Rethinking Part-Time Work in Germany
Get PDF本稿の目的は, 統計資料に基づき1990年代のドイツにおけるフルタイムとパートタイムという就労形態の変容に着目しつつ分析し「標準的雇用関係」が, 旧東西両ドイツの二つの異なる経済体制の統合によりいがなる変容を遂げるのを明らかにすると共に, これらの分析を通じてドイツにおけるパートタイムを再考することである。 分析の結果, 旧西地域の女性のパート化は一層進行するものの, 男性, とりわけ旧西地域の男性においてはパート化が進行していないことが明らかになった。このことからドイツにおいて, ジェンダーにとらわれない働き方の選択肢としてパートタイムが位置付けられ, 働き方の多様性を促進するためには, 労働関係法をはじめ, 労使関係や社会保障の領域に至るまで, 新たなフレームワーク作りが求められることを指摘した。departmental bulletin pape
Attachment and Academic Exploration in Early Adolescence : The Relations of Attachment Security to Learning Goal and Curiosity
Get PDFThe aim of the present study is to clarify direct associations between the security of adolescentparent attachment and exploratory factors; learning goals and curiosity, examining the effects of internal working models (IWM) and some of other potentials. The total number of participants were 93 public junior high school students from first to third grades in Tokyo. They were administered self-report measures containing attachment security, IWM styles (secure/ambivalent/avoidant), self-esteem, peer-orientation, learning goal tendency, and curiosity. Regression analyses represented that attachment security would have a strong influence both on learning goal tendency and on curiosity. Self-esteem was found to have a relation only to learning goal tendency. In contrast, IWM styles as well as peer-orientation were not significantly associated with learning goal or curiosity. These findings might indicate that the quality of a particular attachment relationship, rather than representational attachment (i.e., IWM styles), facilitates an adolescent's day-to-day academic exploration. Get PDF文法秀で強調構文といわれる分裂文の実際の用いられ方を新聞英語で検証していく。Declerck (1988)が提唱した3つのタイプについて, そのうちの一つである対比的分裂文は焦点がいわゆる新情報か既知情報かで使用が異なると思われる。そこで, 上記のタイプを2つに分け, 4つのタイプの分裂文の使用分布を調べていく。結果として, 分裂文は, 何かを強調するというよりはトピックを導入することが主たる機能であり, 既知情報が新情報に先行する形を好み, その流れになるようにit分裂文やwh分裂文を用いているといえる。また, 聞き手は推測をはたらかせながら解釈しているということもいえる。departmental bulletin pape

A Study on the Teacher Training Programs in the Republic of China (Taiwan),U.S.A,Britian and Japan
Get PDF教育の大きな課題として教員の質が間われている日本や台湾, そして欧米にとって, 教員の現職教育の実情を把握することは重要である。本稿では台湾, アメリカ, イギリス, 日本の4か国について, 比較を通して現職教師の研修制度の特徴と趨勢を把握するとともに, アンケ-ト調査により台湾の国民小学校教師の研修教育の問題点を考察し これらをもとに台湾の制度に対して若干の提言を試みた。本研究がいくらかでも教育経営の担当機関の参考になればと望んでいる。なお, 本論文における比較研究から次の数点を指摘することができる。(1)日本で新設の上越・兵庫, 両教育大学の大学院制度は専門的に小学校教師の修士課程に提供されたものである。(2)アメリカでは学外のエクステンション課程が広く設置され, 遠隔地の教師研修に役立っている。(3)アメリカ, イギリス, 日本では各地方に教師研修センターが設置され, 広範な機能を果たしている。(4)アメリカ, イギリス, 日本では教師が在職のまま給与支給を受けられる休暇研修の措置が講じられている。(5)台湾の小学校教師の80%が学位の取れる研修課程を希望している。(6)台湾の76%の小学校校長は教師が上級学校の研修に参加することによって校務に支障が生じると考えている。departmental bulletin pape
A Study of the Process in Psychotherapy with Social Withdrawal : Concerning the Acquisition of Subjectivity
Get PDFひきこもり患者に対して心理療法を施行した事例を呈示しその心理面接過程におけるセラピストークライエント関係の臨床心理学的検討を行った。事例は27歳男性, 初診時ひきこもり歴2年6ヶ月。心理療法は, 臨床心理士である筆者が担当し全31回(約2年Oケ月)に及び, 本人がコンビニのアルバイトを見つけた段階で終結に至った。心理面接過程を分析したところ, 治療関係における「関係性からのひきこもり」への対処が問題となり, クライエントに有する受動性の扱いをセラピストがどのように共感的態度で接していくかが問われた。また, クライエントの父子関係をめぐる支配の構図が明らかとなった過程で, セラピストヘの父親投影を過して, クライエントが面接を支配するという段階が認められた。さらに, それは主体性の獲得を意味しており, その結果, 父親支配からの卒業が企てられたものと考えられた。なお, その際に, 面接におけるセラピストの「被支配感覚」が意味ある指標となり得ることを論じた。departmental bulletin pape
Beethoven : The Arbiter of Classical Style
Get PDFThe Classical style of music met its absolute apex in the music of Ludwig van Beethoven. To illustrate this, I shall divide this paper into four parts. First, I shall explain the underlying structure and tonal qualities of Classical music, making many references to Charles Rosen's book on the subject, which is considered to be the best and most thorough study of classical music to date. In part two, I shall make an in-depth analysis of an early work by Beethoven, String Quartet #6,opus 18 in B-flat major. In part three, I shall examine a very late work, String Quartet #12,opus 127 in E-flat major, applying the same analytical principles as used in part two, and which will show considerable developments as compared to the earlier work. In part four, I shall examine Beethoven's personal development as a man, as seen through J.W.N. Sullivan's book. I should point out that Rosen's view of classical style is a very new book, published in 1997,and focuses on technical and analytical matters. The research method is to analyze An Introduction to Child Drama, which was written by Slade in 1958 and was his major work about "child drama".
