Studi Peningkatan Kualitas Daya Sistem Distribusi Tenaga Listrik Di Daerah Terdepan, Tertinggal Dan Terluar Dengan Menggunakan Konfigurasi Transformator Delta-Wye
Sistem distribusi tenaga listrik di daerah Terdepan, Tertinggal, dan Terluar (3T) sulit dijangkau oleh sistem transmisi, dan menggunakan sistem tiga-fasa empat-kawat tegangan rendah (380/220 volt). Generator atau pembangkit listrik di daerah tersebut sering terhubung langsung dengan beban tanpa adanya transformator yang menyebabkan Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) tinggi dan mempengaruhi kualitas daya listrik. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan transformator delta-wye yang dipasang dekat beban untuk meningkatkan kualitas daya listrik. Studi dilakukan di Pulau Sebira yang merupakan salah satu wilayah 3T di Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa sistem distribusi kelistrikan terbebas dari arus urutan-nol, harmonic ketiga dan kelipatannya. Konfigurasi yang dirancang sederhana dan mudah diimplementasikan, dan karena itu dapat direkomendasikan sebagai acuan standar sistem distribusi kelistrikan di wilayah 3T di Indonesia
PEMETAAN KAWASAN RAWAN BANJIR KABUPATEN LANDAK
Flooding is a global natural disaster that occurs frequently, including in the Landak Regency. From several studies that have been conducted in the Landak Regency area, it is known that there has been an increase in the frequency of flooding in the period 1998-2021, and flooding that occurs not only in urban areas but also in rural areas which are upstream of the Landak Sub-watershed. For this reason, information on flood-prone areas in Landak Regency is needed through geospatial maps to minimize flooding in the area. This research aims to map flood-prone areas and determine the classification of flood-prone levels in the Landak Regency.
In this research, the data used are (a) data from observation and documentation in the field during floods, (b) data from Focus Group Discussion (FGD) conducted at the hall of the Landak Regency Public Works Office, which discussed flood control strategies in the Landak Subwatershed, (c) data on land slope, land elevation, soil type, land cover, rainfall, river buffer, inundation duration, and inundation height. Then, an overlay of the eight parameters was done, a zoning map of flood-prone areas was made, and the level of the flood-prone regions in Landak Regency was determined.
Based on the analysis, the Landak Regency\u27s areas of shallow, low, and moderate vulnerability to flooding are, respectively, 62,819.28 ha (7.58%), 184,504.24 ha (22.28%), 187,524.53 ha (22.64%), high, and very high (19.98%) levels of vulnerability to flooding. Landak Regency\u27s Ngabang Sub-district (53,787.37 ha), Sebangki Sub-district (50,405.59 ha), and Mandor Sub-district (33,800.63 ha), which comprise Sebangki Village, Sungai Segah, Rantau Panjang, Kumpang Tengah, Sumsum, Sekilap, Keramas, Manggang, Amboyo Selatan, and Temiang Sawi, are among the areas with extremely high flood vulnerability.Banjir adalah bencana alam global yang sering terjadi termasuk di Kabupaten Landak. Dari sejumlah penelitian yang pernah dilakukan di kawasan Kabupaten Landak, diketahui bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan frekuensi banjir dalam kurun waktu 1998-2021, dan banjir yang terjadi tidak hanya terjadi di wilayah perkotaan saja, tetapi juga di pedesaan yang merupakan bagian hulu Sub DAS Landak. Untuk itu diperlukan informasi mengenai wilayah yang rentan akan banjir di Kabupaten Landak melalui peta geospasial sebagai upaya untuk meminimalkan banjir yang terjadi di kawasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kawasan rawan banjir serta menentukan klasifikasi tingkat rawan banjir di Kabupaten Landak.
Dalam penelitian ini, data-data yang digunakan adalah (a) data hasil obesrvasi dan dokumentasi di lapangan saat terjadi banjir, (b) data hasil Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dilakukan di aula Dinas PU Kabupaten Landak yang membahas mengenai strategi pengendalian banjir di Sub DAS Landak, (c) data kemiringan lahan, ketinggian lahan, jenis tanah, tutupan lahan, curah hujan, buffer sungai, lama genangan, dan tinggi genangan. Kemudian dilakukan overlay dari 8 parameter tersebut dan membuat peta zonasi kawasan rawan banjir serta menentukan tingkat rawan banjir di Kabupaten Landak.
Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa wilayah Kabupaten Landak yang tingkat kerawanannya sangat rendah terhadap banjir memiliki luas 62,819.28 ha (7.58%), tingkat kerawanannya rendah terhadap banjir memiliki luas 184,504.24 ha (22.28%), tingkat kerawanannya sedang terhadap banjir memiliki luas 187,524.53 ha (22.64%), tingkat kerawanannya tinggi terhadap banjir memiliki luas 227,896.76 ha (27.52%), tingkat kerawanannya sangat tinggi terhadap banjir memiliki luas 165,485.89 ha (19.98%). Daerah yang tingkat kerawanannya sangat tinggi terhadap banjir di Kabupaten Landak yaitu Kecamatan Ngabang (53,787.37 ha), Kecamatan Sebangki (50,405.59 ha), dan Kecamatan Mandor (33,800.63 ha) yang meliputi Desa Sebangki, Sungai Segah, Rantau Panjang, Kumpang Tengah, Sumsum, Sekilap, Keramas, Manggang, Amboyo Selatan, Temiang Sawi, Tebedak, dan Hilir Tengah
ANALISA HARMONISA PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA SURYA (PLTS) OFF - GRID 290 Wp DENGAN KOMBINASI BEBAN LINIER DAN NON LINIER DI GEDUNG FAKULTAS TEKNIK UKI - JAKARTA MENGGUNAKAN MATLAB SIMULINK
This paper presents the results of research on a 290 Wp (Watt-peak) Off-Grid Solar Power Plant (PLTS) at the Faculty of Engineering Building, Universitas Kristen Indonesia - Jakarta, aiming to investigate current harmonics on the load side and reduce the Total Harmonic Distortion (THDi) value using a single-tuned LC passive filter. Based on the measured current per order, calculations were conducted, revealing that the THDi on the load side (LED) amounted to 16,42%. The dominant harmonic currents were the 3rd order with a THDi of 5,7% and the 10th order with a THDi of 15,3%. According to the simulation results using MATLAB Simulink, the single-tuned LC passive filter was capable of reducing the THDi level on the LED from 16,42% to 1,81%.Penelitian terhadap Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) off – grid 290 Wp (Watt-peak) di Gedung Fakultas Teknik Universitas Kristen Indonesia – Jakarta mengetahui harmonisa arus pada sisi beban dan mereduksi nilai THDi menggunakan filter pasif single tuned LC. Rancang Bangun Sistem Pengaman Kebocoran Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Dan Api Menggunakan Mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 Berbasis Aplikasi Blynk
Gas leakage is also one of the security concerns in the surroundings of the house. It is not uncommon to find cases of LPG pipes leaks that result in deaths and losses to its users. To reduce the occurrence of gas leaks then designed a tool that functions as security on the use of automatically integrated LPG tubes. With the MQ-2 Sensor Test 30 trials at 18 trials that succeed at a distance of 25-31 cm. so that it can unlock the rotor on the regulator, the buzzer sounds and sends notifications to the Blynk application. with the IR-Flame Sensor testing 30 trial at 30 tries that work at the distance of 1-30 cm. The security system will only be activated if either of the sensors or both sensors detect a gas leak or a fire occurred when the gas leaks occurred.Kebocoran gas menjadi salah satu perhatian keamanan yang ada dilingkungan rumah tidak jarang ditemukannya kasus kebocoran tabung LPG yang mengakibatkan korban jiwa dan kerugian pada penggunanya. untuk mengurangi terjadinya kebocoran gas maka dirancanglah sebuah alat yang berfungsi sebagai keamanan pada penggunaan tabung LPG yang terintegrasi secara otomatis. Dengan Pengujian Sensor MQ-2 30 kali percobaan di peroleh 18 kali percobaan yang berhasil dengan jarak 25-31 cm. sehingga bisa membuka kunci pemutar pada regulator, buzzer berbunyi dan mengirimkan notifikasi ke aplikasi Blynk. dengan pengujian Sensor IR-Flame 30 kali percobaan di peroleh 30 kali percobaan yang berhasil dengan jarak 1-30 cm. sehingga bisa membuka kunci pemutar pada regulator, buzzer berbunyi dan mengirimkan notifikasi ke aplikasi Blynk. PENGARUH FRAGMENTASI DNA SPERMA TERHADAP ANGKA FERTILISASI DAN EMBRIOGENESIS: EFFECT OF SPERM DNA FRAGMENTATION ON FERTILIZATION AND EMBRYOGENESIS RATE
Latar Belakang: Pemeriksaan fragmentasi DNA sperma sudah mulai banyak digunakan dalam upaya memperoleh keturunan pada pasangan subfertil yang mengikuti program bayi tabung. Pemeriksaan sperm chromatin dispersion merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan dengan metodologi yang simpel dan relatif mudah dilakukan untuk kepentingan klinis.
Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh fragmentasi DNA sperma terhadap angka fertilisasi dan embriogenesis.
Metode: Penelitian observasional ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel semen pria dari pasangan infertil yang mengikuti program IVF-ICSI, dilakukan pemeriksaan analisis sperma WHO dan penilaian indeks fragmentasi DNA sperma. Setelah dilakukan ICSI kemudian dilakukan penilaian fertilisasi dan embriogenesis. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan menghitung korelasi. Rancangan penelitian adalah cross sectional untuk melihat korelasi antara indeks fragmentasi DNA sperma dengan angka fertilisasi dan embriogenesis. Untuk analisis beda rerata 2 kategori menggunakan independent sample t-test sedangkan yang lebih dari 2 kategori memakai anova. Analisis untuk jenis variabel kategorikal menggunakan chi-square test.
Hasil: Pada periode penelitian selama 10 bulan, jumlah subyek penelitian yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi adalah 29 pasangan infertil dengan 29 sampel sperma ejakulat dan 200 oosit. Dari analisis indeks fragmentasi DNA sperma dengan angka fertilisasi terlihat bahwa fertilisasi yang baik (Z1 dan Z2) lebih banyak terdapat pada kelompok dengan indeks fragmentasi DNA sperma £30%, dan berbeda bermakna secara statistik dengan p<0.05, dan dari analisis indeks fragmentasi DNA sperma dengan skoring embrio terlihat skoring embrio yang lebih baik (grade A dan B) pada kelompok indeks fragmentasi DNA sperma £30%, yang tidak bermakna secara statistik.
Kesimpulan: Angka fragmentasi DNA sperma dapat menunjukkan hubungan negatif dengan angka fertilisasi tetapi tidak dapat menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik dengan angka embriogenesis. Terlihat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara parameter analisis sperma WHO dengan indeks fragmentasi DNA yang diperiksa menggunakan metode SCD
Peran Perempuan dalam Pembangunan melalui BUMDes Bojongkulur, Kabupaten Bogor
This research focuses on the role of women in economic development through BUMDes in Bojongkulur Village, Bogor. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of women in BUMDes Bojongkulur and to find out the factors that influence the role of women in BUMDes Bojongkulur. Methods of data collection is done by way of direct interviews and documentation, informants. The results of research through the theory of women\u27s representation according to Anne Phillips show that the role of women in Bojongkulur BUMDes has a role because women have great potential to contribute to village development as a whole. The results of the study through the theory of gender mainstreaming show that men in Bojongkulur Village have a large dominance. The main principle in Gender Mainstreaming (PUG) is that women and men have the same access, participation, control and benefits in development. Bojongkulur Village is one of the 100 best villages that received an award from the Ministry of Villages as an independent village by utilizing village funds through BUMDes for development. However, there are only three women in BUMDes, even though many business actors are women. Using a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with informants consisting of village heads, female BUMDes administrators and female actors. There are two findings in the research: First, the representation of women by Anne Phillips in the public sphere, the women of Bojongkulur Village have potential such as skills, soft skills and self-confidence. The role of women in development has been active involvement as BUMDes administrators and becoming independent women as UMKM actors

New media includes a variety of platforms, including social media, blogs, podcasts, streaming services, and more, each presenting different advantages and disadvantages. Social media plays an important role in people\u27s lives, especially popular ones such as Instagram, X(Twitter), and TikTok. Many businesses utilize social media to advertise their products with the creative ways of influencers. This, of course, can lead to new problems of gender bias and injustice for women. This article aims to reveal and criticize how patriarchal ideology affects the representation of women\u27s bodies on social media, especially the Instagram account @goodponselangels. PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA, DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SMARTPHONE IPHONE 11 (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa/i FEB Universitas Kristen Indonesia)
The current industrial environment is in a state of development and innovation must continue. Today\u27s advanced technologies provide significant benefits by facilitating human tasks, enabling the completion of difficult and complex tasks in the short term. The purpose of this study was to find out information about product quality, price, and brand image on the decision to purchase an iPhone 11 smartphone within the scope of the Indonesian Christian University Management Study Program Student/I Faculty of Economics and Business. Obtaining information in this study from questionnaires and distributed to 50 respondents by making the respondents according to the character by means of purposive sampling. This study uses data processing by means of analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t test, F test, classical assumption test. Tests are carried out to find out information about each variable. The findings from the study state that price has a significant significant effect on purchasing decisions, the brand image variable also provides significant significance. All variables influence the decision to purchase the iPhone 11 smartphone by 78%, the rest of the unaccounted points come from variables not included in this study. The conclusion of this study is that the variables studied provide significance in the conditions of purchasing decisions made.

The Effect of Asian Parliamentary Debate to Hone Students’ Critical Thinking
Various studies have shown that critical thinking development is vital in language learning as it facilitates language acquisition, helps communication skills improvement, and boosts language proficiency. This study aims to investigate the potential impact of the APD technique on students\u27 critical thinking skills development. Conducted in SMA Negeri 71 in Jakarta over a period of over 3 months data was collected through a pre-test and a post-test employing a critical thinking test called Watson-Glaser Test. The results indicated that APD has a significant effect on students\u27 critical thinking abilities. The mean scores of the pre-test and post in the experimental group were 45.2 and 62.3 respectively while the mean pre-test and post-test scores in the control group were 40.56 and 52.1 respectively. The experimental group\u27s critical thinking improved from a good level to an excellent level, while the control group\u27s critical thinking improved from a good level to a very good level. Based on the findings, it was concluded that APD is beneficial in enhancing students\u27 critical thinking skills
A Flipped Classroom Based Virtual Learning Prototype for Developing Undergraduates’ English Receptive Skills
This quasi-experimental research aimed to develop the prototype of virtual learning implemented in flipped classrooms and evaluate its effectiveness as a tool for developing Thai undergraduates’ English receptive skills. The experimental sample group were 40 undergraduates studying English as a required general education subject at a university in Thailand. They were purposively selected as their English proficiency level did not meet the university requirement of not lower than 600 of the TOEIC scores for graduation. The actual TOEIC tests as a pre and post tests have been employed to examine if the prototype was effective. The collected data from pre and post tests were, then, analyzed through the t-Test and ANOVA. The results showed that the designed prototype applied in teaching and learning through the three online virtual platforms, namely Second Life, VRChat, and the ClassStart in the flipped classrooms were effective for developing students’ English receptive skills as the overall development of students’ English receptive skills both listening and reading shown from their post-test English TOEIC scores had significant development, showing that the post-test scores were higher than that of their pre-test’s. Thereby, applying this prototype for language teaching and learning as a pedagogy was highly advised
