    Exploring the Shifting Landscape: Analyzing How Social Media Modifies Consumers' Travel and Tourism Purchase Intentions

    Social media, a global online platform, significantly impacts travel and tourism decisions by influencing perceptions, disseminating information, and fostering cultural exchange through text, images, and videos. This study examines the profound changes in how Social Media influences consumers' purchasing intentions in the Travel and Tourism Industry. To understand this, we've incorporated Davis's Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) from 1989, while adding two variables: Trust and Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-WOM). Data was collected from Indian customers via a questionnaire survey and analyzed with PLS 4.0 software. The results demonstrate that the integration of TAM with trust and E-WOM provides a robust framework for explaining how Social Media's changing impact affects consumers' intentions to purchase in the Travel and Tourism Industry. This paper offers an overview of research on purchase intention within travel and tourism through social media, highlighting key findings that suggest promising areas for future exploration. It emphasizes the need for further investigation in the field, advancing the understanding of the factors influencing an in-depth analysis of how Social Media is transforming consumers' purchase intentions in the Travel and Tourism Industry

    Photo-Electrochemical Water Splitting Behaviour of ZnO Phthalocyanine and TiO2 Phthalocyanines

    This describes a study on the photo-electrochemical water splitting behavior of phthalocyanines of ZnO and TiO2 as photoelectrocatalysts. Here is a breakdown of the key points of the findings in this study.  Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV) studies revealed that the ZnO phthalocyanine photoelectrode showed current density of ~10.8 mA/cm2 at 0.8 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) under light illumination and about ~8.8 mA/cm2 in the dark. Similarly, the TiO2 phthalocyanine photoelectrode showed current density of ~10.5 mA/cm2 at 0.8 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) under light illumination compared to ~7.8 mA/cm2 in the dark.The study's key finding is that the ZnO phthalocyanine demonstrated a higher current density than that of TiO2 phthalocyanine in both LSV and CA measurements under light illumination

    Photoluminescence Spectroscopy for Estimating the Age of the Latent Fingerprints: A New Potential Approach

    This study examined variations in spectral absorption and emission intensity of latent fingerprints over time, employing UV-Vis spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy. There was noticeable absorption at 296nm on the samples, and the fluorescence emission intensity showed variations.  A total of 1600 samples from various categories were analyzed to validate this hypothesis. The emission intensity observed under photoluminescence spectroscopy varied over time, showing greater intensities in controlled female and male samples compared to the uncontrolled samples that were exposed to environmental conditions. The emission intensity of the controlled female (CF) sample was the highest at 6341168 CPS, followed by the controlled male (CM) sample at 1270240 CPS. On the other hand, the uncontrolled female (UF) sample exhibited an emission intensity of 5431940 CPS, while the uncontrolled male (UM) sample had an intensity of 100764 CPS.  This emission intensity variation proved to be an efficient age profiling marker for the latent fingerprints

The scope of current plasma physics experiments has produced several well-established industrial applications in addition to several exciting new ones. This review aims to give a basic overview of the area of plasmas and the role plasma physics plays in current scientific endeavours to the broader scientific and technological community. This paper describes the benefits of plasma technology to humankind in various fields, including medicine and engineering disciplines like mechanical, chemical, and electrical. The technological applications include materials processing like semiconductor manufacturing, surface treatment, lighting, cutting by plasma, and plasma etching. Also, the various environmental applications of plasma as a roadmap to environmental sustainability are discussed. The possibilities for plasma physics in the future are summarized in conclusion

This multifaceted approach includes strategies such as search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display advertising, mobile marketing, video marketing, and data analytics. By using these digital channels effectively, businesses can increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, generate leads and ultimately increase sales. Success in digital marketing communications is centered on understanding audience preferences, crafting compelling content, using data insights to optimize, and maintaining a dynamic online presence that resonates with customers. Gen Z, also known as Zoomers, refers to the demographic group born roughly between 1996 and 2010s, succeeding Millennials and preceding Generation Alpha. This generation is characterized by having grown up in a digitally connected world where smartphones, social media and instant access to information are common aspects of their lives from a young age. Gen Z individuals are often described as technological, socially conscious, with a preference for authenticity and meaningful experiences. Understanding the unique characteristics, preferences and behaviours of Gen Z is essential for businesses and marketers looking to engage with this generation effectively. The present study is descriptive in nature. Data has been collected from both Primary & Secondary sources. Data has been collected from 81 respondents. Descriptive statistics, Chi-square test & Fried man Ranking were used for the present study.     Identification of active leads in Andrographis paniculata leaves for controlling the growth of two opportunistic bacteria

    Opportunistic pathogens like E. faecalis and K. pneumoniae exploit weakened immune systems, causing diverse infections, often resistant to antibiotics. This study explored Andrographis paniculata's potential against these pathogens. Extracts from its leaves, notably acetone, showed significant inhibitory effects on both bacteria. GC-MS analysis identified eighteen compounds; three showed promising drug-like properties. Molecular docking studies revealed Andrographolide's efficacy against essential bacterial enzymes. It inhibited triphosphohydrolase, lactate dehydrogenase, and lipoyl synthase in E. faecalis, and dihydrofolate reductase and SHV-11 beta-lactamase in K. pneumoniae. Andrographolide holds promise for developing novel antibacterial therapeutics. This research underscores the importance of exploring plant-based remedies in combating antibiotic-resistant pathogens, offering potential alternatives for pharmaceutical intervention. Further investigation into the mechanisms of action and in vivo efficacy of Andrographis paniculata extracts and their active compounds is warranted to advance their therapeutic potential in clinical settings
