Theoretical Study of Isotope Fractionation Effects in Different Systems Based on First Principles
The study of theoretical calculation work of isotope fractionation effect provides a good theoretical basis for the research of geochemistry and other related disciplines. Numerous scholars use different calculation methods which may lead to the deviation of the calculation results. In this work, we calculated some gases, liquids, and minerals systems by Gaussian software with two different methods, B3LYP/6-311+G(d, p) and HF/3-21G. Theoretical calculation results could be compared with the previous experimental and natural sample measurements in this field. The comparison between theoretical calculation and experimental results could come up with which theoretical method is closer to the results of many kinds of research, and provide a direction for future researchers when choosing to apply the theoretical methods. This study draws some preliminary conclusions as follows: 1. The isotope fractionation effect of isotopologue with light atoms is greater than that with heavy atoms. 2. The isotope fractionation factors are a function of temperature, and these parameters decrease with the temperature increase. 3. The calculations with the HF/3-21G method are not very accurate. The calculations with the B3LYP/6-311+G(d, p) method are closer to the results of many research works than those of the HF/3-21G method
Study on Forest Eco-Products Value Changes for Karst Desertification Control in South and North China
The forests in the dolomite karst region provide people with a variety of ecological products, and the realization of its value is related to the protection of forests and the well-being of local residents. In this paper, the spatial and temporal pattern and change rule of the value of forest ecological products from 2000 to 2020 are investigated through three forest study areas in China's southern and northern rocky desertification control. The equivalent factor method is used to calculate the value of forest ecological products, and Arc GIS and other tools are used for visualization and analysis. It was found that the forest land area in the three study areas was mainly forest-dominated, and the value of ecological products showed a fast and then slow decline rate in the southern region. The two study areas in the north, on the other hand, showed a gradual increase over the years in the study area of Yixian, while Zunhua showed an increasing and then decreasing trend of change. Meanwhile, different ecological product value realization path models are proposed according to the value changes in the study areas. The results of the study provide theoretical and practical support for the sustainable development of forests in karst desertification control areas, and have important academic and application values
Ex Ante Nuclear Safety: Financial Assurance Mechanisms for Nuclear Damage

Nuclear damage has wide-ranging impacts and persists over time, necessitating a financial assurance mechanism. This paper focuses on the relevant contents of the financial assurance system for nuclear damage compensation in international legislation and domestic law, and combines the domestic legislative practice of the world's major nuclear power countries. Financial assurance mechanisms for nuclear damage applied by States include nuclear damage insurance and mutual-aid mechanisms. The establishment of a sound financial assurance mechanism for nuclear damage is conducive to the further development of the nuclear energy industry
A Theoretical Study on the Mechanisms of How Digital Finance Reshapes Corporate Social Responsibility
This paper studies the impact of digital finance on CSR practices from a theoretical perspective. Based on existing literature, this paper first clarifies the definition and features of digital finance and the dimensions of CSR. We then construct a theoretical framework to explore how digital finance shapes CSR from the triple mechanism, including an enhanced external oversight mechanism, an optimized internal incentive mechanism and an algorithm-driven mechanism. These mechanisms reveal how digital finance has gradually incorporated CSR into firms’ strategic and operational choices. The paper provides a new perspective for understanding CSR against the backdrop of digital transformation
Research on Strategies for Digital Technology-Enabled Flipped Classrooms Based on Deep Learning Theory
Drawing on deep learning theory and combined with specific course implementations and classroom teaching practices across multiple semesters, this study systematically summarizes an innovative, scalable, and evidence-based strategy for digital technology-enabled flipped classrooms. In the context of the global digital transformation of higher education, traditional teaching models are increasingly challenged by the demand for cultivating innovative and practical talents. This proposed teaching model breaks through the limitations of conventional classroom teaching by fostering an interactive, immersive, and challenging learning environment. It effectively cultivates students’ core competencies, including problem-solving capabilities, creative thinking, high-level reasoning, and critical thinking, while enhancing their personal literacy and facilitating their all-round development. Through empirical research involving 320 students from 8 undergraduate classes and a one-year follow-up study, the effectiveness of the model has been verified: compared with the control group using traditional teaching methods, the experimental group adopting the digital technology-enabled flipped classroom strategy achieved a 28% improvement in average academic performance, a 41% increase in classroom participation rate, and a significant enhancement in students’ self-reported innovative thinking and practical application abilities. This study provides valuable theoretical reference and practical guidance for the deep integration of digital technology and higher education teaching reform
Solitude and the Online Disinhibition Effect: The Dual Liberation Mechanism of Social Media Commenting Behavior Based on Role Theory
Using role theory as an analytical framework and considering the characteristics of China's social media ecosystem, this study explores the synergistic mechanism of physical solitude and the online disinhibition effect on users' commenting behavior. The research finds that solitude weakens the immediate constraints of real-world social norms by providing a private physical space, while the online disinhibition effect (centered on anonymity and the absence of non-verbal cues) further reduces psychological inhibition. Together, they facilitate the user's transition from a "front-stage role" to a "back-stage role." This dual liberation mechanism significantly diminishes self-monitoring and moral constraints, leading to reduced responsibility and moral disengagement, thereby promoting high-freedom commenting behaviors (such as polarized expression or deep self-disclosure). The study emphasizes the need for a dialectical view of this mechanism, providing a theoretical basis for the governance of Chinese social media platforms
Conceptual Characteristics and Constituent Elements of a Multimedia Publishing and Dissemination System
The high-speed, low-latency, large-capacity 5G transmission information environment and the innovation and development of digital technology have promoted the construction of an all-media publishing and communication system. System development needs to integrate internal and external motivations to support the conceptual characteristics and constituent elements of the all-media publishing and communication system. This article uses literature analysis to explore the conceptual characteristics and components of the all-media publishing and communication system, and analyzes its application in the modern new publishing field in conjunction with the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Deep Integrated Development of Publishing (2022)". First, this article introduces the endogenous driving force of the all-media publishing and communication system, including the dynamic development of "all media" and the support of the core elements of the "four full media". Secondly, the defining characteristics of the all-media publishing and communication system are explained, which involve aspects such as the comprehensive integration of media, the richness and diversity of communication content, and the breadth of communication channels. Finally, this article also analyzes the components of the all-media publishing and communication system, including technology platforms, content production, user services, etc
Research on the Ecological Discourse Framework of Micro-drama Empowered Cultural and Tourism Integration
As a new medium, micro-dramas have provided an innovative path for the integration of culture and tourism in the context of the global cultural and tourism industry's pursuit of sustainable development and the profound transformation of digital media. However, they also bring many problems due to content homogeneity, single evaluation indicators, and lack of ecological awareness. Therefore, this study, by using the theory of ecological linguistics, constructs an E-TALE analysis model that includes five dimensions: environment, text, audience, linking, and effect, aiming to provide a tool for evaluating cultural and tourism micro-dramas that takes into account narrative depth, communication effectiveness, and ecological sustainability. The E-TALE model is applied to the typical case of Homeward Journey with the Wind to verify its effectiveness and operability in practice. The research confirms that high-quality cultural and tourism micro-dramas need to achieve the narrative transformation of local cultural symbols through "Stories to Live By discourse" and build a multi-subject collaborative ecosystem, providing a research path for promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of the cultural and tourism industry

AttentPillars: Capture the Highlight Pillars
3D object detection play an important role in the perception part of autonomous driving. Recent algorithms suggest two types of 3D object detection, point-based and voxel-based, have the shortcomings of slow speed and low detection accuracy respectively. PointPillars mainly focuses the information on xoy plane, it has precise detection performance and fast speed, so it is more suitable for the perception part of autonomous driving. However, PointPillars pay the same attention to each pillar, the important information is not given more attention, so that the model cannot effectively focus on important information resulting in suboptimal performance. To address this issue, we propose AttentPillars, including a new two-branch downsampling structure with max pooling, and leveraging the SiLU activation function to build the backbone. Moreover, we fuse the split attention to the upsampling module, so that the important information could be highlighted. Apart from this, we find that the common problems in autonomous driving, both the sparsity of point cloud, the occlusion, and the diversity of objects, would damage the performance of detection. In that case, we change the normal data augmentation strategy, The shape-aware data augmentation strategy is added to the data augmentation part to boost the performance of our model. Extensive experiments on the KITTI dataset indicate that our proposed AttentPillars outperforms the state-of-the-art methods with remarkable margins. In the easy, moderate, and hard difficulties, our AttentPillars performs accuracy with 89.54%, 80.25%, and 77.47% respectively
