    Research Progress on Opioid Receptors and Ion Channels in Dorsal Root Ganglion Neurons

    Dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons play a crucial role in the perception and modulation of pain signals, making them a critical focus in pain mechanism research. Opioid receptors, as classical analgesic targets, inhibit pain signals by regulating ion channels such as calcium channels, while ion channels are directly involved in the generation and transmission of pain signals. In recent years, the synergistic interaction between opioid receptors and ion channels has become a research hotspot, particularly under pathological pain conditions, where their complex interplay provides key insights into analgesic drug development. This paper systematically reviews the distribution and functional mechanisms of opioid receptors and ion channels in DRG neurons, explores their interaction in pain modulation, and discusses functional changes under inflammatory and neuropathic pain conditions. Additionally, it examines potential targeted therapeutic strategies based on their synergy and outlines their clinical application prospects

Additive manufacturing, a key technology in this paradigm, significantly reduces material waste and enhances resource efficiency. However, current educational approaches often prioritize technical skills, neglecting ethical and sustainability dimensions. This study highlights the necessity of incorporating ideological and political education to cultivate a workforce aligned with sustainability and environmental responsibility. The paper outlines a systematic design for integrating these elements into the curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment strategies, ensuring students are equipped with both technical proficiency and ethical consciousness. Practical implementation and outcomes demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach, fostering a generation of engineers committed to sustainable industrial practices.     Flow Prediction Model in English Intercultural Learning Based on BP Algorithm

    In recent years, the emotions in English learning have been studied. To investigate the flow experience in the intercultural learning in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) class, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 460 students in one vocational college and 450 valid questionnaires were collected. The SmartPSL was utilized for data analysis to determine the moderating effects of flow experience and core input vectors were selected for the Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) model. After constructing a flow prediction model for English intercultural learning and validating the predictive results, the study showed that learners were able to enter a flow state and the predictive outcomes were relatively accurate. Based on the results, the study has been highlighted the significance of flow experience in intercultural English learning. It also offers a flow prediction model, which assists teacher to assess students’ active emotion in English learning and to enhance the teaching quality in intercultural teaching

    Research on the Application of Rain Classroom in the Reform of Basic Accounting Teaching

    In the teaching practice of the "Basic Accounting" course, the introduction of Rain Classroom has brought significant changes. Rain Classroom, as an emerging smart teaching tool, deeply integrates modern information technology with advanced educational and teaching concepts, and stands out in the field of education with its unique advantages. In order to verify the application effect of Rain Classroom, the author selected 246 students from their teaching class to form an experimental group and a control group based on their own teaching practice. The two groups of students were subjected to teaching effect questionnaire surveys, performance assessments, interview surveys, and data analysis. The results showed that the experimental group performed better than the control group in terms of teaching effectiveness, exam scores, classroom participation, and post class feedback. The author concludes that the application of Rain Classroom teaching mode in the teaching of "Basic Accounting" course can effectively enhance students' interest and understanding of basic accounting knowledge, thereby improving teaching quality and student satisfaction

    Strategies for Enhancing Employability of Local University Students from the Perspective of Resilience

    This study examines the current status of psychological resilience among local-university undergraduates in the employment context, so as to provide a theoretical basis for enhancing their employability. Using a questionnaire survey, 160 students from Quzhou University were assessed on three dimensions of resilience. The results reveal a moderate overall level of resilience. Specifically, for the sub-dimension “future positive orientation”, scores decline progressively from lower- to higher-grade students and also decline from provincial-capital cities through county seats to townships. Likewise, for the sub-dimension “interest diversity”, scores decrease stepwise along the same urban–rural origin gradient. Corresponding strategies are proposed to support the employment-related psychological and competence development of local-university students

    AI Empowered Exploration of Innovative Teaching Reform Model for International Students in “Interchangeability and Technical Measurement”

    With the continuous expansion of the scale of international students in China, the quality of their education has become a key measure of the level of internationalization in higher education. "Interchangeability and Technical Measurement," as an important foundational course for mechanical engineering majors, faces systemic challenges when teaching international students, including language barriers among faculty, low adaptability of teaching materials, weak practical components, and a single assessment method. The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology offers new pathways to address these issues. This paper aims to explore the model of AI-enabled teaching reform for this course and proposes an intelligent teaching framework that encompasses three dimensions: teaching resources, practical environments, and evaluation systems. It analyzes the challenges faced during the implementation of this framework, including the transformation of teacher roles, technological sustainability, and data ethics. Furthermore, it presents prospects for future empirical research, knowledge graph construction, and exploration of human-computer collaboration models, providing insights for improving the quality of education for engineering international students

    Techno-Structural Disconnects in Digital Governance: Mechanisms, Challenges and Adaptive Pathways for Social Governance Innovation - A Case Study of Mengzi’s Comprehensive Law Enforcement Platform

    This study investigates the mechanisms, challenges and pathways through which digital technology platforms empower social governance, focusing on the comprehensive administrative law enforcement command and dispatch platform in Mengzi City. Employing the ‘structural adaptation - process collaboration - functional optimization’ framework grounded in adaptive governance theory and sociotechnical systems theory, we analyze operational data from 12,703 cases processed in 2024, supplemented by field interviews and policy document reviews. Our findings reveal that, despite the platform achieving a 95% case resolution rate and improving governance transparency via a unified command system and real-time data dashboards, significant structural disconnections persist. Specifically, a 40% shortage of grassroots personnel is evident, there is a misalignment between standardized work processes and local governance requirements, and cross-departmental incidents continue to depend on manual coordination. Moreover, the emergence of data silos, exacerbated by incompatible standards and policy constraints, has further undermined the ‘trustless collaboration’ mechanism facilitated by blockchain technology. In terms of public participation, the feedback mechanism remains superficial, resulting in citizen involvement being limited to a mere 6.8% of reported cases. Furthermore, This study identifies three paradoxes that impede digital governance in developing jurisdictions. First, advanced platform architectures conflict with under-resourced implementation, creating a techno‑structural friction that undermines system performance. Second, high technical specifications coexist with incomplete data integration, leaving information silos that frustrate decision‑making. Third, participatory interfaces exist alongside constrained public engagement, so opportunities for civic input fail to translate into meaningful participation. Theoretically, we extend the application of adaptive governance theory by showing how institutional inertia impedes technological assimilation in multi‑ethnic border regions. At the practical level, we propose a tripartite solution. Dynamic government-enterprise partnerships can address hardware and capacity gaps at the fron-tline, and algorithmic responsibility‑matching systems automate interagency coordination by routing tasks according to jurisdictional competence and workload. Meanwhile, blockchain-anchored incentive ecosystems stimulate civic participation can be stimulated by establishing blockchain-anchored incentive ecosystems. These strategies offer feasible pathways to reconcile ambitious digital governance goals with the contextual realities in developing countries

    Integrated CO2 Treatment in Offshore Gas Fields Using Membrane Separation and Ocean Storage

    The greenhouse effect has been increasingly aggravating. As the key to alleviating the emission of CO2, carbon capture and storage (CCS) holds an important position on achieving the goal of carbon neutrality goal. However, CCS still face the challenge about high cost, high energy consumption and high risks and so on. The passage focuses on the collaborative optimization of gas membrane separation technology and ocean storage, and systematically illustrate their mechanism and efficiency in the technological integration. The result shows that by selecting membrane materials and integrating processing, the gas purity and pressure can meet the requirements of ocean storage can be achieved in the capture stages, which significantly reduce the intermediate processing links, thereby lowering system energy consumption and operating costs, and improving the efficiency and economy of the entire CCS chain. In the future, further research on the pressure resistant and stability of membrane materials should be strengthened to promote the development of collaborative technology toward large-scale and commercialization
