    Kebijakan Pengawasan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam Pelaksanaan Audit Dana Desa oleh Kepala Desa

    Accountable and transparent management of Village Funds is key to achieving sustainable village development. In this regard, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) plays a strategic role as an oversight body for village governance, including overseeing the Village Fund audit conducted by the village head. This article aims to analyze the oversight policies that the BPD can implement and identify challenges and strategies for strengthening this role. The writing method used is a desk study of laws and regulations and related literature. The analysis reveals that the main obstacles facing the BPD in carrying out its functions are limited capacity, access to information, and unequal power relations with the village head. Therefore, policies are needed to support increased BPD capacity, village financial transparency, and collaboration with external oversight institutions. With effective oversight, the BPD can become a crucial pillar in realizing good and integrated village financial governance. Pengelolaan Dana Desa yang akuntabel dan transparan merupakan kunci utama dalam mewujudkan pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan. Dalam hal ini, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) memiliki peran strategis sebagai lembaga pengawas terhadap pelaksanaan pemerintahan desa, termasuk dalam pengawasan pelaksanaan audit Dana Desa oleh kepala desa. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pengawasan yang dapat dilakukan oleh BPD, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan strategi penguatan peran tersebut. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan literatur terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kendala utama BPD dalam menjalankan fungsinya adalah keterbatasan kapasitas, akses informasi, dan ketimpangan relasi kuasa dengan kepala desa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan yang mendukung peningkatan kapasitas BPD, transparansi keuangan desa, serta kolaborasi dengan lembaga pengawas eksternal. Dengan pengawasan yang efektif, BPD dapat menjadi pilar penting dalam mewujudkan tata kelola keuangan desa yang baik dan berintegritas

    This research aimed to find out whether  the effectiveness of the Understanding by Design (UbD) approach in enhancing students\u27 skills in writing descriptive texts. The study was conducted on Grade X students at SMK Tengku Amir Hamzah during the 2024/2025 academic year. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through essay-based tests. The findings revealed that the experimental group had an average pre-test score of 58.57, while the control group averaged 47.10, indicating a 20.62% improvement. The use of Understanding by Design in teaching descriptive writing proved to be effective in improving students’ performance. Data analysis was carried out using a t-test, which showed a t-score of 3.88, higher than the critical value of 2.012 at a 46-degree of freedom significance level.     THE EFFECT OF ESTAFET WRITING METHOD ON STUDENTS’ ABILITY IN WRITING NARRATIVE TEXT

    The aim of this research is to assess whether the estafet writing method has an impact on abilty of students to write narrative texts in tenth grade at SMA Swasta Islam Terpadu Al Izzah in 2024/2025 academic year. This research employs quasi experimental design, which includes two groups: a control group and an experimental group. The population consists of all tenth grade students, divided into three classes. The sample for this research includes two classes (X-1 and X-2), selected through simple random sampling. X-1 serves as the experimental group, that is taught using estafet writing method, while X-2 is the control group, taught using Lecturing model. After completing the learning process, a post-test is administered, revealing an average score of 76,7 for the experimental group and 59 for the control group. The t-test result shows T = 3.19, which is greater than the critical value of T-table = 2.02, thus confirming that Ha is accepted. Consequently, it is concluded that the estafet writing method has a significant effect on students’ ability to write narrative texts in tenth grade at SMA Swasta Islam Terpadu Al Izza

    PENGARUH MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR TINGKAT TINGGI SISWA

    Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui pengaruh model project based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa  di Mts Nurul Iman tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas  VIII. Dua kelas dipilih secara purposive sampling untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Kelas VIII-A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diajarkan dengan menerapkan model Project based learning dengan media puzle pythagoras sedangkan kelas VIII-B sebagai kelas kontrol diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran langsung. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa skor kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang dianalisis dengan uji-t. Berdasarkan data kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang telah diperoleh, diketahui bahwa rata-rata nilai kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas eksperimen (67.46667)  dari kelas kontrol (62.36667). Dari hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh  yaitu 1.998718 1.671552 maka  ditolak dan  diterima.     ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF MATEMATIS SISWA MELALUI MODEL REALISTIC MATHEMATIC EDUCATION (RME) BERBANTUAN WIZER.ME

    This study aims to analyze students’ creative thinking skills and identify the factors that influence these skills in mathematics learning. A qualitative approach was used with the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model. The research involved 30 seventh-grade students from Class VII A. Data were collected through creative thinking tests and documentation, with the tests administered door to door. The results show that the average level of students’ creative thinking ability was 28.13%, categorized as moderate. Further analysis indicates that students in the high and medium groups did not face significant barriers related to factors affecting creative thinking, whereas those in the low group experienced difficulties in intrinsic motivation and prior knowledge. These obstacles limited their ability to generate ideas and solve problems creatively. The findings suggest that the RME model can support the development of creative thinking skills, although additional support is needed for students with low motivation and limited conceptual understanding

    This study aims to determine whether or not the Read, Cover, Remember, Retell (RCRR) strategy has a significant effect on students\u27 reading comprehension at SMK Negeri 1 Talawi in the academic year 2022/2023. Research method applied is experimental research (quantitative approach). The research instrument is a test. It is divided into two types of test, Pretest and post-test. The pretest is given before using the strategy and the post-test is given after using the strategy. The type of test is multiple choice consisting of 20 questions. The population of this research is the first grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Talawi. The samples of this study was X-APAT  and X-APHPI were comprises 36 students for each class. The students of X-APAT  were as the experimental class and X-APHPI as the control class. The data analyzed by statistic formula of T-test. The formula was used as a test to demonstrate that the experimental group\u27s mean was greater than the control group\u27s. In order to determine if the test\u27s results were acceptable or not, a hypothesis was tested. After putting the data through a formula to analyze it, the results showed that the experimental group\u27s mean was 53.5 while the control group\u27s mean was 52.3. This means that the experimental group\u27s mean was higher than the control group\u27s mean 53.5 > 52.3

    Masyarakat pedesaan kerap menjadikan lahan sebagai instrumen pendukung ekonomi dan keberlangsungan hidup. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatannya adalah melalui gadai lahan, yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan meningkatkan taraf ekonomi mereka. Di Desa Silo Bonto, Kecamatan Silau Laut, Kabupaten Asahan, praktik gadai tanah dikenal dengan istilah menggadai. Transaksi ini didasarkan pada prinsip saling percaya antara kedua belah pihak, yaitu pemberi gadai dan penerima gadai, adapun tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Gadai Tanah Pertanian Di Desa Silo Bonto Kecamatan Silau Laut Kabupaten Asahan serta Kajian Yuridis Terhadap pelaksanaan Pengembalian Gadai Tanah pertanian di Desa Silo Bonto Kecamatan Silau Laut Berdasarkan Pasal 7 Undang-Undang Nomor. 56 Prpu tahun 1960. Adapun hasil penelitian ini Masyarakat Desa Silo Bonto melakukan gadai tanah dipicu oleh faktor ekonomi seperti kebutuhan modal usaha dan biaya pendidikan. Praktik ini berlandaskan pada adat dan kebiasaan lokal yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai kekeluargaan dan gotong royong, meskipun bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang No. 56 Prp Tahun 1960. Masyarakat lebih memilih mengikuti aturan adat daripada peraturan formal, mencerminkan pengaruh signifikan norma dan nilai lokal dalam mengatur transaksi gadai tanah di desa tersebut

    Indonesia memiliki provinsi dan kabupaten / kota yang bertanggung jawab untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Sejak Indonesia memiliki kemerdekaan, pemerintah telah mengakui pentingnya desa dan fungsinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana masa jabatan kepala desa diubah dari Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa menjadi Undang - Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2024 dan bagaimana perubahan kedua ini berdampak pada Undang - Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. dengan pendekatan penelitian hukum normative yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian hukum normatif adalah jenis penelitian yang berpusat pada analisis standar atau prinsip hukum. Undang -  Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, yang kemudian diubah menjadi Undang  - Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2024, mengatur desa secara signifikan. Studi ini melihat bagaimana masa jabatan kepala desa berubah dari 18 tahun maksimal menjadi 6 tahun per periode dengan batas dua periode, atau total 12 tahun. Perubahan ini dibuat untuk menghindari penyalahgunaan kekuasaan dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemerintahan desa.     THE EFFECT OF USING BRAINSTORMING METHOD IN WRITING ABOUT NARRATIVE TEXT

    The purpose of this study\u27s to determine whether there\u27s  an influence in the brainstorming method on the students writing ability of narrative text for class X SMA N 1 Ujung Padang in the academic year 2022/2023. This type of research is a quantitative research with a research design of two groups, pre-test and post-test. The population in this research is all class X which consist of two classes. The research sample consisted of two classes (class Xth IPA 2 and Xth IPA 3) which were taken in a random. In class Xth IPA 2 as an Experimental class using a brainstorming method and class Xth  IPA 3 as a control class using conventional learning. After the learning was given, the post-test was obtained with an average result of 80,94 for the experimental class and 54,0 for the control class. The result of the t-test obtained t’count = 19,4 > t-table = 0,067811, then Ha is accepted, this obtained there is an influence on student learning outcomes using a brainstorming method on the result of students writing ability of narrative text for class X SMA N 1 Ujung Padang.Â

    STUDI KOMPARATIF ANALISIS SEISMIK PADA STRUKTUR DASAR TETAP DAN DASAR TERISOLASI

    Many engineers in the world have tried to conduct research to overcome building structures that have been destroyed by sudden powerful earthquakes. One popular method is the base isolation system. This system has proven effective and is an alternative to overcome strong earthquake forces. This method is very suitable to be applied in Indonesia, because Indonesia is classified as an earthquake-prone country. This study analyzes building structures that use base isolators to reduce earthquake forces and compares them with conventional building structures. The earthquake force that enters the building structure can cause multidimensional movements that contribute to horizontal displacement in the x-direction, y-direction and rotational directions, which cause damage to the building structure. The results of the analysis prove that structures that use base isolators can reduce displacement responses (drift stories), it can be seen that the relative displacement between levels after using base isolators becomes smaller compared to fixed base structures.
