    PELATIHAN PENERAPAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) UNTUK KEGIATAN BELAJAR MENGAJAR PADA PENDIDIKAN MENENGAH KEJURUAN

    This Community Service activity aims to improve the literacy and skills of educators at Al-Amanah Vocational High School, Sindang Jaya, Tangerang, Banten, in understanding and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to teaching and learning activities. The training focused on the use of two main platforms, ChatGPT and Google Gemini, as tools for developing teaching materials, creating questions, and conducting interactive classroom simulations. The implementation method used interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training. The results showed a significant improvement in participant skills, with 85% of teachers able to implement Al to support learning and create digital teaching materials. Furthermore, 98% of participants showed a significant increase in AI understanding, and 92% stated they were ready to implement AI in the learning process. The activity also resulted in the formation of the Al-Amanah Vocational High School Smart Teacher community as a platform for the sustainability of training and sharing good practices among teachers.     Analysis Of Narrative Strategy And The Use Of Family Emotion In Marjan Syrup Ad Storytelling During Ramadan As An Effort To Build Emotional Brand Attachment

    Competition for food and beverage products is very tight, especially during the month of Ramadan. Storytelling has become a crucial strategy for creating brand differentiation. Marjan Syrup advertisements consistently use strong, cinematic narratives, which are different from other seasonal ads, by emphasizing the values of togetherness and family. This research aims to: (1) Analyze the narrative structure and strategy used in the Marjan Ramadan ad. (2)Identify how the representation of family emotion is constructed in the narrative. (3) Analyze the role of this storytelling strategy in building Emotional Brand Attachment (EBA), which is measured through the dimensions of Affection, Connection, and Passion (Thomson et al., 2005). This study uses a Descriptive Qualitative approach with the Narrative Semiotic Analysis method (Roland Barthes / Vladimir Propp) applied to the Marjan Syrup Ramadan edition advertisement. The object of analysis covers denotative elements (visual, plot, characters) and connotative/myth elements (the meaning of family, warmth). Predictively, the research results show that Marjan's narrative strategy, which packages folklore or fiction with a resolution that always culminates in the moment of breaking the fast together, successfully links the brand deeply with the social myth of family warmth during Ramadan. This emotional attachment (EBA) is formed through narrative resonance that creates feelings of nostalgia (Affection), makes Marjan a symbol of tradition (Connection), and triggers annual anticipation (Passion). Storytelling based on cultural narratives and family emotion is an effective marketing communication strategy to move beyond brand awareness and achieve a strong level of brand attachment, making Marjan a top of mind and cultural icon of Ramadan.Keywords: Storytelling, Narrative Strategy, Ramadan Ad, Family Emotion, Emotional Brand Attachment (EBA), Marjan Syrup

    When the Repurchase Intention of Fast Food Restaurant Consumers is Influenced by Self Service Technology Quality

    This research focuses on problems that occur as a result or impact of service quality that appears in the form of technology, or called Self Service Technology (SST) which has a major effect on the way customers interact with companies, with problems in increasingly busy lifestyles, multiple incomes. , and increasing household incomes, coupled with an increasing trend towards cheap, convenient, and ready-to- eat food options with minimal waiting times, has the potential to unlock future growth in the fast food sector. The aim of this research is to explore the factors influencing SST QUAL customers on customer satisfaction and customer trust on repurchase intention among fast food restaurant customers with international brands in Indonesia, namely McD, Pizza Hut, KFC, A&W and Burger King through encouraging SST QUAL with Facebook, Instagram , Twitter and Tiktok as social media used by customers. This is a development of previous studies conducted on online retail business customers in Indonesia. The contribution of this research is expected to provide information at the theoretical/scientific level of marketing management and also positive marketing strategies for users of the brands studied. This research data collection was designed using a survey method where questionnaires were distributed online, respondents were selected using a purpose sampling method among international restaurant customers in Indonesia. For analysis using factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) with the smartPLS application.     Analysis of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at Pertamina Gas Stations (A Study at SPBU 34-15405 Ciputat)

    This study examines the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at a Pertamina gas station (34-15405) in Ciputat. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 30 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). All measurement indicators demonstrated strong validity and reliability, with outer loadings above 0.70 and satisfactory values of Cronbach’s Alpha, Composite Reliability, and Average Variance Extracted. The structural model shows that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (β = 0.804; p < 0.001) and customer loyalty (β = 0.686; p < 0.001). The model explains 64.6% of the variance in customer satisfaction and 47.0% in customer loyalty. These findings indicate that consistent operational performance, transaction accuracy, clarity of information, and staff responsiveness are key drivers of customer satisfaction, which subsequently contributes to loyalty formation. However, customer loyalty still appears to be influenced by external factors such as location convenience and competing promotions. The study concludes that enhancing service quality remains crucial for strengthening customer satisfaction and establishing sustainable customer loyalty in the fuel retail service sector.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Pertamina Gas Station

    Kewarganegaraan ialah kewenangan yang memungkinkan seluruh warga negara terlibat penuh dalam beragam struktur sosial, kehidupan politik dan budaya sehingga dapat mengembangkan ide-ide baru yang bisa memandu perkembangan bagi negara. Dalam kaitannya dengan kewarganegaraan itu sendiri, termuat hubungan antara masyarakat dengan negara yang berbentuk hak dan kewajiban. Sebagai imbalannya, Seluruh warga negara Indonesia wajib menjunjung serta menaati hukum dan pemerintahan. Pasal 27 ayat 3 UUD NRI 1945 menyebutkan yakni salah satu kewajiban masyarakat Indonesia adalah ikut serta dalam membela negara. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan bermaksud untuk membenamkan moral kebangsaan dan rasa nasionalisme pada generasi muda. Pendidikan seperti ini menjadi tolok ukur saat menjalankan kewajiban kewarganegaraan dan mendapatkan hak demi mempertahankan kemuliaan dan harga diri bangsa. Kegiatn PKM ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi Pendidikan kewarganegaraan pada semua lapisan masyarakat. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan berupaya mendidik warga negara tentang pentingnya menjadi manusia yang cerdas dan berkarakter sejalan dengan nilai- nilai Pancasila dan UUD.1945, menanamkan nasionalisme dan cinta tanah air , juga membentuk kesadaran bela negara pada semua lapisan masyarakat untuk mengambil peran penting dalam pembangunan bangsa.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul “Iplementasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam Membentuk Karakter dan Kesadaran Bela Negara Untuk Pembangunan Bangsa PKM Kelurahan Kedaung Kota Depok” bertujuan untuk Pembangunan Bangsa melalui Pendidikan kewarganegaraan merupakan salah satu mata materi yang menitikberatkan pada warga negara mampu memenuhi hak dan kewajibannya serta menjadi warga negara Indonesia yang memiliki kecerdasan, keterampilan,dan karakter sebagaimana diatur dalam Pancasila dan UUD 1945

    This study aims to analyze the role of Information Systems (IS) in supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing the competitiveness of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia and China. In an increasingly competitive global environment, the use of information technology has become a critical factor that determines a company’s ability to respond to market dynamics. This study also highlights the disparity in digital maturity between the two countries, which affects the competitive position of their respective cosmetic brands. By employing a descriptive qualitative approach and secondary quantitative data analysis, this study synthesizes findings from journals and industry reports to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of IS in supporting business strategies. This synthesis helps explain how technology can enhance decision-making processes and operational efficiency. In China, brands such as Skintific and Pinkflash demonstrate that the use of big data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) provides significant advantages. Skintific, for instance, utilizes algorithms to analyze consumer preferences and predict market trends, enabling the company to develop more targeted products. The use of such technologies has even increased operational efficiency by up to 30%, emphasizing that investments in IS can generate substantial strategic impact. Conversely, Indonesian brands such as Wardah and Somethinc still rely on traditional CRM systems. Although they experience approximately 15% efficiency improvements, the potential for advanced technologies such as predictive analytics remains underutilized. The lack of IS integration and limited use of deep data analytics make Indonesian companies slower in innovation compared to Chinese brands. The main challenge for Indonesian companies lies in the limited skills of human resources in data analytics and information technology. Stronger IS integration, strategic use of data, and improved digital competence are essential factors for enhancing innovation and competitiveness. In conclusion, increasing IS adoption, strengthening analytical capabilities, and developing human resources are crucial steps for the Indonesian cosmetics industry to compete and grow in the global market.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence; Big Data Analytics; Competitive Advantage; Cosmetics Industry; Information System

    Business Transformation Through Iot And Blockchain Technology: Opportunities And Challenges Of Innovation At Adidas

    The rapid transformation of the global fashion industry, driven by consumer demands for personalization, transparency, and phygital experiences, has positioned Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain as critical technologies for future competitiveness. This study examines how the integration of IoT and Blockchain can support Adidas in optimizing innovation, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. Using a descriptive qualitative method and library research approach, this paper analyzes international journals, industry reports, and corporate publications to evaluate the opportunities and challenges associated with these technologies. Findings reveal that IoT enables real-time data collection across manufacturing, supply chain, retail operations, and smart products, while Blockchain ensures data integrity, traceability, authenticity verification, and secure digital ownership. The synergy of both technologies creates new innovation models, such as adaptive product design, decentralized supply chain transparency, phygital assets, and Web3-based customer ecosystems. However, implementation barriers persist, including high investment costs, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, integration complexity, data validation issues, and regulatory uncertainty. This study concludes that strategic investments, cross-industry collaboration, enhanced security standards, and phased implementation strategies are essential for maximizing the value of IoT–Blockchain integration.     The Influence Of Goods Specifications, Planning And Negotiations On Delays In The Procurement Process Of Goods And Services At The Pharmaceutical Bumn Holding

    This study examines the influence of goods specification (X1), procurement planning (X2), and negotiation (X3) on delays in the procurement process (Y) at Indonesia’s Pharmaceutical SOE Holding. Using multiple linear regression on data from 200 respondents, the results reveal that all three independent variables have a significant negative effect on procurement delays (F = 17.031; p < 0.001), with an R-square of 0.207 (20.7%). The regression equation is Y = 22.426 – 0.273 X1 – 0.275 X2 – 0.154 X3. The findings support transaction cost economics and agency theory, indicating that improved specification quality, integrated planning, and effective negotiation significantly reduce delays. Practical implications include the need for user training, cross-division planning integration, and technology- supported negotiation.Keywords: procurement delay, goods specification, procurement planning, negotiation, pharmaceutic

    Di era digital saat ini, pengelolaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi menjadi elemen penting, khususnya pada ruang server yang berfungsi sebagai pusat penyimpanan serta pemrosesan data. Stabilitas suhu di ruang server sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat keras. Tanpa pengendalian suhu yang tepat, risiko overheating dapat menimbulkan gangguan sistem, kerusakan perangkat, hingga kerugian operasional. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengatur suhu ruang server di PT. XYZ. Sistem memanfaatkan mikrokontroler Wemos dan sensor suhu DHT11 sebagai komponen utama. Sensor mendeteksi kondisi ruangan secara real-time, kemudian data diteruskan ke mikrokontroler untuk mengendalikan pendingin sesuai ambang batas yang ditetapkan. Dengan mekanisme ini, sistem mampu bekerja mandiri tanpa intervensi manusia. Keunggulan sistem terletak pada fitur pemantauan jarak jauh melalui antarmuka web. Administrator dapat mengakses data suhu kapan saja selama terhubung ke internet, sehingga tindakan darurat dapat diambil lebih cepat dibanding metode manual. Pengembangan dilakukan melalui tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, integrasi perangkat keras dan lunak, hingga uji coba. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan pendingin aktif otomatis saat suhu melewati batas, lalu berhenti ketika suhu kembali normal, sehingga efisiensi energi tercapai dan perangkat tetap aman. Sistem ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keamanan dan memperpanjang usia perangkat keras, tetapi juga menekan biaya perawatan serta mengurangi downtime. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan sistem pengendalian suhu berbasis IoT mendukung efisiensi operasional sekaligus transformasi digital di era industri 4.0

    Kajian Hak Asasi Manusia terhadap Ambiguitas Hak Fundamental Status Hukum Pekerja Migran Ilegal

    Studi ini mengkaji ambiguitas status hukum pekerja migran ilegal Indonesia, memposisikan mereka sebagai pelanggar hukum sekaligus korban eksploitasi, dengan fokus pada ketegangan antara kepatuhan normatif dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia. Temuan-temuan utama mengungkapkan kontradiksi sistemik  meskipun pekerja migran ilegal secara teknis melanggar hukum keimigrasian, mereka seringkali menjadi sasaran eksploitasi struktural (kerja paksa, perdagangan manusia, dan kekerasan) karena perlindungan hukum yang tidak memadai. Kebaruan studi ini terletak pada identifikasinya sebuah paradoks perlindungan: kerangka hukum nasional memperburuk kerentanan melalui pendekatan hukuman, sementara norma-norma hak asasi manusia internasional menuntut respons restoratif yang berpusat pada korban. Analisis ini tidak hanya menyoroti inkonsistensi normatif tetapi juga menggarisbawahi implikasi praktis bagi tata kelola migrasi, seperti kriminalisasi korban, data yang tidak akurat, dan hambatan dalam penuntutan jaringan perdagangan manusia. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan harmonisasi hukum nasional-internasional, penerapan pendekatan yang berpusat pada korban, dan penguatan koordinasi antarlembaga untuk menyelesaikan ambiguitas hukum dan memastikan keadilan substantif bagi pekerja migran ilegal. Temuan-temuan ini menekankan urgensi pergeseran kebijakan dari kerangka kerja yang berpusat pada keamanan ke paradigma berbasis hak asasi manusia dalam menangani migrasi ilegal. Tindakan para pekerja migran Indonesia ilegal tidak memenuhi persyaratan administrasi dankeimigrasian yang ditetapkan oleh negara secara jelas merupakan pelanggaran hukum sebagaimana dituangkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian. Status ilegal ini secara inheren menghilangkan pengakuan dan perlindungan hukum formal yang seharusnya merekadapatkan sebagai pekerja migran sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2017 tentang Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia
