Reservoir Characteristics and Influencing Factors of the Jurassic Yan'an Formation in the Hao Tan Area of the Ordos Basin
To study the reservoir characteristics and main controlling factors of Jurassic Yan'an formation in Hao Tan area of Ordos Basin. The reservoir characteristics and its main controlling factors were revealed by the experimental observations such as rock sheet analysis, high pressure mercury pressure experiment and cathodoluminescence. The Jurassic reservoirs in Hao Tan area are mainly located in Yan 10~Yan 8 section. The results show that the main types are feldspathic sandstone and feldspathic quartz sand with medium to low maturity, and the main types of pores include intergranular pores, intergranular dissolution pores and feldspathic dissolution pores. The physical properties of the reservoir are dominated by mesopore mesoturbidity, with medium throat radius and low drainage pressure. The reservoir has experienced moderate to strong mechanical compaction with various types of cementation dominated by carbonate, siliceous and clay minerals, among which the pore structure of the reservoir has been significantly improved by dissolution. The reservoirs of the Yan'an Formation have certain storage capacity and development potential, especially the Yan 10 and Yan 8 reservoirs have better physical properties, and the sedimentation and diagenesis have affected the inhomogeneity of the reservoirs. It is concluded that the Yan 8 reservoir (72% class II) and the local sweet spot of Yan 10 (class I porosity >16%) have development potential, but different development strategies should be formulated for the high permeability zone of Yan 9. The results of the study can provide a theoretical basis for the exploration and development of the same type of Jurassic tight sandstone reservoirs in the Ordos Basin

Multimodal interventions in the rehabilitation department of Class III Grade A hospitals have emerged as a promising approach to address these social skill deficits. This review article comprehensively examines the existing literature on the effects of multimodal interventions on the social skills of autistic children. It first introduces the background and significance of studying social skills in autistic children. Then, it delves into the concept and components of multimodal interventions, including behavioral therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and other related modalities. The review also analyzes the mechanisms through which multimodal interventions enhance social skills, such as improving communication, promoting emotional recognition, and facilitating social interaction. Furthermore, it evaluates the effectiveness of these interventions based on various research findings. Finally, the article concludes by summarizing the current state of research, pointing out the limitations of existing studies, and suggesting directions for future research. Through this review, it is hoped to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of multimodal interventions in improving the social skills of autistic children and contribute to the development of more effective rehabilitation strategies
Research on How Organizations can Effectively Reduce Occupational Stress and Burnout in the Long Term
Occupational stress has become a rising problem in today’s job industries. Some jobs accumulate less stress than others and some accumulate more, however, almost every single employee in this decade has suffered at least some form of occupational stress in their career. Many researchers have been trying to study and resolve the trending problems. However, due to a lack of complete summarization and guide to counteracting the problem, many organizations and companies still struggle to provide a healthy working environment for their employees. This research will fill in the gap and accurately give the readers a complete summarization of strategies to reduce occupational stress and eliminate organizational ineffectiveness. In detail, this study will offer summarizations of topics of strategies to regulate employees’ well-being; how to take care of individuals’ mental health; how to spot occupational stress among employees; ways to spot organizational ineffectiveness within a group or company; past, well-known events that significantly increased employees’ occupational stress; and lastly how existing companies take care of their employees
A Comprehensive Review of Chinese Herbal Formulations for the Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common, chronic, and relapsing inflammatory skin disorder characterized by skin irritation and intense pruritus, which significantly impairs the quality of patients’ life. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a long history in the treatment of atopic dermatitis, especially in preventing disease recurrence, minimizing adverse reactions and alleviating disease burden. In this paper, we reviewed the clinical anti-AD efficacy of Chinese herbal formulae from the perspective of AD mechanisms. Following assessment indicators were used: SCORing Atopic Dermatitis (SCORAD), erythema intensity, skin quality of life index (DLQI), pruritus intensity and frequency, transdermal dehydration (TEWL), and AD-mediated chemokine expression levels as index formulae. We also summarize the pharmacological effects of single herbs in the formulae. In conclusion, TCM has significant clinical efficacy for patients of all ages, both as a standalone treatment and in combination with other therapies
Family Resilience Status and Characteristics in Families of Children with Autism: A Mixed-Methods Study
Objective: To analyze the status and experiences of family resilience among caregivers of children with autism, and to provide a basis for developing interventions to enhance family resilience. Methods: A mixed-methods study was conducted. Two hundred and sixty-one caregivers of children undergoing rehabilitation in the pediatric rehabilitation department were surveyed using a general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Family Resilience Assessment Scale (FRAS-C). Nine caregivers were selected for in-depth qualitative interviews. Results: The total family resilience score of caregivers was (71.26 ± 15.03), indicating a medium-low level. Interview data summarized three themes: The formation of an inclusive and resilient mindset, multidimensional ability improvement, and family collaboration and resilience. Conclusion: The family resilience level of families with autistic children needs improvement. Despite the challenges, caregivers reported positive parenting growth experiences during caregiving
The Effect of Occlusal Adjustment on Periodontal Treatment Outcomes in Patients with Chronic Periodontitis and Occlusal Trauma
Objective: To investigate the effect of occlusal intervention combined with basic periodontal treatment on patients with chronic periodontitis complicated by occlusal abnormalities, and to provide evidence-based support for clinical practice. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic periodontitis accompanied by occlusal dysfunction who visited our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as study samples and randomly divided into an experimental group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). The control group received standard periodontal basic treatment (including supragingival cleaning, subgingival scaling, and root planing), while the experimental group received additional occlusal function correction (involving early contact point modification, elimination of occlusal interference, and reconstruction of occlusal stability) based on the standard treatment. The periodontal status indicators (including probing depth PD, attachment level AL, and gingival bleeding index GBI) and overall treatment efficacy were evaluated in both groups before and after 3 months of treatment. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the detection data of periodontal probing depth (PD), attachment loss (AL), and gingival bleeding index (GBI) between the two groups (P>0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the experimental group showed significantly better results in terms of PD, AL, and GBI compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Additionally, the overall treatment efficacy rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with chronic periodontitis complicated by occlusal trauma, occlusal adjustment intervention supplemented with standard periodontal treatment can effectively improve the health status of periodontal tissues and significantly enhance clinical efficacy. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice
Peanut Production in Central Luzon, Philippines: An Assessment of Farmer Practices, Challenges, and Profitability
Peanut is a crucial leguminous crop grown by farmers in Central Luzon, acknowledged for its economic and ecological significance. Peanuts function as a versatile rotation crop, thriving in warm regions with well-drained, sandy or loamy soils, and significantly contribute to sustainable farming methods by enhancing soil fertility. Central Luzon, recognized as a key peanut-producing area in the Philippines, significantly contributes to fulfilling the demand for this crop. Nonetheless, numerous challenges remain, obstructing the growth and productivity of the industry. Farmers in the region encounter challenges including restricted access to premium seeds, dependence on conventional farming techniques, and vulnerability to pests and diseases. Due to insufficient support for training, extension services, and research funding, the identified challenges result in decreased yields and variable production quality. Mechanization, especially in the context of labor-intensive harvesting, is still not fully developed, resulting in smallholder farmers relying on inefficient and time-consuming methods.
This paper presents a thorough evaluation of peanut production in Central Luzon, including an analysis of farms and farmers, an assessment of production costs and returns, identification of constraints, proposed interventions, and a review of current research and development initiatives. Notable challenges encompass restricted access to high-quality seeds, inadequate training and extension support, and a deficiency in mechanized post-harvest equipment. The demanding processes of planting, weeding, and harvesting significantly constrain the growth of peanut production areas and overall yields. To effectively address these gaps, it is essential to foster collaboration among stakeholders. This includes the development of suitable machinery for small farm holdings, the implementation of training programs, and the enhancement of investment in peanut research and extension
Underwater Access Door System for Tidal Power Generation
The difficulty in maintaining tidal power generation equipment is an important factor restricting its development. The tidal power underwater access door system uses a power device to drive the metal seal. When the machine is stopped, a temporary channel is formed between the rotating and stationary parts. After drainage, personnel can maintain the rotating parts through the channel. In the past four years of use, the system has good stability and zero leakage, solving the problem of having to pull out of the sea for maintenance of tidal power generation equipment and reducing maintenance costs
Research on the Introduction of Digital Tax in China Based on Tax Competition
Distinguishing international tax competition from horizontal tax competition among domestic local governments, and analyzing economic development, local fiscal sustainability and digital economic industry development respectively. It is found that domestic local economic development and horizontal tax competition are conducted through top-by-top tax competition and bottom-by-bottom tax competition. Point to digital tax. Then, we discussed the necessity of levying digital tax in China from domestic and international perspectives, and judged the feasibility of levying digital tax and the setting of collection entities from the perspective of the government and the market. We believed that there was no strong need for levying digital tax for international entities for the time being, and it was necessary and initially feasible for domestic entities to levy digital tax, but long-term planning was needed. At the same time, it emphasizes the importance of the construction of supporting systems such as policy publicity, technology development, business environment, and international voice
