Get PDFWater hyacinth (Eichornia crassipes) is an aquatic plant belonging to a weed that thrives in lakes and rivers throughout Indonesia. The water hyacinth plant was later categorized as a pest because it was considered a threat to the ecosystem by reducing the number of native species and causing negative impacts on socio-economic aspects such as silting of waters, destruction of fishery habitats and being one of the factors for flooding with overflowing river water. In addition, the process of cleaning water hyacinth by the local government janitor results in the buildup of water hyacinth on the shoulder of the road, making the environment look dirty and slum as well as narrowing access to vehicle paths which results in congestion. Water hyacinth (Eichornia crassipes) is a plant that becomes aquatic waste and its presence has not been widely used (Megawati 2015: 42). The purpose of this PKM is how to overcome water hyacinth problems and utilize water hyacinth as fertilizer. The method used in this PKM activity is by making direct observations to the partner's place in Puri Taman Sari, Kec. Tamalate Makassar City, which was then continued by conducting training to local community groups regarding the processing of water hyacinth into fertilizer using the composting method. The activity was carried out by dividing the residents into several small groups and each group being given technical training in making tools and how to process water hyacinth into fertilizer. By processing water hyacinth by residents, it produces 2 (two) types of fertilizers, namely in solid form (compost) and in liquid form which have been tested on residents' plants. From this activity, solutions have been found on how to overcome the problem of environmental pollution by water hyacinth and become effective and useful goods for the community.
Tanaman Enceng Gondok (Eichornia crassipes) merupakan tanaman air yang tergolong gulma yang banyak tumbuh subur di danau maupun di sungai di seluruh Indonesia. Tanaman enceng gondok belakangan dikategorikan sebagai hama karena dianggap mengancam ekosistem dengan menurunkan jumlah spesies asli dan menimbulkan dampak negatif pada aspek sosial ekonomi seperti pendangkalan perairan, rusaknya habitat perikanan serta menjadi salah satu faktor terjadinya banjir dengan peluapan air sungai. Selain itu proses pembersihan enceng gondok oleh petugas kebersihan pemerintah setempat mengakibatkan penumpukan enceng gondok di bahu jalan menjadikan lingkungan terlihat kotor dan kumuh juga mempersempit akses jalur kendaraan yang berimbas pada kemacetan. Enceng Gondok (Eichornia crassipes) merupakan tanaman yang menjadi limbah perairan dan keberadaannya belum banyak dimanfaatkan (megawati 2015 : 42) . Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah bagaimana mengatasi permasalahan enceng gondok serta memanfaatkan enceng gondok menjadi Pupuk. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PKM ini yakni dengan melakukan observasi langsung ke tempat mitra di Puri Taman Sari Kec. Tamalate Kota Makassar yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan pelatihan kepada kelompok warga setempat terkait pengolaan enceng gondok menjadi pupuk dengan metode komposting. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan membagi warga kedalam beberapa kelompok kecil dan setiap kelompok diberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan alat dan cara mengolah enceng gondok menjadi pupuk. Dengan pengolaan enceng gondok oleh warga menghasilkan 2 (dua) macam jenis pupuk yakni dalam bentuk padat (kompos) dan dalam bentuk cair yang telah diujicobakan terhadap tanaman warga. Dari kegiatan ini telah ditemukan solusi bagaimana mengatasi masalah pencemaran lingkungan oleh enceng gondok serta menjadi barang berhasil guna dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat
PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI UNTUK LAPORAN KEUANGAN BUMDES “OTABIU†DULAMAYO SELATAN, KABUPATEN GORONTALO
Get PDFPada Peraturan Pemerintah 11 tahun 2021 dan Permendes 3 tahun 2021 disebutkan bahwa Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan badan hukum yang didirikan desa guna mengelola usaha, memanfaatkan aset, mengembangkan investasi dan produktivitas, menyediakan jasa pelayanan, dan/atau menyediakan jenis usaha lainnya untuk sebcsar-besarnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Dalam prosesnya pengelolaan tersebut BUMDes harus mengedepankan prinsip akuntabel dan transparan, salah satu dari cara untuk mencapainya dengan memiliki laporan keuangan dari setiap kegiatan usaha. BUMDes Otabiu Desa Dulamayo Selatan didirikan tahun 2017 yang memiliki dua unit usaha, yaitu unit usaha pembiayaan dan unit usaha penyewaan alat transportasi. Namun demikian, hingga tahun 2021 desa memberikan dana penyertaan modal dari dana desa baru satu kali, yaitu pada awal pendirian. Hal itu terjadi karena tidak adanya laporan keungan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan oleh pengurus BUMDes. Dengan adanya masalah ini, Universitas Terbuka–Gorontalo menyelenggarakan pelatihan pemberdayaan BUMDes salah satu diantaranya adalah penggunaan aplikasi untuk membuat laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian dengan sistem ceramah meliputi pengenalan, penggunaan, diskusi dan tanya jawab mengenai masalah dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan, metode terakhir adalah praktek langsung dan solusi masalah penggunaan aplikasi. Aplikasi yang digunakan adalah “Aplikasi Sederhana Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Akuntansi Keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes)†yaitu berbasis Microsoft Excel. Aplikasi ini dipilih karena sederhana, tanpa instalasi aplikasi dan database, pengguna juga dapat dengan mudah menghapus dan memodifikasi atau menambahkan fungsi lain di dalam file untuk keperluan yang lebih khusus. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 27 peserta dari pengurus BUMDes termasuk pengawas, aparat desa, unsur masyarakat dari BPD, LPM Desa, serta pendamping lokal dan pendamping desa. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pelatihan adalah kemampuan pengurus BUMDes khususnya bendahara dalam membuat laporan keuangan melalui aplikasi serta berdampak terhadap keberhasilan memperoleh dana penyertaan desa untuk lebih memajukan usaha yang dimiliki BUMDes dalam mengelola potensi dan aset desa untuk kemajuan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat

Get PDFJamur Tiram merupakan peluang usaha yang belum digiatkan dengan baik padahal olahan produk ini diminati masyarakat dan hingga sekarang masih belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar sehingga harga jualnya menjadi mahal. Rumah Aspirasi Pemuda Bangka Belitung menggagas ide membudidayakan Jamur Tiram dan Blok kompos. Dipilih Jamur Tiram, karena bahan baku tersedia cukup banyak dan memiliki lahan yang baik. Sedangkan blok kompos adalah upaya diversifikasi atas olahan limbah sampah warga yang sudah dilakukan. Kelurahan Pangkalarang memiliki potensi yang baik untuk budidaya jamur tiram. Namun, warga belum mengetahui secara baik tentang jamur tiram, manfaat, maupun cara budidayanya. Unit pengelolaan limbah sampah mengolah hanya menjadi pupuk kompos, sehingga perlu pengenalan bahan pembuatan dan praktik blok kompos. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) untuk mengatasinya. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam dua sub kegiatan. Pertama adalah membuat blok kompos dan kedua budidaya jamur tiram. Kedua sub kegiatan tersebut meliputi tahap survei, persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan monitoring. Materi sosialisasi yang disampaikan adalah pemanfaatan dan pembuatan blok kompos serta pengenalan jamur tiram, manfaat, syarat tumbuh, dan cara budidaya jamur tiram. Disampaikan juga prospek peluang pasar. Produksi jamur tiram sudah 3 kali panen, yaitu bulan Agustus, September dan Oktober. Manfaat yang diperoleh adalah usaha baru yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat
The Effect of Organizational Commitment, Leadership and Culture Toward Performance of ASN Employees in The Regional Secretariat of Kaltim District
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of independent variables which include organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture toward dependent variable, namely employee performance. Research data is primary data in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale distributed directly to all research respondents. The sample in this study were employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the scope of the Regional Secretariat of East Halmahera Regency with a total of 105 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results obtained by the regression equation . The partial analysis results obtained t test, organizational commitment of leadership style of (6,1434), organizational culture of table then is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a partial effect on employee performance. While the results of the simultaneous analysis using the F test obtained the calculated F value (69,032) > F table then s rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture together (F test) has a positive effect on the performance of ASN employees in the Regional Secretariat of East Halmahera district
The Effect of Current Ratio and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices in Manufacturing Companies in the Agricultural Sector
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of (1) the effect current ratio on stock prices (2) the effect of earning per share on stock prices (3) the effect current ratio and earning per share on stock prices both partially and simultaneously on stock prices in agricultural sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock Exchange. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method correlation coefficient (R), The coefficient of determination (R2), f test and t test data types used are secondary data with a total sample size of 4 companies. The results of this study were obtained with a correlations value of (R) of 0,581 so there is a very strong relationship between the variable stock price and the variabel current ratio. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,338. Which means that 0f the variable stock price can be explained by the variable current ratio and earnings per share remaining can be explained by other variables not not axamined. In test f the f-count is and f table value of (4,334 > 3,59) with a significant value of (0,014 < 0,05) the current ratio and earning per share together have a significant effect on stock prices. X1 t-count 2,752 > t-table 2,109 means that current ratio has and effect but not significant on stock prices and the X2 t-test is 1,294 < 2,109 means that earning per share has but not effect but is not significant on stock in agricultural sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX, one and two rejected while the fifth hypothesis is accepte

BUMD Contribution as a Moderation of Association Between Revenue and Expenditure with Regional Financial Independence
Get PDFThis study aims to assess and analyze local revenue, balance funds, capital expenditures, and regional financial independence with the contribution of BUMD as a moderating variable. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was the District or City Government in the West Java Province of the Company in 2014-2019. The sampling technique was using the purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were districts or cities that still had a low level of independence as many as 72 sample units. Data analysis used moderate regression analysis (MRA) and Pearson correlation. The results showed that local revenue and capital expenditure had a positive correlation with regional financial independence and balance funds had a negative correlation with regional financial independence. Then the moderation regression analysis shows that the contribution of BUMD moderate negative towards regional financial independence, the contribution of BUMD results moderate positive towards regional financial independence. Meanwhile, the contribution of BUMD does not moderate the balance of funds towards regional financial independence

Ini membuktikan bahwa daerah-daerah kekuasaan di Asia Tenggara telah saling bertukar kebudayaan di masa lalu.
