Double Geodetic Number of a Line Graph
Any line graph L(G), whose vertices correspond to the edges of G(V, E) and two vertices in L(G) are adjacent if and only if the corresponding edges in G are adjacent. If there are vertices u, v in S such that x, y ∈ I[u, v] for any pair of vertices x, y in G, then the set S of vertices of G is said to be a double geodetic set of G. The lowest cardinality of a double geodetic set is represented by the double geodetic number dg(G). In this study, we determine double geodetic number of several line graphs’ double geodetic numbers
The Traditional Knowledge Bill, 2016: Biopiracy and Protection of Cultural Rights
Traditional knowledge is such knowledge which has been present and preserved by a traditional or indigenous community from time immemorial which has a market potential to be exploited commercially. The authors through this paper put forth the urgency of this critical legal issue which can be a huge monetization market for developing and culturally rich countries like India. The research has given a special focus on the historical background of various cases of biopiracy which can create a base in understanding this urgency both in terms of substantive and procedural law. As an apt description given under the Statement of Objects and Reasons of the Traditional Knowledge Bill, 2016[1], it is of urgent consideration to identify legal regulation over commercial misappropriation of Traditional Knowledge. Against this background, it would be pertinent to examine The United Nations’ Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, 2007 (UNDRIP) with the central aim of understanding the scope and extent of protection of traditional knowledge owned by indigenous people.

Metaphysical Realism and Naturalised Epistemology
The paper aims to examine Michael Devitt’s arguments in favor of metaphysical realism where he argued that the issue of realism is devoid of the issues of semantics and epistemology. He has tried to compress his argument by focusing on the metaphysical or ontological questions of realism but he states that the epistemological concerns can be taken only when epistemology is naturalized. Devitt therefore has considered naturalized epistemology as a method to give potency to his Realism. Realism as defined by him is having majorly two characteristics, the independent dimension and the existence dimension that is, the view of the reality in which the reality exists independent of human mind. This independence and existence dimensions are not mutually exclusive
Exploring the Conceptual Realm of Machine Learning in Small and Medium-sized Industries: A Qualitative Study
The potential of machine learning in small and medium businesses remains largely untapped. Through a qualitative study, it is explored how the SMEs can practically apply ML to optimize processes and spark innovation. We aimed to demystify key concepts like supervised learning, data preparation, and model evaluation. Real-world examples across industries demonstrate ML's versatility, from enhancing decision-making to improving efficiency. Our research highlights the transformative power of ML, especially for resource-constrained SMEs. With some guidance, even small teams can implement ML solutions that unlock new opportunities. Though adoption has barriers, from data to skills, ML’s value for SMEs is clear. With a strategic approach, companies of all sizes can tap into its possibilities. Current research on implementing machine learning in small and medium enterprises has gaps. More investigation is required to understand adoption challenges fully, highlight successes, and meet unique needs. A qualitative approach that explores experiences and perspectives can provide those rich insights. Some small and medium companies use machine learning, but many face hurdles adopting it. Research case studies showcase machine learning success stories, though each company's path differs. By understanding individual difficulties, researchers can help more small and medium enterprises use machine learning appropriately. This literature review examines machine learning models, adoption trends, triumphs, and examples in small and medium enterprises. Moreover, it also examines the advantages and obstacles SMEs encounter when adopting ML tactics
The Flywheel: A New Digital Marketing Model
The flywheel model has gained popularity in marketing as an alternative to the conventional sales funnel paradigm. The flywheel model emphasises the value of client happiness, engagement, and loyalty through a customer-centric strategy to marketing, sales, and customer support. Customers are seen as the primary driver of growth, and marketing, sales, and support teams collaborate to keep the flywheel turning. Flywheel, offers new ways to engage and re-engage existing leads and customers to enhance the brand value of any product. The flywheel marketing approach emphasises the notion that client connections are ongoing and that a happy client may be a strong driver of company expansion. It nudges companies to prioritise long-term success over only short-term revenue. Organisations may establish a self-sustaining cycle of growth by offering excellent experiences at every level of the customer journey. The paper also includes the inter-connection of Digital marketing strategies with the new model which offers the new tactics for engaging the existing and new customers at every step of their journey with the brand or the firm. With the empirical understanding of the previous researches, the paper will conclude with how digital marketing strategies can be aligned with a firm’s marketing plan, which will act as a momentum for marketer’s efforts.
Concepts and Results of a Practical Model of Quantum Cosmology
We have proposed new concepts and results pertaining to a very simple and practical model of quantum cosmology based on light speed expanding black hole universe having no dark matter and no dark energy. Big bang concept can be replaced with Plank scale. Cosmic temperature and expansion rate can be related with scaled Hawking’s Black hole temperature formula. Starting from cosmic center to cosmic boundary, a decreasing trend of galactic acceleration can be understood with continuous light speed expansion at cosmic boundary. Issue of ‘causal disconnection of galaxies at large scale distances’ can be eliminated by cosmic black hole physical concepts. Dark matter concept can be eliminated with ‘super gravity of galactic baryonic mass caused by weak interaction’. Cosmic inflation and dark energy concepts can be eliminated with ‘light speed expansion’. To fit the estimated light travel distances and to eliminate the dark energy, cosmic red shift can be redefine
