Nyní autor rozebírá intelektuální vlastnosti člověka určující pro životní postoje. Říká, že musíme rozvíjet duchovní základnu a vytvářet tak sociální a emoční rovnováhu, jež usnadňuje kognitivní proces učení a může vést k udržitelnému jednání. Český překlad je zkrácenou verzí původního příspěvku.In the foregoing article I painted my starting point as regards our sustainable behaviour, putting across each other dualism and unity, at which in my view it is a must to learn to behave from unity. Now I will take a look as well at our appreciation in life, determining for our character, as at our brains, determining for our mental attitude. The one and the other belong together and I will argue that we have to develop the spiritual base for the social and emotional balance that facilitates the cognitive learning process and may lead towards sustainable acting

No full textTouha po jednotě je základem myšlení, které má dlouhodobou perspektivu; z této duchovní roviny vychází náš emocionální i kognitivní rozvoj. Článek rozebírá souvislosti života s organizační strukturou, ve které se odehrává. Samozřejmě jde opět o čistě osobní hledisko; záměrem je podat vysvětlení komplementární, které nepovede ke kritickým střetům. Takový přístup je také nutností, pokud chceme překonat dualismus a směřovat k jednotě života. Směřování k udržitelnosti je jedno, o když dává každému dostatečný prostor. To je však ideálem; současná realita je zlomený svět.In this series of articles I have exposed for sustainability we should understand our behaviour in connection to awareness with the belonging role of education. Awareness of our own dualism and at the same time our longing for unity. Mankind has to learn to develop his/her brains in the direction of unity of mind in consistency with long term thinking. This has a religious dimension and the spiritual development forms a base for as well our emotional as our cognitive dimension. In this article I will try to go further into this matter and point out the coherence with the organizational structure in which we should have to live
