Youth Assembly
The World Food Forum (WFF)'s Global Youth Action Initiative was established to harness the passion and power of youth to transform our agrifood systems. Its Youth Assembly, led by the Youth Policy Board (YPB), serves as a year-round, open, inclusive and structured platform for young people to cocreate and engage in discussions about various agrifood systems-related issues. It brings together youth entities, organizations and constituencies to discuss specific policy topics within agrifood systems, and to develop joint recommendations and solutions that can be brought into intergovernmental processes and translated into programmatic actions. Through the Youth Assembly, young people from around the world can voice their perspectives and priorities for agrifood systems transformation. The Assembly embodies co-creation and co-leadership principles, promoting inclusivity, diversity, youth engagement and empowerment, and mutual respect. It strives to drive positive change and inspire innovative solutions in agrifood systems worldwide, through collective action
