PERAN FISIOTERAPI TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN LANSIA: KAJIAN LITERATUR: THE ROLE OF PHYSIOTHERAPY IN INDEPENDENCE IN THE ELDERLY: LITERATURE REVIEW
Sehat, mandiri dan bahagia adalah impian semua orang saat memasuki usia lanjut. Permasalahan kesehatan yang umumnya diderita Lansia selain penyakit adalah kemunduran fungsi tubuh. Hal ini sangat mempengaruhi kemandirian lansia dalam menjalani aktivitasnya sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran fisioterapi terhadap kemandirian lansia. Desain penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur, dengan pencarian artikel menggunakan google scholar dengan tahun terbitan lima tahun kebelakang antara tahun 2020 sampai 2024. Pencarian artikel dengan kata kunci” Peran Fisioterapi Terhadap Kemandirian Lansia”. Hasil pencarian didapat lima artikel dan semua artikel merupakan penelitian eksperimental pada lansia. Peran fisioterapi terhadap kemandirian Lansia pada lima artikel ini, 80% berfokus pada pelayanan kuratif berupa pemberian latihan keseimbangan, latihan ankle strategy exercise, latihan dual-task training, latihan ROM dan senam lansia. Dosis latihan yang diberikan rata-rata dengan durasi selama 40 menit dengan frekuensi 3x/minggu dan diberikan selama 2 minggu. Peran fisioterapi pada pelayanan promotif hanya 20% yaitu berupa kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan
Recent Research on Creative Writing Learning in Indonesian EFL Settings: A Systematic Literature Review
Research on creative teaching in English language teaching has identified creative writing (CW) as a potential tool to help advance EFL learning processes and outcomes and learners’ personal development as well. Yet, studies on CW integration into English classrooms in Indonesian context has never been reviewed, causing the synthesis of scientific evidence in this field inaccessible. This review aims to help the stakeholders of English education in Indonesia get a comprehensive understanding of the trend and features of current research on CW integration into English classrooms in Indonesian contexts. It systematically reviewed 19 empirical studies published from 2015 to 2024, focusing on year of publication, participants involved, types of CW work, research topics and findings. The results showed that the number of studies on CW infusion into English classroom in Indonesia is still limited because researchers have just began to pay much attention to this field. The selected studies involved mainly university students majoring in English education and English literature. Only a few of the studies involved primary and secondary school students. The most popular genre involved in CW learning is poetry, followed by short story in the second place. All studies reported positive results of CW teaching and learning in terms of learning processes, learning outcomes, and students’ attitudes and perceptions of CW. This article ends with some recommendations to the stakeholders of English education in Indonesia
Evaluasi Efektivitas Sistem PERISKOP dalam Mitigasi Risiko Operasional di Bank BNI
Operational risk is a significant challenge faced by banking institutions, including Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). This risk arises due to imperfections in internal processes, human error, information system failures, and external factors that cannot be controlled. In this context, this research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the PERISKOP (Operational Risk Tool) system developed by BNI as an operational risk mitigation tool. This system is designed to assist work units in identifying, assessing, monitoring and controlling risks that could disrupt banking performance. By integrating three main modules, PERISKOP functions as a monitoring tool that supports the implementation of comprehensive risk management. It is hoped that this research will provide in-depth insight into the contribution of the PERISKOP system in increasing the effectiveness of risk management at BNI, as well as provide recommendations for further development.Risiko operasional merupakan tantangan signifikan yang dihadapi oleh institusi perbankan, termasuk Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). Risiko ini muncul akibat ketidaksempurnaan dalam proses internal, kesalahan manusia, kegagalan sistem informasi, serta faktor eksternal yang tidak dapat dikendalikan. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem PERISKOP (Perangkat Risiko Operasional) yang dikembangkan oleh BNI sebagai alat mitigasi risiko operasional. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu unit-unit kerja dalam mengidentifikasi, menilai, memantau, dan mengendalikan risiko yang dapat mengganggu kinerja perbankan. Dengan mengintegrasikan tiga modul utama, PERISKOP berfungsi sebagai perangkat pengawasan yang mendukung penerapan manajemen risiko secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam mengenai kontribusi sistem PERISKOP dalam meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen risiko di BNI, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut
Analisis Manajemen Risiko pada Proses PT. Multiply Sarana Indotama: dengan Metode Human Research Analysis dan HAZOP
Operational risk management at PT. Multiply Sarana Indotama is analyzed using the Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP) approaches to identify risks related to human factors and potential hazards in the operation of heavy equipment. Through this approach, human errors and process deviations that could lead to accidents or operational disruptions are systematically mapped. The analysis results indicate that negligence in using personal protective equipment (PPE) and non-compliance with procedures such as pre-start checklist inspections and engine warming are the most significant risks. The impact of these findings highlights the need for enhanced supervision, safety training, and improvements in operational procedures to reduce the potential for accidents and equipment damage. Thus, the results of this analysis contribute to overall operational efficiency.Manajemen risiko operasional pada PT. Multiply Sarana Indotama dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) dan Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP) untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yang terkait dengan faktor manusia dan potensi bahaya dalam pengoperasian alat berat. Melalui pendekatan ini, kesalahan manusia dan penyimpangan proses yang dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan atau gangguan operasional dipetakan secara sistematis. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kelalaian penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap prosedur seperti pemeriksaan pre-start checklist dan pemanasan mesin merupakan risiko yang paling signifikan. Dampak dari temuan ini menunjukan perlunya peningkatan pengawasan, pelatihan keselamatan, dan perbaikan prosedur operasional untuk mengurangi potensi kecelakaan dan kerusakan alat. Dengan demikian, hasil analisis ini memberikan kontribusi efisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan
Analisis Brand Perception Konsumen Terhadap Merek Pizza Marzano
Berdasarkan data Euromonitor International, tahun 2023 pasar makanan cepat saji Indonesia diperkirakan mencapai nilai sekitar USD 10,5 miliar, dengan prediksi pertumbuhan tahunan sebesar 6-7%. Salah satu kategori yang tumbuh pesat adalah pizza. Pizza Marzano, sebagai salah satu merek pizza yang telah lama eksis di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan besar di tengah semakin ketatnya persaingan pasar. Penting bagi Pizza Marzano untuk memahami bagaimana konsumen memandang merek mereka, sehingga perusahaan dapat merumuskan strategi yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi merek Pizza Marzano memiliki citra yang kuat terkait status sosial, keaslian masakan Italia, kualitas produk dan pelayanan, serta menjadi tempat makan yang nyaman untuk quality time, sehingga menciptakan kenyamanan dan kepuasan pelanggan serta kepercayaan terhadap merek. Meskipun Pizza Marzano menunjukkan bahwa masih belum cukup kuat dalam dimensi kognitif terkait pengenalan merek dan persepsi pasar. Secara keseluruhan, Pizza Marzano telah berhasil menciptakan citra merek yang kuat dengan pengalaman kuliner yang memuaskan dan hubungan yang positif dengan konsumen. PENGARUH ONLINE CUSTOMER REVIEW DAN CUSTOMER RATING TERHADAP MINAT BELI PRODUK SKINTIFIC PADA PENGGUNA SHOPEE WILAYAH KRAMAT JATI: THE INFLUENCE OF ONLINE CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER RATINGS ON INTEREST IN BUYING SKINTIFIC PRODUCTS FOR SHOPEE USERS IN THE KRAMAT JATI AREA
An increasing number of people are engaging in online transactions, especially on Shopee, which has become a platform for Skintific to reach consumers seeking skincare products. Key features that potential buyers often consider when contemplating product purchases include reviews and ratings. This research aims to investigate whether online customer reviews and customer ratings influence the purchasing interest in Skintific products among Shopee users in the Kramat Jati area as the study population. The Lemeshow formula assisted the author in determining a sample size of 97 respondents. Data processing was conducted using the SPSS 26. Based on the research findings, individual online customer reviews (X1) have a significant and positive impact on purchase intention: the t-value exceeds the t-table value (7,153 > 1,986). Similarly, individual customer ratings (X2) also significantly affect purchase intention (9,251>1,986). online customer reviews (X1) and customer ratings (X2) account for 54.7% of the influence on purchasing interest (Y), with the remaining 46.3% attributed to other unexamined variables. ANALISIS PENGARUH BRAND TRUST, HARGA DAN REVIEW BEAUTY INFLUENCER TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK MS GLOW ( Studi Kasus Klinik MS Glow Aesthetic Jakarta ): ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND TRUST, PRICE AND BEAUTY INFLUENCER REVIEW ON THE DECISION TO PURCHASE MS GLOW PRODUCTS (Case Study of MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic Jakarta)
This study aims to analyze the influence of brand trust, Price, and beauty influencer reviews on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Products at the MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic Jakarta. The study is motivated by intense competition in the skincare industry, which has led to a decline in MS Glow\u27s sales, particularly at its Kemang branch. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive causal design. The sample consists of 50 consumers selected using purposive sampling, based on criteria such as women aged 21–40 years who have purchased MS Glow Products at least twice in the last six months. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results show that Brand trust (significance value 0.000 < 0.05) indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Price (significance value 0.003 < 0.05) indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Beauty influencer reviews (significance value 0.000 < 0.05) also indicate that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Simultaneously, all independent Variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (F value = 25.231 > 2.81). This study contributes to understanding consumer behavior in the beauty Product market and can serve as a reference for MS Glow\u27s Marketing strategies.

Integration of Islamic Values in Social Arithmetic Learning: A Systematic Review Study
In fact, most educators in schools or madrasahs admit that they face challenges when integrating mathematics with Islam. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the concept of integrating Islamic values into mathematics learning, with a special emphasis on social arithmetic material. This research method uses a systematic review of the results of recent research (updates) over the past five years. The results of the study indicate that the integration or combination of mathematics learning with Islamic values can be a method of instilling Islamic values. Therefore, we anticipate that instilling Islamic values will not only improve the application of mathematics in students\u27 daily lives but also increase their faith and piety. All educators, including mathematics instructors, can bear the responsibility to instill religious values. Therefore, we anticipate that by incorporating Islamic values into mathematics learning that are in line with the subject matter, mathematics educators will be able to foster students\u27 character. Consequently, the findings of this study will significantly enhance the domain of mathematics education by elevating the quality of learning through a method that incorporates Islamic values. We recommend that additional academics examine the correlation between students\u27 learning outcomes or motivation and mathematical problems that incorporate Islamic values
Unpacking the Complexity: Exploring Students\u27 Ways of Understanding Ill-Structured Math Problems
The state space problem in problem solving involves a series of initial conditions, goal/end conditions, obstacles where this aspect is crucial in learning mathematics. This research aims to investigate how students understand and solve ill-structured mathematical problems. This research used a qualitative approach with case studies. Participants consisted of secondary school students. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis of students\u27 work. Data analysis was conducted thematically to identify patterns and key themes in how students solved unstructured problems. The findings showed that students faced difficulties in identifying relevant information, formulating a solution plan, and evaluating solutions in unstructured problems. The problem-solving strategies students used varied, ranging from heuristic approaches to the use of more formal mathematical models. In addition, factors such as self-confidence, prior experience, and support from teachers also play an important role in the problem-solving process. The implications of these findings include the need for an in-depth understanding of how students think and act in this context can provide valuable insights for the development of more effective teaching strategies, aimed at improving students\u27 ability to deal with complex and ambiguous mathematical challenge
Mathematical Literacy through Local Wisdom: A Literature Review on Ethnomathematics Representations in Textbooks and Teaching Modules
This study aims to examine the role of ethnomathematics integration in enhancing mathematical literacy and numeracy among elementary school students within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum. Employing a qualitative approach through a literature review method, this article analyzes thirteen peer-reviewed research studies and scholarly publications published between 2020 and 2025 that focus on ethnomathematics, mathematical literacy, and numeracy. The findings reveal that the ethnomathematical approach—which leverages local cultural contexts as sources of mathematical learning—offers students more contextualized, meaningful, and engaging learning experiences. The application of ethnomathematics has been shown to strengthen students’ conceptual understanding, enhance numeracy competencies, and cultivate positive attitudes toward mathematics. Moreover, its integration aligns with the objectives of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes context-based learning, the inclusion of local wisdom, and differentiated instruction. The study further highlights the crucial role of teachers in designing instructional materials and strategies that meaningfully connect mathematical concepts with students’ cultural backgrounds. Accordingly, the development of ethnomathematics-based teaching resources and targeted teacher training is strongly recommended to improve the quality of elementary mathematics education in a more inclusive and transformative manner
