Sosialisasi Pentingnya Menerapkan Airmanship di Perusahaan Pengiriman Barang, PT Halim Mitra Dirgantara (HTC)
The Community Service (PKM) activity organized by the Faculty of Law, Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma University, focusing on airmanship socialization at PT Halim Mitra Dirgantara, has provided a comprehensive understanding to all staff regarding the importance of implementing flight safety principles in every task. The PKM methodology was carried out through socialization, legal counseling, and continued with a question and answer session with PT Halim Mitra Dirgantara staff. Airmanship is not only limited to checking and supervision, but also includes a deep understanding of the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia. Thus, the company\u27s business activities can run in accordance with established safety rules, thereby increasing public trust and maintaining the Company\u27s reputation.Kegiatan PKM yang diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Hukum Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma yang berfokus pada sosialisasi airmanship di PT Halim Mitra Dirgantara telah memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif kepada seluruh staf mengenai pentingnya penerapan prinsip-prinsip keselamatan penerbangan dalam setiap tugas. Metodologi PKM dilakukan dengan sosialisasi, penyuluhan hukum dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab oleh Staf PT Halim Mitra Dirgantara. Airmanship tidak hanya sebatas pada pengecekan dan pengawasan, namun juga mencakup pemahaman mendalam terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Dengan demikian, kegiatan bisnis perusahaan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kaidah keselamatan yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan publik dan menjaga reputasi Perusahaan
ANALISIS KONSUMTIVISME IMPULSIF GENERASI Z BERDASARKAN TIPE PENGGUNANYA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti terkait perilaku konsumtivisme pada generasi Z, dimana algoritma media sosial. keterlibatan influencer, dan fitur-fitur media sosial mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan tindakan konsumtivisme impulsif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner digital yang diisi oleh 60 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 60% orang menggunakan instagram dan 40% orang menggunakan TikTok sebagai platform media sosial utama, serta mereka cenderung melakukan tindakan konsumtivisme impulsif yang tinggi, terutama mereka yang memiliki tipe pengguna pasif seperti pengamat, penggiat berbagi, dan penikmat. Jadi, melalui penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin sering seseorang melakukan eksplorasi pada media sosial, mereka akan semakin memiliki kecenderungan untuk melakukan perilaku konsumtivisme impulsif
PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PDAM TIRTA BHAGASASI BEKASI CABANG KOTA
In this age of increasing internationalization, one of most important aspects of a business is its human resources. The development of business world is increasing rapidly, this is marked by an increasingly fierce level of competition. Therefore, for company that have the desire to win the competition must be able to improve service and maintain the performances of its employees. These type of researched is quantitative. The aim of quantitative research is to find out how two or more variables are related. The result of the research may be use to create a theory that can explain and predict a symptom. In this research, the variables are Job Training, Work Environments, Work Disciplines (independent variables), and employees performances (dependent variables). The result of multipled linears regression analyst show the equation Y 0.070 + 0.234 X1 + 0.126 X2 + 0.967X3 with a coefficient of determination of 0.968. This shows that the presentation of magnitude of the effects of job training assessment, work environment, work discipline on employee performances is 96.8%. The t tested on the job training assessment variable (X1) produces a tcount values of 3.934 ≥ ttable 2.012 with a significant values of 0.000 0.05, the work environment variable produces a tcount values of 2.957 ≥ 2.012 with a significant of 0.005 0.05, the discipline variable produces a tcount values of 14.759 ≥ 2.012 with significant 0.000 0.05. Furthermore, the f tested produces a Fcount values of 230.045 ≥ Ftable 2.80 with a significant values of 0.000 0.05. Base on the result of the research Base on the result of researched previously mentioned, the researcher can conclude that job training, work environments, and work disciplines has a significant, positive, and simultaneous effects on employees performances at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi Bekasi City Branch.

PENGARUH NILAI TUKAR, HARGA MINYAK KELAPA SAWIT, TARIF BEA KELUAR EKSPOR, DAN COST OF GOODS SOLD TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN EKSPORTIR MINYAK KELAPA SAWIT: EFFECT OF EXCHANGE RATE, PALM OIL PRICE, EXPORT DUTY RATE, AND COST OF GOODS SOLD AGAINST PROFITABILITY PALM OIL EXPORTING COMPANIES
This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of exchange rates, palm oil prices, export duty rates, and cost of goods sold on the profitability of palm oil export-oriented companies. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The samples in this study were four palm oil exporting companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique using secondary data. Partially, the results of this study indicate no influence between exchange rates, palm oil prices, and cost of goods sold on profitability. However, export duty rates show an influence on profitability.

ANALISIS PERBEDAAN KARYAWAN TETAP DAN KARYAWAN KONTRAK DITINJAU DARI KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA PT ASURANSI INTRA ASIA KANTOR PUSAT JAKARTA: ANALYSIS OF THE DIFFERENCES IN PERMANENT EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACT EMPLOYEES REVIEWED FROM JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AT PT ASURANSI INTRA ASIA HEAD OFFICE JAKARTA
Human resources are one of the most important aspects of business and are an invaluable asset to every organization or company. This quantitative research aims to measure employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment at PT Asuransi Intra Asia, with a sample of thirty permanent employees and thirty contract employees. The purpose of this study is to identify the differences between permanent and contract employees. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, and the non-parametric Mann-Whitney test was performed using SPSS version 26. The significance values for job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables were both 0.001, which are lower than the α value of 0.05. The results of this study conclude that H0 is rejected, indicating a significant difference in job satisfaction and organizational commitment between permanent and contract employees at PT Asuransi Intra Asia. This study also reveals a significant difference in job satisfaction and organizational commitment between the two employee groups. Therefore, it is recommended that PT Asuransi Intra Asia ensure that the salaries or wages paid to employees are commensurate with their contributions, and expedite the process of promoting contract employees to permanent status so that contract employees feel more valued and motivated to remain with the company.

Faktor Yang Dapat Mepengaruhi Determinan NEM SD di Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the influence of social and economic factors on the Pure Ebtanas Score (NEM) at the Elementary School (SD) level in Indonesia. The independent variables in this study include household access to electricity, household access to clean water, the ratio of pure participation rates at the Elementary School level, and the number of students at the Junior High School (SMP) level. The data used are secondary data from The Indonesia Database for Policy and Economic Research (INDO-DAPOER) in 2009. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that all independent variables have a significant influence on the Elementary School NEM, with the largest contribution coming from household access to electricity. This study provides empirical evidence to support education policies that focus on increasing access to basic infrastructure to support the quality of education.

The Effect of The Learning Cell Model on Students\u27 Mathematical Communication Skills
This study aims to determine the effect of The Learning Cell model on students\u27 mathematical communication skills. The population in this study consists of all eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung in the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 264 students distributed across nine classes. The sample in this study includes class VIII E as the experimental class with 30 students and class VIII G as the control class with 29 students selected using purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is quasi experimental research. The design used is the pretest-posttest control group design. The data in this study is quantitative data obtained through a mathematical communication skills test. Based on the result of hypothesis test using t-test, it was found that the average gain score of mathematical communication skills for students who participated in The Learning Cell model was 0.72, which was higher than the average gain score of 0.58 achieved by students who participated in conventional learning. It can be concluded that the implementation of The Learning Cell model has an effect on students\u27 mathematical communication skills
Development of Problem-Based E-Worksheet Assisted by GeoGebra to Improve Numeracy Literacy and Student Learning Activeness in Junior High School
This research aims to develop a problem-based electronic worksheet (E-Worksheet) assisted by GeoGebra to enhance students\u27 numeracy literacy and learning activeness in junior high school. The development procedure follows the ADDIE model, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Validation by experts shows the E-Worksheet is very feasible to use, with an average validation score of 4.46 out of 5. Practicality is confirmed through positive responses from teachers and students, scoring above 4.5. Effectiveness testing through a quasi-experimental design indicates a significant improvement in students’ numeracy literacy and learning activeness when using the developed E-Worksheet compared to the control group. These findings suggest that the developed E-Worksheet can be a valuable learning resource to improve mathematical literacy and student engagement in learning
Development of LKPD Based on Contextual Teaching and Learning in Social Studies Lessons to Improve the Higher Level Thinking Skills of Grade IV Students of SDN Inpres Buncu
This research aims to develop Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) in science subjects to improve the SDN Inpres Buncu\u27s grade IV pupils\u27 Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The ADDIE model, which comprises the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, is used in this development research. The study participants included expert validators (materials, media) and class IV students. Questionnaires for expert validation, instructor response, and student response are examples of data gathering tools. lifts, learning implementation observation sheets and test sheets. The validation results showed that LKPD was very feasible with a percentage of material experts of 91% and media experts of 92% indicating that LKPD was under the "very feasible" category. The teacher\u27s response questionnaire serves as the practicality test obtained a score of 95% and the student response questionnaire obtained a score of 93%, both in the "Very Practical" category. In addition, the results of observation of learning implementation also show a high level of practicality with a percentage of 95%. The effectiveness test through the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in score with an N-Gain of 0.71 (high-effective category) which signified a significant improvement in high-level thinking ability. Thus, this CTL-based LKPD is declared valid, practical, and effective to be used in social studies learning to support the improvement of students\u27 KBTT
FACTORS INFLUENCING LOW SCIENCE LITERACY AND SCIENCE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF GRADE VIII STUDENTS OF SMP NEGERI 1 AEK KUO: AN ANALYSIS
This study analyzes the factors that influence the low scientific literacy and science learning outcomes of eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Aek Kuo. The scientific literacy skills of students in Indonesia are still very low based on PISA data, with Indonesia\u27s average score always at the bottom. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a total sampling technique, involving 141 students from grades VIII-1 to VIII-5 of SMP Negeri 1 Aek Kuo. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 25 Likert-scale statements and analyzed using a percentage formula for each indicator. The results of the study identified five main factors that influence the low scientific literacy and science learning outcomes: misconceptions 77.29% (high), non-contextual learning 75.05% (moderate), selection of textbooks 62.23% (moderate), low reading ability 48.08% (low), learning environment and climate 45.08% (low). This study concludes that misconceptions and non-contextual learning are the main challenges that contribute to factors influencing low scientific literacy and science learning outcomes
