    Pengaruh Jus Jambu Biji Merah terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin pada Remaja Putri di Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta

     In Indonesia, anemia affects 21.7% of the population; 18.4% men and 23.9% women suffer from the condition. In accordance with the criteria, it reaches 26.4% at ages 5–14 and 18.4% at ages 15–25. Factors that contribute to anemia in adolescent girls include excessive iron loss, excessive blood loss, irregular menstrual cycles and iron insufficiency. There are two techniques to cure anemia, namely : pharmacological and non-pharmacological. This study sought to ascertain how red guava juice affected the hemoglobin levels of teenage girls at 'Aisyiyah Univeristy Yogyakarta. A quasi-experimental design with a single group pretest-posttest is used in this study. Total sample was 30 respondents. Intervention was juice of guava 150 mg on 100 ml water. Red guava juice improves hemoglobin levels in teenagers, as demonstrated by the paired t-test findings, which reveal a P value of 0.000 where the P value0.05. Ha was accepted and Ho was refused. Conclusion was red guava improve hemoglobin levels in teenagers

    Latar belakang Terapi hemodialisis merupakan bentuk terapi penggantian fungsi ginjal yang paling banyak dilakukan dan layanan kesehatan dengan benban pembiayaan yang berat. Pengkajian riwayat penyakit pasien merupakan elemen yang penting dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan guna menjadi landasan dalam menegakan diagnostic dan merumuskan intervensi keperawatan yang tepat.Tujuan penelitian yaitu dapat memperoleh gambaran riwayat penyakit pada pasien dengan terapi  Hemodialisa di  RSUD dr. R. Soetijono BloraMetode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Retrospektif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik atau status pasien Hemodialisa yang tersimpan di bagian Rekam Medik RSUD dr. R. Soetijono Blora.Hasil penelitian kurun waktu mulai bulan Januari 2021 sampai dengan bulan  Desember 2022 didapatkan 115 kasus dengan terapi Hemodialisis yang sebagian besar berusia 56 – 65 tahun, jenis kelamin didominasi perempuan yang diduga pengaruh estrogen ginjal, adapun pasien dengan terapi Hemodialisis sebagian besar memiliki riwayat penyakit Diabetes Melitus (40,9%).Implikasi: Peningkatan jumlah kasus pasien dengan terapi Hemodialisa akan berdampak pada kesiapan layanan kesehatan dalam mempersiapan fasilitas, sumber daya, biaya dan teknologi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada pasien dengan terapi Hemodialisa.Simpulan penelitian bahwa pasien dengan terapi hemodialisis sebagian besar mempunyai riwayat penyakit Diabetes Melitu

    The Relationship Between Knowledge And Personal Hygiene Behavior Of Adolescent Girls During Menstruation

    Background: Personal hygiene is important to be applied in daily life to prevent bacteria that can cause diseases so that the reproductive organs are always clean and healthy, especially in adolescents who are experiencing menstruation. The impact that occurs if you do not maintain personal hygiene during menstruation is that reproductive health is disturbed such as pathological vaginal discharge. This study aims to analyze the relationship between adolescent knowledge and personal hygiene behavior of adolescent girls during menstruation. Methods: This study is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The research sample was 56 adolescent girls with sampling using the purposive sampling technique. The bivariate analysis test of this study uses the spearman rank test. Results: The results showed that the ρ-value was 0.001 (ρ 0.05) and obtained  a positive correlation coefficient of 0.418 so that the relationship between the two variables was unidirectional. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between knowledge and personal hygiene  behavior of adolescent girls

     The postpartum period is the period after childbirth. The postnatal phase contains several adaptations, but not all postpartum mothers can go through it well and this can have an impact on mental health. Therefore, the mental health of postpartum mothers is something that must be considered, especially postpartum mothers who are very vulnerable to baby blues and postpartum depression, considering that poor mental health in postpartum mothers can hinder the smooth flow of breast milk. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between mental health in postpartum mothers and the level of breast milk production in the Lewa Community Health Center working area, East Sumba Regency, NTT. This research was conducted at the Lewa NTT Community Health Center with a sample size of 30 postpartum mothers on days 1 to 10. This research used a correlation analytical method with a cross-sectional design. The instruments used were the EPDS questionnaire and the breast milk flow smoothness questionnaire. Bivariate analysis used the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that 19 (63.3%) respondents experienced moderate postpartum blues, and 21 (70%) respondents experienced irregular milk production. There is a relationship between mental health and the level of breast milk production in postpartum mothers with a P-value of 0.000 (0.05). It is hoped that community health centers can increase outreach and counseling activities to provide information related to mental health and optimal health education for postpartum mothers

    USE OF POCKETBOOKS AS PARENTS' GUIDELINES IN MAINTAINING THE DENTAL AND MOUTH CLEANLINESS OF CEREBRAL PALSY CHILDREN

    Dental and oral health problems are often experienced by children with special needs. Limitations in physical and mental development can affect the process of maintaining dental and oral health. Children with special needs in the disabled group have disorders where their body parts are not perfect because they experience disabilities caused by damage to the bones, muscles, and joints so that they do not function normally. The shortcomings of children with physical impairments require parental assistance in maintaining dental and oral health. Providing counseling and giving pocketbooks to parents is an alternative to strengthening the maintenance of dental and oral health for children with physical impairments. This community service activity was carried out at SLB Jepara on a sample of children with physical impairments. The method used in this activity is the Health system approach, namely: Input – Process – Output. The results of the service carried out showed a decrease in the debris index value in children. The good debris index category after implementation was obtained by all respondents. The dental and oral hygiene pocketbook for parents of physically disabled children is used as a tool to increase parents' knowledge about dental and oral health and hygiene

    The Relationship between Family Support and Maternal Readiness with Anxiety Levels Before Delivery

    Anxiety in pregnant women is a common emotional condition that occurs during pregnancy, characterized by excessive feelings of anxiety, worry, or fear. Pregnancy anxiety itself is experienced by many pregnant women due to lack of knowledge, readiness and support from family, community and environment. Excessive anxiety during pregnancy can lead to an increased incidence of uterine atony, infection, maternal fatigue, and shock, while in infants it can increase the risk of preterm birth and low birth weight (LBW). This study aims to examine the relationship between family support and maternal readiness with the anxiety level of pregnant women before delivery. This study used a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach, conducted in the working area of Andalas Padang Community Health Center. The sample consisted of 59 third-trimester pregnant women, selected through Simple Random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that the percentage of pregnant women who received family support and experienced less severe anxiety was 52.2% (p=0.048), including analysis of this data using the Chi-Square Test. Furthermore, it was found that pregnant women who were less prepared for childbirth experienced severe anxiety at a rate of 50.0% (p=0.002). In conclusion, there is a relationship between family support and maternal readiness with anxiety levels before delivery in the working area of Andalas Padang Community Health Center

    Seorang individu pada usia dewasa awal untuk produktif dituntut harus memiliki kemampuan dalam melaksanakan tugas perkembangannya baik dalam relasi sosial, komunitas, maupun pekerjaannya. Namun tidak semua individu mampu karena masih banyak yang mengalami kesulitan bahkan kebingungan dalam menghadapi realita kehidupan Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh edukasi self healing berbasis digital terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa Prodi Keperawatan Anestesiologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasy experiment dengan rancangan Pretest-Posttest Control Group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester akhir (angkatan 2020) Program Studi Keperawatan Anestesiologi Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta dengan jumlah populasi yaitu 150 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 mahasiswa  yang terbagi menjadi 25 kelompok intervensi dan 25 kelompok kontrol. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon terdapat perbedaan signifikan Quarter Life Crisis pada kelompok intervensi dengan nilai p 0.001. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol mendapatkan nilai p 0.157,  maka artinya terdapat pengaruh edukasi self healing berbasis digital terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa Prodi Keperawatan Anestesiologi

    Islamic Sleep Ritual Activity (ISRA) Intervention Improving Sleep Quality, Physical and Psychological Comfort for Pregnant Women in the Third Trimester

    Psychological changes in the third trimester are increasingly complex due to the growing condition of pregnancy, physical discomfort, worry, fear, indecision, and doubt about the condition of the pregnancy before childbirth so pregnant women need psychosocial support from husbands, families, and health workers. The study aimed to analyze the differences in Islamic Sleep Ritual Activity (ISRA) Intervention to Improve Sleep Quality and Physical and Psychological Comfort of Pregnant Women in Time Three. The research method of the non-equivalent control group design, the population is pregnant women in the third trimester in the working area of Alas Kembang Bangkalan village in 2024 as many as 48 people. Physiological pregnancy inclusion criteria, and exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who refuse to be researched and pregnant women who experience complications, use simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire using a value scale. Statistical tests use the paired t-test and the Wilcoxon test. The ISRA intervention study's results can significantly affect maternal sleep quality p 0.000 or 0.05. There is a significant difference between the physical comfort of pregnant women before and after being given the ISRA intervention p 0.001 or 0.05. The implementation of ISRA in the pregnant women's care program in the third trimester is highly recommended to provide a sense of comfort and quality of sleep to all pregnant women, and it needs to be continued for all pregnant women

    HEALTH EDUCATION AND MONITORING IN DIABETIC PATIENTS TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE

    The results of the Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) in 2018 showed that 67.8% of the Indonesian population aged more than 15 years experienced periodontal disease such as periodontitis. The incidence of periodontitis disease can occur and become more severe in the presence of systemic factors such as diabetes mellitus. People with diabetes mellitus experience several health complications caused by increased blood sugar levels, blood vessels, and nerves, including the gums. This can weaken the bone surrounding the teeth and gums, and increase the risk of other oral diseases, such as tooth loss and dental caries caused by the weakening of tooth attachment to the gums and a decrease in the rate of saliva in the mouth. Efforts to prevent the occurrence of periodontal disease and other oral and dental disease infections in patients with diabetes mellitus are by conducting health education and monitoring programs for patients. The goal is to increase knowledge, willingness, awareness, compliance and community participation in maintaining and maintaining dental health independently. The methods used in this service are interviews, observations and the implementation of training and health monitoring for respondents.
