FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRES AKADEMIK MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN TATA RIAS UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA
Get PDFAcademic stress is oftenly experienced by students because of academic demands that sometimes exceed the abilities of individual. Many factors can cause academic stress in students. This study aims to determine the factors that influence academic stress in students of cosmetology study at the Universitas Negeri Jakarta, a case study of 2017 students of Cosmetology Study, Universitas Negery Jakarta. This research is a descriptive quantitative survey research. This study uses primary data with 35 respondents. The data obtained were tested by factor analysis utilizing SPSS version 24.The results of this study indicate that there are two new factors formed, factor 1, the internal factor which has an eigen value of 4,676 consisting of mindset, character, physical factors, peer competition, changes in the atmosphere of life, and difficulties in managing life. Factor 2 is external factors, which have an eigen value of 1,455 consisting of the environment, excessive assignments, bad time management, and financial management problems.
Stres akademik sering dialami mahasiswa karena banyaknya tuntutan akademik yang terkadang melebihi kemampuan pada diri individu tersebut. Banyak faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stres akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres akademik pada mahasiswa pendidikan tata rias Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2017 Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif suvei yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan responden sebanyak 35 orang. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan menggunakan analisis faktor dengan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua faktor baru yang terbentuk, faktor 1 yaitu faktor internal memiliki nilai eigen value sebesar 4,676 terdiri dari pola pikir, karakter, faktor fisik, persaingan teman sebaya, perubahan suasana kehidupan, dan kesulitan mengelola kehidupan. Faktor 2 yaitu faktor eksternal memiliki nilai eigen value sebesar 1,455 terdiri dari lingkungan, penugasan berlebih, manajemen waktu yang buruk, dan masalah manajemen keuangan
SIMFONI ONLINE CLASS: PENDAMPINGAN PENGELOLAAN DANA DARURAT DI MASA PANDEMI BAGI MILENIAL
Get PDFEffective management of emergency funds is needed during the global Covid-19 pandemic, which is currently happening in almost all corners of the world. This pandemic has an impact on sluggish economic activity which demands immediate solutions for improvements, both from a normative and practical side. Education related to emergency funds in order to increase public knowledge can be an urgent solution to be carried out immediately. One of the potential elements of society that is rarely developed to be used as a solution for economic improvement in the pandemic era is the youth because the majority of youth do not yet have an unstable income so they are vulnerable to being economically affected during the pandemic. The purpose of this program is to assist the management of emergency funds during a pandemic, both with online entrepreneurship development and effective investment arrangements. 68 young man from Solo and around are participate in this program. The method used in the implementation of the program is technical assistants by opening online classes with sources from academics and practitioners. This method consists of the preparation stage with coordination, the implementation stage with the creation of a curriculum, the execution of webinars and observations and the evaluation stage. This program collaborates with the NGO Solo Bersimfoni as an organization that cares for Indonesia's young generation. The expected benefit from this program is increased knowledge regarding the management of emergency funds in times of a global pandemic which is needed in order to rebuild a stable economy during and after a pandemic. The result of this program is the transfer of financial management knowledge to young people, especially students around Solo Raya. The conclusion obtained from the implementation of the post-program survey is that care is still needed to teach financial independence during the pandemic for youth.
Pengelolaan dana darurat yang efektif diperlukan dalam masa pandemi global Covid-19 yang saat ini sedang terjadi hampir di seluruh pelosok dunia. Pandemi ini berdampak pada lesunya aktivitas perekonomian yang menuntut untuk segera diadakan perbaikan yang solutif, baik dari sisi normatif maupun sisi praktis. Edukasi terkait dana darurat dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang urgen untuk segera dilakukan. Salah satu elemen masyarakat yang potensial namun jarang dikembangkan untuk dijadikan solusi perbaikan perekonomian di era pandemi adalah para pemuda karena mayoritas pemuda belum memiliki pendapatan yang tidak stabil sehingga rentan terdampak secara ekonomi dalam masa pandemi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mendampingi pengelolaan dana darurat di masa pandemi, baik dengan pengembangan kewirausahaan secara online maupun penyusunan investasi secara efektif. Sebanyak 68 partisipan yang sebagian besar adalah pemuda dari Solo sekitar mengikuti pengabdian ini secara online. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian merupakan technical assistants dengan membuka kelas online dengan narasumber dari pihak akademisi maupun pihak praktisi. Metode ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan dengan koordinasi, tahap pelaksanaan dengan pembuatan kurikulum, eksekusi webinar dan observasi serta tahap evaluasi. Program ini menggandeng LSM Solo Bersimfoni sebagai salah satu organisasi yang peduli terhadap generasi muda Indonesia. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari pengabdian ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan dana darurat di masa pandemi global yang dibutuhkan dalam rangka membangun kembali perekonomian yang stabil selama dan pasca pandemi. Hasil pengabdian yakni terlaksananya transfer pengetahuan manajemen keuangan kepada para pemuda terutama mahasiswa di sekitar Solo Raya. The Influence of Work Shifts and Work Stress on Employee Performance at the Alfamart Kotabumi Branch, North Lampung

Get PDFThe Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) consists of 30 companies whose liquid assets have large capitalization compared to other companies. JII then becomes a measure of performance in choosing a halal stock portfolio. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the company's stock price in JII. This research uses quantitative methods with the study applied is panel data regression analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and other literature. Secondary data or qualitative data used is panel data from 30 companies in JII. Findings. This research shows that Book Value, Debt Equity Ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), Interest Rate, and Exchange Rate simultaneously significantly affect the Stock Price. JII consists of 30 companies whose liquid assets have large capitalizations compared to other companies. Market capitalization is an indicator of stock development, if there is a decline in stock prices, the market capitalization will decrease
Discovering the Experience of Financial Technology (FinTech) Users in Paying Zakah, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) in East Java, Indonesia

This pandemic creates online Zakah, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) payments which must be developed in line with FinTech services in Indonesia that increase continuously. However, many companies lack intentions on User Experience (UX) that can be a risk for services or products. This study explores the Experience of Financial Technology (FinTech) users in Paying Zakah, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS). The quantitative method is used by collecting online questionnaires through FinTech users in East Java, Indonesia. PLS-SEM was used to analyze data. Findings. The result indicated that both information and system quality have no impact on the user experience. Meanwhile, service quality positively relates to user experience. As a result, this study disclosed the user experience of ZIS payment during COVID-19 that will lead to the user's intentions and net benefit
A Recognition Model of National Legal Pluralism in a Unitary State through the Prismatic Theory Approach
Get PDFThe choice of a unitary state based on Article 1 Section 1 of the 1945 Constitution theoretically always relates to the factor of equality within the state. However, the choice of the Republic of Indonesia as a unitary state is based on the consideration of the pluralism aspects in terms of culture, language, customs, and ethnicity, which brings consequences for the recognition of applicable legal pluralism (Article 18B Section 2 of the 1945 Constitution). This study examines legal pluralism in a unitary state based on the prismatic theory approach to find out its legal recognition model. This study aims at finding an ideal legal pluralism recognition model in a unitary state which has tended to be centralized, such as the implementation of the Basic Agrarian Law that ignores the customary laws. The results of the legal prismatic theory approach are expected to able to fulfill justice in a pluralistic society. In this study, the researcher employed a normative juridical method through a political-law approach to various laws and regulations. Furthermore, the researcher also used a qualitative analysis. The results of this study showed as follows. (1) Politics of law as a guideline for legal development is inconsistent with Pancasila and legal systems that accommodate legal pluralism. As a result, customary law must comply with national law, which indicates the recognition of weak legal pluralism. (2) The recognition model of national legal pluralism through the prismatic theory approach by considering the plurality of the prevailing legal order may create certainty and benefit on the value of justice in society according to national ideology and Pancasila as the soul of the nation. The recommendations of this study are as follows. (1) Legal development should use the recognition model of national legal pluralism through the prismatic theory approach so that certainty and benefit on the value of justice in society can be established according to national ideology and Pancasila as the soul of the nation. (2) The prismatic theory approach can be an alternative solution to the recognition model of legal pluralism in realizing Indonesian national law based on Pancasila as the ideology and spirit of the nation

The study analyzed three news stories about government influencers from three different media during the period of August 2020. The study used a qualitative approach with the Pan & Kosicki framing analysis method. The results show that Republika.co.id's framing emphasizes on finding data that causes debate. While Detik.com's framing directs the existence of influencers as corruption events, and Kompas.com's framing provides an overview of influencers who have a strong position as an information network because they are key opinion leaders in the digital era.

The Effect of Fixed Asset Turnover and Working Capital Turnover on Profitability

The object of this research is food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. 14 companies were sampled by purposive sampling techniques. The method used in this study is quantitative method with secondary data. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that the turnover of fixed assets and the simultaneous turnover of working capital have an effect on ROA. The turnover of fixed assets has a positive influence on the ROA, and the partial turnover of working capital has no effect on the ROA
