Implementation of Scrum Method on MVC-Based Sembakoqu Website
Sembakoqu is a personal online distributor website for selling various kinds of food. With prices and foodstuffs that always go up and people's purchasing power decreases because it is necessary to come to the distributor's place. The purpose of this study is to create an online distributor website to make it easier for the public to find savings in their household and business raw material expenses. In this research, the development of the website system uses the Scrum method which is part of the agile method which can produce good quality software according to user desires. This method has a flexible nature that can be applied to the development of the Sembakoqu system by implementing a computerized payment and reporting system. The testing phase used on this website uses the blackbox method by emphasizing testing on functionality. For application development suggestions that can be carried out in further research, namely the system can be developed into a mobile application, so that consumers can order products on their smartphone devices
Decision Support System Election Municipal Waterworks Customer Class Rates
The selection of customer class rates in the Banjarmasin City Municipal Waterworks (PDAM) has been made by calculating each indicator value and criteria that have been surveyed by PDAM officers for potential water customers. The calculation is processed in a simple way besides the number of measures assessed so that it requires the time and process of the assessment. To avoid dissatisfaction with potential drinking water customers, a tool in the form of a decision support system is needed. This study aims to develop a decision support system for the customer class rate selection using the Eckenrode and TOPSIS methods. The test was conducted as many as 70 data samples to determine the accuracy and sensitivity of the system developed. The results of the experiment showed that the accuracy value was 95%, and the sensitivity value was 93%. The results of this research conclude that the Eckenrode and TOPSIS methods can be applied both in the development of a decision support system for the customer class rate
Implementasi Decision Tree Untuk Prediksi Kelulusan Mahasiswa Tepat Waktu
Students who are accepted every year are increasing, but not all students can graduate on time. In achieving graduation, of course, there are stages or processes that must be passed by each student such as following a number of courses, conducting fieldwork practices, real work lectures and final assignment seminars. These processes are carried out within a period of time determined by the University. For this reason, a prediction system for student graduation is needed in order to minimize students who graduate not on time. In predicting student graduation on time using 50 sample data for the 2013 graduation year with gender, IPK, graduation and toefl attributes. This study carried out the application of the CRISP-DM method with the C4.5 algorithm in predicting student graduation. The use of the C4.5 algorithm is supported by simulations carried out using the WeKa application and gets an accuracy value of 60%. With the existence of this research, it is expected to be able to help the Informatics Engineering Program at Universita Mulawarman so that students can graduate on time
Enterprise Architecture Planning Using TOGAF Version 9 (Case Study Of Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kab.Sumedang)
Bappenda currently utilizes Information Systems as the main driver in its activities which include the process of registration, data collection, determination, acceptance, billing, and reporting, in supporting its activities Bappenda needs to have an Information System strategic planning that can identify computer-based application portfolios in carrying out business processes, by therefore we need a tool that can be used to provide a basic organizational structure for the company as a whole using Enterprise Architecture. The method used in architectural planning is The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), which can provide techniques on how to build, manage and implement enterprise architecture and information systems called the Architecture Development Method (ADM). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the TOGAF method in Bappenda can improve the performance of the system applied by a percentage of 57.29%. Pelatihan Online Dasar HTML untuk ASN dan non ASN Pemerintah Kota Bekasi
Memahami dan mempelajari aplikasi berbasis website merupakan sebuah peluang di masa revolusi industri 4.0. Kemampuan penguasaaan teknologi dan informasi khususnya pada para ASN dan Non ASN Pemerintah Kota Bekasi dalam penguasaan HTML dan CSS sangat diperlukan mengingat dalam hal pelayanan administratif didukung dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam menjalankan proses bisnis pemerintahan yang terintegrasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat ini adalah kurangnya memahami konsep dasar HTML (HyperText Markup Language), Kurangnya memahami konsep CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) dan kurangnya memahami pembuatan website dinamis. Pelaksanaan pelatihan Basic HTML dilakukan secara online melalui media www.zoom.us, www.youtube.com dan media sosial www.instagram.com. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 98 peserta dengan hasil akhir memberikan hasil yang positif yang terlihat dari umpan balik peserta terhadap materi yaitu pada nilai 4 (Bagus) 49,3% dan nilai 5 (Sangat Bagus) 42.2%
Sistem Pakar Deteksi Dini Kesehatan Mental Menggunakan Metode Dempster-Shafer
Mental health is an important aspect that needs attention as much as physical health. Lack of public awareness of mental health and the deficiency time and money become some of the thought for someone to be reluctant to check himself with a psychologist / expert. This study aims to do an initial detection by detecting whether a person has a tendency to experience problems in his mental health with an expert system using the dempster-shafer method which is a method based on the theory of belief functions using the belief variable (belief) and plausibility variable. The results of this study are a web-based expert system that can detect whether a person has a tendency for mental health problems based on the conditions experienced by the user and provide information related to mental health. Testing the accuracy of the system comparation between system result and expert result used 100 data and get 94% percentage and system usability testing based on 31 correspondents and get score 3.95 out of 5. We hope that further research can develop the system by integrating the system with psychologists in around the user’s locations to consult so it is easier for users to provide more detailed solutions related to problems in mental health. In addition, it is expected that the system can be developed from the web platform to be based on Android / iOS that it will be easier for users to access the system
Penerapan Metode Dark Channel Prior dalam Perancangan Perangkat Lunak Mereduksi Kabut
The image in the form of a photo is the one that is used to capture events or scenes that cannot be repeated to be remembered for a long time and it is not possible if the photo taken at a time when the weather is not supporting such a haze that will ruin the photo. The main things that become the main idea for creating software is to help users who don't have much time to take photos outside the room. Therefore, the software that will be designed can make it easier for photographers to reduce the haze that exist in the photo. This software uses the Dark Channel Prior method as a method used to reduce haze. Software design method using Prototype. Testing software using BlackBox. This software uses the C ++ programming language with Visual Studio 2012 application. The haze reduction software that has been designed can run as expected. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menentukan Bibit Padi Terbaik Menggunakan Metode Gap Kompetensi
Government is preparing Indonesia to achieve food self-sufficiency, but we need know the main process that will hamper these ideals achieved if the production of paddy agriculture decreases, especially remote areas. This is due to lack of knowledge of farmers in determining which rice seeds are suitable for planting on agricultural land. This research is expected to help farmers specifically who do not understand the determination of good rice seeds. In addition, the results of this study can help the government realize food self-sufficiency in Indonesia. In designing this SPK using the Competence Gap method by including several criteria such as rice production per hectare, disease resistance, seed prices, planting limits, and land requirements, these criteria will be processed according to the rules of the Competence Gap method to produce the best seed recommendation. This study resulted in SPK, the main criteria used for disease resistance and the price of seeds given a priority value of 70%, another criterion of 30%. Based these criteria, three rice varieties recommended by DSS, Kalimasada, both Inpasari 42 GSR and the three types of Mapan P-05. The next researcher expected able to compare several methods and combine them into expert system for better accuracy
Perancangan Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Pangan pada Industri Pengolahan Jus Buah Di Kabupaten Bogor
Perusahaan PT Zio Nutri Prima adalah perusahaan UKM yang berlokasi di Cileungsi-Bogor. Tim dari Universitas Pakuan melakukan hasil gap analisis terhadap PT. Zio yang dihadiri oleh tim manajemen PT. Zio Nutri Prima. Hasil Gap Analysis menunjukkan bahwa hasilnya masih dalam FAIR. Tim dari Universitas Pakuan memberikan program bantuan industri dilakukan melalui tahap Analisis Kesenjangan diikuti dengan memberikan pelatihan kesadaran tentang Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Pangan yang diikuti oleh tim manajemen PT Zio Nutri Prima. Tahap selanjutnya juga telah dilakukan penentuan Critical Control Points (CCP). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada ENAM CCP yaitu: : 1) Menerima bahan baku (bahaya biologis dalam bentuk serangga / hama); 2) Mengupas Buah (bahaya biologis dalam bentuk serangga / hama); 3) Pencampuran dan pemanasan (bahaya kimia dari dosis tambahan aditif makanan); 4) Pasteurisasi (bahaya biologis dalam bentuk bakteri karena kegagalan proses); 5) Sealing (bahaya biologis dari saniter bakteri karena segel bocor); dan 6) Persiapan pengemasan (bahaya kimia dari bau sabun karena sisa pencucian). Tindak lanjut penentuan CCP adalah persiapan Rencana HACCP
Pelatihan Pengolahan Nilai Rapor Siswa pada Guru-Guru SDN 1 Pererenan Badung
Pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masayarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan meningatkan keterampilan bagi guru-guru di SD dalam mengolah nilai siswa sesuai dengan penilaian pada Kurikumum 2013. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru di SD Negeri 1 Pererenan, Kabupaten Badung. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi pendahuluan. Hasil observasi pendahuluan diketahui bahwa hanya sekitar 23% guru yang memahami dan memanfaatkan teknologi komputer untuk mengolah nilai siswa, menindaklanjuti hal tersebut dalam pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan pengolahan nilai rapor siswa. Tahap pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan pelatihan menggunakan metode caramah melalui presentasi materi Microsoft Excel dan dilanjutkan dengan sikusi dan tanya jawab serta latihan mengolah nilai rapor siswa. Tahap evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan menyimpulkan hasil pelatihan yang dilakukan pada peserta. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru-guru dalam mengolah nilai siswa menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan indikasi adanya kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan guru-guru. Terdapat respon positif dari peserta terhadap kegiatan pelatihan pengolahan nilai dan sekitar 84,6% peserta telah memahami konsep pengolahan nilai dan memiliki keterampilan pengolahan nilai rapor dengan menggunakan Microsoft Exce
