    Vicarious Trauma pada Relawan Bencana Alam

    Natural disasters have a significant impact on the psychological well-being of volunteers involved in post-disaster management and recovery processes. This research examines the phenomenon of vicarious trauma experienced by natural disaster volunteers, identifying symptoms such as excessive anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and physical symptoms including chronic fatigue and headaches. Factors that influence the level of vicarious trauma include social support, previous trauma experiences, coping strategies, and resilience, as well as organizational factors such as supervisory support and workload. This research also highlights the importance of self-care strategies, social support, training, and supportive organizational approaches in overcoming vicarious trauma. Consistent implementation of these strategies can support volunteers' psychological well-being and increase the overall effectiveness of disaster relief

    JOGOKARIYAN MOSQUE ZAKAT MANAGEMENT MODEL

    Jogokariyan Mosque is one of the most famous mosques in Indonesia. This mosque is renowned for its achievements and contributions to Muslims in Indonesia, especially Muslims in Yogyakarta. These achievements and contributions are certainly influenced by the good mosque management carried out by the Jogokariyan Mosque administrators, one of which is related to zakat management. This research aims to determine zakat management at Jogokariyan Mosque. The results found that in general, the Jogokariyan Mosque zakat management model consists of four stages: mapping, service, empowerment, and guidance. It can also be concluded that the zakat database; baitul maal and the zero-balance principle; service transformation and community empowerment; and synergy of mosque faith in financial management are the main components in Jogokariyan Mosque zakat management. This research contributes to adding guidance or role models for other mosques in Indonesia in zakat management. Keywords: Mosque, Jogokariyan, Zaka

    Pengaruh Hard Skill dan Soft Skill Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Alumni Perbankan Syariah Pada Bank Syariah Melalui Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening

    This study aims to examine the effects of hard skills and soft skills on the work readiness of Islamic banking alumni, both directly and indirectly through work motivation as an intervening variable. A quantitative research design was employed using a census approach involving 196 alumni of the Islamic Banking Study Program at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar who had entered the workforce. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0.The results indicate that hard skills and soft skills significantly influence work motivation and work readiness. Soft skills demonstrate a stronger effect on work motivation, while motivation plays a crucial mediating role in strengthening the relationship between both types of skills and work readiness. Furthermore, work motivation significantly enhances graduates’ preparedness to meet professional demands, particularly in the Islamic banking sector. These findings contribute theoretically by reinforcing the role of motivation as a key mediating variable linking technical and non-technical competencies with work readiness. Practically, this study provides important implications for higher education institutions and the Islamic banking industry in designing curricula and development programs that integrate the enhancement of hard skills, soft skills, and motivational aspects to improve graduate employability and career alignment with the Islamic financial secto

    Strategi Kemenangan Tiga Periode Fitri Nora dalam Kontestasi Pemilihan Legislatif Kota Pariaman

    Perempuan terlibat aktif dalam dunia politik praktis menjadi fenomena yang menarik untuk dibahas. Pasalnya peran perempuan dalam dunia politik praktis sangat minim sekali.Terdapat warna baru yang terjadi dalam kontestasi pemilihan legislatif Kota Pariaman dalam kurun waktu Pemilu 2014, 2019, dan 2024. Dimana terdapat anggota lesgislatif perempuan yang berhasil memenangkan pemilu selama tiga periode yang bernama Fitri Nora. Dimana pada Pemilu 2014 Fitri Nora meraih suara sebanyak 1142 suara, Pemilu 2019 Fitri Nora meraih 1187 suara, dan Pemilu 2024 meraih 771 suara. Berdasarkkan latar belakang permasalahan tersebut peneliti ingin melihat strategi kemenangan tiga periode Fitri Nora dalam kontestasi pemilihan legislatif Kota Pariaman menggunakan teori 4P dari Niffeneger. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa marketing politik yang digunakan 4P yaitu Produk (product)dari tiga produk tersebut, hal yang paling efektif dalam memperoleh suara kemenangan Fitri Nora secara tiga periode yaitu catatan masa lalu , pengalaman dan prestasi selama di DPRD Kota Pariaman menjadikan Fitri Nora terpilih tiga periode, Promosi (promotion) dari jenis promosi yang digunakan tersebut, hal yang paling efektif dalam memperoleh suara Fitri Nora adalah sosialisasi yang dilakukan dengan Door to door secara terus menerus menjelang pemilihan, baik itu tatap muka ataupun silaturahmi sehingga membuat pemilih mempunyai daya tarik terhadap Fitri Nora, Harga (price) berdasarkan tiga faktor harga yang mempengaruhi suara Fitri Nora pada pemilihan legislative yaitu citra politik yang beliau bawa ke panggung politik. Fitri Nora yang membangun citra politik sudah lama mampu menarik hati masyarakat, Tempat (place) ada dua faktor tempat yaitu pertemuan dan program.     The growing phenomenon of volunteerism among students, especially in social activities related to children with special needs. These activities require a high level of patience and can affect the psychological well-being of volunteers. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patience, psychological well-being, and the relationship between the two in volunteers in the Play and Friendship class. The method used was quantitative with a correlational approach. The research subjects consisted of 30 active volunteers selected using saturated sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that most volunteers had a moderate level of patience (73.3%) and moderate psychological well-being (50%). The correlation test produced a value of r = 0.637 with p < 0.001, which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between patience and psychological well-being. The higher the level of patience, the higher the level of psychological well-being of volunteers

    Philosophy of Science from an Islamic and Psychological Perspective: Implications for the Development of Scientific Thought

    This study explores the philosophy of science from an integrated Islamic and psychological perspective, emphasizing how epistemological foundations and cognitive processes jointly shape the development of scientific thought. The background of this research emerges from ongoing debates about the limitations of value-neutral science, the marginalization of metaphysical insight in modern epistemology, and the absence of psychological grounding in many philosophical accounts of scientific reasoning. Islamic philosophical traditions rooted in tawḥīd, the unity of knowledge, and ethical accountability provide a holistic framework that contrasts sharply with the secular assumptions of contemporary scientific paradigms. The aim of this study is to analyze how Islamic epistemology, combined with psychological theories of cognition, motivation, and moral behavior, can offer a more comprehensive understanding of how scientific thought is formed, validated, and directed toward human flourishing. This research employs a qualitative conceptual method through interdisciplinary literature review, drawing from classical Islamic texts, modern philosophy of science, and cognitive psychology. The findings indicate that scientific thought is influenced not only by empirical and logical structures but also by psychological factors such as intention, bias regulation, moral reasoning, and intrinsic motivation. When harmonized with Islamic epistemic values, these factors contribute to a model of scientific development that is ethically grounded, cognitively aware, and spiritually oriented. The study concludes that integrating Islamic philosophy and psychology enriches scientific methodology, strengthens the moral character of scientists, and opens new pathways for developing knowledge that aligns with both empirical rigor and ethical responsibility

    New Student Admission System: The Influence of Website Usage on Customer Satisfaction

    The digitalization of educational services encourages schools to implement web-based New Student Admission Systems to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. This study aimed to examine the effect of the web-based PSB Online admission system on customer satisfaction at MA Jabal Nur Kandis and to identify implementation challenges. A quantitative correlational design was employed involving 31 tenth-grade students as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation and analyzed using percentage analysis and simple regression. The results showed that the implementation level of the web-based admission system reached 74.49%, while customer satisfaction reached 93.87%. The correlation test indicated a positive relationship between the web-based admission system and customer satisfaction (r = 0.428 > 0.355 at the 5% significance level), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.7814, meaning that 78.14% of customer satisfaction was influenced by the system. These findings suggest that better implementation of the web-based admission system leads to higher customer satisfaction. However, the study was limited to a small sample size and a single institution; therefore, future research should involve broader samples and additional relevant variables

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran Fatimah Mernissi dan R.A Kartini tentang kepemimpinan perempuan. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis), penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana pemikiran kedua tokoh tersebut tentang kepemimpinan perempuan sebagai seorang pemimpin serta relevansi pemikiran tokoh tersebut terhadap keterlibatan perempuan pada demokrasi pada saat ini. Data dikumpulkan dari karya-karya utama kedua tokoh tersebut, surat-surat pribadi, serta kajian sekunder berupa buku, artikel jurnal, dan sumber akademik lainnya. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pemikiran Fatimah Mernissi dan Kartini, keduanya sama-sama menyuarakan pentingnya peran aktif perempuan dalam ruang publik, termasuk dalam kepemimpinan. Meskipun mereka berasal dari latar sosial dan budaya yang berbeda. Dalam konteks kepemimpinan perempuan, kedua tokoh ini tidak secara langsung menyatakan perempuan boleh menjadi pemimpin negara maupun masyarakat, namun analisis mendalam terhadap tulisan dan gagasan mereka menunjukkan bahwa mereka sama-sama membuka jalan menuju pengakuan terhadap kemampuan dan legitimasi perempuan untuk memimpin pada tingkatan tertinggi. Pemikiran mereka juga sangat relevan dalam konteks keterlibatan perempuan sebagai pemimpin dalam politik di Indonesia pada demokrasi saat ini. Pemikiran kedua tokoh tersebut memiliki hubungan yang kuat sebagai pemimpin negara dalam demokrasi saat ini.     Praktik Green Financing pada Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah: Pendekatan Sustainability Accounting Standards Board

    This study examines the implementation of Green Financing in Islamic Rural Bank in West Sumatra using the Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Index as an analytical framework. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews and surveys to evaluate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions. The findings indicate that environmental initiatives have been initiated; however, their implementation remains informal and lacks systematic documentation. In contrast, the social dimension demonstrates a strong commitment to employee welfare and community empowerment, reflecting the social objectives inherent in Sharia banking principles. Meanwhile, the governance dimension shows that environmental risk considerations have been partially integrated into standard operating procedures (SOP), aligned with Sharia compliance requirements. Overall, the results suggest that while Islamic Rural Bank practices are generally consistent with basic SASB standards, the absence of comprehensive written policies and standardized reporting mechanisms limits the effectiveness and sustainability of green financing implementation. This study highlights the need for formalized governance structures and documented environmental policies to strengthen sustainable finance practices within Islamic rural banking institution

    Analysis Of Gender Issues In The Dynamics Of Student Social Interaction In The Campus Environment

    This study aims to analyze gender issues in the dynamics of student social interactions on campus. As a multicultural social space, the campus is inseparable from social practices influenced by gender construction, which have implications for interaction patterns, role distribution, and power relations among students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of students actively involved in academic and non-academic activities. The results indicate that student social interactions, both in academic contexts, student organizations, and informal interactions, are still influenced by gender stereotypes that give rise to unequal roles and participation. In social relations, male students typically hold a more dominant position, while female students often face marginalization and participation limitations. Furthermore, we observe the normalization of gender bias, leading to the acceptance of unequal practices in campus life. This study affirms that structural and cultural factors contribute to gender issues in student social interactions. Therefore, we need institutional and educational efforts to foster gender awareness and establish an inclusive and equitable campus environment
