    Analisis Kemampuan Koneksi Matematis Siswa Pada Materi Trigonometri Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024

    Students\u27 mathematical connection abilities are one of the abilities that really needs to be improved in order to be able to face the challenges of education in the 21st century. The aim of this research is to describe students\u27 mathematical connection abilities in working on questions using Trigonometry material. The research method used a qualitative descriptive method which was taken from Xth Class of SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran in 2023/2024 Academic Year. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The subjects in this research are 36 students in class The results of this research show that the mathematical connection abilities of Class with a percentage of 39% and a high score category of 10 students with a percentage of 28%. then take an interview sample of 2 students to strengthen the research results

    PENGEMBANGAN LKPD BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN GOOGLE SITES TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan LKPD Berbasis Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Google Sites Terhadap Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa Kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Lima Puluh T.A 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Reserch and development). Dari hasil penelitian bahwa LKPD Berbasis Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Google Sites dapat dinyatakan sebagai LKPD yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Karena produk mendapatkan skor kevalidan 90,00% dengan kategori sangat valid oleh 3 orang validator. Kepraktisan produk mendapatkan skor kepraktisan 91,71% dengan kategori sangat praktis dilihat dari hasil respon guru dan 92,50% dengan kategori sangat praktis dilihat dari hasil respon 34 orang peserta didik terhadap penggunaan LKPD Berbasis Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Google Sites pada materi SPLTV. Sedangkan keefektifan LKPD mendapatkan kategori sangat efektif karena ketuntasan peserta didik telah mencapai 85,29%  dilihat dari hasil tes yang diberikan kepada peserta didik yang telah di uji coba. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan terbukti bahwa  LKPD berbasis problem based learning berbantuan google sites layak untuk digunakan

    This study aims to determine whether the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model is effective in improving students\u27 mathematical problem-solving abilities in the material of two-variable linear equation systems (SPLDV) of class VIII-A SMP Swasta Taman Siswa in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a two-group pre-test and post-test research design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII consisting of 2 classes. The research sample used was 2 classes (Class VIII-A and Class VIII-B). In class VIII-A as an experimental class using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model and class VIII-B as a control class using the Expository learning model. The average pre-test score in the experimental class was (64,20) while the average score in the control class was (68,88). After the learning was completed, the average post-test score in the experimental class was (82,04) while the average score in the control class was (76,24). The results of the T test obtained t_(count) (2,4820) > t_table (1,6735). H_a is accepted, thus there is a positive and significant influence in the application of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model on students\u27 mathematical problem solving abilities assisted by the Articulate Storyline 3 application

    PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS

    The aim of this study is to determine whether there is an effect or not the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on critical thinking skills in the spatial structure subject at VIIIth class students of MTs Citra Abdi Negoro in 2024/2025 Academic Year. The type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a two-group pre-test and post-test research design. The population are all VIIIth class students consisting of 3 classes. The research sample are 2 classes (VIII-1 and VIII-2 class). VIIIth-1 class as an experimental class using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model and in VIIIth-2 class as a control class with a conventional learning model. The average pre-test score in the experimental class (54.93) while the average score in the control class (53.80). After completing the learning, a post-test was obtained with an average result of the experimental class (75.80) and the control class (63.17). The t-test results obtained = 3.083 > = 2.002, means it is accepted and there is a positive and significant influence in the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on Critical Thinking Skills Assisted by Interactive Videos at VIIIth class students of MTs Citra Abdi Negoro in 2024/2025 Academic Year

    This study aims to determine the effect of the Treffinger Learning Model in terms of students\u27 problem-solving abilities on flat geometry materials assisted by Wizer.me at SMP Negeri 2 Nibung Hangus. The research method is quasi-experimental research. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that have been carried out regarding the application of the Treffingger learning model assisted by wizer.me on students\u27 problem-solving abilities, it was obtained that the t-test results obtained t_(count)> t_(table) (3.037>1.669) then H (0) was rejected and H (1) was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Treffingger learning model assisted by wizer.me on students\u27 problem-solving abilities. This means that the problem-solving abilities of students who are taught using the Treffingger learning model using the help of wizer.me are better than the problem-solving abilities of students who are taught using conventional learning models

    This study aims to determine whether the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model can inmprove students, mathematical problem solving abilities on the space building material at Xith class students of SMK N 1 Aek Kuasan in the 2024/2025 academic year. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a two-group pre-test and post-test research design. The population in this study are all students al Xith class student of SMK N 1 Aek Kuasan the research sample is 2 classes (XI-1 Class and XI-2 class) XI-1 class as an experimental class using the Project Based Learning (PJBL) Learning model andd XI-2 class a control class using the convensional learning model. The average pretest score in the experimental class (69.11) while teh average score in the control class (66). After completing the learning. The average posttest score in the experimental class is (84.61) hile the average score in the control class is (57.37) the T-Test results are accepted, thus there is a positive and significant influence on improving students, problem solving ability using the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model assisted by Augmented Reality Applications ar the Xith class students of SMK N 1 Aek Kuasan in 2024/2025 academic year

    This study aims to determine the Influence of Think, Pair and Share (TPS) Learning Model Assisted by Wordwall Website Reviewed from Problem Solving Ability at SMP. This research is conducted using the Experimental Research method. The population of this study are all students of class VII of SMP Swasta Methodist 2 Kisaran which consisted of 2 classes containing 56 students. The entire population is used as a sample using the total sampling technique. The sample is divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. The experimental group is taught using the Think, Pair and Share Learning Model Assisted by the Wordwall Website and the control group is taught without using Think, Pair and Share. The data collection instrument was an explanation test. Data were analyzed using the t-test formula. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between the Think, Pair and Share Learning Model Assisted by the Wordwall Website Reviewed from Problem Solving Ability at SMP Methodist 2 Kisaran

    PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN AUDIO VISUAL BERBANTUAN APLIKASI ANIMAKER TERHADAPKEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH

    The aim of this study is to determine the development of audio-visual learning media assisted by the Animaker application. This type of research is a development research with a 4D model. The population are  XIth class Ismail students of Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al-Washliyah Petatal. The results of the study, Is concluded that audio-visual learning media assisted by the Animaker application can be stated as a valid, practical, and effective media for further use as a mathematics learning medium. Due to the product has got a validity score of 92.66% with a very valid category by 3 validators. The practicality of the product got a practicality score of 92.50 with a very practical category seen from the results of teacher responses and 91.44 with a very practical category seen from the results of the responses of 34 students to the use of mathematics learning media assisted by the Animaker application on the material of arithmetic sequences and series. While the effectiveness of the media got a very effective category because the completeness of students had reached 91.18%, seen from the results of the tests given to students in the trial. Based on the research, it is proven that audio-visual learning media assisted by the Animaker application is valid indeed, practical, and very effective indeed to use in learning. Audio-visual learning media assisted by the Animaker application is produced and can be used in mathematics learning with the aim of helping students understand the material

    The rapid advancement of information technology has fostered the emergence of new media that can be utilized in various fields, including education. Among these, podcasts have gained prominence as dynamic and accessible platforms with great potential for enhancing the learning experience. This study aims to examine the effectiveness and pedagogical value of podcasts as a learning medium in teaching the Indonesian language. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through literature review, observation, and documentation of academic sources such as scholarly books and journal articles. The data were analyzed using content analysis to interpret the role of podcasts in educational contexts. The findings indicate that podcasts are not only effective and practical but also contribute significantly to creating interactive learning environments and improving students’ Indonesian language proficiency. Moreover, podcasts offer diverse, flexible content that fosters student engagement and motivation. Thus, integrating podcasts into language instruction represents a relevant and innovative approach to enhancing the quality of Indonesian language education in the digital age.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manfaat media siniar (podcast) sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Seiring kemajuan zaman, media baru seperti siniar telah menjadi sumber informasi yang kaya dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai tujuan, termasuk pendidikan. Dalam konteks pembelajaran, siniar menawarkan beragam video pembelajaran yang dapat dipilih dan digunakan oleh guru untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengacu pada literatur ilmiah, termasuk buku dan artikel jurnal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian dari berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa siniar sangat efektif, praktis, dan memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Manfaat tersebut meliputi kemudahan akses, kemampuan untuk diputar berulang kali, penambahan variasi dalam pembelajaran, peningkatan interaktivitas, pengembangan kemampuan menyimak dan berbicara, peningkatan literasi, serta membantu siswa mengembangkan ide dan gagasan kreatif dalam menulis puisi dan cerpen. Dengan demikian, siniar terbukti menjadi media pembelajaran yang berharga untuk meningkatkan kompetensi berbahasa Indonesia siswa. Kata Kunci: Podcast, audio visual, Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesi

    PENGAWASAN PENERAPAN HUKUM DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 94 TAHUN 2021

    Pegawai yang bekerja di Pemerintahan disebut sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) sebagai unsur utama Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) aparatur negara mempunyai peranan yang menentukan keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pembangunan. Metode penelitian hukum yang digunakan yaitu normatif empiris yang didukung wawancara, dengan pengumpulan data dengan cara studi dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Pelaksanaan Peraturan Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 94 Tahun 2021 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil nyatanya belum memberikan peningkatan terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan selanjutnya hambatan-hambatan yang ada dalam pelaksanaan kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil adalah, masih rendahnya kesadaran pegawai untuk berbuat dan bersikap disiplin dalam pelaksanaan tugas misalnya keterlambatan masuk kerja, bolos kerja. Pengawasan terhadap disiplin Aparatur Sipil Negara berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 94 Tahun 2021 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kantor Camat Pulo Bandring telah dilaksanakan sejak pelaksanaan peraturan tersebut diberlakukan. Penerapan peraturan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kecilnya jumlah pelanggaran disiplin di lingkungan Kantor Camat Pulo Bandring.   Pelaksanaan penegakan hukum disiplin bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kantor Camat Pulo Bandring telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 94 Tahun 2021 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil jika apabila ada laporan atau temuan dugaan pelanggaran, maka selanjutnya hasil pemeriksaan oleh Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Asahan, yang mana apabila Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kabupaten Asahan tidak profesional dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Asahan akan memberikan suatu sanksi adminitrasi yang dalam hal ini dapat berupa penurunan pangkat ataupun penundaan kenaikan pangkat ataupun pula adanya pemecatan terhadap oknum Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kabupaten Asahan
