The Impact of Digital Transformation on Cost Stickiness in Enterprises
Against the backdrop of rapidly advancing emerging digital technologies, digital transformation is increasingly integrated with enterprise production and management activities. Based on data from A-share listed companies in China from 2012 to 2023, this paper investigates the impact of digital transformation on cost stickiness. The study finds that digital transformation significantly suppresses cost stickiness in enterprises, and this conclusion remains robust after a series of sensitivity tests. The inhibitory effect of digital transformation on cost stickiness is more pronounced in small and medium-sized enterprises, asset-intensive firms, non-state-owned enterprises, and enterprises located in central and western regions. Mechanism analysis reveals that digital transformation can reduce cost stickiness by enhancing the quality of internal control and improving the transparency of accounting information. These findings have important implications for encouraging enterprises to accelerate digital transformation, reduce cost stickiness, and achieve high-quality development

The Psychological Benefits of Virtual Forest Bathing: A Classroom-Based Study Using Simulated Nature Exposure
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a practice origin in Japanese culture that involves immersive exposure to natural environments to promote health and well-being. This study investigates the efficacy of a virtual forest bathing experience in a university classroom setting, where logistical constraints prevent direct access to natural environments. Using a 5-minute video simulating a forest walk, this study measured psychological changes in 27 students via the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) before and after exposure. Wilcoxon signed-rank test revealed significant reductions in negative affect (e.g., guilt, fear, nervousness) with p-values <0.05, while positive affect remained largely unchanged. Participant feedback confirmed subjective improvements in mood and enhanced student engagement through experiential learning, suggesting that brief virtual nature exposure can produce measurable psychological and educational benefits. These findings highlight the potential of virtual interventions as accessible tools for promoting mental health and advancing landscape architecture education

The Impact of Vocational College Teachers' Enterprise Practice Experience on Students' Job Matching
This study examines the relationship between the duration of vocational college teachers’ enterprise practice experience and the job–position matching of their students, using both institutional evaluations and students’ self-assessments. Data were collected from 271 graduates of the School of Robotics and Intelligent Manufacturing at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. The analysis employed descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Tukey’s post hoc tests to compare three teacher experience groups (0–2 years, 2–4 years, and over 4 years). Results show a significant positive association between longer enterprise practice and higher institutional job–position matching scores, with the best outcomes for students taught by teachers with over four years of industry experience. While students’ self-assessments also increased with teacher experience, the differences were not statistically significant. Students consistently rated their job–position match higher than institutional evaluations, reflecting possible differences in assessment perspectives. These findings emphasize the value of sustained industry engagement for teachers in enhancing the alignment between vocational education and labor market needs, and offer implications for curriculum development, teacher training, and industry–education integration policies
