    The Effect Of Return On Assets And Current Ratio On Stock Prices At Pt Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk, Period 2012-2022

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR) on stock prices, as measured by examining the company's financial statements. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this study was PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, for the period 2012-2022. The statistical analysis used in this study includes classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and the coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing used the t-test and F-test methods. Partially (t-test), ROA has a significant positive effect on stock prices, as evidenced by t-count = 3.683 > t-table = 2.365 and a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. Meanwhile, CR has a negative effect on stock prices, as evidenced by t-count = -0.519 < t-table = 2.365 and a significance value of 0.620 > 0.05. Simultaneously (F-test), ROA and CR have a significant effect on stock prices. The R-squared value of the independent variables ROA and CR has a 56.9% effect on the dependent variable, Stock Price, while the remaining 43.1% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.Keywords: Return on Assets (ROA), Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Stock Price

    Literature Review of Digital Marketing Strategies in Generating FOMO: Implications for Consumer Impulsivity and Loyalty to Indomie Products

    This article examines the effectiveness of Indomie's digital marketing strategy in generating fear of missing out (FOMO) and analyzes its impact on impulsive buying behavior and consumer loyalty, using an explanatory quantitative design (survey) with a population of social media users. Motivated by the urgency of understanding FOMO as a driver of consumption in the digital era (Wang & Huang, 2021; Medina et al., 2022), this study aims to test a causal model in which FOMO mediates the relationship between digital marketing (scarcity and urgency elements) and impulsivity, and the influence of impulsivity on loyalty. The results show that Indomie's digital marketing strategy is proven to be effective in triggering FOMO, which then functions as a significant mediator in driving impulsive buying (Dholakia, 2021). Furthermore, the findings indicate that FOMO-induced impulsive buying is not detrimental, but can even contribute positively to consumer loyalty, providing a new perspective on the FMCG brand loyalty paradox (Armstrong & Taylor, 2020). Theoretically, this study extends the application of FOMO theory as a predictor of impulsivity, and practically, it recommends the ethical use of FOMO strategies by maintaining product quality to convert impulsive purchases into long-term loyalty. Further studies are recommended using a longitudinal design to test the stability of post-impulse purchase loyalty.     Effectiveness Strategy Branding PT Intervisual In Improving Consumer Trust

    This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of PT Intervisual's branding strategy in enhancing consumer trust. PT Intervisual is a company operating in the contracting and interior design sector, facing increasingly intense competition within the industry. This research employs a quantitative approach to measure how various elements of the company's branding strategy influence consumer perceptions and trust. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 consumers who have been clients of PT Intervisual within the past three years. The measured variables include brand awareness, perceived quality, brand identity, brand loyalty, and three key aspects of consumer trust: trust in service quality, company credibility, and company commitment. The findings indicate that PT Intervisual's branding strategy is effective, demonstrated by high scores in brand awareness (4.0), perceived quality (4.1), brand identity (3.8), brand loyalty (3.6), trust in service quality (4.2), and trust in both company credibility and commitment (4.0 each). This study concludes that a strong and consistent branding strategy plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining consumer trust. By enhancing loyalty programs, continuously improving service quality, and strengthening brand identity, PT Intervisual can strengthen its market position and achieve sustainable long-term growth.Keywords: Branding, Branding Strategy, Consumer Trust, PT Intervisual , Interior Design, Contractor

Secondary data obtained from publication official Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI), including inflation data , BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate as indicator policy monetary , as well as level unemployment open . Research results show that inflation No influential significant to level unemployment , so that No support hypothesis Phillips curve in the period research . On the other hand , policy monetary through BI-7DRRR interest rate has an effect significant to unemployment with direction positive , which indicates that improvement interest rates tend to increase unemployment consequence weakening activity investment and absorption power work . In a way simultaneous , inflation and policy monetary give significant influence However relatively limited to variation unemployment , which is indicated by the value coefficient determination that is not too big .     This study aims to analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) in the assessment of civil servant (ASN) performance and work behavior through the e-Kinerja application, based on the BerAKHLAK ASN core values in South Tangerang City. The research results show that the implementation of Green HRM, aligned with the BerAKHLAK core values, is capable of strengthening a sustainable work culture, increasing employee motivation, and improving the quality of public service. This integration also encourages the creation of more efficient, transparent, and environmentally friendly work processes through the use of digital technology, resource efficiency, and cross-regional apparatus collaboration. Overall, this study confirms that strengthening the BerAKHLAK core values combined with Green HRM practices has a positive impact on ASN professionalism and supports the implementation of sustainable development within the local government environment.Keywords: Green Human Resource Management, e-Kinerja application, BerAKHLAK core values, sustainable

    The ANRI Central Archives Directorate is to understand user needs more deeply, manage communications systematically, and provide more targeted solutions. CRM also plays a vital role in building long-term relationships, increasing satisfaction, and strengthening user trust in the ANRI Central Archives Directorate's archival facilitation services. In the context of government institutions, the use of CRM is not only aimed at improving service quality, but also as part of bureaucratic reform towards a professional and user-oriented public service. Archives are records of activities or events in various forms and media created and received by state institutions, local governments, educational institutions, companies, political organizations, community organizations, and individuals in the implementation of community, national, and state life. Archives have administrative, legal, financial, research, and historical value. Static archives are a vital part of preserving the nation's collective memory. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to describe, analyze, and interpret the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in archival facilitation services at the ANRI Central Archives Directorate. This approach was chosen because it is considered capable of exploring the processes, experiences, and dynamics of interactions between service providers and service users in greater depth. The implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in archival facilitation services at the ANRI Central Archives Directorate has been ongoing, but is not yet optimal. Operational CRM is evident in the provision of consulting services, the use of information systems, and the provision of a fairly clear service flow. However, analytical and collaborative CRM still need to be strengthened, particularly in the strategic utilization of user data and coordination between units and institutions that create archives.     Industri pertanian berperan penting dalam penyediaan kebutuhan pangan. Padi menjadi salahsatu pangan primer yang ditanam pada lahan kering maupun sawan irigasi. Namun seranganorganisme pengganggu tanaman (OPT) seperti hama walang sangit (Leptocorisa oratorius)menjadi kendala yang dapat menurunkan hasil panen padi hingga 50–80%. Hama walang sangitdikenal menyerang bagian tangkai dan bulir padi pada fase generatif hingga panen, menghisapcairan bulir sampai menjadi kosong dan berwarna coklat. Fenomena ini juga terjadi di wilayahCikuya kabupaten Serang. Hasil observasi di sektor pertaniannya sedang berjuang melawanserangan hama yang menyebabkan gagal panen dan penurunan kualitas hasil pertanian. Selamaini, pestisida kimia digunakan secara luas untuk mengatasi hama. Meskipun pestisida dalampertanian telah menjadi praktik untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman. Namun, penggunaanyang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan dampak negatif bagi kesehatan manusia. Saat ini, produkpertanian telah meningkat dengan pola pertanian berbasis organik baik sebagai pupuk maupunpestisida. Penggunaan pestisida yang lebih ramah lingkungan dapat dilakukan menggunakanbahan alam seperti tanaman lokal yang tersedia. Oleh karena itu, bahan alam ini mengandungsumber metabolit sekunder yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pestisida nabati. Berbagai tanamanlokal seperti pepaya, bawang putih, cabai, bawang merah, mimba, serai, lengkuas, dan beberapatanaman rempah lainnya memiliki kandungan metabolit sekunder (alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin,terpenoid, limonoid) yang berpotensi sebagai insektisida nabati. Kegiatan pengabdian kepadamasyarakat di Kampung Cikuya, Kabupaten Serang, bertujuan memberikan keterampilan kepadapetani dalam memanfaatkan tanaman lokal sebagai pestisida nabati untuk menekan populasihama walang sangit.     Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan anak-anak yatim di Yayasan Pundi Amal Dermawan Indonesia (PADI) dalam mengelola uang saku secara bijak. Melalui pendekatan edukasi keuangan yang sederhana dan aplikatif, kegiatan ini memperkenalkan konsep dasar seperti arti uang, perbedaan kebutuhan dan keinginan, pentingnya menabung, serta cara membuat rencana alokasi uang saku. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi permainan edukatif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi penggunaan uang, latihan penyusunan rencana keuangan harian, dan pendampingan langsung melalui lembar kerja. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan anak memahami prioritas pengeluaran dan menyusun rencana keuangan sederhana. Anak-anak dapat menentukan porsi uang saku yang dialokasikan untuk kebutuhan, tabungan, serta dana berbagi. Selain itu, perubahan perilaku terlihat melalui meningkatnya antusiasme mereka dalam menabung dan munculnya kesadaran untuk mengendalakan keinginan konsumtif. Program ini diharapkan menjadi landasan bagi pembentukan literasi keuangan sejak dini, sehingga anak-anak mampu mengelola keuangan pribadi secara bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan

    Penguasaan bahasa Inggris merupakan keterampilan penting dalam menghadapi era globalisasi dan digitalisasi, khususnya dalam konteks kewirausahaan berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Namun, masyarakat Kampung Pasirdangdor, Desa Waringin Kurung, Kabupaten Serang, Banten, masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam memanfaatkan bahasa Inggris untuk mendukung pemasaran produk dan pengembangan usaha. Keterbatasan penguasaan kosakata bisnis, keterampilan berbicara, serta penulisan konten promosi berbahasa Inggris berdampak pada rendahnya daya saing produk lokal. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa Inggris praktis masyarakat desa dalam konteks kewirausahaan sekaligus memperkuat kemampuan pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan (need assessment), penyusunan modul, pelatihan intensif, serta pendampingan penerapan keterampilan. Materi pelatihan mencakup English for Business Purposes, penulisan deskripsi produk, komunikasi layanan pelanggan, dan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi digital. Proses pembelajaran dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, praktik langsung, simulasi percakapan bisnis, serta pembuatan konten promosi berbahasa Inggris menggunakan platform digitall. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam memahami dan menggunakan kosakata bisnis dasar, menyusun deskripsi produk berbahasa Inggris yang lebih informatif dan menarik, serta memproduksi konten promosi sederhana melalui media sosial. Peserta juga mengalami peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam berkomunikasi dan mampu menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital secara mandiri. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan literasi bahasa Inggris dan keterampilan digital masyarakat desa guna mendukung daya saing produk lokal di era global

    Kakao merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pedesaan. Namun, proses pengolahan biji kakao di tingkat masyarakat Kampung Cikuya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga memerlukan waktu lama, tenaga besar, dan menghasilkan efisiensi yang rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sosialisasi penggunaan serta perawatan mesin pemecah biji kakao guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pengolahan hasil pertanian. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan teori, demonstrasi alat, serta praktik langsung pengoperasian dan perawatan mesin. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mampu memahami prinsip kerja mesin, melakukan perawatan dasar secara mandiri, serta mengalami peningkatan efisiensi waktu dan kualitas hasil pemecahan biji kakao. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kampung Cikuya secara berkelanjutan
