This study focuses on the development path of rural industry integration in Kaiping City within the context of rural revitalization. Through an in-depth investigation of the current state of rural industries in Kaiping City, it analyzes core issues in the process of industrial integration, such as insufficient extension of the industrial chain, imbalance in the allocation of production factors, and weak efficiency of business entities. These issues are manifested in the low level of agricultural product processing, loose linkage between secondary and tertiary industries, significant constraints on land and capital factors, insufficient driving force from leading enterprises, and a lack of specialized talent. Next, leveraging Kaiping City's unique agricultural resources and the cultural advantages of overseas Chinese, a multi-dimensional optimization path is proposed. This includes exploring the potential of distinctive agriculture, promoting deep integration of agriculture with tourism, culture, and other industries, and extending the value chain. It also involves innovating the factor supply mechanism and improving resource integration efficiency through intensive land use, financial instrument innovation, and enhancements to digital infrastructure. Furthermore, it aims to strengthen the main cultivation system, implement a chain incubation project for leading enterprises, and improve the socialized service system. By combining theory and practice, this study provides decision-making references for overcoming the bottlenecks of rural industrial integration in Kaiping and activating endogenous development momentum, helping Kaiping City to establish a rural revitalization model with a demonstration effect, providing strong support for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Kaiping City, and offering references for the integrated development of rural industries in other regions
The Dimension and Dynamics of Property Law Practice in The Realm of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Reits) in Nigeria
Commercial property law and the Real estate market are majorly shaped by overall Nigerian economic activity, which determines demand for real estate. Similarly, with land and labour, real estate is a factor of production in our economy, and the efficient use of the same can have a significant and robust impact on business output. The real estate industry is a highly capital-intensive business that can be harnessed by practitioners who use the collective capital of investors to purchase and manage income-yielding property and mortgage loans in the form of real estate investment trusts (REITs). By navigation through systematic research and extensive reliance on statutes in concert with authoritative materials, we assert that the dimension of REITs has a place as it creates super dynamics relevant to the practice of property law in Nigeria. The authors aim to explore and analyse the benefits of REITs in Nigeria's cutting-edge property law practice. Further, this article discusses, from an investor perspective and the dynamics of heterogeneity of the economy, that the infusion of REITs in the framework of property law practice in Nigeria is imperative to further heighten the all-important area of practice into wholesome capital investment and economic growth
Digitalization of Industrial Chains: Research on Innovative Pathways for Rural Industry Integration and Rural Revitalization
In the context of the digital economy driving China's high-quality development, the digital transformation of rural industries is of great significance for coordinated urban-rural development and rural revitalization. Various regions have actively implemented the "High-Quality Development Project for Hundreds of Counties, Thousands of Towns, and Tens of Thousands of Villages," achieving initial successes in the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism industries as well as in rural revitalization. By constructing diversified industrial systems and establishing industrial alliances, some regions have seen significant investments in multiple agricultural and cultural tourism projects from January to October 2024, creating distinctive brands and promoting a number of enterprises to scale up and integrate into the statistical system, thereby enhancing industrial scale and standardization. However, rural digital development still faces challenges such as insufficient elements for industrial integration, lagging digital infrastructure, and inadequate empowerment of digital inclusive finance. To address these issues, local governments have built digital financial sharing platforms by improving residents' digital literacy, strengthening the integration of digital assets and finance, and fostering cooperation among financial entities, thereby supporting the digital development of rural industries. This paper analyzes the development status, mechanisms, problems, and solutions in some regions, aiming to provide references for other areas to promote rural revitalization and common prosperity

This paper proposes three strategies: developing low-threshold digital tools, building a county-level digital employment service platform, and promoting the cross-border integration of “digital agriculture”. The research provides systematic solutions for the re-employment of rural surplus labor force, and helps the revitalization of rural areas and the development of the digital economy
Exploration & Exploitation: A Unified Framework for Data Purification & Augmentation in Recommendation Systems
In the context of recommendation scenarios, the utilization of data purification and data augmentation methodologies has demonstrated their efficiency in enhancing the quality of representations. Nevertheless, within an open environment, the constrained nature of interaction data and the diverse range of interaction intentions present formidable challenges, giving rise to insufficient generalization ability and generalization bias in these methodologies. To address this issue, in this paper we introduce Exploitation & Exploration: A Unified Framework for Data Purification & Augmentation in Recommendation Systems, which not only ensures the precise purification of current data but also delves into potential noisy data for further exploration. To be specific, based on the traditional collaborative filtering method calculating user-item correlation, we first implement an efficient multi-head SENet block to remove potential noise from the interaction data. After this, we deploy a diffusion module to remove the added adversarial noise based on its ability to denoise all kinds of noise. And finally we use mutual-learning method to coordinate two parts' learning. We conducted experiments on three publicly available datasets, evaluating our model against current state-of-the-art algorithms in recommendation robustness tasks. The experimental results validate the effectiveness of our model
