Analisis Implementasi Nilai Pendidikan Multikultural dalam Pembelajaran PPKN Kelas V Sekolah Dasar
Multicultural education is important to prepare students to deal with diversity in society. This research aims to find out the implementation of the value of multicultural education in PPKN learning in Class V. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were elementary school students of SD Negeri 4 Made Lamongan class V. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using triangulation. The results of the study include the school profile and respondents, implementation of multicultural values, implementation methods, student responses, and challenges faced. The main findings show that the values of respect for individual differences and religious tolerance are most frequently implemented. This study concludes that the implementation of multicultural values in Civics learning in elementary schools can be done effectively, even in a relatively homogeneous context. This result implies the need for curriculum development and learning methods that support multicultural education in various school contexts
User Satisfaction in Utilizing Collections at the University Library Board 17 August 1945 Surabaya
This research discusses the level of user satisfaction in utilizing collections at the University Library Board of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The aim of this research is to determine the level of user satisfaction in utilizing the library's collections as stated in 10 statement items and distributed through a questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative using a sample size of 399 respondents. Data analysis in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research show the level of user satisfaction obtained based on the results of the research and the value variables of 9 statement items containing the quality of the collection, suitability of the collection, completeness of the general collection, completeness of the reference collection, completeness of the scientific work collection, completeness of the serial collection, ease of finding the collection , the physical condition of the collection, the arrangement of the collection, as well as 1 indicator of user satisfaction related to the number of visits to the library, which shows the value of library user satisfaction with the collection owned by the UNTAG Surabaya Library Board, namely Very Good with the highest mean value of 3,60. So it can be concluded that the level of user satisfaction in utilizing the collections at the University Library Board of 17 August 1945 Surabaya is in the satisfied category
The Application of Dicrete Wavelet Transform for Digital Image Compression
This article explains Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) in image compression. Wavelet transform is a generalization of Fourier transform, consisting of discrete and continuous wavelet transform. DWT has many uses, including image compression, fingerprint recognition, and image denoising. This research aims to know the steps of digital image compression using DWT and compare the original and resulting images. Efforts of DWT in digital image compression go by DWT's process, determining the threshold, sorting the absolute value of the image whether it is minor or more significant (equal to) threshold value, then is processed, Inverse Discrete Wavelet Transform (IDWT). This research explains the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), computing time, and compression ratio for three examples: the image of the cameraman, Lena, and a cat. The results determine that the highest PSNR values are wavelet of coiflets 3 for the cameraman, biorthogonal 3.5 for Lena, and coiflets 3 for the cat. The fastest computation times are wavelet of symlets 4 for the cameraman, symlets 4, coiflets 3 for Lena, and Daubechies 4 for the cat. Then, the highest compression ratios are wavelet of symlets 4, biorthogonal 3.5, coiflets 3 for the cameraman, Haar for Lena, and symlets 4, biorthogonal 3.5 for the cat. The results of this research are we get steps of the discrete wavelet transform for digital image compression. Also, we obtain types of wavelets with the highest PSNR values, the fastest computation times, and the highest compression ratios
GERAKAN BERSIH PANTAI DARI SAMPAH PLASTIK DAN PENANAMAN MANGROVE DI PESISIR DERMAGA PRESTASI POLTEKPEL BANTEN
Dermaga Prestasi yang dibuat dan akan difungsikan sebagai wilayah edukasi wisata (Eduwisata) mengalami pencemaran dengan banyaknya sampah plastik yang berserakan di sepanjang pesisir pantai. Sampah plastik merupakan jenis sampah yang sulit terurai dan satu jenis sampah plastik membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 20 tahun agar sampah plastik tersebut dapat terurai. Sampah plastik merupakan masalah utama yang harus diselesaikan dengan serius karena selain mencemari laut, sampah plastik juga dapat mengganggu kehidupan biota yang ada di laut. Sampah plastik yang memenuhi pesisir pantai dermaga prestasi juga sangat mempengaruhi keindahan pantai. Kondisi sampah plastik di pesisir dermaga prestasi sudah cukup memprihatinkan dan menjadi perhatian pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) kali ini. Kegiatan PKM ini difokuskan dengan melakukan bersih-bersih pantai dan penanaman pohon mangrove sebagai upaya melestarikan lingkungan pesisir laut dengan melibatkan taruna-taruni Kementrian Perhubungan. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah ikut berkontribusi dalam mengatasi sampah plastik dan pelestarian sumberdaya pesisir laut. Kegiatan positif seperti ini diharapkan terus dilakukan, guna membentuk pola pikir masyarakat agar tidak membuang sampah plastik ke laut.
The prestasi dock which was created and will function as a tourism education area (Eduwisata) has been polluted by the large amount of plastic waste scattered along the coast. Plastic waste is a type of waste that is difficult to decompose and one type of plastic waste takes approximately 20 years for it to decompose. Plastic waste is a major problem that must be seriously resolved because apart from polluting the ocean, plastic waste can also interfere with marine biota. Plastic waste that fills the coast of the prestasi dock also greatly affects the beauty of the beach. The condition of plastic waste on the coast of the prestasi dock is quite apprehensive and has become a concern for community service (PKM) this time. This PKM activity is focused on cleaning the beach and planting mangrove trees as an effort to preserve the coastal marine environment by involving cadets from the Ministry of Transportation. The aim of this PKM is to contribute to overcome plastic waste and preserving coastal marine resources. It is hoped that positive activities like this will continue to be carried out, in order to shape the mindset of the people so as not to throw plastic waste into the sea
PENDAMPINGAN LITERASI MELALUI DISEMINASI KEGIATAN PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN
SD Negeri 9 Mamboro adalah sekolah dasar yang berada di wilayah provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, kondisi kemampuan literasi dapat bervariasi secara signifikan tergantung pada berbagai faktor salah satunya adalah dukungan kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan profesional guru dalam hal literasi dan memberikan sumber daya yang diperlukan. Tujuan kegiatan PkM adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi masyarakat, khususnya mereka yang berada di tingkat pendidikan dasar atau sekolah dasar. Hasil pendampingan kegiatan literasi diperoleh peningkatan kemampuan literasi siswa secara signifikan. Hasil pengamatan terhadap kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di kelas diperoleh data >50% siswa telah mampu menerapkan pembiasaan dan motivasi membaca, keterampilan menulis, keterampilan berbicara, keterampilan mendengarkan, berpikir kritis.

Analisis Kekeringan Berbasis Remote Sensing dengan Metode Normalized Difference Drought Index (NDDI) secara Multi-Years
Kondisi kekeringan global menjadi permasalahan serius di seluruh dunia, dipicu oleh perubahan iklim, deforestasi, dan pengambilan air yang berlebihan. Di tingkat lokal, Kota Tangerang Selatan mengalami tantangan kekeringan akibat musim kemarau yang panjang. Upaya penanggulangan kekeringan melibatkan distribusi air bersih dan edukasi masyarakat. Inovasi teknologi penginderaan jauh, menggunakan menjadi krusial dalam pemantauan dan penanggulangan kekeringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan metode modifikasi NDVI, NDWI, dan NDDI dengan data Landsat multi-tahun untuk menganalisis kekeringan di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Lokasi studi berfokus di wilayah tersebut, yang memiliki topografi datar hingga bergelombang dengan iklim tropis basah. Penggunaan Landsat 8 OLI sebagai data studi memberikan informasi komprehensif melalui berbagai band citra. Metode analisis NDVI, NDWI, dan NDDI memberikan gambaran kondisi vegetasi, ketersediaan air, dan tingkat kekeringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kekeringan dengan penurunan kesehatan vegetasi dan ketersediaan air. Data Landsat dari tahun 2008 hingga 2023 menggambarkan variasi tingkat kekeringan di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam kepada pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merumuskan strategi penanggulangan kekeringan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.Global drought conditions pose a serious worldwide problem, exacerbated by climate change, deforestation, and excessive water extraction. At the local level, South Tangerang City is grappling with drought challenges due to an extended dry season. Drought mitigation efforts entail the distribution of clean water and public education. The use of innovative remote sensing technology becomes crucial for drought monitoring and management. This study aims to integrate NDVI, NDWI, and NDDI modification methods with multi-year Landsat data to analyse drought in South Tangerang City. The study site focuses on a region characterized by flat to undulating topography and a wet tropical climate. The utilization of Landsat 8 OLI as study data provides comprehensive information through various image bands. NDVI, NDWI, and NDDI analysis methods offer an overview of vegetation conditions, water availability, and drought levels. The results demonstrate a correlation between drought and a decline in vegetation health and water availability. Landsat data from 2008 to 2023 illustrates variations in drought levels in South Tangerang City. This research offers in-depth insights to governments and stakeholders, aiding in the formulation of effective and sustainable drought management strategies at the local level
Potensi Buah Alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) sebagai Media Alternatif Pertumbuhan Jamur Fusarium sp.
Fungi are microorganisms that live heterotrophically, are saprophytic, and parasitic. Fungi can be grown in-vitro or in-vivo in the laboratory using Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) media. The limited availability of PDA can be overcome by looking for new alternative media derived from materials that are easily obtained based on the potential of natural resources in the immediate environment. The research aims to test avocado fruit as an alternative medium for the growth of Fusarium sp. The research used descriptive exploratory methods and the data were presented in the form of tables, graphs, and figures. The results showed that the growth of Fusarium sp. fungi in avocado fruit media (ripe and unripe avocado fruit media) had better growth than the control. This is characterized by the average diameter of colony growth reaching 93 mm at 96-120 hours after incubation, while on PDA media the average diameter of colony growth reaches 93 mm at 168 hours after incubation. In conclusion, avocado fruit media (Persea americana Mill.) can be used as an alternative media for the growth of Fusarium sp.Jamur merupakan mikroorganisme yang hidup secara heterotrof, bersifat saprofit, dan parasit. Jamur dapat ditumbuhkan secara in-vitro maupun in-vivo di laboratorium menggunakan media Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA). Keterbatasan ketersediaan PDA dapat diatasi dengan mencari alternatif media baru yang berasal dari bahan-bahan yang mudah diperoleh berdasarkan potensi sumber daya alam di lingkungan terdekat. Penelitian bertujuan menguji buah alpukat sebagai media alternatif untuk pertumbuhan jamur Fusarium sp. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif eksplorasi dan data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, grafik, dan gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan jamur Fusarium sp. pada media buah alpukat (media buah alpukat matang dan mentah) memiliki pertumbuhan lebih baik daripada control. Hal ini dicirikan dengan rata-rata diameter pertumbuhan koloni mencapai 93 mm pada 96-120 jam setelah inkubasi, sedangkan pada media PDA rata-rata diameter pertumbuhan koloni mencapai 93 mm pada 168 jam setelah inkubasi. Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Powerpoint Interaktif Berbantuan Canva Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Sekolah Dasar
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan dan mendeskripsikan media pembelajaran PowerPoint interaktif berbantuan Canva pada pembelajaran Tematik Tema 5 subtema 2 Pembelajaran 6 pada peserta didik kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan guru kelas dan kuesioner yang diberikan oleh guru yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 Februari 2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SD negeri di Yogyakarta. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengadopsi model ADDIE dengan langkah analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner ahli media terdiri dari 8 indikator, kuesioner untuk ahli materi berjumlah 11 indikator dan juga 10 butir pedoman wawancara untuk guru. Validator terdiri dari ahli media dan ahli materi. Hasil validasi instrumen dihitung menggunakan skala Likert, kemudian hasil skor dihitung persentasenya. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran PowerPoint interaktif berbantuan Canva pada pembelajaran Tematik Tema 5 subtema 2 Pembelajaran 6 pada peserta didik kelas II Sekolah Dasar berbantuan Canva. (2) Mendeskripsikan hasil dari pengembangan media pembelaajran (3) Media direvisi sesuai dengan saran dan komentar dari ahli media. Hasil validasi di peroleh rata-rata skor 97,65% hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran PowerPoint Interaktif dengan bantuan Canva memiliki tingkat validitas yang tinggi, sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran di kelas II sekolah dasar
Analysis of Student Skills in Developing Mathematics Learning Videos Using ICT-Based Learning Media
The development of ICT-based learning media can improve the quality of learning. The availability of ICT-based learning media is still limited, while the Merdeka curriculum demands the application of ICT-based learning media in learning. Therefore, prospective teachers must be equipped to develop ICT-based learning media, one of which is learning videos. The type of research is a case study with 29 research subjects (students/prospective teachers) from the mathematics education study program at Malikusaleh University. Data collection is carried out through assessing learning videos made by students. Then, the assessment data is analyzed using a student skills analysis sheet in creating/designing a learning video. The assessment results show that students have reached the "Very Skilled" level in the indicators: the material is presented coherently and systematically, the language used is easy to understand, and the media delivery strategy makes it easier to understand and master the material. Students also reach the "Skilled" level in indicators: delivering material with correct intonation and precise articulation, learning the material presented, and having excellent and appropriate time management in providing the material. However, there are several differences in the results of assessing students' levels by the three assessors on the indicators: media used for the material taught, effective and efficient use of learning media, creativity in learning media and learning media used

The research was taken to develop video-based SCIENCE learning media for Kindergarten B class at Citra Blessing School Surabaya in the midst of the co-19 pandemic. Science learning is known as boring learning if educators still teach using the lecture method, which does not involve students. Responses from educators and students in learning media are very important for researchers in testing the feasibility of the media to be developed. This research method uses the development of research and development. 34 students of TK Citra Blessing Surabaya Kindergarten B became the subjects of the study. While interviews and documentation are the methods used in data collection techniques. The results of the research are as follows: (1) Development of video-based science learning media which is shared on Google Classroom. Is the main result in research. (2) Design stage, making innovative video media suitable for science learning, (3) Design validation taken from the research results of validator experts based on responses from Kindergarten B students. By going through two stages, finally the developed media gets its validity. The media he obtained with an average score of 87.50% from material experts, and 84.15% from media experts with each criterion of educator assessment were very decent. So the conclusion is that the learning media developed can already be used and are very appropriate in learning SCIENCE according to their respective criteria
