    The Impact of the STAME New Research Model on Organizational Success: Based on Case Studies

    The dynamics and uncertainties in the VUCA era make it difficult for the traditional organizational management model to meet the development needs, and STAME model provides a new direction for organizations to meet challenges. This study focuses on the five core elements of the model, namely, Strategy, Tenacity, Action, Motivation and Enthusiasm, aiming at analyzing the internal correlation and coordination mechanism among the elements, constructing the integration framework of the model and multi-theories, and exploring its cross-industry practice path. The research comprehensively adopts literature research, case analysis and comparative analysis, systematically deconstructs the core connotation of the model, and integrates many theories such as Flow Theory and Dynamic Capabilities Perspective to form a fusion framework. At the same time, it takes A jewelry enterprise, B multi-business technology enterprise and H Group as cases to analyze. The research results clarify the overall operation mechanism of STAME model, improve the theoretical framework in the field of organizational management, and summarize the practical experience and shortcomings of the model in different industries. This study not only provides theoretical support for the follow-up research on organizational management but also provides operational guidance for all kinds of organizations to enhance their adaptability and competitiveness and realize sustainable development with the help of this model

With the in-depth implementation and promotion of the "double reduction" policy, the education sector in our country is undergoing profound changes. Physical education, as an important means to cultivate students' physical fitness and promote their physical and mental health, has become increasingly significant. However, physical education still faces many challenges, such as insufficient educational resources, poor cooperation between schools and families, and low social participation. The "home-school-community" integration is an effective method to solve the problems faced by physical education. This article conducts a questionnaire survey, collects and analyzes the current situation of physical education in some primary schools in Kunming, and proposes effective countermeasures

    Research on the Pathways to Enhance Vocational Decision-Making Ability of College Students in Local Universities from the Perspective of Resilience

    With the continuous increase in the number of college graduates in China, university students are facing challenges such as low employment rates and poor employment quality. This not only places excessive employment pressure on students but also leads to widespread mental health issues such as anxiety and confusion. Phenomena like "delayed employment" and "slow employment" are becoming increasingly prevalent, particularly among students from local universities. To deeply analyze the impact pathways and mediating effects among employment pressure, psychological resilience, and career decision-making of students in local universities, this study distributed 160 questionnaires at a local institution. The results revealed that employment pressure significantly negatively predicts career decision-making ability; employment pressure significantly negatively predicts psychological resilience; psychological resilience significantly positively influences career decision-making; and psychological resilience plays a partial mediating role between employment pressure and career decision-making. Based on these findings, this study proposes corresponding recommendations to provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the employment of students in local universities

    This paper conducts an in-depth exploration of the semantic relationships and interactive construction grammar of the "V (verb) + O (object) + C (complement)" structure. Through a literature review, it organizes the findings on grammatical metaphor and its application within the "V+O+C" structure and examines related studies in interactive construction grammar. The research employs a scientifically designed methodology, utilizing diverse data sources and applying rigorous data analysis techniques to ensure the reliability of the results. The study uncovers the complex semantic relationships among the verb, object, and complement in the "V+O+C" structure, while also revealing the unique functions of this grammatical structure within interactive constructions. The findings provide new insights for the further development of grammatical metaphor theory and construction grammar, and underscore the practical significance of this research in language teaching and grammatical analysis

    Optimal Selection and Process Design of High-Performance Polymer Composites for Smart Construction Based on the "Agent AI" Framework

    Against the backdrop of rapid advancements in smart construction and digital twin technologies, traditional building material selection and construction decision-making processes face challenges of inefficiency, lack of systematicity, and imprecision due to excessive reliance on manual expertise. To address this issue, this paper proposes a novel decision-making framework based on "agentic AI" (AI with multiagent capabilities), aiming to achieve automated optimization and process design for high-performance polymer composites in smart construction. The core of this framework is a multiagent system. A conductor agent based on a large language model (LLM) parses complex project requirements and coordinates multiple specialized agents to execute tasks, including data retrieval, performance prediction, multiobjective optimization, and interpretable reporting. The performance prediction module innovatively employs an "LLM-XGBoost" hybrid cascading architecture. It leverages the LLM's reasoning capabilities to intelligently tune XGBoost model hyperparameters, enabling high-precision quantitative predictions of material properties, cost-effectiveness, and construction efficiency. To ensure transparency and credibility in the decision-making process, the system integrates an explainability (XAI) module based on Shapley Additivity Propensity (SHAP) analysis, enabling quantitative assessment of each input parameter's contribution to the final recommended solution. Case studies on two typical scenarios — "anti-corrosion coatings for cross-sea bridges" and "self-healing concrete for high-rise residential buildings" — validate that this framework can accurately recommend optimal material solutions such as "0.7% graphene-modified epoxy resin" and "microcapsule-based self-healing polymer concrete." It predicts potential savings of 60–80% in full-lifecycle maintenance costs and reductions of 25–35% in the carbon footprint. This research not only provides a data-driven, explainable, end-to-end intelligent decision-making tool for engineering management but also demonstrates the immense potential of agent-based AI in driving digital transformation and sustainable development within the construction industry. This study offers crucial theoretical and technical support for accelerating the adoption and widespread use of novel green building materials

    Construction of Segmented Market User Personas and Demand Analysis Based on SQL

    In the context of the digital economy, enterprises are gradually shifting their understanding of segmented market user demand from experience-driven approaches to data-driven methods. User personas, as an important tool linking user behavior data with business decision-making, play a key role in refined operations and market analysis. Taking business data stored in relational databases as the research object, this study constructs segmented market user personas based on SQL technology and conducts user demand analysis on this basis. First, combining user persona theory with segmented market theory, the dimensions of user characteristics and the indicator system are systematically designed. Then, SQL is used to clean, integrate, and aggregate multi-source data to extract key indicators such as demographic attributes, behavioral characteristics, and consumption preferences, thereby enabling the construction of segmented market user personas. Finally, by comparing the persona characteristics of different user groups, differentiated user demands are identified and corresponding business implications are summarized. The results show that the SQL-based user persona approach has advantages such as low implementation cost, strong operability, and ease of deployment. It can effectively support user demand analysis in segmented markets and provide data support for precise enterprise decision-making and resource allocation

    A Case of Atypical Polypoid Adenomyoma with a Literature Review

    This study aims to investigate the clinicopathological features, imaging findings, and reasons for misdiagnosis of uterine atypical polypoid adenomyoma (APA) to improve its preoperative diagnostic accuracy. We report a case of a 46-year-old woman presenting with irregular vaginal bleeding who was admitted in April 2025. Preoperative imaging, including transvaginal ultrasound, MRI, and PET-CT, was misinterpreted as endometrial or cervical cancer. However, postoperative pathological examination confirmed APA, characterized by architecturally complex endometrial glands with extensive squamous metaplasia and a stroma composed of proliferating smooth muscle and fibrous tissue. Following hysteroscopic resection, the patient recovered well. This case underscores that APA is a rare uterine lesion with malignant potential, often misdiagnosed due to nonspecific imaging features. Improved recognition of its imaging characteristics combined with pathological evaluation is essential to avoid misdiagnosis and guide individualized treatment

    The Role of T Lymphocyte-Mediated Immune Imbalance in the Pathogenesis of Endometriosis

    Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by the growth of endometrial-like tissue outside the uterine cavity, affecting approximately 10% of women of reproductive age worldwide. Its pathogenesis is complex and involves multiple factors, including immune, endocrine, and inflammatory processes. Recent research has increasingly highlighted the critical role of the immune system, particularly T lymphocytes—the core effector cells of adaptive immunity—in the adhesion, invasion, proliferation, vascularization, and pain development associated with ectopic endometrial lesions. This article systematically reviews the phenotypic and functional alterations of T cells within the microenvironment of endometriosis. It focuses on various immune dysregulations, including Th1/Th2 imbalance, Th17 cells, Treg cells, and the functional exhaustion of cytotoxic T cells. By providing an in-depth understanding of the imbalance between T cell-mediated immune tolerance and inflammatory responses, this review not only offers new perspectives on the pathogenesis of endometriosis but also points the way for developing novel diagnostic biomarkers and targeted immunomodulatory therapies

    Role of Non-Coding RNA Produced by Bacteria During Infection: Mechanisms and Functions

    In recent years, the rapid advancement of bioinformatics and experimental techniques has enhanced the understanding of bacterial infection mechanisms. Traditionally, it was believed that bacteria primarily regulate host cell activities through protein products. However, the discovery of non-coding RNAs has fundamentally altered this perspective. Bacteria produce various types of non-coding RNAs, including small RNAs (sRNAs), transfer RNA (tRNA) fragments, and long-chain non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs). These non-coding RNAs play a crucial role in finely regulating host cell gene expression, immune responses, and bacterial-host interactions during infection. This paper aims to review the mechanisms and functions of non-coding RNAs produced by bacteria during infection, to explore the origins of sRNAs, tRNAs, and lncRNAs, and to examine how they influence host cells through various pathways, such as ferritin regulation, pH modulation, and alterations in antibiotic sensitivity. This review seeks to provide a scientific foundation for understanding the mechanisms of bacterial infections and for the development of novel antimicrobial therapeutic strategies

    Research on the Impact Mechanism of Land Use Change on the Cooling Island Effect of Karst Plateau Wetland: A case study of Caohai National Nature Reserve, China

    Understanding how land use change affects the cooling island effect in karst plateau wetland is vital for managing wetland resources and maintaining regional ecological balance. Using land use transfer matrix, land surface temperature (LST), and buffer zone analysis to examine the dynamic relationship between land use transitions and the cooling island effect in the Caohai National Nature Reserve (CNNR) from 2000 to 2024. The results indicate that the period from 2000 to 2010 was characterized by a large-scale conversion of grassland and forest to construction and cultivated land, which raised LST and weakened the cooling island effect. From 2010 to 2020, there was a reversal, with farmland reverting to grassland and the expansion of water, leading to a decrease in LST and a strengthening of the effect. From 2020 to 2024, renewed expansion of construction land resulted in an increase in LST, again weakening the cooling island effect. Water and forest land exhibited lower LST, enhancing the cooling island effect, while cultivated land, construction land and unused land served as major heat sources. The temperature difference between strong and weak cooling island zones narrowed from 3.1 °C in 2000 to 1.44 °C in 2024, indicating an overall decline in the effect. These findings underscore the necessity for targeted management strategies, including the protection of water resources, restoration of forest and grassland, and regulation of unplanned construction, to achieve a balance between ecological conservation and development
