Pengaruh Activity Based Workplace Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di KPP Pratama Biak
Get PDFKinerja pegawai merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan sebuah organisasi. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, Activity Based Workplace (ABW) telah menjadi pendekatan yang semakin popular dalam desain ruang kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan (ABW) terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Biak selaku instansi pemerintah dibawah Kementerian Keuangan yang berpedoman pada Keputusan Menteri Keungan Nomor 453/KMK.01/2020 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Activity Based Workplace Di Lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan dalam menerapkan ABW. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan dengan kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan menganalisis laporan hasil kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ABW berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di KPP Pratama Biak. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang pentingnya desain ruang kerja yang mendukung produktivitas dan kreativitas pegawai dalam konteks pelayanan publi
Adolescent Birth Rate: Between Women Participation in Parliament or Women Population with Secondary Education
Get PDFThis study investigates the causal relationship between women’s participation in parliament and the proportion of women with secondary education on the global adolescent birth rate. Utilizing data from the United Nations Development Programme’s Gender Inequality Index, the research adopts a quantitative, explanatory design to examine how these independent variables influence adolescent birth rates across countries. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal a divergent pattern: Women’s participation in parliament (X1) shows a positive causal relationship with the adolescent birth rate (coefficient = 0.009547). In contrast, the proportion of women with secondary education (X2) demonstrates a statistically significant negative relationship (coefficient = -0.730165). These findings indicate that contrary to expectations, increased parliamentary representation alone does not significantly contribute to reducing adolescent birth rates. In contrast, a higher percentage of women receiving secondary education is significantly associated with lower adolescent birth rates. These results underscore the urgent need to prioritize female education as a more effective strategy for addressing adolescent fertility globally. While political representation remains important for broader gender equality goals, this study contributes to the existing literature by highlighting that educational attainment among women has a more direct and measurable impact on adolescent reproductive outcomes. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, international development agencies, and gender equity advocates seeking data-driven approaches to reduce adolescent births and improve gender-sensitive health and education policies
Penerapan Rantai Markov untuk Menganalisis Perilaku Perpindahan Merek Platform Streaming Online

Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi pangsa pasar di beberapa periode kedepan dan menemukan kondisi steady state menggunakan Rantai Markov pada perpindahan merek platform streaming online. Rantai Markov merupakan salah satu model stokastik yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi varibel di masa yang akan datang hanya dengan data kondisi saat ini. Sementara perpindahan merek adalah perilaku pelanggan yang beralih dari merek yang biasa dipilih ke merek lain. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner polling di sosial media instagram kepada 200 responden. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah mengumpulkan data, menyusun pola perpindahan merek, menghitung probabilitas transisi pada setiap state, menyusun matriks probabilitas transisi, menentukan vektor distribusi probabilitas awal, memprediksi probabilitas pangsa pasar sampai 36 periode mendatang dengan bantuan Ms. Excel, dan menemukan titik ekuilibrium untuk memperoleh kondisi steady state. Dari pengolahan data tersebut memperoleh kondisi steady state pada periode ke-34 dengan probabilitas masing-masing merek platform streaming online: Netflix 26,6%, Disney+ Hotstar 9%, HBO GO 0%, Prime Video 13,4%, VIU 7,2%, WeTV 6,1%, Bioskop Online 11%, dan merek lainnya 26,7%
Analisis Kernel dan Parameter Cost pada Klasifikasi Cuaca Harian Menggunakan Metode Support Vector Machine
Get PDFSalah satu dampak posisi Indonesia sebagai negara tropis adalah mudahnya cuaca berubah dari berawan menjadi hujan lebat. Prediksi cuaca dibutuhkan sebagai alat peringatan dini yang bermanfaat di berbagai sektor. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut diperlukan prediksi prakiraan cuaca yang akurat. Salah satu model yang dapat digunakan adalah Support Vector Machine (SVM). Artikel ini akan mengkaji model algoritma klasifikasi SVM dengan kernel dan parameter cost C. Kernel yang akan dikaji adalah linear, Radial Basis Function (RBF), polinomial, dan sigmoid. Nilai C yang akan digunakan adalah 1, 10, 100, dan 1000. Output prediksi cuaca dalam kasus ini adalah kategori berawan atau kategori hujan. Variabel input yang digunakan adalah temperatur, kelembaban, curah hujan, lama penyinaran matahari, dan kecepatan angin. Data observasi yang digunakan adalah data harian periode 1 Januari 2016 – 31 Desember 2023 dari Stasiun Geofisika Sleman. Perbandingan data latih dan data uji yang digunakan sebesar 80:20. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa parameter untuk model klasifikasi SVM yang memberikan akurasi terbaik adalah kernel linear dengan nilai C 10 dengan akurasi sebesar 100%
Exploring English for Specific Purpose Students' Perceptions of Digital Materials in English Language Learning: Benefits, Challenges, and Recommendations
Get PDFThis study aimed to discover how English for Specific Purposes (ESP) students perceived the utilization of digital resources during their language-learning process. A questionnaire with 20 statements divided into categories like usability, engagement, problems, and recommendations was completed by 28 study participants. According to a Likert scale that ranged from highly agree to strongly disagree, the participants gave their answers. The research found that ESP students generally had favourable opinions of digital resources. They thought the resources were easy to use, available on a variety of platforms and devices, and offered flexibility in their study. The participants acknowledged the motivating qualities of digital resources as well as their role in motivation and the growth of English language proficiency. They did, nonetheless, draw attention to several difficulties, such as the need for more help and technical problems. These opinions of ESP students toward digital materials are revealed, and this knowledge aids teachers and curriculum writers in creating resources for language acquisition that are beneficial. Future studies can concentrate on resolving the issues found and improving the advantages of digital resources in ESP scenarios
Forecasting Number of Train Passengers Using Time Series Regression Integrated Calendar Variation and Covid 19 Intervention
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to obtain a forecasting model for the number of train passengers using time series regression integrated with variations in the Islamic calendar and the effects of COVID 19. This study uses the number of train passengers in Jabodetabek, Java (Non-Jabodetabek), and Sumatra from January 2006 to December 2022 as the data source. Time series regression with variations of the Islamic calendar and the effects of COVID 19 for Jabodetabek, Java (non-Jabodetabek), and Sumatra has an RMSE value for each category of 7657,821; 2453.827 and 275.901. In general, the number of train passengers for all categories (Jabodetabek, Java, Sumatra) has a seasonality. In Jabodetabek and Sumatra, Eid al-Fitr has a big impact on the number of train passengers. Meanwhile, one month before Eid al-Fitr has a big impact on the number of train passengers in Java (Non Jabodetabek). In addition, the impact of COVID 19 significantly affected the number of train passengers for all categories
Meta-Analysis: The Effect of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) on Student Ability Levels
Get PDFThis study aims to identify the Effect Size and Publication Bias of the research results of the relationship of Self Regulated Learning (SRL) to the Student’s Mastery Level with various conclusions. This research is also used to identify the level of positive correlation by Meta-Analysis. The methodology used in this research is a meta-analysis study of 14 research results. In this study, the Effect Size values were obtained in the range of -0.13 to 1.22. Based on the estimated correlation values, which currently stand at 0.498 with a confidence interval of 0.284 to 0.613, it can be said that there is a positive relationship between Student’s Mastery Level and Self Regulated Learning (SRL). In addition, by using the Egger's Test, a p-value of 0.166 > (α = 0.05) was obtained, so that Publication Bias was not detected by the Meta-Analysis study. In general, it can be stated that Self Regulated Learning (SRL) has a statistically significant positive influence on the level of student mastery. The greater the motivation to learn independently, the better the students' academic mastery

Tajur Halang Kabupaten Bogor dalam program pegabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Tajur Halang dapat ditinjau dari tingkat ekonomi masyarakat setempat dan dari kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan yang tersedia. Kegiatan pengabdian dosen Universitas Terbuka ini berfokus pada peningkatan kreativitas masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan bahan alam atau tanaman yang terdapat di lingkungan sekitar masyarakat secara tepat guna dan arif, peningkattan kreativitas masyarakat untuk dapat mengembangkan pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dari berbagai jenis tanaman aromatik lainnya yang pada akhirnya akan menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kreativitas masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan segala sumber daya potensial yang mereka miliki secara optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah, demonstrasi, praktek, monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian semua warga belajar dapat memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan menjadi efektif dan dapat membuat lilin aromaterapi.

This Open University lecturer service activity focuses on increasing community creativity in utilizing natural materials or plants found in the environment around the community efficiently and wisely, increasing community creativity to be able to develop the manufacture of aromatherapy candles from various other types of aromatic plants which will eventually raise awareness and community creativity to optimally utilize all the potential resources they have. The methods used in this community service activity are lectures, demonstrations, practice, monitoring, and evaluation methods. Get PDFProgram Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan bertujuan meningkatkan keberlangsungan bisnis Bengkel Motor melalui sosialisasi manajemen persediaan berbasis cloud. Melalui desain dan implementasi Mini Sistem Inventory Control (Mini SICo), program ini berfokus pada meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelolaan persediaan pada pemilik dan karyawan bengkel. Kegiatan ini meliputi kunjungan lapangan, sosialisasi konsep manajemen persediaan, dan demonstrasi penggunaan Mini SICo. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman mitra tentang manajemen persediaan dan respons positif terhadap sosialisasi serta implementasi alat bantu ini. Evaluasi program menunjukkan bahwa Mini SICo memberikan solusi praktis untuk optimalisasi persediaan dan memberikan kontribusi nyata pada peningkatan daya saing dan keberlangsungan bisnis bengkel motor di masa depan.
The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the business sustainability of motorcycle repair shops through the socialization of cloud-based inventory management. Through the design and implementation of the Mini Inventory Control System (Mini SICo), this program focuses on improving the understanding and skills of inventory management in workshop owners and employees. The activities included field visits, socialization of inventory management concepts, and demonstration of the use of Mini SICo. The results showed a significant increase in partners' understanding of inventory management and a positive response to the socialization and implementation of this tool. The program evaluation showed that Mini SICo provided a practical solution for inventory optimization and made a real contribution to improving the competitiveness and future sustainability of the motorcycle workshop business
OPTIMALISASI PENERAPAN PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF PADA LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI DI WILAYAH DESA SINDANGLAYA
Get PDFMitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di Desa Sindanglaya, Kecamatan Cipanas, Kabupaten Cianjur yang dilandasi oleh adanya permasalahan yakni jumlah siswa yang berkebutuhan khusus semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Sehingga kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pendidikan inklusif masih perlu ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kemampuan untuk menerapkan pendidikan inklusif di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini pada wilayah Desa Sindanglaya. Adapun kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode pra pelaksanaan dalam bentuk survei dan wawancara, pelaksanaan dalam bentuk seminar dengan peserta guru Taman Kanak-Kanak yang tergabung dalam Ikatan Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak Wilayah Kecamatan Cipanas, Wilayah Desa Sindanglaya. Serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diketahui bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta meningkat sebesar 54% setelah mendapatkan pemaparan materi seminar. Selain itu, kemampuan untuk menerapkan pendidikan inklusif yang unggul juga terlihat dari hasil wawancara serta survei pasca kegiatan yang ditunjukan melalui suasana kelas dan sikap guru yang responsif dalam berinteraksi serta mengidentifikasi kondisi siswa. Saran bagi mitra untuk dapat mengoptimalkan penerapan pendidikan inklusif kedepannya dapat bekerjasama dengan pemangku kepentingan agar dapat memfasilitasi guru pendamping pada kelas dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus.
The partner in this community service activity is an early childhood education institution in Sindanglaya Village, Cipanas District, Cianjur Regency which is based on the problem that the number of students with special needs is increasing every year. So the ability of teachers to implement inclusive education still needs to be improved. Based on these problems, this activity aims to increase knowledge, understanding, and ability to implement inclusive education in early childhood education institutions in the Sindanglaya Village area. The activities were carried out using pre[1]implementation methods in the form of surveys and interviews, and implementation in the form of seminars with Kindergarten teacher participants who are members of the Kindergarten Teachers Association in Cipanas District, Sindanglaya Village Region. As well as evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests. The results of this activity showed that participants' knowledge and understanding increased by 54% after exposure to the seminar material. Apart from that, the ability to implement superior inclusive education can also be seen from the results of interviews and post[1]activity surveys which are shown through the classroom atmosphere and the teacher's responsive attitude in interacting and identifying students' conditions. Suggestions for partners to optimize the implementation of inclusive education in the future include collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate accompanying teachers in classes with children with special need
