Establishing an SIA with a GIS application is a challenge because it is full of obstacles. The real obstacles are the limited tools (hardware and software) and the lack of trained personnel. In addition, new equipment and systems will affect the running of an organization. To be able to carry out SIA properly requires not only investing in computers, digitizers, plotters, color printers, GIS software itself, and spatial data (maps, aerial photographs, satellite imagery), but also training managers, planners and data collectors in using the technology. With the formation of computer-based SIA, it is necessary to have a kind of "computer department" within the Puslit Arkenas, which specifically deals with the problem of information system design and system analysis. &nbsp

The situation resulted in the emergence of transformation and shift in socio-cultural, economic and political values. It seems that Kalang and his wisdom actually survive with his traditional values that used to be the knots of strength that sent these people from time to time. These people are flexible to accompany the changes of the times without having to lose its personality in the midst of the environment affected by the modernization era. &nbsp

The cultural potential in Tuban Regency shows varied artifacts, both lithic artifacts, bones, and shells of molluscs in large numbers in relatively thick soil layers. Based on these conditions, it appears that there is a relationship between the settlement period between the cave groups in Bojonegoro and the cave groups in Tuban. It is possible that the caves in Bojonegoro were inhabited during a certain time or season, while the caves in Tuban were inhabited during other seasons. This is evidenced by the different quantity and archaeological qualities. &nbsp

This article discusses the use and function of raadhuis buildings, as well as water towers in Palembang City. This building has a multi-story structure with a concrete frame. The mayor of d'Armandville initiated the design of this building, a concept that Lissa Nessel, the subsequent mayor, carried forward. In this article, we will discuss buildings and non-buildings in the form of reinforced concrete from the construction of raadhuis and water tower buildings during that period, including notes on the development of the Palembang city hall complex, which has not been widely disclosed. Using archaeological and historical data, the aim of writing this article is to examine the development of the use, function, and expert design of this building complex, both during the colonial period and today. We conducted the research in four stages of archaeological-historical study: data collection, data analysis, data processing, and data writing. We cannot separate the results of the study of multi-story structures with concrete frames from the presence of the elite contractor Hollandsche Beton Maatschapij NV (HBM), based in Talang Jawa, Palembang. HBM was an early investor in the city of Palembang, which developed reinforced concrete as a structural material that was able to properly distribute construction loads evenly. So, architect S. Snuyf's design of Palembang City Hall can accommodate various structural elements. The presence of reinforced concrete from the Raadhuis construction triggered the construction of other reinforced concrete buildings in the city of Palembang.
