Et-Works: Etnophysics of Worksheet untuk pembelajaran Fisika berorientasi Peningkatkan Penguasan Konsep dan Sikap Ilmiah Peserta Didik
No full textThe study aimed to determine the increase in students' mastery of scientific concepts and attitudes by applying student worksheets based on Ethnophysics on Equilibrium and Rotational Dynamics in Physics learning. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted on class XI SMAS IT Ar Raihan Bandar Lampung, consisting of 28 students. Physics concept mastery data was obtained through the results of a Physics concept understanding test using test instruments with validity, reliability, and good discriminating power. Students’ scientific attitude is observed through observation sheets and documentation during learning. CAR is carried out in 2 cycles. In each cycle, there are two meetings in education. This study was successful if it met all the criteria set out, namely (1) The test results for students' mastery of physics concepts increased significantly from the previous cycle, (2) the student’s concept mastery scores reached or exceeded 75, class completeness reached ≥ 85%, and the average score was class average ≥ 80, and (3) the predicate of students' scientific attitudes increased from before the action. The results showed that students understood physics concepts before the action (pre-cycle) 10 students passed (35.7%), the average class value was 48.81, and the scientific attitude predicate was moderate. After the action was taken, the results of the physics concept understanding test became 25 students completed (89.2%), the class average was 81.38, and the title of high scientific attitude. The study results concluded that applying Ethnophysics-based worksheets effectively increased understanding of scientific concepts and attitude
Tantangan dan Solusi: Manajemen Bisnis Budidya Ikan diskus (Symphysodon discus) Versi Rumahan
No full textIkan hias air tawar discus (Symphysodon discus) dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat selain karena faktor kegemaran juga alasan bisnis yang cukup menjanjikan keuntungannya. Daya tarik ikan ini selain dari bentuk tubuhnya yang bundar pipih ke samping juga karena beragam corak warna di sisi tubuhnya seperti nuansa merah, biru, coklat, dan hijau. Begitu pula dari segi penawaran harga yang ada di pasaran, harga rata-rata per ekor ikan discus relatif murah dan terjangkau. Tujuan penelitian untuk menghitung omzet dan profit per bulan dari hasil penjualan ikan discus versi rumahan secara online. Diharapkan dari data tersebut dapat diungkap faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab menurunnya omzet per bulannya sekaligus solusi dan tantangan yang dihadapinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode marketing mix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2023 usaha bisnis ikan discus “Adeeva Discus” mendapatkan profit sebesar Rp 31.495.000 dengan rata-rata nilai omzet per bulan sebesar Rp 9.838.000, sedangkan tahun 2024 profit yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 20.250.000 dengan rata-rata nilai omzet per bulannya sebesar Rp 13.103.000. Pada kondisi tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa keseluruhan pertumbuhan usaha bisnis ikan discus relatif sehat dan berkembang
Strategic ESG-Driven Human Resource Practices: Transforming Employee Management for Sustainable Organizational Growth
No full textPurpose - This research explores the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices on employee performance and well-being in private higher education institutions in Bandung, West Java. It seeks to provide insights into how effective ESG integration can enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
Methodology - A quantitative approach employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analyzed the relationships among constructs: environmental practices, social practices, governance practices, and the dependent variable, employee performance and well-being. Data were collected from 270 respondents through stratified random sampling across various administrative roles in 138 private higher education institutions.
Findings- The results showed that environmental practices positively impact employee performance and well-being, with social practices also contributing. Governance practices mediate and amplify these effects. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating sustainable practices into organizational strategies to improve employee outcomes and overall institutional performance.
Originality—This study explores the impact of ESG practices on employee performance in private higher education institutions, focusing on sustainability to enhance engagement and productivity. Unlike previous research, which focused primarily on corporate sectors or public universities, it emphasizes the unique challenges of private institutions, particularly in Bandung, offering new insights into governance practices as mediators

No full textDalam program RevoU Tech Academy telah menjadi inovasi serta dorongan dalam pemberdayaan siswa dalam lingkungan digital, dengan metode pelaksanaan penggabungan Asyncronous dan Synchronous dengan pembelajaran yang digunakan mencakup (1) ceramah melalui live zoom , pembelajaran dari instruktur yang fokus terhadap simulasi langsung serta praktik dari modul yang disediakan dan dilakukan secara bersama-sama, (2) diskusi peer to peer atau diskusi antar siswa, dimana siswa bekerja sama dalam studi kasus yang dibimbing oleh mentor secara tim, dan (3) capstone project yang akan diakukan secara tim dengan menerapkan project based- pembelajaran yang akan dibimbing oleh mentor. Dengan materi yang diajarkan yakni analisis data, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan pengembangan karir. Serta dalam artikel yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas siswa dengan adanya pemberdayaan bisa menjadi batu pijakan dasar untuk menyiapkan siswa yang berkompeten, dan berkualitas yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi. Sehingga, mahasiswa dituntut untuk menjadi lebih inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran, yang melibatkan beberapa aspek seperti keterampilan, pengetahuan, sikap, dan simulasi praktik guna memasuki dunia kerja.

No full textEdukasi merupakan suatu proses belajar menuju perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik pada setiap individu. Sasaran dari pemberian edukasi tidak hanya diperuntukkan oleh orang-orang yang berada di lingkungan pendidikan, melainkan juga meliputi masyarakat luas. Di banyak negara di dunia, pemilu adalah proses demokrasi yang digunakan untuk memilih wakil rakyat di pemerintahan dan memilih pemimpin pemerintahan. Pemilu adalah salah satu peristiwa terpenting bagi negara demokratis seperti Indonesia. Dalam PEMILU 2024 penting untuk Masyarakat memiliki edukasi dan juga wawasan mengenai PEMILU khusus mengenai pentingnya hak suara agar tidak GOLPUT. Seorang pemilih yang tidak memberikan suara atau tidak memilih satu pun kandidat terdepan disebut sebagai "kelompok kulit putih" dalam politik. GOLPUT juga bisa merujuk pada pemilih yang muncul di tempat pemungutan suara tetapi tidak memberikan suara sampai pemungutan suara ditutup.

Uptake and Utilisation of Financial Inclusion Services Among Rural Youth Entrepreneurs: Progress or Regress?
No full textThis research provides comprehensive insights into how the uptake and utilization of formal and informal financial services are integrated into the business operations of rural youth entrepreneurs. A survey of 648 rural youth entrepreneurs across seven wards in the Iramba District of Tanzania was conducted. The findings reveal that while mobile money has emerged as the most widely adopted financial service, the utilization of formal financial services, such as bank accounts, insurance, and commercial bank services, remains low. Informal financial practices, including family support, informal lending, and home-based saving, continue to dominate the financial practices of rural youth entrepreneurs. The findings reveal a considerable room for improving the uptake and utilisation of formal financial services. Despite some progress, bridging the gap between formal and informal financial practices remains a critical challenge. The study concludes by offering policy recommendations to local governments and financial institutions, urging targeted interventions such as expanding internet connectivity, establishing community-based financial hubs, and implementing financial literacy programs to enhance access to formal financial services in rural areas. These efforts can be complemented by offering flexible financial products, such as micro-loans, low-fee accounts, low or no-cost transactions, and minimal documentation requirements, along with user-friendly digital banking platforms
Tipologi Permukiman Kumuh di Kelurahan Kapuk, Jakarta Barat
No full textThis study analyzes the slum level in Kapuk Subdistrict, West Jakarta, using indicators from the Ministry of Public Works Regulation No. 14 of 2018. Kapuk faces challenges such as high population density, inadequate infrastructure, and limited access to basic facilities. Data collection methods included field observations, questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. Slum scores were calculated based on indicators such as building conditions, roads, drinking water, drainage, waste management, and fire protection. The results show that most areas are categorized as mildly slum, with only one area (RW 07) classified as moderately slum. Major issues include narrow roads, poor drainage, and limited access to clean water. This study recommends infrastructure interventions, sanitation improvements, and enhanced social facilities to prevent further slum deterioration. These findings aim to guide priorities for slum settlement management planning.Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kekumuhan di Kelurahan Kapuk, Jakarta Barat, menggunakan indikator dari Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 14 Tahun 2018. Kelurahan Kapuk menghadapi tantangan berupa kepadatan penduduk, infrastruktur tidak memadai, dan keterbatasan akses terhadap fasilitas dasar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, kuisioner, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Skor kekumuhan dihitung berdasarkan indikator seperti kondisi bangunan, jalan, air minum, drainase, pengelolaan limbah, dan proteksi kebakaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar wilayah masuk kategori kumuh ringan, dengan hanya satu wilayah (RW 07) tergolong kumuh sedang. Kendala utama meliputi jalan sempit, drainase buruk, serta keterbatasan fasilitas air bersih. Studi ini merekomendasikan intervensi infrastruktur, perbaikan sanitasi, dan peningkatan fasilitas sosial untuk mencegah peningkatan kekumuhan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar prioritas dalam perencanaan penanganan kawasan kumuh

The business world is being transformed all the business and marketing activities into the digital marketing due to advanced technology today. The modern business marketing activities gave birth to online advertisement thus an ethical attention of Shariah is to be paid on the marketing activities to ensure security both buyers and sellers. Thus, this article aims to explore analytical view on prospection of the 7P model of marketing and digital marketing in Shariah perspective. This study has been designed as library research with inductive reasoning and qualitative approach. Data have been collected from primary sources (Al-Quran and Sunnah) and secondary sources (books, articles, journals, magazines). Based on content and descriptive approach, this article employed analytical and evidence explanation with the Shariah literary perspective. The study brings an ethical perspective on 7P marketing model with the light of Shariah. Marketing strategies and activities are supported by the Islamic ethical standards view. In terms of implication, this study clearly provides the Islamic perspective that the whole community should follow the Islamic guidelines to sustain the social justice
Similarities and Differences between Indonesian and English Semantic: Implications in Teaching English Semantic to Students
No full textThis research explores the semantic similarities and differences between Indonesian and English, focusing on their implications for teaching English semantics to students. It employs a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze both languages. The study reveals that English and Indonesian share fundamental parallels in how meaning is structured and conveyed. They exhibit commonalities in basic vocabulary, sentence structures following SVO order, and the use of modifiers, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, borrowed vocabulary, numerical systems, days of the week, prepositions, question words, conjunctions, and common expressions. These similarities facilitate comprehension and communication between speakers but are accompanied by distinctions in grammar, pronunciation, idiomatic expressions, and cultural contexts that distinguish their linguistic identities. Conversely, semantic differences arise from the unique linguistic and cultural contexts of each language. Lexical gaps occur where concepts lack direct equivalents due to differing cultural norms and experiences. Cultural specificity influences terms tied to specific Indonesian practices, while technical terminology adapts from English with contextual nuances. Euphemisms, metaphors, pragmatics, and social norms also shape semantic interpretation differently, impacting communication and translation accuracy. Understanding these semantic similarities and differences is crucial in teaching English semantics. Recognizing similarities aids in knowledge transfer and faster learning, leveraging students' familiarity with their native language. Addressing differences requires detailed explanations to ensure accurate comprehension and contextual usage of English vocabulary and expressions
Hubungan Kelembagaan dan Relasi Antaraktor dalam Pengawasan Partisipatif pada Pilkada Kabupaten Mojokerto Tahun 2024
No full textParticipatory oversight in elections is an important instrument to maintain the integrity of electoral democracy, where Bawaslu, in particular, plays a role in activating public involvement through various communication strategies. However, the effectiveness of public relations practices at the local level, such as in Mojokerto district, still faces structural and cultural challenges, so it needs to be examined as a social practice influenced by the local context and actor dynamics. This study examines institutional relationships and inter-actor dynamics in public relations practices at the Mojokerto District Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in the context of participatory election monitoring. Using a qualitative approach and a single case study design, data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and document analysis with informants from Gakkumdu, ad hoc supervisors, and local officials who were then validated through triangulation and member checking, and analyzed using a thematic approach. The findings show that the Mojokerto District Bawaslu's public relations practices are influenced by the institutional structure, the capacity of local actors, and the socio-cultural context of the community. Social media is used not only to disseminate information, but also to build an image and mobilize public participation, although its effectiveness is still constrained by limited human resources, the digital divide, and weak institutional coordination. Using structuration and practice theory, this study confirms that PR communication strategies are adaptive and relational, reflecting local actors' negotiations in responding to digital habitus and democratic dynamics at the grassroots level
