Manajemen Pergantian Air Kolam Budidaya Ikan Lele Secara Otomatis
No full textSalah satu yang menjadi perhatian dalam budidaya ikan air tawar adalah manajemen pergantian air kolam. Kualitas air kolam memberikan pengaruh terhadapa pertumbuhan dan kesehatan ikan, terutama budidaya yang dilakukan di kolam terpal, fiber, dan budikdamber. Air kolam yang tidak diganti akan menyebabkan bau tidak sedap hal ini dikarenakan amonia yang meningkat. Di sisi lain terkadang pembudidaya tidak disiplin dalam melakukan pergantian air kolam. Dibutuhkan sistem otomatisasi pergantian air kolam untuk memastikan kualitas air kolam dalam kondisi normal. Penelitian ini membandingkan hasil pertumbuhan ikan pada kolam dengan sistem otomatisasi pergantian air dan kolam dengan pergantian air secara manual. Pemeliharaan ikan dilakukan selama 2 bulan dengan perlakuan pemberian pakan yang sama kemudian ikan ditimbang setiap pekan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode logika fuzzy sebagai kendali atau metode untuk menentukan keputusan. Metode tersebut memiliki dua masukan, yaitu kekeruhan dan gas amonia, sedangkan untuk luarannya adalah valve yang diatur oleh motor servo. Sistem otomatisasi yang telah dibuat menghasilkan pertumbuhan ikan lele lebih baik dibandingkan menggunakan kolam manual yaitu dengan selisih berat ikan sekitar 47 gram, sehingga dari penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pergantian air kolam secara otomatis menggunakan metode fuzzy memberikan dampak terhadap pertumbuhan ikan yang lebih cepat
Relationship Between Job Embeddedness and Employee Work Engagement with Leader-Member Exchange and Person–Organization Fit as Predictors: Evidence from North Sumatra
No full textPurpose – This research aimed to analyze relationship between leader-member exchange, person-organization fit, and perceived organizational support on employee work engagement.
Methodology – The samples comprised 200 civil servants in North Sumatra Province. Data were collected from an online survey using a 5-point Likert scale following a non-probability with a purposive sampling method. Data obtained were analyzed using Smart-PLS through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Findings – The results showed that job embeddedness, person-organization fit, and perceived organizational support significantly affected employee work engagement, while leader-member exchange did not have a significant effect.
Originality – This research contributed significantly to the literature on work engagement of civil servants in North Sumatra Province. Although the literature on work engagement has developed significantly, research that specifically pays attention to the population of civil servants in this area is limited. The results provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing work engagement, offering insights into the unique local context and specific characteristics that may affect relationship between the variables

No full textE-commerce is believed to have enormous potential to develop business volume in cyberspace. Apart from the many benefits felt by the public, the emergence of e-commerce transactions also creates problems. One of the problems that consumers often experience is that the goods ordered do not match the catalog photos in the e-commerce application. The problem that will be discussed in this research is how legal protection is for consumers for seller defaults in buying and selling transactions in e-commerce and the resolution of defaults for parties in buying and selling transactions in e-commerce. This research uses an empirical juridical approach where the data used is primary legal material and secondary legal material. Data was collected using the literature study method which was then analyzed qualitatively. From the research results, it is known that legal protection for consumers due to defaults committed by sellers can be found in Law Number 8 of 1999 and Law Number 11 of 2008. Apart from that, it can also be seen that the resolution if a business actor commits a default is that the consumer is entitled to receive responsibility in the form of compensation for defaults committed
The Future of Fishermen's Lives: Does it Rely on Inclusive Social Policies to Support Sustainable Societies?
No full textFishermen are often described as people whose lives depend on nature. Since the emergence of gold mines in Pancer, fishermen have had difficulty finding fish. In many cases, the presence of mines in other regions has caused environmental damage. However, there have been no scientific studies that show significant environmental damage due to gold mines in Pancer. This study aims to analyze the lives of fishermen in Pancer after the emergence of gold mines and analyze whether a sustainable society has been realized. The concept of deep ecology is used by researchers to analyze the case. The study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained from the field using observation and interviews, as well as field documentation including literature studies to support research data. The research was conducted in Pancer Hamlet, especially at Pancer Beach and Pulau Merah Beach. At Pancer Beach, fishermen began to have difficulty finding fish in coastal areas, so they had to sail far to get fish. This caused a decrease in the income of fishermen at Pancer Beach. Meanwhile, at Pulau Merah Beach, the community developed the beach as a tourist destination. Some fishermen switched professions to become traders around the beach or rent boats to tourists. The Pancer community as a sustainable society can be seen from waste management to protect the coastal environment. Support for inclusive social policies from the government is by making various regulations and waste management activities that involve the local society, community groups, stakeholders, including the younger generation. Sustainable society is in line with the concept of deep ecology because it prioritizes the nature sustainability for the sustainability of human's life

No full textThe relationship between migrants and their hometown is often depicted in literary works. One of the literary works that depicts this phenomenon is the short story “Bagaimana Sebuah Kampung Menuju Kematiannya” by Sandi Firly. The purpose of this study is to explain the perception of migrants towards their hometown. With this study, it is hoped that it can be known how migrants who have been away for a long time and settled in big cities see and interpret their hometowns. This study is a qualitative study using a sociology of literature approach. Data collection was carried out by recording and analyzing the data using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the hometown, namely Kuala Pembuang for migrants like Hasan, has a deep meaning and a special place that is impossible to replace at any time. Big cities with all their attractive offers will never be able to erase a migrant’s love for their hometown

No full textThe aims of this research is to describe the contribution between critical reading skills and mastery of effective sentences on the ability to write scientific papers of phase F students at SMK Negeri 6 Padang. This research is quantitative research using correlational methods. In this research, the population consisted of ten classes of class XI students at SMK Negeri 6 Padang in the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 334 students. The sampling technique used was a simple random technique. The instruments in this research are objective tests with multiple choice types and performance tests. Before the data was analyzed, analysis requirements were tested, namely the normality test with the Liliefors test, homogeneity test with the Cohran test, and the linearity test. In this study, the data were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation tests. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between critical reading ability and mastery of effective sentences together on the ability to write scientific papers. Based on the results of testing variables X1 and X2 together against Y, the rxy result was 0,42 with a calculated fvalue = 6,69 and ftable = 3,34. The contribution made by the ability to read critically and mastery of effective sentences together to the ability to write scientific papers is 17,64%
Pengaruh Disposisi Matematis dan Kecerdasan Linguistik terhadap Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis
No full textBeberapa penelitian sebelumnya menyatakan bahwa disposisi matematis berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Begitu pula kecerdasan linguistik membantu peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji ada tidaknya pengaruh disposisi matematis dan kecerdasan linguistik terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Instrumen berupa tes untuk mengukur kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan angket untuk mengukur disposisi matematis serta kecerdasan linguistik. Instrumen tes diuji melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya beda sedangkan instrumen angket melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif metode survei korelasi kausal dengan sampel sebanyak 50 peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 2 Guntur Kabupaten Demak dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Materi yang digunakan adalah Persamaan Linear Satu Variabel dengan metode analisisnya yaitu regresi linier berganda. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa secara serentak disposisi matematis dan kecerdasan linguistik berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Kedua variabel prediktor tersebut mempengaruhi kemampuan komunikasi matematis sebesar 45,9%. Dengan demikian, guru dapat menyampaikan kepada peserta didik pentingnya mengimplementasikan indikator disposisi matematis dan kecerdasan linguistik seperti memotivasi peserta didik untuk berani dan percaya diri bertanya ketika pembelajaran sehingga kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik akan semakin baik

No full textSalah satu konsep dalam bidang teori graf yang berkaitan erat dengan pewarnaan titik pelangi adalah bilangan terhubung titik pelangi. Sebuah graf G dikatakan terhubung titik pelangi jika terdapat setidaknya satu jalur yang menghubungkan titik-titik dengan warna yang berbeda. Konsep ini mengacu pada jumlah minimum warna yang dibutuhkan untuk mewarnai sebuah graf G sehingga graf tersebut terhubung dengan titik pelangi dan dilambangkan dengan rvc(G). Topik pewarnaan titik pelangi dapat dieksplorasi dalam berbagai bentuk pengembangan graf dengan memanfaatkan graf garis, graf tengah dan graf total. Graf garis L(G) adalah graf yang titik-titiknya merupakan sisi-sisi dari G, dan jika u, v ≥ E(G) maka uv ≥ E(L(G)) sedemikian sehingga u dan v saling berbagi titik di G. Graf tengah M(G), merupakan sebuah graf dengan himpunan titiknya merupakan gabungan antara kumpulan titik dan kumpulan sisi dari graf G. Sedangkan graf total T(G), yaitu graf yang titiknya didapatkan dari himpunan titim dan himpunan sisi dari graf G, dimana setiap titik V(G)saling terhubung. Pada penelitian ini, saya membahas bilangan terhubung titik pelangi yang terhubung pada graf garis, graf tengah dan graf total dari graf panci (Pnm) dengan m ≥ 6. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, didapatkan teorema bilangan terhubung titik pelangi pada graf garis dari graf panci rvc(L(Pn_m)), graf tengah dari graf panci rvc(M(Pn_m)), dan graf total dari graf panci rvc(T(Pn_m))
