Penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi kindfull-digital character book
Full text linkKindfull-digital character book is a character monitoring application based-android and website. Its use is an alternative instrument for strengthening character education. This application made the character monitoring process easier, faster and more precise than the manual process. The purposes of this activity are to introduce, develop and provide skills in using the kindfull-digital character book application as an effective and efficient monitoring instrument for student character. The target users were teachers, parents and students. The method were used training, workshops and assistance in the use of information technology. This, results showed that are easy to learn and operate by users and are easily adapted to user needs. Monitoring this digital character through self-assessment, so it emphasizes the honesty of students, parents and teachers. Based on the results of the evaluation, users felt the usefulness and ease of using the application. Teachers and parents can work together in strengthening student character education. Economically, this application can be used repeatedly, by adding the desired character indicator. Teachers are no longer preoccupied with technical activities but can concentrate on strengthening student character.Kindfull-digital character book adalah aplikasi pemantauan karakter berbasis android dan website. Penggunaannya menjadi alternatif instrumen penguatan pendidikan karakter. Aplikasi digital ini membuat proses pemantauan karakter menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan tepat dibandingkan proses manual. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengenalkan, mengembangkan dan memberikan ketrampilan penggunaan aplikasi kindfull-digital character book sebagai instrumen pemantauan karakter siswa yang efektif dan efisien. Sasaran pengguna aplikasi ini adalah guru, orang tua dan siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, workshop dan pendampingan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang mudah dipelajari dan dioperasikan pengguna serta mudah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Pemantauan karakter digital ini menggunakan self assessment, sehingga sangat menekankan pada kejujuran baik dari siswa, orang tua dan guru. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, pengguna merasakan kegunaan dan kemudahan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Guru dan orangtua dapat bekerjasama dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa. Secara ekonomis, aplikasi ini dapat digunakan secara berulang, dengan menambahkan indikator karakter yang diinginkan. Guru tidak lagi disibukkan oleh aktivitas teknis, tetapi dapat berkonsentrasi pada upaya penguatan karakter siswa

Full text linkCovid-19 has an impact on the decrease in trading activity in Dusun.Srumbung Gunung, because marketing activities still rely on physical stores. The purpose of community service activities is to develop a Pasar Dusun website and train website administrators welcoming the new normality. This activity was carried out with a descriptive approach using two methods. First, mentoring was done to start the Website of Pasar Dusun. Second, the training of administrators who are in charge and responsible for managing trade transactions that occur on the website of Pasar Dusun was carried on. The result of this activity is the availability of a Dusun Market website that can be accessed on https://pasardusun.sakoo.id/. Since, August 13, 2020 to September 19, there have been 9 successful trade transactions on the website of Pasar Dusun with a total of 165 products sold. This shows the contribution of digital marketing to increase the income of villagers after Covid-19. The results of the training of administrators, website managers have been able to maintain and update information related to buying and selling activities on the website of Pasar Dusun

Full text linkPangkah Kulon is one of the villages in Gresik Regency which is located in Ujung Pangkah District, Gresik, East Java. The lack of public knowledge about fish processing makes people required to be more creative in increasing the selling value of fish into processed products. So far, fresh fish caught by fishermen are sold directly to middlemen, while fresh fish that do not pass the sorting is simply thrown away. To increase the economic value of fish into high selling value products, training in the production of fish crackers is carried out. The training was conducted on the socialization of creative preparations, training on the manufacture and creative industry of fish crackers. In this training, participants (fishermen's wives) are trained to operate production equipment, from dough making, milling, to cutting. The knowledge and skills provided can be used as a pioneering effort for the fish cracker creative industry which is a favorite food for the community in general. In addition, it is also a business opportunity that can increase household income

Full text linkUlugalung Village, which is located in Bantaeng Regency, often experiences fertilizer scarcity problems. On the other hand, natural resources in the form of rice straw are very abundant there. However, the community does not have adequate knowledge and skills to process rice straw into organic fertilizer. Therefore, training is needed to help the community overcome these problems. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of the community in Ulugalung Village in making organic fertilizer by utilizing a technology-based fermentation tube composter. This activity combines the lecture method in delivering training materials, as well as a demonstration method to provide skills and experience in making organic fertilizers made from rice straw waste. This activity involved academics, the government, the Pullauweng farmer group, and the Ulugalung villagers. The results of this activity show that the level of achievement of the goals of this service activity is very good, with an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants by 87.7%. This percentage indicates that participants understand the knowledge related to straw composting and can practice the process of composting rice straw using technology-based fermentation tubes independently.Desa Ulugalung yang terletak di Kabupaten Bantaeng sering kali mengalami masalah kelangkaan pupuk. Di lain sisi, sumber daya alam berupa jerami padi sangat melimpah disana. Akan tetapi, masyarakat tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai untuk mengolah jerami padi menjadi pupuk organik. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pelatihan untuk membantu masyarakat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat di Desa Ulugalung dalam membuat pupuk organik dengan memanfaatkan komposter tabung fermentasi berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan ini menggabungkan metode ceramah dalam menyampaikan materi pelatihan, serta metode demonstrasi untuk memberikan keterampilan dan pengalaman dalam pembuatan pupuk organik berbahan dasar limbah jerami padi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan akademisi, pemerintah, kelompok tani Pullauweng, serta masyarakat Desa Ulugalung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan tingkat ketercapaian tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat baik, dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta sebesar 87.7%. Persentase ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami pengetahuan terkait pengomposan jerami dan dapat mempraktikkan proses pengomposan jerami padi menggunakan tabung fermentasi berbasis teknologi secara mandiri

Full text linkTasikmalaya regency has great potential in the development of the livestock sector due to land use which is dominated by agricultural activities as a producer of forage. The current problem is the supply of forage which is influenced by the season. This service program aims to overcome these problems so as to increase the productivity of the livestock business. This service includes several stages, namely counseling, training, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. The time and place of the activity is from 5th June to 15th July 2021 in Setiawaras Village, Tasikmalaya Regency. Extension activities and training on feed processing with M-Bio technology have a positive impact in terms of the quantity and quality of feed. The use of local ingredients and M-Bio produces feed that can be stored for a week with complete nutrient content. In the long term, this activity will increase knowledge, skills and independence of farmers. Results of evaluation show attitude of farmers who are enthusiastic and satisfied with this activity

Full text linkThe existence of the co-19 pandemic is the cause of the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), which resulted in almost all Indonesian people can only carry out their activities at home. As a result of the high activity being carried out at home, the by-products in the form of garbage also increased a lot. Both organic and inorganic waste, which often cannot be utilized. On the other hand, the educational process that usually occurs in schools now has to move to the house, with the mother acting as a teacher. Of the many stimulation needs that must be obtained by early childhood, religious values become the main thing that needs to be instilled as a foundation for them to be able to live their lives later. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of parents to use waste as a medium of Islamic learning in children. The activity was carried out in the South Tangerang area, with 15 participants having pre-school age children. The activity was carried out using the method of presenting material using a zoom cloud meeting, giving video tutorials, presenting the results of the work, and giving assignments. The results of the activity show that there are many media that participants can produce based on waste, especially cardboard and plastic, to be used in Islamic religious learning in early childhood.Adanya pandemik covid-19 menjadi penyebab diberlakukannya pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB), yang mengakibatkan hampir seluruh masyarakat Indonesia hanya dapat melakukan aktivitasnya di rumah. Sebagai akibat tingginya aktivitas yang dilakukan di rumah, produk sampingan berupa sampah juga bertambah banyak. Baik sampah organik maupun anorganik, yang seringkali tidak dapat dimanfaatkan. Di sisi lain, proses pendidikan yang biasanya terjadi di sekolah kini pun harus berpindah ke rumah, dengan ibu yang berperan sebagai guru. Dari banyaknya kebutuhan stimulasi yang harus didapat anak usia dini, nilai agama menjadi hal utama yang perlu ditanamkan sebagai pondasi bagi mereka untuk dapat menjalani kehidupannya kelak. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan orangtua dalam memanfaatkan limbah sampah sebagai media pembelajaran agama Islam pada anak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di wilayah Tangerang Selatan, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 15 orang yang memiliki anak usia pra sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode pemaparan materi menggunakan zoom cloud meeting, pemberian video tutorial, pemaparan hasil karya, serta pemberian tugas pembuatan media. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan banyaknya media yang dapat dihasilkan peserta berbahan dasar limbah sampah, khususnya kardus dan plastik. Full text linkEcological restoration of peatlands leads to the destruction of peatland ecosystems caused by human activities, whether intentional or not. As a result of the damage caused various kinds of problems such as land fires. Tanjung Leban Village is one of the villages with a fairly high rate of fire, especially in 2012, 2013, and 2015. Many burnt lands are left unused, which in turn becomes a fire-prone area due to the lack of control over the land. In response to this, it is necessary to carry out peatland ecological restoration activities in Tanjung Leban Village through revegetation activities. Implementation of activities with the mentoring method through village facilitators stationed in Tanjung Leban Village. The implementation process begins with socialization, which continues with group formation, procurement of seeds, land clearing, and planting. The implementation of this revegetation focuses on the participation of the community who are members of the Peat Care Community Group (MPG) in Tanjung Leban Village. This activity was carried out in the community area (group members) with an area of 14.7 ha and 14,381 plants. The number of plants is divided into 2 categories, namely natural wood species and fruit plants.Restorasi ekologi lahan gambut bermuara pada kerusakan ekosistem lahan gambut yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia baik disengaja maupun tidak. Akibat dari kerusakan tersebut menimbulkan berbagai macam masalah seperti kebakaran lahan. Di Desa Tanjung Leban merupakan salah satu desa dengan tingkat kebakaran cukup tinggi terutama pada tahun 2012, 2013, dan 2015. Banyak lahan bekas terbakar dibiarkan menjadi lahan tidur yang pada akhirnya menjadi areal yang rawan kebakaran karena kurangnya kontrol terhadap lahan tersebut. Menyikapi hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan restorasi ekologi lahan gambut di Desa Tanjung Leban melalui kegiatan revegetasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan motode pendampingan melalui fasilitator desa yang ditempatkan di Desa Tanjung Leban. Rangkaian Proses pelaksanaan diawali dengan sosialisasi yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembentukan kelompok, pengadaan bibit, pembersihan lahan, dan penanaman. Pelaksanaan revegetasi ini menitikberatkan pada partisipasi masyarakat yang tergabung kedalam kelompok masyarakat peduli gambut (MPG) Desa Tanjung Leban. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di areal masyarakat (anggota kelompok) dengan luasan 14,7 ha dan jumlah tanaman sebanyak 14.381 batang. Jumlah tanaman tersebut terbagi menjadi 2 kategori yaitu tanaman jenis kayu alam dan tanaman jenis buah-buahan
The potential processing of rice husk waste as an alternative media for ornamental plants
Full text linkThe problem of rice husk waste as a result of rice processing is a major problem in Sanrego Village, especially in the Pada Elo' Farmer Group. The accumulation of rice husk waste while the land area to accommodate a lot of rice husk waste during the harvest season forced the farmer groups to burn it. However, another problem that arises is the emergence of air pollution and the results of burning rice husk waste are useless because they are not used properly. Therefore, this community service will process the potential of rice husk waste into husk charcoal by providing information, knowledge, and skills on how to process rice husk waste into rice husk charcoal which can be used as an alternative media for ornamental plants which are currently the prima donna. The implementation method consists of three stages, namely Tudang Sipulung, Mario-rio, and Mappesabbi which are taken from the Bugis tradition of having a philosophy of working together, thus directing farmer groups to participate and be fully involved (participatory by doing). The results obtained by the average partner member experienced an 82,5% increase in information and knowledge aspects as well as skills and were able to grow their entrepreneurial spirit, especially processing rice husk waste
Aplikasi pengendalian hayati untuk penyakit parasitik pada Kerbau Rawa di Desa Tanjung Pering Kecamatan Inderalaya Kabupaten Ogan Ilir
Full text linkOne of the problems that occur in buffalo farms in tanjung pering village is that buffaloes often experience health problems caused by parasites. The results of initial observations showed that livestock showed symptoms such as dry skin, hair loss, loss of appetite, lethargy and finally decreased productivity and even death. This disease often appears during the transition from the rainy season to the dry season. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on faecal samples of swamp buffalo in the villages of tanjung pering and tanjung senai, the identification of the presence of parasite eggs of cestode, nematode and trematode. This activity aims to provide knowledge innovation to the farming community in tanjung pering village about the methods and importance of biological control as an alternative to controlling the spread of parasitic diseases. The methods used in this activity are counseling, training in the form of demonstrations and activity evaluations. The results of the extension activities show that there is an increase in the understanding of farmers about the causes and symptoms of the disease, how to handle and biological control of parasites by using the nematophagus fungus. The conclusion of this activity is the existence of continuous application of disease control using biological agents to suppress livestock populations experiencing parasitic infections
