This community service workshop aims to develop students' interest in learning mathematics, especially linear programming using GeoGebra Apllication in order to increase their study results. The teaching and learning process are still used conventional method and have not utilized information and communication technology so far. Mathematics learning tends to be considered abstract and difficult to understand. Therefore, many students become less interested in learning it and it affects low study results. The use of information and communication technology-based learning media can be an alternative to improve the quality of the learning process by providing interesting and effective learning. One of them is by utilizing the GeoGebra application in learning process. The workshop was attended by 32 students using a collaborative approach including lecturing, discussion, question and answer, and demonstration methods. The results of the workshop revealed that students showed high interest during the learning process and their scores increased after learning process using the GeoGebra application. Based on the results of the workshop, it can be concluded that the GeoGebra application can be used as learning media in learning mathematics, especially in understanding linear programming because it can develop students’ interest in learning and improve their study results

    No full text
The medical record system is an application that is used in medical services, where with the use of a medical record system, patient data will be stored and arranged neatly for a long time, then with the use of this system it reduces file storage costs and minimizes file storage space. Prior to the use of this medical record system, the midwife supiani clinic was given to record patients by making notes on a patient biographical paper in which the patient's history of treatment and type of illness will be stored. The manual system causes complications in the services provided to patients, because patients will wait very long because the administration will search and unload data if the patient has visited or taken treatment, if he just wants treatment, the administration must look for serial numbers and record the patient's name and biodata. With the medical record system that we provide to the general practice of midwife supian, it is very helpful in terms of data recording, file storage and until services for patients become faster and more efficient. One more thing, the general practitioner midwife supiani can recapitulate in one day anyone who visits for treatment. This is a very large contribution to the general practice of midwives so that they can improve patient treatment services

Diabetic Wound Segmentation Using Masking Contour Image Processing

    No full text
Measuring the wound area in diabetics is still using a manual way with a wound ruler. Whereas the ruler affixed to the wound will become a contaminated agent that can transmit the infection to other recipients. Digital measurement methods are needed to solve the problem. However, clarifying the boundaries between the wound and the skin requires carefulness and high accuracy. For this reason, it has needed an imaging method that can do segmentation between the wound and the skin boundary for diabetic patients based on digital, called digital planimetry. This study uses a masking contour image processing algorithm from the Hue, Saturation, Value (HSV), Then doing iteration five times and gamma filter. So the result of segmentation is formed. This study concludes that the segmentation with this method has not been able to perform the segment properly, and it requires more masking values, but the results of the 5th iteration got a minor error, which is 0.002%. The digital imaging carried out in this study could be developed to be a digital-based diabetic patient wound measurement tool
