ANALISIS PENERAPAN SOCIAL MEDIA SEBAGAI STRATEGI BISNIS OLEH PELAKU BISNIS ONLINE
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana efektifitas penggunaan social media yang telah digunakan sebagai strategi bisnis oleh beberapa pelaku bisnis berbasis online. Subyek penelitian ini adalah beberapa pelaku bisnis berbasis online yang telah memanfaatkan social media untuk bisnis mereka. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT dan strategi biaya rendah dengan indikator keberhasilan dilihat dari dua perspektif yaitu dari sisi pelaku bisnis dan dari sisi konsumen yang mengakses produk bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku bisnis yang telah menerapkan social media mengalami peningkatan omzet hingga 104%. Penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi para pelaku bisnis yang ingin menggunakan social media sebagai salah satu strategi dalam berpromosi.Kata Kunci : Social media, Strategi Bisnis, Analisis SWOT, Strategi Biaya Rendah
STUDI ANALISIS PERSYARATAN KEBUTUHAN SISTEM DALAM MENGHASILKAN PERANGKAT LUNAK YANG BERKUALITAS
Abstracts: Requirements specification is the need for the early phases of software engineering and is very important because it affects the flexibility, reliability, accuracy and usability. No matter how good coding and design systems that do not will still be able to provide a real desire by the conditions encountered. In fact, the needs for requirements engineering and FAST approach method does not always ensure produce quality software systems so that require system migration. In this process the need for requirements analysis should also consider factors that can not be empirically expressed quantitatively. Further requires adaptability and develop alternative priority needs in terms of the requirements document. Communication skills, the use of simple terms, open to users of the system, and displays a vivid example of what is needed and avoid the pitfalls of the intelligence domain to limit the success factors in aligning with the expectations of users of the system.Keywords : requirements specification analysis, requirements engineering, FAST approach, system migration, quantitative and empirical pitfalls intelligence domain
SISTEM INTELIJEN BISNIS GLOBAL UNTUK PERENCANAAN E-COMMERCE
Abstracts: The first step to reach the E-commerce is to understand the environments in which trading would take place. Business Intelligence is an activity of gathering information about the environmental elements that interact with the company. E-commerce failure to achieve planned goals, because the understanding of the environmental conditions of trade faced by the company is not in accordance with E-commerce applications are implemented. This is due to the information collected can not provide a clear picture of environmental conditions. This study aims to describe the fields of information and categories that can be used as a starting point to describe the environmental conditions that affect the company globally. Global Business Intelligence System is used as a general framework, which can be developed according to specific company needs and objectives. In general, the system consists of six fields of information and 31 categories. The process of collecting information in this system using a Modus Scanning that has the characteristics of active and focused on the desired categories. Each information field with the categories that have described the different influences, both as a driving force, the power resistor, and by providing pressure to the company's business. Differences influence of environmental conditions provides an explanation of the level of preparedness organizations in the application of E-commerce, as a business strategy to gain competitive advantage.
