Development of Interactive Storybook Media to Enhance Language Skills of Children Aged 4–5 Years
No full textThe development of early childhood language skills requires learning media that are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and capable of actively involving children in meaningful learning experiences. However, classroom practices often rely on limited and less interactive media, which may hinder optimal language development. This study aimed to develop an interactive storybook learning media and examine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness in enhancing early childhood language abilities, including receptive language, expressive language, and early literacy skills. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Four-D (4D) model, consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The research was conducted at Runiah School Kindergarten in Makassar, involving teachers and children in a limited field trial. Data were collected through observation, documentation, expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, and children’s language development assessments, and were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative techniques, including the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results indicate that the interactive storybook media achieved a very high level of validity based on expert evaluation, was categorized as very practical according to teacher responses, and proved effective in significantly improving children’s language abilities, with most children reaching the Developing as Expected category and no longer classified as Not Yet Developed. The findings reveal that interactive storybook media not only enhance language outcomes but also increase children’s engagement, interest in reading, and active participation during learning activities. These results imply that interactive storybook media can serve as an effective and innovative alternative learning resource for early childhood educators, supporting language development while aligning with technological advancements and child-centered learning principles.
 
Tafsir Digital: Antara Adaptasi dan Krisis Otoritas Keagamaan
No full textThis study evaluates the dynamics of digital Qur`anic exegesis within the framework of adaptation and the crisis of religious authority in the age of social media. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach using netnography and content analysis, the research explores tafsir content on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The findings indicate that digital tafsir expands public access to the Qur`an in visual, contextual, and interactive ways through infographics, short videos, and animations based on digital hermeneutics. However, there is a significant shift in authority, from classical scholarly lineage (sanad) to algorithmic authority, where popularity and engagement metrics determine legitimacy. The study reveals the ambivalence of digital tafsir, while innovative, it is also vulnerable to epistemological fragmentation. Strengthening Islamic literacy and constructing a hybrid authority model are therefore necessary. This research contributes to the integration of Qur`anic studies, digital media theory, and religious authority in an interdisciplinary framework
Framing Analysis of News Reporting on Sugar Commodity Corruption Case by Kompas.com

Using the social reality construction approach and Robert Entman's framing model, this study found that Kompas.com tends to frame the news by emphasizing Tom Lembong's direct involvement as a suspect, even though the substance of the news content is relatively uniform. This framing not only influences public perception but also creates a narrative that can direct readers' opinions. This finding shows the important role of the media in shaping social reality and its consequences for the legal process and political stability. This seems to be one of Kompas.com's strategies to support the increase in the electability of the attorney general's office which has recently appeared on social media in handling various corruption cases

Through an analysis of historical context, the article illustrates how the Prophet optimized various communication channels, including oral communication, letters, and direct interaction, to reach diverse communities. Additionally, the study highlights the relevance of the Prophet's communication principles in the modern context, where information technology and social media have become primary tools for disseminating information. By examining the values of effective, honest, and inclusive communication taught by the Prophet, the article offers a fresh perspective on how contemporary society can leverage these approaches to enhance communication in various aspects of life
Potret Representasi Anggota Legislatif Perempuan DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Datar Periode 2019-2024
No full text Pokok permasalahan pada skripsi ini pada anggota legislatif perempuan bukanlah tentang bagaimana  bekerja di parlemen, tapi juga bagaimana mereka bisa memposisikan dirinya sebagai wakil rakyat terutama bagi perempuan, sehingga mampu memecahkan permasalahan yang terjadi terutama pada kaum perempuan. Tujuan dari peneliti ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana potret representasi anggota elativeve perempuan di DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Datar Periode 2019-2024, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana anggota elativeve perempuan dalam menjalankan fungsi representai perempuan di DPRD  Tanah Datar Periode 2019-2024. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah melalui  wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan triangulasi data, reduksi data,  penyajian data dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Teknik penjamin keabsahan data menggunakan teknik analisis data purposive sampling. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, keterlibatan perempuan di parlemen sangat rendah yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti budaya patriaki yang masih kental, kurangnya personal branding dari perempuan dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga menyebabkan kehadiran ketiga anggota legislatif perempuan di DPRD  Kabupaten Tanah Datar tidak mampu menyuarakan dan memperjuangkan isu-isu terkait perempuan, mereka justru hanya mengikuti program yang telah direncanakan oleh pemerintah daerah. Namun hanya Donna yang lebih terlibat aktif dalam memperjuangkan permasalahan terkait perempuan di Kabupaten Tanah Datar
PERSEPSI GEN Z TERHADAP SERIAL DRAMA KOREA CELEBRITY
No full textThis study aims to explore Gen Z's perception of Korean dramas, especially those involving celebrities in the Korean series industry. Along with the rapid development of the Korean Wave phenomenon, Korean dramas have become an important part of media consumption, especially for the younger generation who grew up in the digital era. This study focuses on how Gen Z in Batusangkar City views and interacts with Korean dramas, as well as the influence of Korean series celebrities in shaping their perceptions of the culture. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were conducted in the field to observe audience interactions with Korean dramas, while interviews were used to explore individual opinions on how they interpret and respond to messages conveyed through the drama and celebrities. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to describe the views and influence of Korean culture on Gen Z's mindset and behavior. The results of the study show that Gen Z has a strong interest in Korean dramas, which is not only influenced by the storyline, but also by the image of the celebrities who appear in the series. In addition, perceptions of Korean celebrities are also influenced by factors such as internal and external factors. This study provides deeper insight into how Gen Z understands and consumes entertainment media, as well as how Korean celebrities play a role in shaping their perceptions of Korean culture

No full textThis study discusses the editorial team's strategies to improve the quality of news coverage in the *Detak Sumbar* program on Padang TV. The main objective is to understand the strategies implemented by the editorial team and to examine editorial aspects from both the editorial and production teams. The research uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the *Detak Sumbar* production process has implemented editorial strategies based on seven key points, including maintaining broadcast quality, scriptwriting standards, and obtaining up-to-date and informative news. Additionally, sharing program clips through various digital platforms such as STB, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and the Padang TV website is also part of the effort to enhance the quality and reach of the news coverage
Upaya Meningkatkan Budaya Literasi Pada Anak Sejak Usia Dini Di Perpustakaan Umum Kota Bukittinggi
No full textPokok permasalahan pada skripsi ini adalah tahapan dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi pada anak sejak usia dini di perpustakaan umum Kota Bukittinggi mengingat pentingnya penerapan budaya literasi pada anak sedari dini dan menjadikan perpustakaan sebagai garda utama dalam mencerdaskan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi literasi anak usai 5-6 tahun di perpustakaan umum Kota Bukittinggi, apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya literasi pada anak dan bagaimana tahapan dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi pada anak sejak usia dini di perpustakaan umum Kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data di peroleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu alat tulis yang digunakan untuk mencatat point-point yang disampaikan oleh narasumber dan handphone. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) kondisi literasi pada anak usia 5-6 tahun sudah memenuhi indikator terkait kemampuan menyimak, berbicara, membaca dan menulis yang ditunjukan dengan kemampuan anak dalam menyimak pembicaraan yang disampaikan oleh narasumber, menunjukan partisipasi ketika narasumber memberikan pertanyaan, mampu menyebutkan huruf dan angka yang dikenalnya, mengeja atau membaca namanya sendiri serta menulis atau meniru huruf maupun angka. (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya literasi pada anak sejak usia dini di perpustakaan umum Kota Bukittinggi yaitu lingkungan, perkembangan teknologi informasi, keadaan lingkungan yang kondusif, keberagaman koleksi perpustakaan, dan juga kenyamanan. (3) Tahapan yang dilakukan perpustakaan umum kota bukittinggi dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi pada anak sejak usia dini berdasarkan analisa data yaitu pembiasaan (kunjungan), mengundang narasumber yang kompeten, penerapan metode pembelajaran, pengembangan minat anak, dan memanfaatkan perpustakaan keliling
Religion, Identity and Politics in the Age of Communication and Information Technologies with Emphasis on Iran
No full textThis article examines the concepts of religion, identity, and politics, as well as the concept of digital democracy and its impact on political participation in the information technology age. With the rapid growth of digital technologies and the expansion of online platforms, traditional forms of political participation have undergone fundamental changes that raise fundamental questions about the opportunities and threats to the progress of modern democracy. Opportunities such as increased access, facilitating communication between citizens and the government, greater transparency, and the participation of marginalized groups are examined. The role of technologies such as electronic voting, social media, blockchain, and artificial intelligence in improving democratic processes was considered. However, along with these opportunities, challenges such as the digital divide, the spread of misinformation, security risks, and privacy violations were also analyzed. Successful and unsuccessful case studies of the implementation of digital democracy in different countries, such as electronic voting and constitution writing through online participation, shed light on the practical dimensions of this phenomenon. Finally, the article emphasizes the need for smart policymaking, the development of media literacy, the protection of personal data, and the design of inclusive digital platforms to ensure that religion, culture, and identity are not compromised in the digital age. Continuous innovation, institutional adaptability, and collaboration between government, civil society, and technology companies are among the requirements for a successful transition to an inclusive, transparent, and sustainable digital democracy, although there is still a long way to go

The period when individuals search for identity and have a very high sense of curiosity, including sexual relations, is no exception. Due to high curiosity and the increasingly rapid development of science and technology, it is easy for anyone to access pornographic content and things. Moreover, teenagers are vulnerable to being tempted by lust and are not yet clear about distinguishing between what they should do and what they should not do. Pornography of teenagers is not just about watching pornographic things but can rise to serious levels such as pornographic action, early marriage, free sex, promiscuity and acts of rape. So if this happens, who is to blame? Due to concerns about this, the author conducted research on the impact of pornography on teenagers, where this research used the literature study method, and obtained results If pornography addiction in teenagers has a huge impact on brain capacity and has a negative impact on the individual and their social abilities
