Muslimpreneur Intentions: Analysis of Family Background
This research is based on the phenomenon of the problem of high unemployment and low Muslim entrepreneurship in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze and predict the influence of family background on the intention of the muslimpreneur. The population in this study is students of MA / SMA boarding schools in the city of Bandung. The sampling technique used was a non-probability-accidental sampling technique of 100 people. The method used is causal with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Patrial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that family background had a positive and significant effect on Muslimpreneur intentions in students of MA / SMA Pesantren in Bandung. The implication in this study is the higher the influence of family background, it will affect the intentions of Islamic entrepreneurship on students
The Rise of Cyber Warfare
A war in cyber domain has been already started, and its impact is quite devastating. Dangers arisen from the new kind of war ranged from economic disaster such financial accounts shutted or locked, technological problems, for example personal computer hacking and thievery of important data, also includes hacking into a country’s defense system and its use for personal benefit of a country or organization. The recent rise of 5G technology increases the possibility of these dangers to happen in real world. China currently holds the best 5G technology in the world in the hands of its leading company, Huawei. Heated politics between the US and China makes the possibility for China to use its technological advantage against its Western rivals and the whole world becomes very big. The US and its allies will definitely be retaliating against China with their own cyber weaponry, resulting in a large scale cyber warfare
The Impact of Covid- 19 to Capitalism Economic System: An Islamic Economic and Financial Perspective
The purpose of this article is to see how Covid-19 impacts the economy of a country, especially countries that have so far relied on the tourism service business. The research method is based on a literature study about Islamic economics and finance in the Covid-19 pandemic case. The analysis was done based on the facts collected from the literature, considering consistent facts and conclusions based on these facts after an analysis was completed. As a result, many businesses have been forced to stop and lay off their employees. Not to mention the other impacts besides business, namely health and education. The current economy is more dominated by the capitalist economic system, emphasizing the benefits of bringing a country's economic system's fragility. It is undeniable that the capitalist economic system has created prolonged problems, especially in creating social welfare. Even now, the world has seen the economic system's weakness and fragility, which has been used as the basis for economic development in every country, mostly European and western countries, that exist in the capitalist economic system. At the same time, people see an alternative system that has been proven to create social welfare, namely the Islamic economic system. The Islamic economic system has proven to be an anti-crisis system, be it economic, monetary, or financial crises. It is time for the ummah or society to leave the fragile economic system of Capitalism, to be replaced by an Islamic economic system that has been proven both conceptually, historically, and empirically while in a glorious Islamic civilization from the time of the Prophet Muhammad to the time of the Ottoman Turks
Model Pembinaan Taḥfīẓ Alquran pada Program Santri Taḥfīẓ Alquran Mukim Mahasiswa Tahun 2016 di Pondok Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid Bandung
Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang membahas tentang model pembinaan taḥfīẓ Alquran di Pondok Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai model pembinaan taḥfīẓ Alquran yang diterapkan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung dalam mendidik dan mengembangkan santri khususnya santri taḥfīẓ Alquran mukim mahasiswa hingga mampu melahirkan generasi yang ḥafīẓ Alquran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi serta triangulasi. Sedangkan dalam analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, koding dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Program STQ mahasiswa di Daarut Tauhiid Bandung memiliki visi dan misi serta tujuan yang jelas untuk melahirkan generasi ḥafīẓ Alquran yang memiliki ruhiah yang bagus dan akhlak mulia dengan dilandasi nilai-nilai Qurani. Selain itu, pada bagian perencanaan, kurikulum yang digunakan adalah kurikulum yang dirancang sendiri yang mencakup latar belakang program, tujuan program, struktur organisasi, sasaran dan target program, reciutmen program, tahapan kegiatan, metodologi pembelajaran, materi-materi, fasilitas dan mempersiapkan segala sesuatu yang mendukung pembinaan program taḥfīẓ Alquran. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan pembinaan ini menyesuaikan dengan keadaan santri mengingat santri memiliki aktivitas di luar asrama sebagai seorang mahasiswa yang aktif di kampus. Selain itu proses pendidikan Islam tidak hanya didapatkan dari kegiatan belajar mengajar saja, melainkan dari pembiasaan ibadah, kedisiplinan, dan lingkungan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung yang sangat mendukung. Sedangkan evaluasi yang terdapat dalam pembinaan ini di antaranya evaluasi santri, evaluasi aspek kinerja musyrifah dan evaluasi program itu sendiri yang dilaksanakan dengan rutin disetiap jadwal yang telah ditentutkan. Adapun model pembinaan taḥfīẓ Alquran yang diterapkan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung dalam mendidik dan mengembangkan santri taḥfīẓ Alquran mukim mahasiswa adalah model halaqah. Implikasinya, hasil penelitian mengenai model pembinaan taḥfiẓ Alquran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu contoh pada pelaksanaan program taḥfiẓ Alquran dalam melahirkan generasi ḥafīẓ Alquran yang memiliki ruhiah yang bagus dan akhlak mulia dengan dilandasi nilai-nilai Qurani.
This paper is a field research which discusses the model of taḥfīẓ Quran formation at the Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School in Bandung. This research uses descriptive method using qualitative. The program which is the object of research is the taḥfīẓ Alquran Daarut Tauhiid Bandung program specifically for the santri taḥfīẓ Quran mukim student program. In collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation studies and triangulation techniques. While the technique of data analysis uses data reduction, displaying data, coding and concluding. Based on the results of research, vision, mission and the purpose of the birth of this program integrated between the life of the world and the hereafter. In addition, in the planning section, the curriculum used is a self-designed curriculum that is installed program background, program objectives, organizational structure, target targets and programs, reciutmen program, excavation of activities, learning training, materials, facilities and search assistance. support the taḥfīẓ Quran coaching program. While in its implementation, this coaching activity adapts to the santri because the santri have activities in the outside dormitory as students who are active on campus. In addition, the process of Islamic education is not only obtained from teaching and learning activities, but also required by the guidance of worship, discipline, and the very supportive Daarut Tauhiid Bandung environment. While evaluations needed in this training are evaluated by the students, evaluation of the performance appraisal program and program evaluation itself is carried out routinely in every schedule that has been determined. Whereas the model for the guidance of the taḥfīẓ Quran applied by Daarut Tauhiid Bandung in educating and developing santri taḥfīẓ Quran mukim students is a model of halaqah. The implication, the results of research on the model of guidance of the taḥfīẓ Quran can be used as an example in the implementation of the taḥfīẓ Quran program in giving birth to a generation of ḥafīẓ Quran who have a good spirit and noble character based on Quranic values
Authentic Assessment in Islamic Education
This study is a literature study that discusses authentic assessment in the learning of Islamic religious education. Assessment that has been used in the assessment process at school is a traditional assessment, which tends to assess cognitive aspects, and ignores the affective and psychomotor aspects. Assessment should be able to assess all aspects, namely attitudes, skills, and knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to describe authentic assessments in the learning of Islamic Religious Education. The results of this study are descriptions of authentic assessments as an evaluation process of learning outcomes and student performance in applying it in real life. This is considered important because students are challenged to apply their knowledge and skills in real situations. This is because through authentic assessment teachers can also find out the extent of students' understanding and ability. With authentic assessment, the teacher will know the development of students from the data collected. In the use of authentic assessment, teachers are recommended to be able to operate computers, because the assessment format uses rubrics, and the teacher must also be prepared by making assessment formats used to evaluate students
Mindset Shift in Cyber Pedagogy: A Teacher's Strategy upon Learning from Home
As Covid 19 pandemic hits Indonesia, teaching-learning activities change dramatically. Learning from home becomes the only alternative in conducting distance education. From the earlier, this cyber pedagogy is assumed as an emergency step taken by the government. Consequently, teachers hold the learning process without clear objectives. Many complaints have occurred, and some improvements are proceeded to reinvent the quality of education. As a radical response toward the chaotic situation, this article is aimed at investigating two significant issues. The first is the requirement of mindset shift as the way to solve the cyber pedagogical problem. The second is the teachers' strategy in doing online learning. Theories about distance learning and quality are referred to as library research does. A descriptive qualitative approach was carried out, and in-depth interviews with parents, students, and teachers were taken. The result of the discussion is the mindset shift in teachers, parents, and stakeholders is required. The creative teachers who have good literacy in information technology are needed in running e-learning and conduct interactive learning from home
Growth Mindset of Quality Management in an Islamic School
The work aims at clarifying how the growth mindset plays a vital role in quality management at the Islamic school. As an active response towards industrial revolution 4.0, an Islamic school is faced with complex external challenges, from the issue of radicalism, anti-multiculturalism to tight competitiveness with the public (general) school. An Islamic school tends to feel satisfied with the output that school graduates are Al-Quran memorizers, while the school seems to ignore the input and process. At the same time, the government has stipulated the regulation dealing with national education standards being followed by educational stakeholders. Eight national educational standards become a reference in Islamic school quality management. The school is urged to provide human resources to meet the requirements. Library research was intensively carried out. Growth mindset becomes an essential basis in Islamic schools in developing quality concern as a total quality management philosophy requires continuous improvement tradition. Without a growth mindset in quality management at Islamic schools, quality improvement and school competitiveness are difficult to reach. This manuscript employed some theoretical references, such as mindset and quality.  
Spiritual Pedagogic Foundation: Analysis of Western and Islamic Sociological Theory
This research was conducted to review various problems in education and solutions in dealing with them. This research aims to explore Islamic and western sociological theories as a basis for spiritual pedagogic development. This study uses a qualitative approach and literature study methods. The results of this study indicate that Islam pays special attention to human potential as social beings. In the Quran, there are three sociological concepts, namely tadafu, ta'aruf, and ta'awun. The three of them are the foundation that strengthens that humans have a natural tendency to defend the truth and oppose evil, and live amid the diversity of characteristics of fellow humans. With various studies on sociology, inclusive Islamic education needs to be applied to foster students in caring for their relationship with God and with fellow humans. Thus, religion plays a role as a solution amid human life to form a civil society, promoting monotheism values in its social interactions
The Role of Islam in the Management and Administration of Brunei Darussalam
Islam plays an essential role in forming and shaping an Islamic country. Similarly, Brunei Darussalam, an Islamic country, has made every effort to inculcate Islamic values in various aspects of the country's management and administration. This concept paper aims to provide exposure regarding the role of Islam in the management and administration of Brunei Darussalam by describing the history of the arrival of Islam in Brunei Darussalam and the role of Islam in the management and administration of the country. This concept paper uses a qualitative method in the form of a library concerning secondary sources only. The results of the study found that the leadership of the Sultan is a major factor that contributes to the strong application of Islamic teachings in the management and administration of the country, and among the five main aspects that receive the influence of Islamic teachings are aspects of government and administration, administration of Islamic law, religious institutions, Islamic education, and economy. The effect of the application of Islamic teachings has strengthened the country's identity to become an Islamic state
Perhutanan Sosial di Indonesia dalam Perspektif Islam

Pada 2014 lahan pertanian yang tersedia sekitar 41,5 juta hektar sementara 63% wilayah adalah kawasan hutan. Luas lahan petani pada tahun 2017 rata-rata 0,36 hektar. Hal ini mendorong tingginya kemiskinan Indonesia yang tinggi dengan penduduk miskin sebanyak 27,77 juta orang atau 10,64 % dari jumlah total penduduk. Indek Pembangunan Manusia pada level 0,685 (kategori menengah). Upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dilakukan melalui pelibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan hutan. Praktek perhutanan sosial telah dimulai sejak tahun 1982 dengan berbagai perubahan skema. Program perhutanan sosial berdasarkan kebijakan yang ada sejak tahun 2007 hingga 2016 adalah Pengelolaan Hutan Berbasis Masyarakat, Hutan Desa, Hutan Kemasyarakatan, Hutan Tanaman Rakyat, dan Kemitraan, serta Hutan Adat. Perhutanan sosial dirasakan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan baik yang telah dirasakan maupun yang masih potensial di lapangan. Secara kelestarian hutan, perhutanan sosial dapat meningkatkan variasi jenis tanaman dan meningkatkan penutupan lahan. Perhutanan sosial juga dapat mengurangi konflik tenurial melalui penyerapan tenaga kerja, pemberian rasa aman dan pemberian ketenangan berusaha pada kawasan hutan. Pendampingan kepada pelaku perhutanan sosial dan pemastian tidak terjadi pemindahan hak kelola merupakan pelajaran penting dari penelitian ini.
Indonesia is an agricultural country with a number of farmers reaching 44% of the total workforce or around 46.7 million in 2009. In 2014 the available agricultural land was around 41.5 million hectares while 63% of the area was forested. The land area of farmers in 2017 averages 0.36 hectares. This has led to a high rate of Indonesian poverty with a poor population of 27.77 million people or 10.64% of the total population. Human Development Index at level 0.685 (middle category). Efforts to improve community welfare are carried out through community involvement in forest management. Social forestry practices have been started since 1982 with various schema changes. Social forestry programs based on existing policies from 2007 to 2016 are Community Based Forest Management, Village Forests, Community Forests, Community Plantation Forests, and Partnerships, and Customary Forests. Social forestry is felt to be able to increase both perceived and potential income in the field. In terms of forest sustainability, social forestry can increase variety of crops and increase land cover. Social forestry can also reduce tenurial conflicts through labor absorption, providing security and providing business peace in the forest area. Assistance to social forestry actors and ensuring that there is no transfer of management rights is an important lesson from this research
