Peningkatan Kompetensi Sekolah dalam Memahami dan Merancang Kampanye Media Sosial yang Efektif pada Smait Bait Et Tauhied
Media sosial telah muncul sebagai instrumen penting untuk komunikasi dan promosi, terutama di dalam lembaga pendidikan, seperti SMAIT Bait Et Tauhied. Banyak sekolah menghadapi hambatan dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk menumbuhkan citra yang menguntungkan, meningkatkan keterlibatan dengan orang tua dan siswa. Upaya pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah kompetensi siswa dan pendidik dalam pengelolaan media sosial dengan merancang dan menerapkan kampanye media sosial yang efektif melalui pelatihan yang menekankan pemahaman komprehensif tentang tujuan strategis yang mendasari penggunaan media sosial di sekolah, perumusan konten dan narasi yang menarik dan selaras dengan standar pendidikan, teknik penargetan audiens (siswa, orang tua, komunitas), dan metodologi untuk mengevaluasi kinerja kampanye. Kerangka metodologis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan format studi kasus yang berkonsentrasi pada pembuatan konten media sosial dan strategi untuk evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui administrasi kuesioner yang bertujuan menilai pemahaman siswa dan guru tentang strategi, desain konten, penelitian, dan praktik evaluasi di bidang manajemen media sosial. Hasil utama yang diantisipasi adalah pembentukan manajer media sosial yang mahir untuk sekolah, di samping pengembangan minimal satu rancangan kampanye media sosial yang siap untuk dilaksanakan dan mampu meningkatkan daya tarik dan representasi positif lembaga

This workshop, themed "Students, HMI, and Entrepreneurship," serves as a bridge to equip HMI cadres and students in general with the mindset, strategies, and practical steps for starting a business. The goal is to encourage the emergence of young entrepreneurs who are highly integrated, capable of capitalizing on opportunities in the digital era, and ready to make a real contribution to advancing the nation's economy, in line with the identity of HMI as an organization of struggle. Through this event, it is expected that a supportive ecosystem will be created for the development of startups and businesses driven by the campus generation. The objective of the workshop, which will be attended by 60-70 new students from various departments at the State University of Malang (Universitas Negeri Malang - UM), is to produce HMI KORKOM UM cadres as entrepreneurs (both male and female) who collaborate with successful seniors. The workshop will be held at the Graha Insan Cita Building in Malang City and the Ratimaya Villa in Batu City, East Java, from October 24 to 26, 2025. The discussions will cover various issues related to politics, Islamic and National Identity, and specifically address the topic of Gen-Z Entrepreneurs in the Gig Economy Era.

Implementasi Metode Demonstrasi pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 31 Jati Tanah Tinggi Padang
This Community Service (PKM) is one form of Tridharma of Higher Education. This PKM is proposed to carry out activities that are the implementation of demonstration methods in mathematics subjects. This activity is proposed with the consideration that there is still a lack of student knowledge about demonstration methods in mathematics lessons. Therefore, with this PKM activity, it can make it easier for students to face mathematics learning. Activities in the form of coaching, socialization and education that have been carried out at SD Negeri 31 Jati Tanah Tinggi have run smoothly in accordance with the desired targets and outcomes. Based on the results of the socialization of mathematics learning through the Implementation of Demonstration Methods in Mathematics Subjects for Grade IV Students of SD Negeri 31 Jati Tanah Tinggi Padang provide benefits that can eliminate student boredom in learning mathematics, provide variety at SD Negeri 31 Jati Tanah Tinggi Padang. This means that there is a significant influence on the socialization of mathematics learning through the Implementation of Demonstration Methods in Mathematics Subjects for Grade IV Students of SD Negeri 31 Jati Tanah Tinggi Padang.

Optimalisasi Peran Sumber Daya Manusia Kelurahan dalam Mendukung Program Pembangunan Berbasis Masyarakat
Optimalisasi peran sumber daya manusia (SDM) di tingkat kelurahan merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan program pembangunan berbasis masyarakat. SDM kelurahan, yang terdiri atas aparatur pemerintah kelurahan dan tokoh masyarakat, berperan sebagai penghubung antara kebijakan pemerintah dan aspirasi masyarakat lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas SDM kelurahan agar mampu mengelola dan melaksanakan program pembangunan secara partisipatif, efektif, dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan yang menitikberatkan pada pengembangan keterampilan manajerial, komunikasi efektif, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, serta teknik pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan SDM kelurahan dalam memfasilitasi partisipasi aktif masyarakat, mengelola program pembangunan, serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan solusi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi peran SDM kelurahan diharapkan dapat memperkuat sinergi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat serta mendorong terwujudnya pembangunan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di tingkat kelurahan.
 
Translanguaging and Its Impact on Pedagogies and Policies in Philippine HEIs: A Systematic Review
This systematic review synthesizes sixteen studies published between 2010 and 2025 to examine the pedagogical and policy implications of translanguaging in Philippine Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) using thematic synthesis. Guided by the SPIDER (Sample, Phenomenon of Interest, Design, Evaluation, Research Type) framework, the review explores how translanguaging is interpreted as challenging dominant monolingual ideologies and supporting more inclusive and culturally responsive pedagogical practices. The findings indicate that translanguaging is associated with improved student comprehension, engagement, and classroom participation by enabling learners to draw on their full linguistic repertoires. Across the reviewed studies, translanguaging is also interpreted as affirming linguistic identities and fostering critical engagement in linguistically diverse classrooms. Furthermore, the synthesis suggests that translanguaging functions as a form of grassroots pedagogical negotiation in response to English-only institutional norms, with teachers playing a central role in mediating policy constraints and classroom realities. Despite its frequent use in tertiary classroom practices, translanguaging remains largely absent from formal language policies, reflecting a persistent disjunction between policy and practice in many HEIs. In light of these findings, the review recommends institutional reforms that recognize translanguaging as a legitimate pedagogical approach, including targeted teacher training, context-sensitive policy development, and multilingual assessment frameworks aligned with students’ everyday language practices. Overall, the review positions translanguaging as a pedagogical orientation that aligns with the multilingual realities of Philippine higher education and offers interpretive insights into pathways toward more inclusive and socially responsive educational practices
Penerapan Tata Ruang Kantor Pada PT Telkom Indonesia Wilayah Telekomunikasi Jakarta Timur
ABSTRAK
PT Telkom Indonesia merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang penyedia layanan telekomunikasi dan informasi terbesar di Indonesia, Tata ruang kantor yang efisien dan efektif dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dan menciptakan kenyamanan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan tata ruang kantor di PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Jakarta Timur serta mengevaluasi sejauh mana tata ruang kantor yang diterapkan mendukung produktivitas kerja dan kenyamanan karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu tata ruang kantor pada PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Jakarta Timur cenderung menggunakan tata ruang kantor terbuka. Pencahayaan yang digunakan disetiap ruangan menggunakan lampu dan didukung oleh cahaya sinar matahari, sirkulasi udara diatur dengan pendingin ruangan sentral, Adapun warna ruangan didominasi oleh warna putih dan abu-abu. Penggunaan meja kerja gabungan tanpa sekat terkadang membuat karyawan kurang merasa leluasa dalam meletakkan peralatan kerja maupun perlengkapan pribadi.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Fontliner dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah yang Berdampak pada Loyalitas Nasabah PT. Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Falatehan
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan frontliner terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan frontliner terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan frontliner terhadap kepuasan nasabah Yang Berdampak Pada Loyalitas Nasabah.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Falatehan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling atau disebut Sampling Jenuh (sensus). sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden pada PT. Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Falatehan.

The Effect of Work-Life Balance on Psychological Well-Being Among Healthcare Workers in Sumenep
Healthcare workers are a work group at high risk of experiencing physical and psychological stress, so maintaining psychological well-being is a crucial aspect in preventing stress and burnout. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on psychological well-being among healthcare workers in Sumenep. This study used a quantitative method, with data collected through a Google form. The sample was determined using a census (total sampling) targeting approximately 111 healthcare workers in Sumenep. Furthermore, the data were further analyzed using simple linear regression. The analysis of the study results suggests that work-life balance has a significant influence on psychological well-being, as evidenced by a significance value of p = 0.000. The coefficient of determination of R² = 47.8% indicates that almost half of the variation in psychological well-being can be explained by work-life balance. This analysis explains that the better the WLB possessed by healthcare workers, the higher the level of PWB they feel. This condition can also be seen in the context of the characteristics of the Sumenep region, which differs from urban areas, including in terms of access to support facilities for psychological recovery outside the work environment. These limitations force healthcare workers to rely more heavily on WLB to maintain psychological well-being. Overall, the research findings demonstrate that WLB is a crucial aspect in understanding the PWB of healthcare workers in Sumenep. This study suggests that healthcare facilities in Sumenep need to prioritize flexible work arrangements and psychosocial support, given the limited external coping resources available to healthcare workers
Electric Car Purchase Interest Analysis: Price and Purchasing Power Moderated by Government Policy in Bogor
Price, purchasing power and government policy are three of several factors that are thought to be relatively strong in influencing the interest in buying electric cars. To prove the influence of the three, it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of determining the influence between the variables Price, purchasing power on purchasing interest with government policy as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in the Bogor city community with a sample of 97 respondents, the formula used to calculate it is Lamesshow. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed offline and online. Data was processed using Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM), which is one of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques that is able to analyze latent variables, indicator variables and measurement errors. The results show that price and purchasing power influence purchasing interest, government policy moderates the influence between price on purchasing interest, while government policy does not moderate the influence between purchasing power on purchasing interest. based on the results of this study, it shows that all variables influence purchasing interest, even government policy can moderate the relationship between price and purchasing interest, but government policy does not moderate purchasing power on purchasing interest
Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, and Firm Value: Empirical Evidence from the Indonesian Energy Sector
This study aims to examine good corporate governance, financial performance, capital structure, good governance mechanisms, and company size in increasing the value of the energy sector in Indonesia. The method used is linear regression analysis with a purposive sampling technique. The sampel study for analysis from 26 energy companies from 2020 to 2024 amounts to 130 observations. The results of the study indicate that financial performance, debt-to-equity ratio, managerial performance, and independent commissioners significantly influence corporate value. However, company size and the independent board of commissioners do not affect firm value. This research shows that financial performance and good governance in the energy sector play a crucial role for management in managing and enhancing corporate value. This study will highlight the importance of the variables studied in managing corporate value in the energy sector using the latest and most up-to-date research data, thereby contributing to both practitioners and academic
