ANALYSIS OF THE ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) METHOD IN DETERMINING PRIORITY DECISIONS FOR HANDLING STUNTING IN BENGKULU PROVINCE
Statistical Processing Data 2021 shows that technical efficiency in stunting intervention costs in Bengkulu Province always achieves efficient results in the technical system, however, for that reason, it is technically inefficient in costs. This research aims to analyze the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in deciding to determine priorities for handling stunting in Bengkulu Province, which will then get results according to the level of needs of each district/city. This study used the AHP method to determine priorities for handling stunting by collecting primary data directly from respondents, namely the Bengkulu Province Health Service. Validity and reliability tests are used before researching to obtain good research results suitable for development. The results of the consistency test showed that the Consistency Ratio (CR) value for each criterion and the alternative was, which means that the filling and results of the questionnaire for respondents had obtained results that met the requirements. The results of the analysis of preferences for criteria/alternatives show that the main priority in making decisions for handling stunting in Bengkulu Province is North Bengkulu as the main priority, followed by South Bengkulu, Seluma, Rejang Lebong, Kepahiang, Central Bengkulu, Bengkulu, Mukomuko, Lebong, and finally Kaur.

Diversity, Evenness, and Richness of Mollusc on the Peh Pulo Beach, Blitar Regency
Molluscs are one of the most abundant invertebrate animals and live on various substrates. Peh Pulo Beach has a wide coastline, on the edge of the beach there are coral rocks, the sand is white, and the waves are big. Molluscs like to live in coral rock substrates. This research aims to determine the diversity, evenness, and richness of molluscs on Peh Pulo Beach. Sampling was carried out at three different stations using plots measuring 1x1 m which were chosen randomly. Mollusc samples were identified based on morphological characteristics and validated using the WoRMS database. The results of mollusc identification at Peh Pulo Beach showed that there were 37 species belonging to 23 families. They are classified in the classes Gastropods (32 species), Bivalves (3 species), and Polyplacophora (1 species). The diversity of molluscs in the Peh Pulo Beach area is at a moderate level. The evenness of molluscs in Peh Pulo Beach is similar. And the richness of molluscs is at a semi-disturbed level so appropriate management and conservation strategies for the sustainability of molluscs are needed
Aplikasi Asam Humat dan Pupuk Organik Cair Ekstrak Rumput Laut untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan dan Kandungan Flavonoid Brassica juncea L.
This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining the optimal dose of humic acid (HA) and liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) from seaweed extract that can enhance the growth and total flavonoid content of Brassica juncea L. The method used in this study was experimental with a randomized complete block design with two factors. The first factor was HA, consisting of 4 dose levels: 0, 4, 8, and 12 g/kg, while the second factor was LOF from seaweed extract, consisting of 4 dose levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3 mL/L. Each treatment was replicated four times. Parameters were observed on the 42nd day, including plant height, leaf number, leaf area, dry weight, and total flavonoids. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and followed by Duncan\u27s Multiple Range Test with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that the dose of 4 g/kg HA and 2 mL/L LOF was the best dose for enhancing growth and total flavonoid content, producing an average plant height of 19.25 cm, a leaf number of 5.75, a total leaf area of 179.8 cm2, a dry weight of 0.57 grams, and a total flavonoid content of 0.106 mg QE/g sample
Kajian Etnobotani Ginaru (Bubur Tradisional) Etnis Batak Phakpak di Sumatera Utara
Porridge is one of the processed foods made from rice, which varies relatively from one region to another. The Batak Phakpak ethnic group in North Sumatra has wisdom in making traditional porridge known as ginaru. This research aims to explain the ethnobotanical study of ginaru as a traditional porridge. The research method was carried out using an ethnobotanical approach using interviews and observations. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by explaining the role of plants in making ginaru. Ginaru is a traditional Batak Phakpak porridge that can be made with the main ingredients of groats (a by-product of the rice milling process) or rice and cassava (Manihot esculenta). The pulp is brownish yellow in color, has a distinctive aroma, and is rich in nutrients. A total of 15 species from 11 families and 13 genera of plants are used to make ginaru. As many as 40% of the plants used as spices in making ginaru are rich in essential oils and have anti-microbial activity. Andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium) and galugur acid (Garcinia atroviridis) are typical Sumatrean spices that have great potential to be developed as natural food preservatives.Porridge is one of the processed foods made from rice, which varies relatively from one region to another. Studying towards a postgraduate qualification is viewed as a booster that may usher employees towards management positions. We have found common mistakes in research proposals for masters’ degree students in a department at the University of Namibia. Our presentation shows the shortcomings in the research proposals of postgraduate students and proposes interventions to address the challenges. We collected qualitative data through the observations of nine (9) Master of Education research proposals, which were conveniently selected. Our analysis showed shortcomings in research proposals submitted to the Department of Education at the University of Namibia. Moreover, there is a need for the introduction of a writing unit at the university to supply writing services such as academic writing, proof reading and editing. We recommend that regular practical training is offered on effective academic writing to postgraduate students. We also show the need for postgraduate students to be oriented towards the plagiarism policy and referencing style of the university. This calls for the re-thinking of ways that enable effective postgraduate student supervision, which may address the quality of student research output.
Pragmatic Discourse of Givenness and Adverbial Clauses: Applied Linguistics Research Articles and Thai Undergraduate Students’ Writing
This study examines the correlation between the theory of pragmatic discourse of givenness and CP adverbial clauses from the two datasets: Q1 SCOPUS applied linguistics research articles and Thai undergraduate students’ writing. The first set was 24 applied linguistics research articles from journals of English for Specific Purposes and English for Academic Purposes. There were 45 tokens of adverbial clauses. Another set of data collection was 35 participants, majoring in English, whose English proficiency was A2 or elementary based on their Oxford Placement Test. The second dataset contained 31 tokens of CP adverbial clauses in descriptive and narrative writing. Data was analyzed using Pearson Correlation in SPSS29. The first section showed there was a statistically significant relationship between the theory of pragmatic discourse of givenness and CP adverbial clauses in applied linguistics research articles where the p-value was reported at 0.011. The reasons why CP adverbial clauses are used are due to giving the arguments from previous studies. This implied that the SCOPUS writers knew well how to use CP adverbial clauses regarding form, functions and genre. In contrast, the results in the second dataset showed there was a statistically significant relationship between the CP adverbial clauses and non-givenness produced by Thai undergraduate students where the p-value was reported at 0.001. Accordingly, Thai private university students whose English proficiency was elementary used CP adverbial clauses arbitrarily; non-reasonable. This implies that they knew form, but they did not know what are the function CP adverbial clauses which were applied in different genres. It is expected that the results in this study will help Thai undergraduate students improve their usage of CP adverbial clauses accurately and appropriately.

THE DYNAMICS OF INDONESIA\u27S REJECTION OF THE FRAMEWORK CONVENTION ON TOBACCO CONTROL (FCTC) RATIFICATION: A TWO-LEVEL GAMES THEORY ANALYSIS
This research will examine the reasons why Indonesia has not ratified the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) into its Tobacco Control policy in Indonesia. Indonesia is one of the largest tobacco producing countries in the world with a large number of smokers and a large tobacco industry. A study by the Indonesian Ministry of Health found that tobacco-related deaths increased from 190,260 in 2010 to 240,618 in 2013. Initially, Indonesia was one of the 20 full drafting members for the formation of the FCTC since its initial formulation in 1996. However, until now Indonesia has become one - the only country in Southeast Asia that has not ratified the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) into its Tobacco Control policy in Indonesia. Using Robert Putnam\u27s Two Level Games Theory, the aim is to see the interaction between level 1 (international level) and level Il (domestic level). The research results show that the Indonesian government did not ratify the FCTC because the level II win-set size was small and did not overlap. Clearer national economic considerations for the tobacco sector as well as strong lobbying from related interest groups are the main factors in rejecting ratification. Therefore, this paper seeks to explain the research question: "Why does Indonesia not ratify the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC)?". This research uses secondary data collection methods, namely through books, journals and documentation
