PENINGKATAN EKONOMI ANGGOTA KOMUNITAS USAHA KOPERASI CREDIT UNION HATI AMBOINA MELALUI PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN LITERASI KEUANGAN DAN PEMBUKUAN
Get PDFMaluku province has a financial literacy rate of 36.48%, still below the national index. (OJK, 2019). Cooperatives are expected to have an important role in assisting the government in terms of financial inclusion and literacy. The challenges and problems faced by partners are bad credit problems. Bad loans are caused, among others, due to the lack of understanding and ability of members in managing personal and business finances. The purpose of this activity can help members to have financial plans, plan future expenses, and have savings and also be able to manage their business finances. The procedure for this empowerment activity includes: 1) Coordination with partners regarding the preparation of activity schedules; 2) Preparation of training and material development; 3) Counseling on financial literacy and business bookkeeping; 4) Training on the use of financial instruments and excel applications for business bookkeeping; 5) Assistance and evaluation of the activities carried out. The results obtained are increased understanding of business group community members about financial literacy and bookkeeping, members are able to fill in monthly budget instruments and are able to understand simple bookkeeping and the management of the CU Hati Amboina Cooperative able to use excel bookkeeping applications for further socialization to members of other business groups.
Provinsi Maluku memiliki tingkat literasi keuangan 36,48% masih dibawah indeks nasional. (OJK, 2019). Koperasi diharapkan memiliki peran penting dalam membantu pemerintah dari sisi inklusi dan literasi keuangan. Tantangan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu masalah kredit macet. Kredit macet diakibatkan antara lain karena kurangnya pemahaman dan kemampuan anggota dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi dan usaha. Tujuan kegiatan ini dapat membantu anggota untuk mempunyai rencana keuangan, merencanakan pengeluaran masa depan, dan memiliki tabungan dan juga mampu menata keuangan usaha mereka, Prosedur kegiatan pemberdayaan ini meliputi: 1) Koordinasi dengan mitra terkait penyusunan jadwal kegiatan; 2) Persiapan pelatihan dan pengembangan materi; 3) Penyuluhan tentang literasi keuangan dan pembukuan usaha; 4) Pelatihan penggunaan instrumen keuangan dan aplikasi excel untuk pembukuan usaha; 5) Pendampingan dan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman anggota komunitas kelompok usaha tentang literasi keuangan dan pembukuan, anggota mampu mengisi instrumen anggaran belanja bulanan dan mampu memahami pembukuan sederhana dan manajemen Koperasi CU Hati Amboina mampu menggunakan aplikasi pembukuan excel untuk seterusnya disosialisasikan kepada anggota kelompok usaha yang lain
PENYULUHAN DAN PEMBUATAN HANDSINITIZER DENGAN DAUN SIRIH DAN JERUK NIPIS DALAM PENCEGAHAN VIRUS COVID-19
Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemic is still hitting until now, many people are still exposed to the virus. The Covid-19 virus is a virus that can be transmitted and can attack anyone , be it children or adults. The virus is transmitted through droplets from the respiratory tract and then infects the respiratory system. Therefore, the government urges the government to always apply a clean and healthy lifestyle to avoid contracting the virus. Therefore, this community service activity was carried out to provide counseling and guidance to the community in Tebing Linggahara village about the process of making hand sanitizers from betel leaves and lime for applications to prevent transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The method of this activity is carried out in several stages, namely the fist stage of introducing the materials and tools needed in the manufacture of hand sanitizers and then the second stage of the sequence or stages in the process of makin hand sanitizers. Another benefit of this activity is that the community can gain knowledge about other benefits of betel leaf dan lime. During the activity the participants were actively involved and gave positive responses during the practice.
Pandemi Covid-19 masih melanda hingga sekarang, masih banyak yang terkena paparan dari virus tersebut. Virus Covid-19 ini merupakan virus yang dapat menular dan dapat menyerang siapa saja baik itu anak-anak ataupun orang dewasa. Virus tersebut menular melalui percikan droplet dari saluran pernapasan dan kemudian menginfeksi sistem pernapasan. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah menghimbau agar selalu menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat guna menghindari dari tertularnya virus tersebut. Sebab itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan bimbingan kepada masyarakat di desa Tebing Linggahara tentang proses pembuatan hand sanitizer dari daun sirih dan jeruk nipis untuk aplikasi pencegahan penularan virus Covid-19. Adapun metode kegiatan ini dilakukan beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap pertama pengenalan bahan dan alat yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan hand sanitizer dan kemudia tahap kedua runtutan atau tahapan dalam proses pembuatan hand sanitizer. Manfaat lain dari kegiatan tersebut masyarakat dapat pengetahuan tentang manfaat lain dari daun sirih dan jeruk nipis. Selama kegiatan berlangsung peserta terlibat secara aktif dan memberikan tanggapan yang positif selama praktik
PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH PLASTIK MIKA SEBAGAI ALAT PERAGA MANIPULATIF PADA MATERI PECAHAN
Get PDFThe use of manipulative teaching aids becomes a must when teachers explain mathematical concepts to students at the elementary school level (SD). Teaching aids can bridge the thinking patterns of elementary school students who are still in the concrete operational stage and abstract mathematical concepts. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to provide training by utilizing waste such as mica plastic as manipulative teaching aids to explain concepts at One Roof Source Elementary School. The methods in this service activity are question and answer, demo and simulation. The flow or stages of service activities begin with an initial survey, coordination, implementation of training, evaluation, and preparation of reports. The results of the training on the use of mica plastic as manipulative teaching aids include increasing teacher knowledge regarding materials that can be used as teaching aids. In addition, the number of participants who attended was in accordance with the target, there was a positive response from participants in using mica/waste plastic as manipulative props, enthusiasm and interest in activity participants. As a recommendation, the team will design teaching aids from other waste that are attractive, varied, inexpensive, and easy to obtain as an effort to improve the quality of learning and teacher professionalism.
Penggunaan alat peraga manipulatif menjadi sebuah keharusan ketika guru menjelaskan konsep matematika pada siswa di jenjang Sekolah Dasar (SD). Alat peraga dapat menjembatani pola berpikir siswa SD yang masih dalam tahap operasional konkrit dan konsep matematika yang bersifat abstrak. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dengan memanfaatkan limbah seperti plastik mika sebagai alat peraga manipulatif untuk menjelaskan konsep pecahan di SDN Satu Atap Sumber. Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu tanya jawab, demonstrasi dan simulasi. Adapun alur atau tahapan kegiatan pengabdian diawali dengan survey awal, koordinasi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, evaluasi, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil dari pelatihan pemanfaatan plastik mika sebagai alat peraga manipulatif diantaranya menambah pengetahuan guru terkait bahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat peraga. Selain itu jumlah peserta yang hadir sesuai dengan target, adanya respons positif peserta dalam memanfaatkan plastik mika/limbah sebagai alat peraga manipulatif, antusiasme dan ketertarikan peserta terhadap kegiatan pelatihan. Sebagai rekomendasi tim akan merancang alat peraga dari limbah lainnya yang menarik, variatif, murah, dan mudah didapatkan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru
GURU SEKOLAH DASAR PINTAR ONLINE (GPO) DI KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN
Get PDFPenerapan kurikulum 2013 menutut guru menyelenggarakan pembelajaran di kelas berkualitas. Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi (TIK) harus dimanfaatkan oleh guru untuk membantu peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Belum semua guru sekolah dasar di wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan memiliki kemampuan pemanfaatan TIK untuk pembelajaran. Pada masa pandemik Covid 19 menunjukkan banyak keluhan dari guru, siswa, dan orangtua tentang pemanfaatan TIK untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh. Peningkatan kemampuan pemanfaatan TIK untuk pembelajaran baik di kelas secara tatap muka maupun jarak jauh harus terus dilakukan oleh guru. Pada tanggal 23 Maret sampai dengan 6 April 2021 telah dilakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan TIK untuk pembelajaran di wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Pelatihan tersebut dilaksanakan secara dalam jaringan yang diikuti oleh 307 guru SD Kota Tangerang Selatan. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peserta memiliki kemampuan menyelenggarakan PJJ pada masa pandemi; 2) Peserta memiliki kesadaran pentingnya kecepatan beradaptasi dan berinovasi dalam pembelajaran terutama dalam kondisi darurat bencana misalnya Covid 19; 3) Peserta mampu menyelenggarakan pembelajaran dengan aplikasi berbasis daring; 4) Peserta mampu memanfaatkan aplikasi daring untuk evaluasi pembelajaran; dan 5) Peserta mampu membuat soal/evaluasi pembelajaran dengan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan tepat

Get PDFCommunity service is a forum carried out by students to develop and disseminate education related to good parenting that can be done by students. Cinangka Village is the work area of the family companion team or commonly called TPK which is located in the Bungursari sub-district, Purwakarta district with early marriage problems that affect parenting or parenting in early childhood, this can be due to a lack of assistance and education to prospective brides and pregnant women who married at the age of less than 18 years. Not only that, many teenagers choose to get married after the age of 16 and not continue their education. Due to the limited knowledge possessed by teenagers, they choose to marry underage. In the service carried out by students, it is to increase understanding education for parents and teenagers about the importance of marriage age readiness for child care. The plan carried out in this study is to collect data on prospective brides, pregnant and postpartum women in collaboration with a family companion team, then provide education on the importance of marriage age readiness for child care, in addition to conducting socialization from DPPKB to TPK, PKK cadres, pregnant women, prospective brides and grooms. , and Parents. This activity uses observation and lecture methods. The results of this counseling show increased knowledge of TPK, PKK cadres, pregnant women, brides-to-be and parents about the age-appropriateness of marriage to parenting or child-rearing patterns.
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan wadah mahasiswa untuk mensosialisasikan edukasi terkait kesiapan usia penikahan terhadap pengasuhan anak. Desa Cinangka merupakan wilayah kerja tim pendamping keluarga atau biasa disebut TPK yang berlokasi di kecamatan bungursari kabupaten purwakarta dengan permasalahan pernikahan dini yang mempengaruhi pengasuhan atau pola asuh pada anak usia dini, hal tersebut dapat disebabkan karena kurangnya pendampingan dan edukasi kepada calon pengantin dan ibu hamil yang menikah di usia kurang dari 18 tahun. Bukan hanya itu, banyaknya remaja yang memilih menikah setelah berusia 16 tahun dan tidak melanjutkan sekolahnya. Karena terbatasnya pengetahuan yang dimilki para remaja sehingga memilih menikah di bawah umur. Bedasarkan kondisi pada saat ini maka peneliti bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dan edukasi dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang kesiapan usia pernikahan dengan melakukan sosialisasi melalui seminar. Rencana yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendataan calon pengantin, ibu hamil dan pasca melahirkan bekerjasama dengan tim pendamping keluarga, kemudian membeikan edukasi pentingnya kesiapan usia pernikahan terhadap pola asuh anak, selain itu melakukan sosialisasi dari DPPKB kepada TPK, kader PKK, Ibu hamil, Calon Pengantin, dan Orang tua. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Observasi dan sosialisi melalui seminar besama dengan Tim TPK, kader PKK, Ibu hamil, Calon Pengantin, dan Orang tua. Berdasarkan dari hasil wawancara program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bertambahnya pengetahuan TPK, kader PKK, ibu hamil, calon pengantin dan orangtua tentang kesiapan usia pernikahan terhadap pengasuhan atau pola asuh anak
THE ANALYSIS OF CONSUMER BEHAVIOR OF MILLENNIALS AND Z GENERATION TRAVELING IN JAPAN DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
No full textThe study aims to analyze the consumer behavior of domestic travelers in Japan, especially the Millennial and Z generation groups during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fears of exposure and the imposition of a state of emergency, making tourists both domestic and foreign cancel their trips. Economic downturn amid the threat of the spread of a pandemic that is not yet known when it will end, it becomes a challenge for Japanese society to adjust to existing conditions. The Japanese government issued the "Go to Travel Campaign" program, a campaign aimed at stimulating the travel of domestic tourists who are down due to the spread of Covid-19. However, strict health protocols are in place to prevent and control the spread of the virus.
This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach by sharing questions and conducting interviews to analyze consumer behavior, especially millennials and Z groups, identifying behaviors that can change the tourism industry to understand its needs. Through an analysis of consumer behavior of millennial and Z generation groups in Japan during the Covid-19 pandemic, it was obtained that they were highly motivated and dared to travel in the pandemic and were not afraid of Covid-19, although in the pandemic the Millennial and Z groups always use masks and all their activities are in the crowd because their style always follows and adheres to health protocols that are followed by the Japanese government. By having an understanding and sensitivity or adjustment of the behavior of consumer travelers, it will make it easier for manufacturers to identify the needs of travelers indicated by purchasing decisions as a mirror of the behavior of travelers
Revealing the Structure of Financial Performance on Stock Prices
Get PDFPurpose β Businesses are required to be able to present evidence of successful financial performance. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between specific financial ratios and the stock market performance of corporations in the infrastructure, utility, and transportation sectors.
Methodology β This study employs panel data regression with quarterly reports from 6 companies from 2015 to 2020. Variables such as stock prices, total asset turnover, the debt to equity ratio, the return on assets, the price to book value, the size of the firm, and the current ratio are analyzed.
Findings β Total asset turnover was found to have little effect on stock prices compared to other metrics such as the current ratio, firm size, price to book value, return on assets, and debt to equity ratio. It is imperative that businesses pay attention to the ratio indicators that persistently impact stock prices. Large swings in financial ratios are associated with an increased risk as well as a decline in public trust.
Originality β This study extends the scope of previous research by extending the fundamental factors that are not only centered on liquidity, solvency, and profitability, but also with new variations, specifically the ratio of total asset turnover and price to book value. The Existence of SMEs Business Performance During the Covid-19 Pandemic: Analyzing the Contribution of Intellectual Capital and Technological Innovation
Get PDFPurpose β The rapid and massive development of technology, information, and the internet in various business sectors, including SMEs, has created new changes. This situation provides opportunities and challenges for every business actors. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of human, social, and customer capital, as well as technological innovation, on business performance.
Methodology β The library and field design method were adopted with a quantitative approach, involving 180 samples of small and medium business actors. Furthermore, the Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data.
Findings β The result showed that human, social, and customer capital positively and significantly affected business performance. Similarly, technological innovation has a positive and significant impact on business performance.
Originality β Employees who work in the small business sector will be relied upon in the future as agents of change. Many practitioners have expressed this in the field of human capital, which assumes greater responsibility for small company players in terms of the style of consultation

Get PDFThe hotel sector is one of the sectors that has made a major contribution to employment and economic development in Maluku Province. The more the population, the more difficult it is to find work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the variable number of accommodation, number of occupancy, number of available beds and minimum wage of employees on labor absorption in the hotel sector in Maluku Province. One method that can be used to solve this problem is the Panel Data Regression method. Panel data regression is a combination of time series data and cross section data. This method can be used to determine the relationship between two or more variables that are quantitative in nature, so that one variable can be predicted from the other variables. The Panel Data Regression model used in this study is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) with the results obtained, namely that there are three variables that affect labor absorption in the hotel sector in Maluku Province, namely the number of accommodation, the number of occupancy and the minimum wage of employees. Meanwhile, the number of available beds has no effect on labor absorption in the hotel sector in Maluku Province

Get PDFVertex coloring is a method giving colors to vertex in a graph, so that each neighborhood vertex has a different color. Chromatic numbers are the minimum number of colors that can be used to color the vertices on a graph G. The aim of this research is to optimize the storage of chemicals safely by applying the application of chromatic number of graph coloring and to determine whether the chemical storage in the laboratory is optimal or not. This study is using a qualitative observation research design. We use a graph coloring method to obtain optimal results. And we get data by observation, interview and documentation. The instrument that we used to collect data consist of chemical data form. The data analysis activity starts from collecting the lists names of chemicals until draw conclusions.The results of this study, using the Welch-Powell Algorithm we get the chromatic number is 4. So that by applying the chromatic number of graph coloring, we just need place chemical in the laboratory as many as 4 cabinets, so that the storage area more optimal laboratory compared to the previous storage area of Γ’β¬βΉΓ’β¬βΉ6 cabinets
