    PENGEMBANGAN MONITOR PERSONAL DOSIMETRI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PLATE DETECTOR GUNA MENUNJANG KESELAMATAN RADIODIAGNOSTIK

    Setiap personil radiasi yang melakukan pelayanan radiodiagnostik wajib menggunakan monitor personal dosimetry. tetapi karena harganya mahal, tidak semua personel pekerja radiasi difasilitasi oleh tempat bekerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat desain pengembangan alat monitor radiasi menggunakan Imaging Plate (IP). Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis Research and development dengan pendekatan eksperimental dan dianalisa secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitina menunjukkan nilai sensitivitas respon terbaik pada Image Plate Computed Radiography merek iCRco diperoleh dengan menggunakan faktor eksposur tegangan 90 kV dengan arus 6,3 mAs dan 8 mAs, energi sinar-X yang diserap oleh lapisan fosfor (per mA per satuan luas) dihitung secara teoritis sebagai indeks sensitivitas radiografi dengan menggunakan spektrum foton sinar-X insiden dengan rumus Birch-Marshall dan spektrum sensitivitas untuk rentang 40-140 kV. Kesimpulan bahwa semua respon radiasi memberikan pengaruh indeks eksposure yang berbeda, sehingga masih diperlukan alat bantu pemantau serapan radiasi yang akan dikembangkan pada periode selanjutnya yaitu mendesain monitor yang mudah digunakan petugas.

    Development of Applications to Prevent Children’s Anemia to Increase Mother’s Knowledge about Anemia in Children

    Anemia is a health problem that is often found throughout the world and has an impact on the quality of human resources. Nutritional anemia will slowly inhibit the growth and development of intelligence, children will be more susceptible to disease due to decreased immune systems, this will certainly improve the condition of children as successors. Utilizing current technological developments, it is very possible to develop systems that can optimize children's health, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of the application of prevention of anemia in children on mother's knowledge about anemia in children. Quasi-experimental research using pre-post test control group design. Samples were mothers who had children under five in the Puskesmas Banguntapan II, which were divided into two groups (35 intervention groups and 35 control groups). Data analysis with univariate and bivariate. The group was given an application intervention to prevent anemia in children. The control group conducted presented information in accordance with the procedures carried out from the puskesmas with leaflets. Both groups were measured before the intervention and 1 month before the intervention using a questionnaire. The results showed there was a significant increase between the intervention group compared to the control group in the level of mother's knowledge about child anemia (p=0.001). The result is applications increase the effectiveness of mothers’ knowledge about anemia in children, the use of applications is more effective than the use of leaflets in increasing knowledge about anemia

    Skrining Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) pada Wanita Hamil dan Diabetes pada Lansia di Wilayah Getasan

    Type 1 and type 2 diabetes are influenced by genetic and environmental factors causing a decrease in β cell function resulting in hyperglycemia. Patients with hyperglycemia are at risk for chronic complications. The elderly have the potential to suffer from diabetes mellitus due to the age factor and the decreased ability of the body's metabolism. Whereas in pregnant women any hyperglycemia is considered gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), regardless of diabetes occurring before or during the current pregnancy GDM is diabetes diagnosed in the second trimester or later. This study aims to map cases of diabetes and gestational diabetes. This research is a non-experimental study with a survey method approach without intervention that is descriptive analytic research results of 48 people with a total of 14 men and 5 pregnant women out of a total of 34 female respondents. Examination results for supporting examinations obtained the results of 8 glucose samples with levels 200 mg/dl and those who had diabetes mellitus based on HbA1c examination were 6 people aged 45-65 years and as many as 3 people aged over 65 years. Respondents who had diabetes mellitus were 2 men and 4 women and none of the pregnant women had gestational diabetes. This research has an impact on the people who take part in this activity, one of which is getting education on how to maintain a healthy quality of life in old age and for those who enter the diabetes mellitus screening group, it is continued in the process of care and assistance by the Getasan Health Center.Diabetes tipe 1 dan tipe 2 dipengaruhi faktor genetik dan lingkungan menyebabkan penurunan fungsi sel β berdampak pada hiperglikemia. Pasien dengan hiperglikemia berisiko mengalami komplikasi kronis. Lansia berpotensi mengidap penyakit diabetes mellitus dikarenakan faktor usia dan menurunya kemampuan metabolisme tubuh. Sedangkan pada wanita hamil setiap hiperglikemia dianggap gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), terlepas dari diabetes terjadi sebelum atau pada masa kehamilan  sekarang GDM adalah diabetes yang didiagnosis di trimester kedua atau lebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kasus diabetes maupun gestational diabetes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Non eksperimen dengan metode survey pendekatan tanpa intervensi yang bersifat diskriptif analitik hasil penelitian dari 48 orang dengan jumlah laki laki sebanyak 14 orang dan ibu hamil 5 dari total responden perempuan sebanyak 34 orang . Hasil pemeriksaan untuk pemeriksaan pendukung diperoleh hasil 8 sampel glukosa dengan kadar 200 mg/dl dan yang mengalami Diabetes melitus berdasarkan pemeriksaan HbA1c sebanyak 6 orang dengan usia 45 – 65 tahun dan sebanyak 3 orang usia diatas 65 tahun. Responden yang mengalami Diabetes melitus 2 orang pria dan 4 orang wanita dan tidak ada dari ibu hamil yang mengalami Gestational diabetes. Penelitian ini memiliki dampak yang bagi masyarakat yang menggikuti kegiatan ini salah satunya mendapatkan edukasi bagaimana menjaga kualitas hidup sehat dimasa tua dan bagi yang masuk kelompok sekrining diabetes melitus dilanjutkan pada proses perawatan dan pendampingan oleh pihak Puskesmas Getasan

    ANALYSIS OF FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES FOR COUPLES OF REPRODUCTIVE AGES TOO YOUNG, TOO OLD, TOO CLOSE, AND TOO MANY (4T) WITH THE MATERNAL MORTALITY

    Mothers who are too young, too old, have too many children or have birth spacing that is too close (mothers with 4T) are at a higher risk of experiencing maternal mortality. At the same time, the use of contraceptives in this group to prevent pregnancy was still low. This study aims to analyze family planning services for couples of reproductive age with 4T and cases of maternal death. This research method is quantitative and descriptive, using 58 data on reports of maternal deaths in Jember Regency for 2022. The study indicates that there are 20 (34.48%) maternal death cases that have at least one of the 4T criteria, with details of 10.34% of deaths in too young criteria, 15.51% of death in too old criteria, 8.60% of deaths in too many criteria; and 8.60% death in too close criteria. There were 20.69% of cases of death in unwanted pregnancies. The average achievement of family planning services for mothers with 4T is only 9.51%. This research can be used as material for evaluating family planning services for women with 4T so that it can reduce maternal mortality in Jember Regenc

    Prosedur Pemeriksaan MRI Lumbal pada Kasus Efusi Pleura Suspek Tuberkulosis

    Background: Clinical vertebral tuberculosis (TB) occurs outside the lungs affecting the spine. It generally infects the spine in the lower thoracic and upper lumbar spine. MRI examination is performed on clinical vertebral TB patients to determine the degree of stress and changes in bone elements in the early stages of the disease. This study aims to analyze the lumbar MRI examination procedure in cases of suspected TB pleural effusion. Methods: This research was qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out at the Radiology Unit of Premier Bintaro Hospital with the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis were carried out descriptively. Results: Lumbar MRI examination with suspected TB pleural effusion at the Radiology Unit of Premier Bintaro Hospital was not specially prepared, the patient was examined first through the patient checklist to avoid metal materials entering the examination room. Examination using the Non-Contrast Lumbar MRI protocol included of sagittal and coronal T2, sagittal T1, sagittal Short Tau Inverse Recovery (STIR), Myelography, Axial T2, and Axial T1. The results of the examination provided sufficient diagnostic information to indicate a vertebral TB lesion. Conclusions: The procedure for examining lumbar MRI in TB cases with suspected pleural effusion at the Radiology Unit of Premier Bintaro Hospital did not require special preparation, the examination protocol used was to provide TB clinical diagnostic information, the addition of Gadolinium contrast media could be an alternative choice.

    Analysis Of Determinant Factors Influencing The Incidence Of Stunting In Toddlers: A Case Study In The Blora District

    Background: The incidence of short toddlers or commonly known as stunting is one of the nutritional problems experienced by toddlers in the world today. The expected national stunting target in 2024 is 14%. The prevalence of stunting under five in 2022 in Blora Regency is 25.8%. This study aimed to analyze the determinants of stunting in children under five years in Blora Regency. Methods: This is an analytical survey with a case-control study design. The sample consisted of 140 toddlers (1-5 years old) selected by systematic random sampling. The sample in this study was divided into two, namely the case sample and the case sample control (70 children under five in each group). The subsequent nutrient status assessment was performed using the calculation of longevity indicator by Age (PB/U) or Body Height by Age (TB/U) based on z-score according to WHO. Chi-square and multivariable logistic regression were used to analyze. Results: Bivariate analysis showed that exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.000), the condition of the floor of the house (p=0.000), clean water sources (p=0.000), smoking family (p=0.000), family income (p=0.000), and meat/fish/egg consumption patterns everyday (p=0.000) have a significant relationship with the occurrence of stunting in toddlers. Meat/fish/egg consumption patterns everyday of toodlers was the most dominant risk factor, among the variables. The children (1-5 years old) who never consume meat/fish/eggs every day had 4.410 times the risk of experiencing stunting (95% CI = 1.372-14.177). Conclusion: Consumption of protein (meat/eggs/fish) every day is very necessary for toddlers to prevent risk factors for stunting

    Determinan Pengembalian Berkas Klaim Berdasarkan Akurasi Kode Diagnosis Pasien Rawat Inap BPJS Kesehatan di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang)

    Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) yang dibentuk pemerintah bertujuan memberikan Jaminan Kesehatan bagi masyarakat melalui program JKN (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional). BPJS akan membayarkan kepada Rumah Sakit melalui software INA-CBG’s. Jika terjadi ketidaksesuaian, maka berkas klaim dikembalikan oleh BPJS. Kunci utama hasil grouper dalam INA-CBG’s yaitu, pengkodean diagnosis dan tindakan. Dari 111 berkas klaim yang kembali, berkas yang kembali disebabkan ketidaksesuaian kode sebanyak 50 berkas dengan presentase 45%. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui determinan pengembalian berkas klaim berdasarkan akurasi kode pasien rawat inap BPJS Kesehatan di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan retrospektif dengan jenis penelitian survey dekriptif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu pengembalian berkas klaim pada bulan Oktober tahun 2022. Menggunakan simple random sampling dalam teknik pengambilan sampel, didapatkan 53 sampel. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan 2 lembar checklist, serta lembar observasi. Dalam penentuan pada lembar checklist dibantu oleh analisis pakar atau validasi pakar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembalian berkas klaim berdasarkan akurasi kode diagnosis yaitu sebesar 19% akurat,  81% tidak akurat. Penyebab yang paling berpengaruh terjadi ketidaksesuaian kode diagnosis yaitu, tidak adanya hasil pemeriksaan penunjang yang kuat, serta ketidaksesuaian dalam penentuan jenis tindakan ataupun deskripsi dalam laporan operasi atau laporan anestesi

    Latar Belakang dan Tujuan: Infertiltas merupakan masalah yang kompleks dan perlu mendapat perhatian para pelaku kesehatan. Hampir 80 juta penduduk dunia (8-12%) pasangan mengalami pengalaman infertilitas. Infertilitas didefinisikan sebagai ketidak-mampuan untuk mengandung dan melahirkan. Infertilitas merupakan keadaan tidak  memiliki kemampuan  untuk  mengandung  dan  melahirkan. Tahun 2022 di Puskesmas Assologaima ada 31 iu dengan infertilitas. Metode Penelitian: Desain penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Retrospektif dengan melihat rekam medis untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian Infertilitas . Pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 31. Hasil: Distribusi Frekuensi Variabel Umur sebagian besar memiliki umur berisiko yaitu 18 (58,1 %). Distribusi Frekuensi Variabel Berat Badan sebagian besar obesitas yaitu sejumlah 22 (71%). Distribusi Frekuensi Variabel Kejadian Infertilitas sebagian besar merupakan Infertilitas Primer sejumlah 17 (54.8%). Ada hubungan antara umur dengan kejadian Infertilitas di Puskesmas Assologaima dengan p value 0,022(0,05). Ada Hubungan antara berat badan dengan kejadian infertilitas di Puskesmas Assolaogaima dengan p value 0,044(0,05). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan umur dan Berat badan dengan kejadian infertilitas di Puskesmas Assolaogaima.Kata kunci : Umur, berat badan, infertilitas

    EFFECTIVENESS OF D-SALMA'S CATALOG SMART AS BEHAVIORAL CONTROL PREVENTION OF DENTAL CARIES IN PREGNANT WOMEN

    Background:Pregnant women are one of the groups vulnerable to dental caries with a prevalence of 84.7%.During pregnancy, hormonal changes occur which are characterized by nausea, vomiting and feeling lazy about brushing teeth, the acidic nature and changes in saliva pH cause dental caries. This condition can result in low birth weight (LBW) babies, miscarriage and pre-eclampsia. One effort to improve the dental and oral health maintenance behavior of pregnant women is to carry out promotive and preventive measures using educational media. Objective:Producing appropriate educational models and analyzing their effectiveness in improving the behavior of pregnant women in preventing dental caries. Method: RD research type, quasy experiment method Pre-Posttest group design (nonequevalent control group design). In applying the model, a sample of 60 pregnant women was used, divided into 2 intervention groups with the development of the D-Salma's Catalog Smart model and a control group with a booklet. The variables measured are knowledge, attitudes and OHIS of pregnant women. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis and multivariate analysis. Results:The development of the D-Salma's Catalog Smart model is validated and suitable for application as a dental health education medium. The results of the effectiveness test increased knowledge from 3.40 to 8.00 (p=0.000), attitudes from 24.17 to 38.00 (p=0.000), actions from 12.77 to 28.00 (p=0.000), and reduced the OHIS score from 3.90 to 1.00 (p=0.000). Conclusion:The application of the development of the D-Salma's catalog smart model is feasible and effective in changing the behavior of pregnant women in preventing dental caries

    During the storage process, blood will experience changes in blood components such as hemoglobin levels. The longer blood is stored, the more red blood cells will be destroyed because blood that is stored for too long will experience a shift in the oxygen dissociation curve to the left. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of blood storage on the levels of platelets, erythrocytes and hemoglobin in the whole blood component of blood for 0 days, 7 days, 15 days and 30 days at the blood donor unit (UUD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Semarang Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research, where this research aims to describe or provide an overview of the effect of storing blood in whole blood components on changes in platelet, erythrocyte and hemoglobin levels in PMI Semarang Regency. The population and research samples are donors in PMI Semarang Regency. Data analysis: Data processing is carried out by: Editing, namely selecting and correcting hemoglobin level data collected from the measurement results during each experiment.
