The Influence of Intrapersonal Intelligence on Mathematics Learning Achievement
Get PDFDifficulty learning mathematics is a problem that often occurs, and this condition is considered to give a stigma that mathematics is a difficult subject. Various learning theories and approaches have been used, including recognizing, and exploring students\u27 potential to find out whether there is other potential that can support their ability to understand mathematics, such as the ability to understand and evaluate oneself, also known as intrapersonal intelligence. This research aims to measure the influence of students\u27 intrapersonal intelligence on their mathematics learning achievement by distributing questionnaires to measure their intrapersonal intelligence, as well as students\u27 report cards as a representation of their mathematics learning achievement. In this study, the researcher used quantitative methods and found a positive and significant influence between intrapersonal intelligence on mathematics learning achievement on a strong scale
STEM based Project Learning: How It Affects Preservice Science Teacher’s Creativity Before, During, and After Pandemic Covid-19?
Get PDFCreativity Are the important skills to face the globalization in this era. Students, especially preservice teacher should have these useful skills for make next generation are more creative, struggling with the competition between human and computers, struggling with the world condition during and after pandemic strikes, and well prepared for their work field. Some of the learning approaches have been applied in the courses to construct their creativity, one of them, are STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) by the project. This research’s aim is to investigate how is preservice science teacher’s creativity by the STEM based project learning before, during, and after pandemic covid-19. The method that is used is qualitative research by using class observation and quantitively count by creativity rubrics that includes creative thinking, behaviour, and products. This research is conducted in SETS learning (2nd semester in every year) by using STEM based project from the students of science preservice teacher year 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022. STEM based project learning could improve preservice science teacher’s creativity but it has differences for each class. Class 2019 has outperformed for creativity among others. While, class 2022 has less performed for creativity among others. Based on the observation, the covid-19 outbreak has high influence to this result because of the way of their learning in their high school before. The DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE E-MODULES ASSISTED WITH CANVA AND PROFESSIONAL FLIP PDF ON OPPORTUNITY MATERIALS
No full textThis research aims to determine the results of the validity and practicality of developing interactive e-modules assisted by Canva and Flip PDF Professional on Opportunity material for class X SMA. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research results show that the e-module product developed is included in the "very valid" and "very practical" categories. Validation was carried out by four validators, with percentage validity results: material expert (83%), lecturer media expert 1 (95%), lecturer media expert 2 (95%), and practitioner expert (90%), resulting in an average validity of 90 .75%. The implementation of a trial limited to 10 students showed a practicality level of 87.05%. Evaluation is carried out based on validator suggestions, resulting in improvements to media and material aspects. Thus, the interactive e-module developed is valid and practical for use in mathematics learning, facilitating students to learn independently and increasing active involvement in the learning process
The Complexity of Octopus Graph, Friendship Graph, and Snail Graph
Get PDFGraphs are basic structures that represent objects with nodes and relationships between objects with edges. Trees are one of the parts studied in graph theory along with finding the number of spanning trees of a graph such as octopus graph, friendship graph, and snail graph. The complexity of an octopus graph is strongly dependent on the number and length of tentacles, the complexity of a friendship graph is dependent on the number of triangle cycles, and the complexity of a snail graph is dependent on the number of edges and vertices located in the shell-like part of the snail. To calculate the number of spanning trees (τ(G)) of a graph, various calculations can be used, such as the extension of Kirchhoff\u27s formula. The extension of Kirchhoff\u27s formula uses the determinant of the adjacency matrix and degree matrix of the graph complement of a graph. Therefore, this research applies the extension of Kirchhoff\u27s formula to obtain the complexity of octopus graph, friendship graph, and snail graph. From the analysis, it is obtained that for any n≥2, the number of spanning trees of octopus graph and friendship graph are τ(On )=1/5 √5 [((3+√5)/2)^n-((3-√5)/2)^n ] and τ(Fn )=3^n and the number of spanning trees of snail graph is τ(SIn )=2^(n+2)+3n∙2^(n-1) for n≥1

The research method in this research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was 10 students in class VIII of Immanuel II Sungai Raya Christian Middle School. The population in this study were all students of the Christian Immanuel II Sungai Raya Middle School. The technique used was a simple random sampling technique with a lottery system. Data collection techniques in this research include interviews, observation and questionnaires. HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (OCB) KARYAWAN BENGKEL GRAVY AUTO
Get PDFHuman resources (HR) are an important asset for the company. Therefore, quality human resources are needed by companies, especially in industrials era 4.0 as it is today. Many companies are competing to obtain human resources with good quality in order to compete. However, companies or organizations also play an important role in creating quality and competent human resources so that good organizational management is needed in order to maintain organizational life, both long and short term. In the course of an organization or company various kinds of problems will arise as happened in the Gravy Auto Workshop which faces the problem that employees are not comfortable with the work environment and are less motivated in carrying out their work, employees who are not enthusiastic about carrying out task for which they are responsible. The attitude of these employees reflects that employees still lack motivation in carrying out their work. Because of these problems, researchers are interested in examining what causes employee work discomfort, by assessing Work Motivation and then associating it with the OCB of Gravy Auto Workshop employees based on the background above. The purpose of researcher in conducting this research was to find out and prove whether work environments and work motivation have a relationship with organization citizenship behavior (OCB). These studies use a quantitative approached, namely an approached that using data analyst in form of number or numbers in collecting basic data. Collecting data in these studies use a survey method by distributing questionnaire to Gravy Auto Workshop employees using hierarchical theory on work environment variables. Hierarchical theory by Abraham H Maslow on work motivation variables and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) theory. Test result use SPSS 26.0 shows that there is a significancy relationships between work environments and work motivations on OCB. When tested partially the relationship proved significant. Because it is feasible means that work environments and work motivations are important factors in increasing OCB.

INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY, PRICE, AND LOCATION ON JERSEY PURCHASE DECISION FUTSAL AT THE KALIMASADA SPORT SHOP (Case study on Boys & Girls Futsal SMK Negeri 2 South Tangerang)
Get PDFThese studies aim to determining effects of product qualities, prices, and locations on purchases decision for futsal jersey at the Kalimasada Sport shop for male and female futsal at SMK Negeri 2 South Tangerang. Data source use was primarlly data obtained by distribute questionnaire to 50 respondent use purposive sampling, and populations in these studies were male and female futsal players at SMK Negeri 2 South Tangerang with 50 respondents. Sampling as much as specified in the population. The independent variable in these studies consist of product qualities, prices, and location, while dependent variables is the purchase decision. The analysis use in these studies include validity test, reliabilities test, classic assumptions test, t test, F test, multipled linear regressions analysis, and the coefficients of determination. While secondaries data was obtaine through library researched by reading book and others data source that are still relate to this researched. Results of these studies indicating that: (1) there is a effect of product qualities on the purchasing decision of Jersey Futsal at the Kalimasada Sport Store. (2) there is a price effects on decisions to purchase Jersey Futsal at the Kalimasada Sport Store. (3) there is no effects of locations on purchase decisions for Jersey Futsal at the Kalimasada Sport Store. (4) There is a influences of product quality, prices, and locations on the decisions to purchasing Jersey Futsal at the Kalimasada Sport Shop, which is 43,2% and rested is influence by others variable not included in these studies. Suggestions in this research for the Kalimasada Sport are that the location at the Kalimasada Sport store can be even more strategic because setting an important business location for the companies, therefore the companies must pay attentions to how important it is to determine the location of the business, so that the company can progress and develop.

Kehidupan masyarakat ini dipenuhi beragam pekerjaan, termasuk seni pengerjaan kayu, pertanian, budidaya tanaman kopi, cengkeh, dan peternakan. Namun, yang menarik adalah komposisi penduduk desa ini, yang sebagian besar terdiri dari wanita, lansia, dan anak-anak. Pemuda dan pria dewasa pergi merantau ke kota-kota besar, mengadopsi budaya baru dan kebiasaan makanan manis. Akibatnya, masalah kesehatan seperti sakit otot, pegal, hipertensi, dan diabetes menjadi umum. Edukasi Energi Bersih dan Penerapan Panel Surya di lingkungan HKBP Aek Bolon, Balige, Kabupaten Toba
Get PDFThe Community Service Program (PKM) entitled "CLEAN ENERGY EDUCATION AND SOLAR PANEL APPLICATION AT THE HKBP AEK BOLON CHURCH" in the Aek Bolon Julu Village, Balige District, Toba Regency, demonstrated the commitment of the PKM team to raise awareness and utilize solar energy. Cooperation with the Pomparan Opung Jaenna Siahaan indigenous community provided significant financial and logistical support, including funding for the construction of solar panel lamp foundation poles, location permits, as well as transportation and accommodation for the PKM implementation team. The impact was not only seen in cost savings for the Church and its congregation but also in optimizing the Church hall asset, which could then be used more effectively at night. Before the solar panel lighting, fear and limited access to the Church at night were the main obstacles. Through educational activities such as lectures during worship days, the PKM team succeeded in increasing the Church community\u27s awareness of sustainable solutions. This program not only provided improvements in infrastructure but also created a safe and comfortable environment, reflecting the positive impact directly felt by the community around the HKBP AEK BOLON Church.Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berjudul "EDUKASI ENERGI BERSIH DAN PENERAPAN SOLAR PANEL DI GEREJA HKBP AEK BOLON" di Desa Aek Bolon Julu, Kecamatan Balige, Kabupaten Toba, menunjukkan komitmen tim PKM dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemanfaatan energi surya. Fokus utama program ini mencakup kerjasama yang strategis dengan komunitas adat Pomparan Oppu Jaenna Siahaan serta dampak sosial dan ekonomi yang dihasilkan. Kerjasama dengan komunitas adat Pomparan Opung Jaenna Siahaan memberikan dukungan finansial dan logistik yang signifikan, termasuk pembiayaan pembangunan tiang fondasi lampu panel surya, izin lokasi, serta transportasi dan akomodasi bagi tim pelaksana PKM. Dampaknya tidak hanya terlihat dalam penghematan biaya listrik bagi Gereja dan jemaat, tetapi juga dalam optimalisasi aset aula Gereja yang kini dapat digunakan secara lebih efektif pada malam hari. Sebelum adanya penerangan panel surya, ketakutan dan keterbatasan akses ke Gereja pada malam hari menjadi kendala utama. Melalui kegiatan edukasi seperti ceramah pada hari ibadah, tim PKM berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Gereja terhadap solusi berkelanjutan. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman, mencerminkan dampak positif yang dapat dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat di sekitar Gereja HKBP AEK BOLON

Penerapan Komunitas yang Inklusif di Kelompok Sel Mahasiswa Rantau di Bandung
Get PDFEducation becomes a very important aspect for every individual to obtain broader knowledge. One way to achieve a better education is to continue your studies to college. The environment in which individuals interact with others has a great influence on student behavior. Especially for overseas students, the challenges faced are more due to the distance that separates parents and families. Therefore, the establishment of a cell group community for overseas students in Bandung has great potential to form an inclusive environment that will continue to grow over time. In an inclusive environment, students can learn to appreciate cultural diversity and broaden their understanding of the world. Moreover, cell groups can also be a source of support in their studies, careers, and personal lives, helping students feel more connected and secure in a new environment. Therefore, the establishment of cell groups is an important first step in building an inclusive and sustainable community in Bandung. To understand more, our team tries to prepare the needs of overseas students.Pendidikan menjadi suatu aspek yang sangat penting bagi setiap individu guna memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih luas. Salah satu cara untuk mencapai pendidikan yang lebih baik adalah dengan melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Lingkungan tempat individu berinteraksi dengan orang lain memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap perilaku mahasiswa. Khususnya bagi mahasiswa perantau, tantangan yang dihadapi lebih banyak karena jarak yang memisahkan dari orangtua dan keluarga. Oleh sebab itu pembentukan komunitas kelompok sel untuk mahasiswa perantau di Bandung memiliki potensi besar untuk membentuk sebuah lingkungan yang inklusif yang akan terus berkembang seiring berjalannya waktu. Di dalam lingkungan yang inklusif, mahasiswa dapat mempelajari menghargai keberagaman budaya dan memperluas pemahaman tentang dunia. Lebih dari itu, kelompok sel juga dapat menjadi sumber dukungan dalam studi, karier, dan kehidupan pribadi, membantu mahasiswa merasa lebih terhubung dan aman dalam lingkungan baru. Oleh karena itu, pembentukan kelompok sel merupakan langkah awal yang penting dalam membangun sebuah komunitas yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Bandung. Untuk memahami lebih lanjut, maka tim kami berusaha mempersiapkan kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa perantau
