Research on the Digital Transformation Path of Ice and Snow Venues in Hebei Province
Get PDFSince the successful co-hosting of the Winter Olympics by Beijing and Zhangjiakou, China's ice and snow venues have experienced rapid development under the dual impetus of policy support and market demand. Leveraging its geographical and strategic advantages, Hebei Province has actively improved its venue infrastructure and competitiveness. However, in the context of the digital era, traditional operational models face increasing challenges. This study, using literature review and logical analysis, examines the current situation of Hebei's ice and snow venues and explores digital transformation strategies in areas such as intelligent decision-making, service innovation, and operational optimization. Targeting issues like outdated infrastructure and limited data sharing, the paper offers practical solutions to support the high-quality and sustainable development of the regional winter sports sector
Valuation Dilemmas and Optimization Pathways for Capitalizing Data Assets in Manufacturing: Evidence from Zhongan Technology Group in Guiyang
Get PDFAgainst the deepening digital economy, data assets have become a new engine for value creation in manufacturing. But structural barriers—including strong contextual stickiness, sensitivity to industry fluctuations, and fragmented ownership- mean manufacturing data assets still struggle in valuation. This paper focuses on Guizhou Zhongan Technology Group’s pioneering practice, systematically examining the data asset valuation challenges during financial recognition. It clarifies two key aspects: the formation mechanism behind the triple dilemma of scene dependence, value fluctuation, and ownership compliance. And a three-in-one optimization framework of "scenario-based partition pricing, fluctuation risk mitigation, and ownership chain verification. The study provides both a replicable operational model for manufacturing data assets to be recorded in financial statements and a theoretically grounded, practically relevant decision-making reference for the industry’s digital transformation[3]
Government Subsidies Affect the Competitiveness of Game Listed Companies
Get PDFThe game industry, as an important carrier of the digital economy and the dissemination of traditional culture, has attracted much policy attention in its development. Based on the existing literature and research, we find that government subsidies and game enterprises' R&D investment are important factors affecting the sustainable development and competitiveness of game enterprises. In order to better study how to enhance the competitiveness of game enterprises themselves to form a benign competition and propel the game industry's explosive growth, this paper takes 31 listed game companies as samples to conduct relevant empirical tests and bootstrap tests. Research shows that: (1) Government subsidies significantly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. (2) R&D investment plays a partial mediating role between the two (with an mediating effect proportion of 19.86%), indicating that subsidies indirectly enhance competitiveness by stimulating R&D, but they are not the dominant path. Based on this, we have put forward some policy suggestions, such as continuing and strengthening the subsidy policy, optimizing the subsidy management mechanism and establishing a dynamic management model of "performance tracking + R&D subsidies", as well as differentiating the positioning of subsidy recipients
Attracting Foreign Investment and Its Influence on Outward Investment in Developing Countries: An Empirical Analysis Based on China's Reform and Opening-up Experience
Get PDFThis paper aims to explore whether attracting foreign investment promotes outward foreign investment in developing countries, taking China’s experience during its reform and opening-up as a typical case.By leveraging panel data encompassing 31 provinces (municipalities) across China spanning the period from 2007 to 2022, it employs empirical methods to examine FDI’s impact on OFDI. The results show that: 1) FDI generally enhances provincial OFDI regardless of control variables and fixed effects; 2) regional heterogeneity exists—FDI inhibits OFDI in eastern and central regions but promotes it in western China; 3) government incentive policies are closely associated with OFDI’s formation and growth. The study provides empirical evidence for developing countries to optimize their open development paths
Exploring the Pricing Strategy of Insurance in China Based on the TOPSIS Method
Get PDFThis paper is based on the panel data of extreme weather in China from 2000 to 2023. Firstly, the TOPSIS method is adopted to determine the weights of various indicators affecting the underwriting of insurance companies and establish a risk assessment system. Secondly, the break-even method is used to formulate the premium pricing strategy, and sensitivity analysis is conducted to test the sensitivity of each indicator. Further analysis is carried out to determine when and where the insurance company's underwriting risk is the lowest and the return is the highest. Finally, from the perspective of developers, the model is optimized. Based on the exploration of the influencing factors of building disaster resistance, the disaster resistance coefficient of disaster-resistant buildings is considered to establish a community disaster resistance capacity system model. Developers can determine whether to develop based on the local disaster resistance capacity indicators and the disaster resistance coefficient of disaster-resistant buildings
Research on the Impact of Data Elements on the Modernization Level of Industrial Chains
Get PDFBased on panel data from 30 Chinese provinces between 2010 and 2021, this study empirically examines the impact of data factor allocation levels on industrial chain modernization and its underlying mechanisms from multiple perspectives. The results demonstrate that data factor allocation significantly improves the level of industrial chain modernization. This conclusion remains robust after addressing endogeneity concerns. Further research reveals that data elements promote industrial chain modernization by alleviating labor factor misallocation. Regional heterogeneity analysis indicates that data factors exhibit substantial effects in eastern China, while their influence remains underdeveloped in central and western regions. Finally, relevant policy recommendations are proposed to optimize these mechanisms
Research on the Teaching Design of Nondestructive Testing Course Based on Engineering Ability Training
Get PDFAs an essential foundational course for majors related to materials, machinery, and testing, the course "Nondestructive Testing" is both theoretical and practical, with an engineering-based approach. Based on the current teaching practices of colleges and universities, this paper conducts a systematic exploration of course content design, teaching method reform, the introduction of engineering cases, and practical teaching links. Through the implementation of diversified teaching modes such as project-driven teaching, case teaching, and hybrid teaching, students' understanding and application ability of nondestructive testing technology have been significantly improved. In light of the challenges posed by limited resources and uneven student foundations in the teaching process, corresponding improvement measures are proposed. The research results provide a valuable reference for enhancing the teaching quality and the impact of talent development in the course <Nondestructive Testing>

An Innovative Analysis of English Reading Instruction Based on an Integrated Approach of Teaching, Learning, and Assessment
Get PDFEnglish language reading instruction needs to move urgently from language decoding to cultural interpretation and critical thinking in the context of globalization. Factors impacting the effectiveness of reading curriculum include vague teaching objectives, delayed evaluation, fragmentation of teaching and evaluation in teaching practices from traditional education models, which often trap students in passive receptor and examination-driven training paradigms and hence, fail to develop the higher order reading literacy. The "teaching-learning-assessment" integration philosophy is a way to change teaching logic through system thinking, recognizing the dynamic interaction of objectives, activities, and evaluation, and offers a theoretical lens to confront the fragmented and surface-level reading instruction. English language reading course is in immediate need to take a parameters to address demonstrably as new liberal arts education competency for composite foreign language talent, based upon the teaching-learning-assessment framework, and to focus on deep understanding interpretation of texts, as a innovative model of instruction for in-depth text interpretation pedagogic for critical thinking skills

While progress has been made, shortcomings remain in aligning curricula with industry needs, enhancing teachers’ skills, and strengthening collaboration, requiring a multidimensional approach to meet evolving labor demands
