Religious Situation in Two Counties of Northwest England in the Middle of Seventeenth Century, Studied Mainly through Two Autobilographies by Presbyterian Ministers There (I)
Get PDFThe purpose of this article (I) is to examine the religious situation in Cheshire and Lancashire during the Civil Wars and under the Commonwealth in the middle of seventeenth century. For this purpose the present writer studied two autobiographies of Presbyterian ministers (Adam Martindale and Henry Newcome) rather in detail and showed the difficulties they had faced in establishing Presbyterian church government. Quantifier Floating in Japanese : Factual Observations on its Functional Properties
Get PDFNumeral quantifier floating in Japanese is generally said to be restricted to the subject of intransitive verbs and the object of transitive verbs. Previous works, whether from a syntactic, semantic or functional point of view, have not succeeded in a full account of the properties of Japanese quantifier floating, because the factual evidence presented is not sufficient to support their claims. In particular, the case of a quantified argument preceded by some modifying phrase tends to be a counterexample to their proposals. Based on the analysis of the actual instances of floated quantifiers collected from some written texts, I will point out that the concept of "relative newness" should be taken into account : a floated quantifier must carry relatively newer information than its antecedent.Numeral quantifier floating in Japanese is generally said to be restricted to the subject of intransitive verbs and the object of transitive verbs. Parent-child Relationships and Attitudes toward Delinquency in Japanese Junior High School Students
Get PDF日本の青少年における非行の問題の主要な原因の一つとして, 親子関係の問題があるのではないかと考えた。これを検証するために, 中学生とその親が, 自分たちの親子関係や親の行動をどのように考えているのか調査した。さらに, 中学生の非行的態度についても調査し, 親子関係と非行的態度の関係について検討した。被験者は青森, 東京, 静岡, 鹿児島の公立私立中学校の2年生の生徒1156名, その親1447名, 合計2603名。結果は, 日本の親子関係が, やはり心理的距離が遠いと言い得るような問題を抱えていること, 親子関係と中学生の非行的態度との間に明らかな関係があることを示した。departmental bulletin pape
A Study of the Prejudice towards the Mentally Disabled
Get PDF神障害者に対する偏見の実態について女子大学生を対象に質問紙調査を行った。主な調査内容は, 精神障害者との接触経験, 態度および社会的距離であった。その結果, 女子大学生の精神障害者との接触経験は非常に少なかった。また, 精神障害者に対する態度は両価的であった。すなわち, 一般論としては受容的`理解的である反面, 個人としては不安に満ちており, 忌避的な面がうかがえた。次に, 接触経験, 社会的距離, 態度の相互の関連から, 直接・間接を問わず, 彼らに対する積極的かつ能動的な接触経験が精神障害者との社会的距離を縮めることを示唆した。しかし, 精神障害者に対する態度は必ずしも直接的な接触によって肯定的に変容するわけではなく, むしろ間接的ではあっても彼らに対する接触志向や関心の高さが否定的な態度の低減につながることがわかった。さらに, 否定的な態度と社会的距離の大きさとの関連が見いだされた。departmental bulletin pape
Effect of Voluntary Eyeblink under Rest Period during Visual Task
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Voluntary Eyeblink under rest period during visual task. Voluntary Eyeblink, visual task's performances and mental load were examined under visual tasks and two different rest period between visual tasks. One was a period which voluntary Eyeblink was too active by a instruction (Eyeblink Rest Period). The other was a period which no instruction about voluntary Eyeblink (Normal Rest Period). Results indicated that voluntary Eyeblink rates under Eyeblink Rest Periods were increased by the instruction, meanwhile, visual task pertformances and mental load were the same after two rest periods.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Voluntary Eyeblink under rest period during visual task. Ethnomethodological Approach to Asymmetry of Doctor-Patient Interaction
Get PDFThe purpose of this paper is to show the ethnomethodological approach to medical field, particulary doctor-patient relationship. Some studies of medical sociology have suggested that doctor-patient relationship is assymetry. Medical ethnomethodology explicates how this assymetry between doctor and patient is organized and achieved by participants' interaction in medical consultation. First, I overview historical development of medical ethnomethodology. Second, I examine how asymmetry of doctor-patient relationship is treated by Talcott Parsons who first theorized this problem. Get PDF本稿の目的は, ドイツにおいて1998年9月政権についたシュレーダー政権が「ジェンダーの主流化」にいかに取り組んでいるのか, ドイツ政府の発行する資料をもとに, 仕事と家庭の両立策に焦点を当て, コール政権時代との比較を通じて検討することである。その結果, 2000年7月育児手当・休暇法の改正, 並びに2000年12月パートタイム法の制定(いずれも2001年1月発効)により, パートタイムを軸とした雇用政策と家族政策の政策パッケージを実現することにより, 従来のジェンダーを超える制度的基盤を確立したことが明らかになった。すなわち, 「ジェンダーの主流化」の試みは, 雇用者の「時間主権」を確立し, パートタイムとフルタイムとの, また有償労働と無償労働とのジェンダーにとらわれない「ワークシェアリング」を推進しようとしているところにみられるのである。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿では,勅撰集における東下り摂取を切り口に,旅は和歌というジャンルではいかに表現されてきたのかという問題の一端を考えてみたい。時代や文化背景によって,旅のあり方,その表現の仕方は異なってくる。同時代,同質の文化背景に生きていても,場所や土地の捉え方は個人の感性によって異なるはずである。旅の表現は,多様性がその特徴となって当然であろう。ところが,平安鎌倉期に焦点を絞れば,旅の表現に顕著なのは,多様性ではなく,類型性である。事実に即していると捉えられがちな紀行にさえ,類型表現が特徴的である。類型表現は,歌枕という,都から地方の共通理解,美的把握が象徴的に示すように,都を絶対化する観念性に根ざしている。本来定着の場である都から移動する場合には,目的とコースがあった。都は出発点であり帰着点である基軸として,揺らぐことはない。これが,いわゆる制度的な旅である。対極的に『伊勢物語』の東下りでは,主人公の昔男は,都を喪失して流浪する。すなわち,反制度的な逸脱として東下りは『伊勢物語』に造型された。しかし,東下りが勅撰集に摂取され,その表現が歌枕として定着していく過程で,その流浪の悲劇性は捨象されていく。和歌表現もまた新たな類型を生み出す。こうして旅の文化は醸成されていくのである。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿は, 道徳教育研究を儒家思想に求め, その関わりを論ずるものである。孔子, 孟子, 荀子の儒学は2600年来, 東アジアの漢字文化圏の道徳理念の形成に大きく影響を及ぼしてきた。戦前, 日本の教育勅語には儒家思想が多く盛られている。ただ, 「忠」の解釈には違いもあったが, おおよそ日本国民の血となり, 肉となって, その精神文化を支えてきた。戦後はその「忠」の行き過ぎを正してきた。そして近年にみる道徳の頽廃をどう考えるかが, 道徳教育研究の大きな課題でもある。儒学では, 孔子の仁・忠恕と孟子の仁義・性善説が主として語られるが, 荀子の礼から発展した法規則は, 孔孟思想の偏りを正して, さらに一歩進めたものである。本論はこれを検証する紙数がなかったので, 後日の研鑽に委ねたい。なお, 四書の中の『大学』一書の「格物・致知・誠意・正心・修身・斉家・治国・平天下」の八徳目は, 世界のどの哲学にもみられない最高の智恵である。departmental bulletin pape
