Research on the Synergistic Mechanism of Corporate Digital Transformation and ESG Management——Based on the Perspectives of Strategic Integration and Value Co-Creation
This paper delves into the synergistic mechanisms between corporate digital transformation and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management. By employing literature review and case analysis methods, it summarizes and highlights the current challenges faced by enterprises in digital transformation, namely "transformation barriers, capability deficiencies, and risk avoidance." From the perspective of strategic integration and value cocreation, it proposes a theoretical framework and practical pathways for the synergy between the two. The research findings indicate that enterprises should incorporate digital transformation and ESG management into their top-level strategic design. It proposes the construction of pathways of the synergy mechanism between corporate digital transformation and ESG management through threedimensional strategic integration, fourstage improvement of value cocreation, and comprehensive construction of risk prevention and control mechanisms, achieving deep integration of the two and thereby promoting sustainable corporate growth and longterm value creation. The research findings not only help enhance the digital transformation capabilities of small and mediumsized enterprises but also provide reference experience for other similar industries
The Impact of Destination Brand Globalization and Localization on Brand Premium — A Case Study of Global Theme Parks
Based on signaling theory, this study introduces global brand research into the tourism field to explore the underlying mechanisms through which perceived globalness and perceived localness of destination brands influence brand premium. Empirical results show that perceived globalness of a brand can directly and positively affect brand premium, as well as indirectly influence brand premium through perceived quality value and social value. In contrast, perceived localness only affects brand premium indirectly through perceived social value
Strengthening the Legalization of University Management to Prevent and Control Dispute Risks: From the Perspective of Student Management
This paper focuses on the process of legalizing university management from the perspective of student management, and explores in depth how to prevent and control dispute risks. By elaborating on the concept, theoretical basis, and practical significance of the legalization of university management, it reveals the challenges faced by current student management on the path of legalization, including deviations in management concepts, imperfect institutional systems, non-standard implementation of procedures, and inadequate rights relief mechanisms. Through in-depth analysis of three practical cases—"Tian Yong v. University of Science and Technology Beijing," "Liu v. a University in Nanjing," and "He v. a University in Wuhan"—the root causes of the problems are further clarified. It then proposes measures such as constructing a scientific system of management concepts, improving student management systems, strengthening the implementation of procedural justice, improving rights relief mechanisms, and enhancing the construction of a legal culture. These measures aim to enhance the level of legalization in university management, effectively prevent and control dispute risks in student management, promote the harmonious and stable development of universities, and achieve the goal of educating people

Research on the Blended Teaching Model of Ideological and Political Education in the Comprehensive English Course under the CBI Concept
Based on the concept of Content-Based Instruction (CBI), this paper explores the integration path of ideological and political education and the blended teaching model in the English major’s Comprehensive English Course. Specifically, by constructing a “trinity” teaching model that combines online and offline learning, coordinates in-class and extracurricular activities, and integrates theory with practice, it verifies its significant enhancement of students’ language proficiency, ideological and political literacy, and learning satisfaction in teaching practice. Thereby, it addresses the dilemma of the “hard integration” and “superficiality” of ideological education in traditional English teaching
Between Reason and Sensibility: The Manifestation Mechanism of Freedom in Kant's Aesthetics
This paper centers on Kant’s Critique of Judgment to explore the manifestation mechanism of "freedom" in aesthetics. It points out that Kant achieves a reconciliation between reason and sensibility through aesthetic judgment, thereby providing an experiential intermediary path for the concept of freedom. The article analyzes the four dimensions of aesthetic judgment and the free creativity of art and genius, and combines Schiller, Hegel, Heidegger, and others responses to Kants aesthetics of freedom to reveal how Kant bridges the gap between nature and freedom through aesthetic activities, thus constructing the philosophical foundation of modern aesthetics
Study on the Empowerment of Women's Participation in Rural Tourism Under the Background of Rural Revitalization —— Take the Rural Revitalization Demonstration Area of Mount Tai Jiunu Peak as an Example
With continuous socioeconomic development, rural tourism has not only become a vital component of China's tourism industry system but also serves as a key mechanism to implement national development strategies and empower rural revitalization. As talent development forms the foundation of rural revitalization, women—benefiting from their unique advantages—are increasingly becoming driving forces and contributors to rural tourism development, currently constituting a significant proportion of rural surplus labor. Taking the Tai Shan Jiunu Peak Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone as a case study, this paper focuses on women within its jurisdiction. Through literature review, questionnaire surveys, and semi-structured interviews, it explores their empowerment manifestations in rural tourism under the context of rural revitalization. The findings reveal: (1) Women's rights in Jiunu Peak have improved across four dimensions—economic, political, psychological, and social—with greater enhancements observed in economic and psychological empowerment, while social empowerment shows limited development and weaker political awareness; (2) Specific manifestations include: economic empowerment exhibiting "skill stratification," political empowerment showing "formalized institutional empowerment," psychological empowerment demonstrating "intergenerational differentiation" and "role conflict," while social empowerment faces challenges in achieving "symbolic recognition"; (3) Building on this foundation, the author deeply integrates women's empowerment into the five pillars of rural revitalization: industry, talent, culture, ecology, and organization. By restructuring systems, reallocating resources, and reshaping capabilities, the study demonstrates how "women's development" and "rural revitalization" can mutually reinforce each other. This approach transforms women from "participants in development" to "leaders in revitalization," enabling them to gain tangible empowerment through rural tourism. Such efforts carry significant theoretical and practical implications for sustainable rural tourism development, poverty alleviation through tourism, and the promotion of social equity and justice in the new era
A Research on the Online Expression Practices of College Students Under the Background of New Media Empowerment: Taking the College Campus Wall on WeChat as an Example
New media empowerment has enhanced college students' self-awareness and endowed them with more discursive power. They can utilize new media to express themselves and speak freely. However, in real situations, this is not necessarily the case. When engaging in online expression, college students also encounter numerous obstacles. This has caused them to gradually transition from "active expression" at the beginning to "silent screen-watching", thus plunging into a deeper sense of loss and solitude. Meanwhile, they have explored a series of self-regulation methods and have not abandoned their efforts to resist. Nevertheless, merely relying on these measures is insufficient if we hope to help restore the gradually weakening voices of college students in online expression. It requires the combined efforts of various parties, including individuals' courage to face challenges, the guidance of online communities, and the regulation of the government. Only in this way can we maintain the harmony and stability of the online expression environment and truly enable college students to fully showcase themselves and express bravely in the tide of new media empowerment
An Error Analysis of Students' Use of Passive Voice: Comparison between English and Non-English Majors
This study empirically analyzes students' ability to identify various types of passive voice (PV) errors through a grammaticality judgment multiple-choice test and examines grammatical errors in constructing the PV in a Chinese-to-English translation (C-E translation) task. The study was conducted among English majors (EM) and non-English majors (NEM) from different universities. The research aims to identify and compare the common error types made by EM and NEM when constructing PV sentences and explore their potential causes. For this purpose, data was collected from a large sample of university students. The findings reveal that errors in passive construction manifest in various forms. The five most common issues are errors in tense, participles, word choice, by-transposition, and the insertion, omission, or misuse of the auxiliary "be". Another significant finding is that, in general, EM performed better than NEM. However, in some specific areas, NEM performed better than EM, which are, the wrong choice of patient-agent and incomplete translation aspects. Based on these results, this study offers pedagogical suggestions for teaching PV to EM and NEM, respectively
An Analysis of Conversational Implicature in 'Tang Dynasty Strange Events: Westward Journey' from the Perspective of Cooperative Principle
The Cooperative Principle, proposed by the famous American linguist H.P. Grice, is an important theoretical framework in the field of linguistics. This paper takes the Cooperative Principle as the theoretical framework and uses the character dialogues in the TV series "Tang Dynasty Strange Events: Westward Journey" as corpus to analyze the conversational implicature, exploring how it generates deep conversational implicature by violating the four maxims of quantity, quality, relation, and manner, thereby analyzing its linguistic characteristics, interpreting its plot, and understanding its character images. The study found that the characters in the play often violate the four maxims of the Cooperative Principle during dialogues, so as to realize the emotional expression of the characters, depict different character images, deepen people's understanding of character personalities, and promote the development of the plot
