siswa dan hubungan baik antara siswa dengan guru. Pengabdian ini juga memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan hubungan sekolah dengan dunia industri sejalan dalam mencapai visi bersama menuju Indonesia Emas 2045, yaitu penguatan Ideologi Pancasila, Demokrasi, dan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) dengan menekankan pentingnya memperkuat pemahaman dan implementasi Pancasila sebagai ideologi negara, hasil pengabdian diharapkan sebagai panduan bagi pengembangan program pendidikan vokasi. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan memastikan dampak dalam membentuk karakter siswa berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila
