A Study on Effectiveness of On-Campus Exercise
Get PDFStudents who aim to acquire a childcare teacher / nursery teacher qualification will complete a number of on-site training and educational training in order to acquire the qualification by completing the prescribed courses and practice courses.
The fact that the evaluation and self - affirmation at the training place will lead to motivation as a future childcare worker is often felt when interviewing students who are considering employment. Our university conducts a class feedback questionnaire, and the overall evaluation of the lecture is shown by numerical values. However, how to use the exercise items that have been taught in the child health and safety classes, which are compulsory for childcare and electives, and practice necessary daily care, first aid, and infection control, in nursery schools, kindergartens, and facilities. It was impossible to read in the feedback questionnaire that it was useful, whether it was implemented, or it was useful as knowledge.
In the on-campus exercises, items that can be carried out with demonstration dolls as necessary care for daily life （hugging / lying, breast feeding / clothes removal / diaper change, body measurement, bathing exercises） and performing items（ vital signs / health observation, vomiting treatment, first aid, hand washing） that allow the student to become an elephant, and incorporate minutes into the lecture I am trying. At this time, we asked the students to study the contents of the exercises, which of the four types“, useful” “relatively useful”“less useful”“nothing”The evaluation was made according to the age of the children at

Clarifying the significance of school nurse being located in kindergartens by comparing the kindergarten where the school nurse is located and the kindergarten where it is not located kindergartens. An interview survey was conducted with school nurses at 6 kindergartens where school nurses are located. The main contents are the installation status of health rooms and health-related facilities, preparation of school health plans, health guidance for children, first aid, health consultation for parents, vomiting treatment methods, educational materials for parents, health bulletins the benefits of having a nursery teacher in kindergarten, the duties of a school nurse not in elementary school, and the need of a
school nurse in kindergarten are necessary. Health guidance health consultation, health observation, vomiting treatment, enlightenment to parents, and health bulletins showed that the six kindergartens had a full range of health activities equivalent to or better than elementary schools. From this result, it is indispensable to place school nurse in kindergartens. However, due to various circumstances, it is impossible to that a school nurse is distributed to kindergarten.
