Exploring the Role of Contextual Learning in Developing the Cognitive Abilities of Children Aged 5–6 Years
This study aims to explore the role of contextual learning in developing children’s cognitive abilities. The subjects of this research were all 18 children in Group B of Pelita Hati Kindergarten, consisting of 9 boys and 9 girls. The findings revealed that contextual learning played a significant role in enhancing the cognitive development of children in Group B, particularly through the use of spinach as a learning medium. Before the learning activity began, the teacher introduced spinach, explained its parts, and encouraged the children to identify and count them. The teacher then invited the children to play a sorting game by arranging the spinach from the smallest to the largest. Through contextual learning, children were able to interact directly with concrete materials, which supported the early childhood education principle of learning through play and facilitated better understanding. Observations conducted over three weeks showed that contextual learning greatly contributed to children’s cognitive growth, particularly in three key aspects: sequencing, identifying, and counting

Implementation of the Communication Strategy of Bank BPR Bandung Collectors in Reducing the Number of Defaults
The phenomenon of credit default in the banking sector is concerning in the post-pandemic era, particularly for small-scale financial institutions, such as Rural Credit Banks (BPR). This study analyses the communication strategies used by collectors at Rural Credit Bank (BPR) "X" Bandung to reduce the number of loan arrears. Loan arrears at BPR, caused by factors such as inadequate surveys, debtor dishonesty, or deteriorating financial conditions, pose significant challenges to the bank's financial stability. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the types and effectiveness of collector strategies, using qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis follows the interactive model by Miles and Huberman. The study reveals that collectors employ a combination of verbal and nonverbal communication strategies, including gentle persuasion and open-ended questions, as well as a calm tone of voice and active listening, all of which are tailored to the debt collection process. These strategies are generally effective, especially the empathetic approach; however, their effectiveness depends on the debtor's characteristics and financial situation. Supporting factors include ongoing training and good internal communication, while barriers include bad intentions from debtors and negative public perceptions. The results of this study concluded that effective communication is crucial in managing problematic loans, and encourage BPR to enhance training, develop ethical guidelines, and promote financial literacy among debtors

ANALISIS KONTEN PADA AKUN TIKTOK @STORY’ISLAM PERSPEKTIF DAKWAH
This research aims to analyze the da'wah content on the TikTok @story'Islam account and analyze the effect on the audience. Using the content analysis method, this research examines the da'wah material presented and the effects on the da'wah material during the last three months. The research results show that the TikTok account @story'Islam presents three main categories in its preaching material, namely aqidah, sharia, and morals. These materials are packaged in attractive short video formats, use language that is easy to understand, and utilize social media trends to attract users' attention. Apart from that, this research also found that the effects of the da'wah content presented can be categorized into three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and behavioral effects. Utilizing Temporary Employment Decrees (SK THL) as Collateral in Islamic Financing: Legal and Practical Insights from PT. BPRS Carana Kiat Andalas
This thesis explores the use of casual employee decrees (Surat Keputusan Tenaga Harian Lepas, or SK THL) as collateral in murabahah financing, with a specific focus on practices at PT. BPRS Carana Kiat Andalas Padang Panjang. The primary aim of this study is to examine and explain the procedures involved in utilizing SK THL as collateral in murabahah contracts, to assess the legal and practical framework of such collateral within Islamic banking, and to identify the potential risks faced by the bank in applying this financing model. The research adopts an empirical juridical approach, employing qualitative methods through field research, including interviews and direct observations. Primary data were collected from key informants, including the branch manager and account officers (AO Lending) of PT. BPRS Carana Kiat Andalas. The data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques to ensure reliability and validity. The findings reveal three key insights. First, the procedure for utilizing SK THL in murabahah financing involves a thorough evaluation of the prospective customerÔÇÖs creditworthiness, income consistency, and employment status. Coordination with the employerÔÇÖs finance department is essential, and prior credit history (via BI Checking) is assessed to minimize default risk. Second, while SK THL can attract new customers and enhance institutional cooperation, it also introduces significant risk due to the temporary nature of the employment and the lack of severance pay, which can increase the likelihood of installment defaults. Third, from the perspective of Sharia economic law, SK THL may serve as collateral only when the bank verifies key contractual elementsÔÇösuch as the validity and term of the employment agreementÔÇöto ensure financial security and mitigate financing risks.Overall, the study concludes that while SK THL may be accepted as a non-traditional form of collateral in murabahah contracts, its use necessitates a more rigorous debtor assessment process. It recommends enhancing risk analysis procedures and aligning collateral acceptance policies with both regulatory compliance and shariah principles to ensure sustainable and responsible financing
Between ShariÔÇÿah-Oriented Politics and Modern Bureaucracy: The Case of the Zaken Cabinet in Indonesia
This study aims to examine the legal foundations for the formation of the Zaken Cabinet in Indonesia, investigate its establishment in the post-Reformation era, and analyze the extent of its independence and professionalism. Employing a normative legal research approach, this paper focuses on statutory analysis by utilizing primary legal materials such as legislation, alongside secondary sources including books, journals, and scholarly articles relevant to the research topic. Data were analyzed using content analysis in a narrative form. The findings indicate that the formation of the Zaken Cabinet is grounded in various legal instruments, including MPR Decree No. XI of 1998 on Clean Governance, MPR Decree No. VI of 2001 on National Ethics, Law No. 39 of 2008 in conjunction with Law No. 61 of 2024 on State Ministries, Law No. 20 of 2023 on State Civil Apparatus, and Government Regulation No. 11 of 2017 on Civil Service Management. Although the concept of a Zaken CabinetÔÇöcomposed of experts, technocrats, and independent professionalsÔÇöis implicitly acknowledged in these legal texts, its full implementation remains constrained. Indonesia's multiparty political system continues to dominate the ministerial appointment process, resulting in the persistence of spoils-based practices rather than the meritocratic principles mandated by civil service law. As a result, the aspiration for a fully independent and professional cabinet remains a challenge within the current political structure
Challenging Legal Certainty: Analyzing Contra Legem Judgments in Marital Property Disputes Across Court Systems in Indonesia
This study examines the application of the contra legem principle in the adjudication of joint property disputes within both Religious and General Courts in Indonesia, focusing on three landmark decisions: No. 283/Pdt.G/2017/PA Mtr, No. 42/Pdt.G/2015/PTA Jk, and No. 1710 K/Pdt/2020. Employing a qualitative library research method, the analysis draws upon primary legal sourcesÔÇöcourt decisions and statutory regulationsÔÇöas well as secondary literature including legal texts and academic journals. Data collection was conducted through document analysis, and data validation employed source triangulation. The findings reveal that judges in Religious Courts tend to apply the contra legem principle through a combination of legal reasoning, judicial prudence, jurisprudence, and ijtihad to achieve substantive justice, particularly in cases 283/Pdt.G/2017/PA Mtr and 42/Pdt.G/2015/PTA Jk. Similarly, in General Court case 1710 K/Pdt/2020, judges refer to the Compilation of Islamic Law while still incorporating ijtihad-based considerations. Across both jurisdictions, judges rely on established jurisprudence, the Qur'an and Sunnah, and contextual interpretation to ensure fairness in joint property disputesÔÇöeven in cases involving non-Muslim parties. This study highlights the dynamic interplay between statutory law and judicial interpretation in resolving family law conflicts
