PROGRAM KAMPUS MENGAJAR SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN LITERASI DAN NUMERASI DI SMP KRISTEN ELKANA KOTA PASURUAN
Get PDFProgram Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 5 merupakan program yang melibatkan mahasiswa di setiap kampus dengan berbagai latar belakang. Program ini memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar di luar kelas selama 1 (satu) semester dengan menjadi mitra guru dalam pengembangan strategi dan model pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif di satuan pendidikan. Fokus utama pada program ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa di sekolah sasaran. Salah satu sekolah yang menjadi sasaran dari program Kampus Mengajar adalah SMP Kristen Elkana yang terletak di Jalan Panglima Sudirman No. 35, Purworejo, Kecamatan Purworejo, Kota Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. Mahasiswa yang ditunjuk dalam program Kampus Mengajar bertanggung jawab untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam hal mengajar, pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi di dalam dan luar kelas, pengelolaan perpustakaan/pojok baca, gerakan literasi dan numerasi di sekolah, adaptasi teknologi, dan administrasi sekolah. Hasil yang diperoleh dari program ini yaitu dapat menanamkan empati dan kepekaan sosial pada diri mahasiswa terhadap permasalahan kehidupan masyarakat yang ada di sekitarnya, serta dapat mengasah keterampilan berpikir dalam bekerja sama dengan mahasiswa lain yang memiliki bidang ilmu berbeda.
Kampus Mengajar Program Batch 5 is a program that inovolves students from each campus with various backgrounds. This program provides an opportunity for students to study outside the classroom for 1 (one) semester by becoming a teacher partner in developing creative and innovative learning strategies and models in educational units. The main focus of this program is improving the literacy and numeracy abilities of students in target schools. One of the targeted by the Kampus Mengajar Program is Junior High School of Kristen Elkana, located at Panglima Sudirman St. 35, Purworejo, Pasuruan City, East Java. Students who selected by the Kampus Mengajar Program are responsible for assisting the school in terms of teaching, learning literacy and numeracy inside and outside the classroom, managing libraries/reading corners, literacy and numeracy movements in schools, technology adaptation, and school administration. PENDIDIKAN POLITIK MENJELANG PEMILIHAN UMUM 2024 PADA GENERASI MUDA DI DESA PEDUNGAN
Get PDFProgram Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Tematik Universitas Pendidikan Nasional telah dilaksanakan di Desa Pedungan, Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Provinsi Bali pada tanggal 15 Januari sampai dengan 1 Maret 2024. Pengabdian Masyarakat pada Desa Pedungan mengangkat judul program kerja “Pendidikan Politik Menjelang Pemilihan Umum 2024 Pada Generasi Muda Di Desa Pedungan”. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mewujudkan lingkungan demokrasi menjelang pemilihan umum, dengan memastikan bahwa generasi muda memiliki kepekaan politik yang memadai, sehingga mereka dapat berkolaborasi secara aktif dalam upaya pembangunan dan proses partisipatif khususnya pada yowana desa adat Pedungan. Adapun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah bagaimana upaya mewujudkan lingkungan demokrasi melalui pendidikan politik menjelang pemilihan umum 2024 pada generasi muda di Desa Pedungan. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah melaksanakan edukasi tentang proses politik dan cara menjadi pemilih yang cerdas. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi dalam menciptakan generasi muda sebagai pemilih yang berpendidikan dan berkualitas untuk memilih pemimpin berlandaskan demokrasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan di Desa Pedungan adalah sosialisasi dengan tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan dan persiapan, pelaksanaan, lalu evaluasi dan pelaporan. Dari kegiatan ini, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman yowana desa adat Pedungan tentang pendidikan politik menjelang pemilihan umum sehingga terciptanya lingkungan demokrasi.
The Thematic Community Service Program of the National Education University has been implemented in Pedungan Village, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali Province from January 15th to March 1st, 2024. The Community Service in Pedungan Village has taken on the program title "Political Education Ahead of the 2024 General Elections for the Young Generation in Pedungan Village." The aim of this community service is to realize a democratic environment ahead of the general elections by ensuring that the younger generation has adequate political awareness, enabling them to actively collaborate in development efforts and participatory processes, particularly in the youth of the Pedungan traditional village. The issue at hand is how to achieve a democratic environment through political education ahead of the 2024 general elections for the younger generation in Pedungan Village. The solution is to conduct education on the political process and how to become informed voters. This community service contributes to creating an educated and quality young generation as voters to choose leaders based on democracy. The method used to solve the issues in Pedungan Village is socialization with three stages: planning and preparation, implementation, then evaluation and reporting. From these activities, there has been an improvement in the understanding of the Pedungan traditional village youth regarding political education ahead of the general elections, thus creating a democratic environment.

The data and information are then analyzed using the content analysis method. Efforts to explore tolerance in the aspect of cultural diversity are important, especially in multicultural countries and nations. Strengthening tolerance learning is important to develop in the context of educational transformation, digitalization of education, and preparing global citizens in the digital era. Tolerance for cultural diversity and technological adaptation should be developed in a planned and systemic manner
Analisis Terhadap Bidang Usaha Pertanian Pada Disperindag Kabupaten Bener Meriah Melalui Model Bisnis Kanvas
Get PDFPada penelitian ini merujuk pada komoditi perdagangan daerah di kabupaten bener meriah dengan meliputi hasil pertanian kopi, tomat, dan cabai. Pembaharuan tersebut terhadap hasil produk dengan label yang lebih unggul untuk dapat dipertahankan oleh masyarakat maupun sektor pertanian yang berkelanjutan terhadap hasil produk tani ini merambah dengan skala nasional untuk memajukan pertanian daerah secara luas. Adapun indikasi hasil panen tercatat mencapai persentase 88% dengan cakupan yang signifikan pada instansi tersebut, sehingga dapat mengungguli hasil tani dengan daerah lain. Metode ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif berdasarkan konsep awal melaui model bisnis kanvas. Konsep tersebut untuk didapatkan bagaimana proses awal hingga dapat didistribusikan keberbagai daerah, serta dapat memaksimalkan pendapatan masyarakat yang menuju Indonesia Sejahtera. Dalam peningkatan pada hasil tani ini tentunya didukung oleh OPD terkait melalui peran serta dengan peningkatan model bisnis yang akan terus ditekuni dengan melihat cakupan distribusi yang merata. Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Motivasi Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BPD Bank Jateng KCP Temanggung
Get PDFThis study aims to determine; 1) The effect of Self Efficacy on employee performance, 2) The effect of work motivation on employee performance, 3) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, and 4) The effect of Self Efficacy, work motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. Qualitative data were collected using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 employees of Bank Jateng Temanggung Branch with Data Analysis Test techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that 1) Self Efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance with a Thitung value of 4.605 greater than the Ttable value of 1.66023 with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.050. 2) Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with a Thitung value of 4.813 greater than the Ttable value of 1.66023 with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. 3) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance with a Thitung value of 4.912 greater than the Ttable value of 1.66023 with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. 4) Self Efficacy, work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance are evidenced by the Fcount value of 63,760 greater than the F table value of 2,134 and a significance value of 0.00. The coefficient of determination in this research model is 64.3%, while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors
The Role of Rimbun Conservation Village in Encouraging Nature Conservation and Improving Environmental Image
No full textRimbun Conservation Village has the potential as a model for sustainable ecotourism development amid global environmental challenges. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of Rimbun Conservation Village's role in environmental preservation and ecological image enhancement through ecotourism activities. The method used in this research utilizes qualitative methods, which include interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results showed that Rimbun Conservation Village succeeded in raising community and tourist awareness of the importance of conservation, although there are some aspects that need to be improved, such as cleanliness, adequate facilities and accessibility. In addition, the participation of the community and tourists in activities such as tree planting and educational programs proved to provide economic benefits and increase tourist engagement. The main conclusion of this study is that Rimbun Conservation Village not only serves as a recreational center, but also as a living example of the harmonization between nature conservation and economic growth. To attract more tourists, it is recommended that the manager improve facilities and implement more effective digital marketing strategies. This research is expected to contribute to the development of ecotourism in other more sustainable tourist destinations in Indonesia
Technical Efficiency of Indonesia's Education Sector Before and During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) Application
No full textThe education sector is one of the areas impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, its management must continue to be implemented well and efficiently. The aim of this study is to examine the technical efficiency of the education field in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research period spans 4 years, from 2018 to 2021. This study focuses on the 33 provinces in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is non-parametric efficiency analysis using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and assumes Variable Return to Scale (VRS) and is output-oriented. Estimation results indicate that the majority of provinces (81%) experienced a decline in average efficiency scores during the pandemic. All of these provinces are located outside of Java Island. Furthermore, there are provinces that saw an increase in efficiency scores during the pandemic, namely East Java, Central Java, Lampung, Jambi, West Papua, and Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, provinces that did not experience a change in average efficiency scores before and during the pandemic are Riau, Jakarta, West Java, Banten, Bali, North Kalimantan, and Gorontal

No full textThe long-term objective of the research is to design a recommended model for the Indonesian waqf Board in North Sumatra so that it can be applied to improve the national waqf index in North Sumatra. The success of this model can be measured by the achievement of the National Waqf Index value of North Sumatra Province. The specific target of this research is to improve the understanding of the national waqf index indicators of BWI and in North Sumatra, to identify obstacles, and to determine actions that must be taken. This research produces mandatory outputs of the Model recommended to BWI North Sumatra regarding the steps in filling out the National Waqf Index (IWN) and Simple Patents and Additional Outputs of Sinta Accredited Journals. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and interviews, where the research team will conduct interviews with BWI Representatives of North Sumatra Province, BWI representatives of districts and cities throughout North Sumatra, and waqf stakeholders and requires a cost of Rp. 10,500,000 (Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah)

Pada pelaksanaan penyuluhan, materi yang digunakan adalah strategi Bank Pakan dengan materi penunjang tentang teknologi fermentasi pakan lengkap. Ceramah/anjangsana, tanya jawab, dan peningkatan hasil adalah metode yang digunakan. Leaflet adalah media yang digunakan. Persepsi responden tentang program penyuluhan Strategi Bank Pakan tergolong pada kategori baik (36,1), artinya rancangan penyuluhan telah dibuat dan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi peternak SPR Andini Mulyo
Analisis Tingkat Risiko Produksi Bawang Merah di Kabupaten Sumenep
No full textBawang merah termasuk pada jenis sayuran pada subsektor hortikultura yang memegang keutamaan pada pengembangan sayuran dataran rendah di Indonesia. Desa Mandala yang terletak di Kecamatan Rubaru Kabupaten Sumenep menjadi salah satu daerah yang dikenal dengan sentra produksi bawang merah. Pada desa ini terdapat beberapa permasalahan yaitu adanya hama penyakit, teknologi budidaya rendah, pengendalian hama yang kurang baik, modal yang terbatas, dan penggunaan faktor produksi yang kuran tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tingkat risiko yang terkait dengan produksi bawang merah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi risiko tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni Coefficien Variation (CV) dan fungsi Cobb-Douglas. Temuan menunjukkan tingkat risiko produksi bawang merah di Desa Mandala Kecamatan Rubaru tergolong rendah. Faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap tingkat risiko yakni pupuk organik sedangkan luas lahan, benih, pupuk anorganik, pestisida dan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan
